⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One of Atlanta’s Best Hotel Stays||||Just finished a stay at the FORTH Hotel and honestly, it’s everything you’d want in a high-end boutique experience. The design is stunning—warm, modern, and full of thoughtful touches without feeling overdone. My room was large, peaceful, and beautifully furnished, with big windows, high-quality linens, and little luxuries like a great sound system and high-end bath products.||||The staff was consistently kind and attentive without being overbearing. I had a great dinner at Il Premio (the pasta was perfect), and the rooftop bar was a real highlight—gorgeous views, great drinks, and a laid-back, grown-up atmosphere. The pool area also had a relaxed, resort-like feel that made it hard to leave.||||The gym and wellness amenities are far better than what most hotels offer—this isn’t just a token treadmill in a basement. It’s clear the whole place was designed for guests who appreciate both comfort and style.||||Only downside? Parking is expensive. Expect around $50 for valet or $30 for self-park, which adds up quickly. But honestly, everything else was so well done that I still give it a full five stars. FORTH feels like the future of Atlanta hospitality. I’d absolutely stay here again.

FORTH is one of the best hotels we have ever visited! Everything was perfect from the pristine cleanliness of the shared spaces to the beautiful view of our Park View room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very quiet. Even the shampoo and conditioner smelled amazing! The location is perfect, safe, and close to so many food and shopping options, as well as a beautiful park. As far as service, Allie provided absolutely perfect service and made our stay that much more special! She was extremely kind, professional, and attentive to our multiple requests. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

I want to emphasize that I am giving Forth Hotel 5 stars specifically because of the excellent customer service provided by Kali, Jaylen, Marlo, Lance, and Erica. Otherwise, I would probably give a rating of more like 3 stars. I stayed here overnight on July 11th while in town for the Cowboy Carter concert at the MBS. The hotel architecture on the outside is beautiful and very eye catching. The inside lobby area is sophisticated, swank, and quaint. My room on the 7th floor was a decent size, had a wonderful view of the beltline and the rooftop bar, lighting wasn’t the best, beds were very firm but slept well, toilet area had a bit of an odor, which could be easily resolved with a good sanitizing solution cleaning. Lance at the hotel’s athletic club assured my sorority sister that Elektra served great breakfast. Erica was our server and she was awesome and the food was good. I experienced an issue with plugging my curling iron into the wall socket, this caused the circuit to cut the entire bathroom area off twice, which was an inconvenience for me, however Kali Fernandes the Associate Front Desk Manager promptly had an electrician cut everything back on. Kali also patiently listened to all of my other concerns and advised she would address those that she could. She went above and beyond and provided Top Tier Exceptional customer service to make certain I left with a good feeling about Forth Hotel. Especially the potential circuit hazard. At check-out Kali, Jaylen, and the Concierge Manager Marlo Moore were once again very apologetic and asked that I give Forth another opportunity in the future. Marlo also graciously grabbed my luggage and accompanied me to my vehicle in self-parking, and again apologized for what I experienced during my stay. I asked for business cards from Kali, Marlo, Jaylen, and Lance and was rather surprised that not one of them had business cards. Requesting on their behalf, can someone please get these individuals some business cards like yesterday. l'd also like to say that I hope Forth Hotel is treating these employees as good as they are treating the guests. Kali, Jaylen, Marlo, Erica, and Lance are all "Top Tier" employees. After the service I received from those mentioned in this review I just may give them another try.

This is hands down one of my top five picks whenever I visit Atlanta—both personally and professionally. From the moment you walk in, the scent in the air is mesmerizing, and the staff are warm and welcoming. The guest rooms are stunning, and the spa and gym are among the best I’ve experienced at any hotel.||I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jayne Tannenbaum, and I truly can’t say enough about her. She’s exceptional, my go-to person whenever I’m in Atlanta or planning any type of corporate event. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she always goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. She continuously follows up to make sure things are going well. ||What sets Jayne apart is how she makes every guest feel seen, welcomed, and genuinely valued. Her dedication and care make all the difference, and I’m incredibly grateful to have her as a partner when planning events at the Forth Hotel.

