Google
Frank Lai’s Fortune Restaurant offers the most authentic Cantonese food in Milwaukee. The food is so clean and fairly priced. We go there once a week and order enough for a few more dinners too. You’ll be a fan too!

Jim Aderman

Google
Fortune Chinese Restaurant is my favorite place for delicious Chinese food. It reminds me of nicer restaurants I've eaten at in China. Weekday lunches are about $10.

Google
Good Chinese food, though the Google pricing is very off. Attached a menu with prices here

Chad Lang

Google
I've been here before and it was better. Service was slow with only one person serving and it being pretty full on a Tuesday. Food came out warm and the chicken was very doughy and the rest of the food was just alright.

John Russell

Google
More like unfortunate chinese restaurant. Placed a pick up order. Supposed to be a 20 minute wait. Got there a few minutes early. Told us 5 minutes, proceeded to wait an extra 20 minutes. When we were able to finally eat it seemed like the chicken I was served had been prepared earlier that day, was reheated and put in a dish. Most fried chicken items have some sort of crisp to it, this was pure mush and after one bite i dont know if it was even chicken. If it was it was most likely mechanically sperated chicken. I wish there was a redeeming quality for it. But being one of the most popular Chinese dishes I expected it to be at least ok. The rice wasn't even fully cooked......sucks cause there are like zero good Chinese restaurants in Milwaukee. Golden Gate in Waukesha is still king.

Google
Good authentic Chinese food. I alway order the spicy squid. The dim sum is a different story. The chicken feet is dry and weird looking. Just stick to the dishes and avoid the dim sum.

Robin Gonzalez

Google
Chicken dishes were rubbery, bland and overly sauced- they were just soggy breaded chicken strips that were chewy. Beef and Mixed mushrooms was just cooked in a gravy sauce. Again with little flavors. Very disappointed with almost a 70$ order.

Google
This is my go to for Chinese worth the drive. We tried a different place in New Berlin food was terrible. So very sorry we didn't want to drive after busting our butts all day. You will not be disappointed here.

Yelp
Food is excellent. Wish their delivery service was expanded range a little. But dim sum was very delicious.

Yelp
This is a very hard review to write. I wanted to love this place especially and it did come highly recommended to me. Unfortunately, the food was very bad. I ordered szechuan vegetable which is supposed to be a spicy dish and it tasted sweet - like sugar and pineapples (there are no pineapples in this dish). I stopped eating it about 1/4 of the way in. Even though the service was just fine and the place was small but comfy I won't be returning. Still searching for a good Chinese food place in or around Milwaukee.

Yelp
Neighbor recommended lunch special. Quickly seated in an immaculate and tastefully decorated dining room. Soothing music enhanced atmosphere. Had general tso's chicken lunch special. Served with egg drop soup. Meal included pork fried rice, egg roll, crispy wonton and deep fried chicken bite! Lots of yummy food. Main dish was sauced well and green peppers were still crispy. I dislike mushy vegetables. Healthy pour of white Zinfandel went well with the food. Service was attentive but not at all intrusive. Drive up window was very busy during our time there. A couple of fortune cookies ended the meal.

Yelp
First time I've tried this place. I've heard other people rave about it. Tried the pork egg for young. It was fabulous and I also got the pork fried rice. Both dishes were very tasty not too much not too little with the any type of seasoning/oils Would definitely recommend this place. I've been looking for a new Chinese restaurant and I have found it. I didn't dine in, but they do have dine in availability.

Yelp
I have been here multiple times and each time I've had a great dining experience. The wait staff are very nice and efficient. Best of all, food is always hot and delicious. Huge servings of each order. Cozy family style!

Yelp
Rude to customers, staff was mad at the fact that I didn't know how there restaurant worked when NO where was it posted or indicated, obviously you care more about being right instead of customer service Boooooo

Yelp
Szechuan green beans. Spicy salt and pepper pork. Steamed bbq buns. So good. Be sure to check out the authentic Chinese menu and not just the Americanized dishes--you won't be disappointed!

Yelp
Fortune is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Milwaukee. The salt and pepper shrimp and squid, the pea pod leaves, the fried rice, and so much more. You really cannot go wrong here!
google avatar

Yelp
Fortune remains one of my favorite restaurants in Milwaukee. When it comes to Cantonese food, this restaurant ranks, the best in the area since the retirement of La Joy. However, it is a restaurant that when great is the best, but will occasionally disappoint you with an off night. The problem is always in the cooking, and it usually happens on a weeknight in the middle of the week. This pattern began shortly after their major remodel. The remodel took place around a decade ago, and I don't know if it's systemic or a symptom of new kitchen personnel. Regardless, still highly recommended, but be aware that there will be a couple of off nights with the food.

Yelp
Had a friend visiting from out of town so we had a big group. This is the perfect place for that! More ppl means more foods to try! Ordered a lot of our favorites and a few select dishes people wanted to try. Everyone had happy bellies! Definitely recommend and order off the Chinese menu.

Yelp
Decided to try out this Chinese themed restaurant on a Monday night just after Christmas. The restaurant appeared to be clean and was neatly appointed on first look. We were seated promptly in a dining room that looked to seat about 75 people and at the time was about half full. After a short couple of minutes a waiter took our order for three items from a typical chinese-american menu. The waiter brought water and drinks quickly, but then the long wait began. Watching the restaurant quickly fill up it appeared that they were definitely understaffed for a full house. Apparently they also have a healthy takeout business as we observed customers coming and going with bags of food and cars lined up to the restaurant's drive up. A couple of unsavory/unhealthy observations while waiting included two large squeeze bottles placed on our table containing mustard and sweet soy sauce, the ugliest containers I've ever seen used in what was a nice looking restaurant. Also the hostess who appeared to be helping clear tables purposely poured water from a customer's used glass onto the table to clean it. Not sure the health department would be happy with that. Forty minutes in with no food one person in our party asked the hostess to check on our food as we did have plans for an upcoming movie. Five minutes later with no response we signaled our waiter and asked him to check on our food as it was now 45 minutes since the order was placed. He said he would but instead of going to the kitchen he went to a table of six and began taking their orders. At that point we informed the hostess that we couldn't wait any longer and were leaving. A disappointing experience for sure. The food might have been good and the number of customers suggested it was but we'll never know because we are unlikely to go back. All this might have been prevented had we been told at the outset that they were short staffed and that a dinner order would take longer than usual to prepare.

Yelp
Always wonderful! I will say I've had better egg rolls, but they are good. Everything else is phenomenal!

Yelp
First time visit, food was very fresh and came out quick. The lunch special included a cup of soup, either egg drop or hot and sour. A small crab rangoon, egg roll and little fried chicken chunk. Pork fried rice and your entree choice. I ordered the Broccoli Chicken. All in all the food had good flavor, the quality of vegetables was great. The service felt rushed, the server forgot to bring me my drink, and didn't realize it until I finished my meal. He did bring me a water as soon as I was seated so it worked out. He didn't stop at all to see if I needed anything throughout my meal which I thought was odd. Once he realized he forgot my drink he still gave me a can of soda on the house to take with me. This would have been 5 star across the board if not for the little service hiccup. Definitely recommend and will return.

Yelp
Very friendly with the start of us walking in the door. Food was hot and fresh and not long on the wait. The shumai will always be my favorite to eat and of course it was delicious. Would come back again

Yelp
This is NOT Lo Mein. Lo mein has thick noodles. This hardly has any flavor. Highly over priced. 27$ for 2 egg rolls, pint of rice and chicken "Lo Mein"..

Shari P.

Yelp
I always order online and pick up at the drive thru window. They have the best crab rangoons ever!

Yelp
Another Chinese Christmas meal. This year we went earlier than usual. Arrived just before 12:30. There were only about 4-5 tables taken up so we timed it perfectly because by the time we finished the restaurant was getting full. We were quickly greeted and picked a table in the back. The waitress was friendly and patient with us which if you have been here before it's not always the case. We ordered a few dim sum items which were delicious. Shrimp pot stickers and wonton. Ordered our usual Seafood Superior soup, Beef Rice Noodle, Squid Shrimp Smelt spicy salt & pepper, and a few orders of vegetables - gai lan, pea pod leaves, abs green beans. The food came out hot and fresh. Portions were plentiful. Overall a great Christmas meal.