I walked into this beautiful hotel and was pleasantly overcome with the sweet floral notes as soon as the bellman opened the door. After a long cross country flight, I was tired and ready to relax. ||My sister and I were immediately greeted by Jamal at the front desk. Jamal was so kind, professional and accommodating to our every need. The hotel is new, stunningly beautiful and serves as a respite from the harsh heat of Atlanta summers. ||Our room has a gorgeous view of Atlanta and the sunsets are divine. The room was exceptionally clean, not a speck of dirt or dust anywhere! Beyond all that however, it was the way both Jamal and Jaylyn went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. It truly has been 5 star service in every way. ||The next time you find yourself in Atlanta, do yourself a favor and book a stay at forth. Many thanks to Jamal, he truly is an asset to your team.

We had a great stay at The Forth. The staff, including Brandon and Mack at Valet and David the Bellboy, were always so helpful and friendly.|We have stayed at numerous luxurious hotels but The Forth tops them all. It is rare to find a hotel of this caliber that doesn’t feel snobbish.|My husband enjoyed the beautiful coffee shop each day. We also visited Elektra on the roof and the staff was so accommodating.|We will return!

When I arrived after long day of work there was a work ladder in my room and the curtains hanging half off. I ignored it because I had a lot of work to do. I opened my laptop but the hotel Internet was not working. I called the front desk they said there was nothing they could do. I suggested they restart the router but they didn't know how and the only person who could wasn't there until the next day when I would already check out. They offered me $25 to use at bar or restaurant. I accepted. I went to shower and there was almost no water pressure. The hotel is relatively new but the decor makes it look old. At check out they told me I didn't owe anything else. The next day they billed my credit card for the restaurant which should have been free because of the credit they offered. Completely no service and disfunctional place.

Spectacular hotel from the moment of arrival until departure earlier today. Very clean and every person we interacted with there was kind and attentive. Location is amazing, right off the Beltline and around the corner from Ponce City Market. Easy home base for many activities. We Ubered all over Atlanta without issue. Great restaurants on site, we enjoyed the cafe off of reception and Elektra for a fabulous breakfast one day. Pool was appreciated and service equally on point (shout out to Lance!). Kroger right around the corner if you forgot anything. Highly recommend The Fourth for a fabulous central location and place to unwind after a day of exploring!||One minor nit: the motion lights in the bathroom were a bit annoying as if one person gets up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, the lights blasted in the bedroom and couldn’t be manually shut off (they eventually turned off on their own some time later).

Yelp
This hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were intimate... the venue in entirety, felt intimate, modern, definitely provided us with a five-star experience all around. There were two restaurants we dined at. I loved Premio, OMG! The other Mediterranean inspired restaurant was good as well. It sits next to the pool. The entire experience felt like a resort. I never needed to leave the grounds during my three day stay. It was romantic, so definitely enjoy with your lover if you can. I will be back!