Yelp
Everything on the menu has been top notch with all fresh ingredients. On a 1-10 I give it a 10++++. From take out to dinning in, you won't be sorry. I have also had catering from Fortune and once again a 10++++.

Yelp
My family and I have been going to Fortune for the last 20+ years. It is a family owned restaurant that have been expanding. They have a second location but this location (across from Krispy Kreme and Chuck E Cheese) is the best one. In terms of service, I would give this place a solid 3/5. The only reason I say that is because when they are busy or if you have a really large party, the service is extremely slow. To avoid getting slow service, go on a weekday around 4:30pm or an earlier dinner/ lunch on a weekend. The unique thing about this restaurant is that they have three different types of menu. One menu is more individualized entrees while the other menu is for family style. The third is a newer dim sum menu. Since most asian families tend to eat family style and share multiple large dishes, they have both to cater to everyone's dining style. My family usually gets a few large dishes to share. The food here is a 10/10. It is seasoned very well and their fried foods are not too oily. The dishes that my family usually get are: 1) Chicken Corn Soup - Diced chicken mixed in with corn and eggs; reminds me of an egg drop soup with chicken in it. Ask for the wonton chips to add into the soup! 2) Duck and Mushroom Soup - Diced duck, clear noodles with enoki mushroom. It is perfect for cold weather. 3) Shrimp, Squid and Fish Combination - All of it is fried and it's so good with rice and soy sauce. If you don't like the smelt fish, you can ask for the fish filet and they'll sub it without any additional cost. 4) Pea Pod Leaf - this is seasoned with fresh garlic and it is just so good. 5) Eggplant and Salted Fish Casserole - Okay, HEAR ME OUT!!! This dish is extremely good. However, it does have an acquired taste. If you don't mind a fishy taste, then it is the dish for you. If you're an adventurous eater, then try it. You may actually be obsessed with it. 6) Beef Tenderloin - The beef tenderloin is sooo delicious. It is flavorful and saucy.

Yelp
When I lived in Wisconsin, this restaurant was on my family's regular restaurant rotation. We would dine here or get takeout from here 3 to 6 times a month. Definitely the best Chinese in town back in the day. Recently I went to visit Milwaukee and was craving this place. It's perfect because it's casual yet quality Chinese food . And it's still as delicious as I remember it to be. If I was going by food alone, I would give this restaurant five stars but I have to go with ambience and service also. We came on a Friday for lunch. The service was incredibly slow. We didn't order very much so it was surprising how incredibly slow the service was. There were only three of us dining & we had only ordered soup, one entrée and the house fried rice. There was only one server and you could truly feel his mood. He was clearly tired and busy. Nonetheless, the food was still amazing. It's nice to see them busy & still in business after all these years. When I'm in town, visiting friends and family, I will continue to make it a point to either dine here or get takeout from here during my visit.

Yelp
Best in the area for Chinese takeout. We drive almost 30 minutes 1 way to pickup carryout passing other chinese restaurants along the way because they are that good! Their Crab Rangoon has a sweet and creamy filling with crunchy yet thing outer wrapping which make it the best I have had and crave it often! Also, their drive thru is super convenient for picking up carryout orders so you literally don't even have to get out of your car!

Yelp
We visited Fortune around 1pm on a Monday afternoon. They were busy, but not packed. They had at least 7 staff members working at the time. It seems the majority of Chinese restaurants are still taking COVID precautions and Fortune is no different. Signs on the door still indicate that masks are required. I share this for informational purposes and not passing a mask judgment one way or another. The service during our visit was painfully slow. If we would have been on a work lunch we never would have had the time to eat. We sat almost 10 minutes before even greeted for our drink order. From the time we sat down to when we finally got our food we wasted about 45 minutes. The lunch prices are reasonable. The lunch dishes come with soup, egg roll, fried rice and a rangoon. I thought the egg roll had an unusual taste. There seemed to be a subtle apple flavor to it. I ordered the beef lo mein and was satisfied with the taste and portion size. Fortune offered a relatively good lunch for the price. If we visit again we'll make sure we have the extra time, just in case they are always as slow as they were for us.

Gary Z.

Yelp
Probably the most authentic Chinese cuisine in SE Wisconsin. Exquisite & tasty from a wide menu. GVZ

Yelp
Used to like this place occasionally. Lunch specials are around $10. Will not go back again. The 2 employees working the dining, 1 male, 1 female ,were the rudest, most unfriendly I've ever encountered. At checkout, I gave him the amount of our bill plus the tip. He looked confused, and looked like he was going to give me change. I said, "That's Ok", to which he replied "WHAT?" in a very angry tone. I said keep it and he started mumbling and saying things in Chinese and was yelling at us on the way out. No checkup during meal from the waitress, and definitely no Thank You from the male. There's better Chinese places around anyway. I'll pay more than be treated that way!!

Yelp
I've been coming here with my family since I was a kid and they're consistently good. Nothing fancy, but delicious every time. I live in New York, but every time I visit family, fortune is a must. I like that everything isn't too greasy or salty. The prices are very affordable too. My favorite fish that I've been getting since I was younger is the salt and pepper seafood trio.
google avatar

Yelp
Fortune is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the Milwaukee area. They are my go to when I'm craving a family style Chinese meal. I recommend the following dishes - Seafood Superior Soup (pro tip! add some red vinegar) $18.95 - Salt and Pepper Squid $14.95 - Walnut Shrimp $15.95 - Pea Pod Tips/Leaves $14.95 - Seafood Combo Chowmein $14.85 Prices are higher than your average Chinese take out but for good reason. You get a lot of food! You can't go wrong with any of the recommended dishes. I do not recommend coming here if you're going to order sesame or general tso chicken.
google avatar

Alan G.

Yelp
Traditional food at its best. Not since Hong Kong have I found a more traditional diner! The Salt n Pepper Shrimp is great and the flavors are spot on.

Claire W.

Yelp
Waiter I'd always accommodating in special requests for my Celiac. So pleasant and efficient. Doesn't interrupt us, to check on us, just circles table slowly, we know to stop him, if needing anything. He speaks Mandarin and Cantonese and English! The food is awesome, generous pirtions!

Yelp
We're dim sum addicts. Especially on Sundays. It's like programmed into us. So when we left our campground in Wisconsin to head home and needed to stop in Milwaukee for lunch, we had dim sum on the brain. Fortune was the only thing that came up when I googled so in we went! We pulled up and I was nervous. It looks like an old fried chicken drive thru. My husband questioned my judgement. I went in first to make sure we were in the right place. Even through my mask I could smell deliciousness so I herded everyone in. We sat down and were given what I'd assume is the lo fan menu. Just for the Americans and no dim sum. I flagged the waiter down and asked if there was a dim sum menu and he brought out the real deal. So ask them for the Chinese menu. We got some soy sauce noodles, jellyfish (my fav), siu mai, ha gow and a few other varieties of dumplings. Everything was really good! There wasn't a ton on the dim sum menu but for Milwaukee, I was impressed! My 8yo claimed he likes the siu mai better there than our local favorites in Chicago. The service was no frills but we always had water and whatever else we needed. If you're looking for a dim sum spot in Milwaukee I'd definitely give Fortune a try!

Yelp
The good news? You can order online, pick-up through the drive through. When I arrived and interacted with the person at the window, they and everyone inside was wearing a face covering, so this place is at least acting responsibly during the pandemic (one star for that). The wait was short, the process was quick and the food was packed well for transport in the vehicle. The bad news? The food. To be fair to the restaurant, I foolishly ordered from the American side of the menu and not the Chinese. The Twice Cooked pork ordered with medium heat was not only not spicy, but seemed to have no seasoning and simply lacked any flavor at all. The Potstickers looked okay, but when biting into them they were thick walled like dough balls. They truly lived up to the dumpling name! The Sweet & Sour soup was brown in color, but tasted only of vinegar. This is food (one star for that), but barely - the only time in my memory were we didn't keep the leftovers. It's hard to find Chinese food that offers depth of flavor beyond the sweet syrup fried chicken nuggets of American-Chinese food and if you are looking for flavorful delights this is not it. They were generous and relatively cheap, but I cannot recommend this to you.
google avatar

Roy B.