Yelp
Booked this hotel based on the reviews on here and Yelp and the fact that it is an IPREFER hotel.. I don't know anything about the location because I have no knowledge of it.... We have been so disappointed. I called the day before I made the booking to get further understanding of the amenities residents/vs hotel clients. It was most important to me that the pool was available and that they had a spa.. I rarely have time off and I was pumped to have Sun and pool time!! Spa was listed on the website, yet very, very vague, (when it came to answering questions to the reviews). I wanted to get menu's and pricing on things prior to flying in and to make a booking. I also put in my reservation that I needed some recommendations on area wine stores. Nothing was sent to me in advance. (I also called the hotel for this). When we arrived to the hotel, the check in was SO AWKWARD!!. We have never been here before. We had no idea where the elevators where.. We asked for ice. We are celebrating an anniversary and we always bring some special bottles with us that we wanted to cool down in the room. We made the person behind the desk aware that I had asked for recommendations and we were told there was a wine store across the street (there is; however, we needed something with variety of burgundy and champagnes). In the room, we are staying in 1102. The room is very, very small..@ My husband was using the bathroom, I was using the sink/makeup area and the door literally pushes you out of that space. The staff had a bottle of Chardonnay placed in an ice bucket, 3 chocolate covered strawberries on the tv stand prior to our arrival which was a nice touch. The view from the room is great- of a green space and Ponce Market (which we will head over to today and check out). We never received the ice that we asked for at the desk, so we went down to ask for it again. We also asked for pricing information on the mini bar items in our room. The staff at the desk emailed it to us and the spa information. It came 30 min later. We went down to check out the pool. When we arrived, we were told that the pool was closed because a child tripped and fell on a tile and had to go to the hospital to have stitches.. The pool itself would be closed, but you could sit out by the pool. Later last night, we got an email that the pool would be closed for an undetermined amount of time but you could go and sit by the pool. You need a reservation to sit at the pool so my husband made one Saturday and Sunday.. (we were also told that I could come earlier that 10 am). Sat night we walked thru Midnight on the top floor. Staff was pleasant, we were told that we could sit outside.. Every table was dirty with empty glasses, and we sat at a dirty table/couch. No server rounded. We took some pictures, as the skyline was beautiful, and then went to Bar Primo which was closed. No food options available after 11pm except Uber and Door Dash. We walked thru the Italian restaurant on the first floor. It was about 1/2 full, very warm in there. There were numerous people enjoying cocktails on couches and seated area. Sunday morning: (today) I got up and went to Bar Primo to get some breakfast since there is no room service information in our room. The menu on the counter by the register is what I ordered off from. I paid the bill. I asked how far do I have to walk to buy a coke? He said " Oh, I can get you a Coke". I said there are no soft drinks on the menu. He obtained a can of Coke and I paid for that. I packaged the food in a brown bag and I was informed that they have room service, but there is no menu, "just pick up the phone and ask for what you want to eat" . Well, it would have been great to know that previously!! Back to room to give hubby coffee and breakfast. Eggs were very, very good. Had a chocolate croissant and a regular croissant (both were day old). Went down to the pool. Did a walk around. I can clearly see how someone would trip on the tiles here.. some of them are not secured down When you step on some of them they pop up and then fall down and make a clunk noise.. Since I arrived here prior to anyone else, I secured a chair. I watched as people came in and were serviced with having lounge towels placed for them.. Everyone was serviced. No one came to inquire if I would like one. I waited a while. Nothing. I went upstairs to my room and grabbed the bath towels out of the room and spread those over the lounges. A worker made a comment, did you want a lounge cover? I said yes, but no one offered, so I went to get the towels from my room as it seemed like it was a "bother ". Someone came and asked me if I would like water- gave me the option of still or sparking. I replied still. And she never came back. Server Gabby came 45 minutes later and checked on me. She offered me water and brought some to me.. I assume the drink/food menu is on a square tile. No one has offered me one as of yet. I will update as the day goes along. This hotel has

Yelp
Do not stay here if you plan to spend any time at the pool. All seating is reserved in advance--it's not first come, first serve--and you can't reserve a spot without a room number. By the time you check in, guests who are already staying have often already claimed all the seats, making it nearly impossible to get one. None of this is made clear at the time of booking, so if pool access is important to your stay, be aware that this amenity may not be accessible.

Yelp
Came here for a stay-cation. This hotel is only a few months old. The decor is nice and sleek, the halls smell relaxing and the bed was really plush. I enjoyed my stay.

Yelp
As a longtime loyal patron of the Ritz Carlton chain, I am accustomed to comfortable stays and staff who make me feel even more comfortable than at my mother's house. I opted not to stay at the Ritz, as we usually do, because the Forth Hotel was right across the street from our son's apartment, obviating the need to take a taxi or rent a car to get back and forth. All of the staff at the Forth Hotel with whom I interacted (and, staying there for 7 nights in a row, we interacted with many people in all departments!) are so incredibly well trained, that I felt like I was at a Ritz Carlton, but I paid a lot less money and I had my own kitchen and living room (and washer and dryer too!). The bedding was comfortable, the sheets and towels were top quality (soft, fluffy, exactly what you want!), and the rooms were clean and safe. There were many lighting options, that were easy to use. I highly recommend the Forth Hotel Atlanta to anyone staying in or near the Old Fourth Ward, a few feet from the Belt Line and a block away from Ponce City Market. I will definitely be staying there again on my next few trips to Atlanta!

Yelp
5 stars might not be enough. Beautiful building, beautiful room. Beyond accommodating staff- so friendly and attentive. And Great amenities. We'll be back!!

Yelp
This is a beautiful new hotel with very comfortable furnishings. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Yelp
Classiest hotel in Atlanta! I am a local and recently stayed for a weekend during their soft opening . I was very impressed with literally everything and am so excited to have what I consider an entirely new option available in the area. In my opinion it is better than anywhere else in Atlanta and I've stayed at all the high end hotels as I've lived here since the 90s. I will be returning for their grand opening for another staycation once it is completed. I'm looking forward to seeing the spa and their other restaurants. I travel a good bit and this is definitely up there as one of my favorites. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a 5star boutique style luxury hotel with a lot more amenities than you'd normally see. I will update after our staycation in September.