Yelp
Been here numerous times. The two menus are a must ask. They have an American version and a Asian version. The Asian version is more authentic and I highly recommend the Asian version.

Maikou T.

Yelp
Dined in last night with my friend. When we walked in upon arrival the lady, maybe owner? Pointed to our seats in a shouting manner. For starters, that already made me feel some type of way. As we were done eating, the male waiter, which I am also assuming is the owner also. Did not attend to us, ignored us when my friend tried to get his attention. Left us no choice but to grab our own take out containers to pack the left overs. As soon as we were done, we walked up to the register and I paid. Noticing that the male waiter kept on standing there and proceeded to look at what gratuity I put down, I knew he was going to say something to me. Made me more uncomfortable! On top of that when he handed the fortune cookies to my friend. Her hand didn't even reach out the same as his and he proceeded to drop it mid air making them fall on the counter and in the crack of the window they have up by the register. Food is good, as always. But service has went down the drain. We got fried rice, salt and pepper pork, and chow fun. Tell me why the chow fun noodles were not thick noodles? They were thin like meifun noodles? It would have been nice if they would have mentioned that they ran out of wide noodles, I would have just not ordered the dish. I was confused when the thin noodles came out.

Yelp
We went to Fortune for dim sum pre-COVID and it was mediocre then. It is now August 2021 and they recently re-opened their dining room. We went this past weekend and were only given regular menus. We asked if they still had dim sum and the server had to go check. This should've been a huge red flag. She came back and gave us the dim sum menu which had a small selection. We had the beef chow fun, bean curd skin with pork, beef short ribs, and har gow. They weren't bad. The item that came last was the siu mai. It had the most rancid smell to it that I'm surprised the chef or the servers didn't smell it. We smelled it and almost threw up at the table it was so nasty. We will never go back to Fortune and would rather drive a bit further to Madison or Chicago where there are better options. If you do decide to order from Fortune, I'd recommend sticking with the basic items like fried rice, sweet and sour meat dishes, chop suey, and other common dishes on their American menu.

Yelp
If you're looking for authentic Cantonese style food in the Milwaukee area, this is the place. I've eaten in most of the major USA Chinatowns, and Fortune compares favorably with the better Cantonese places in those larger cities. Typical dishes that are done right include beef chow fun (not oily), beef stew and tendon (tender), seafood Cantonese style fried noodle, and seafood superior soup. The flavors are accurate for Cantonese taste and no soy sauce is needed. Service can be brusque, which is not unexpected for many Chinese restaurants, but I go for the food, not the camaraderie. And prices are quite reasonable for the portions provided. They also have typical Chinese-american fare on the menu but stick to the authentic dishes cuz that's where Fortune shines.
google avatar

Tom N.

Yelp
We think it is the best Chinese food in Milwaukee. We were turned on by it from our Chinese colleague. Order off the special Chinesemenu. Everything we've tried was good. Now we order the same dishes each time they are so good. Hot and spicy shrimp, pork and eggplant casserole, beef rice noodle, and pea pod leaves.

Yelp
I had my first meal at Fortune with my Aunt who highly recommended it and called it gourmet. I wouldn't go that far but it was just fine. Honestly I thought it was pretty run of the mill in comparison to other places I've been. The server was nice and we got our food pretty quick. It wasn't busy, maybe 3 other tables while we were there. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. I asked what was truly vegetarian on the menu, considering they didn't have detailed descriptions listed. He recommended something but with the language barrier I wanted to play it safe with Buddha's Delight. It had tofu but not enough in my opinion. Lots of broccoli and the sauce was flavorful, just wish there was more. The portion was large, enough for two meals for $9.99. So yeah, it was fine but I wouldn't find myself going out of the way to eat there. There were other options I could have tried so I'd make another selection next time. What I ate was perfectly fine as a safe vegetarian option, just not anything exciting.

Yelp
Family and I went there several times when we lived in wisconsin, usually once a month or so, which is almost 100 times when we lived there. We always got Shrimp, Squid and Fish Combination and Beef Tenderloin, occasionally the Spicy fish and Vegetable. Waiters are not like American Restaurants, but we're used to this type of treatment since this is east asian culture, but I understand why some people might be frustrated. Great cooking, authentic food, good safety, great presentation, reasonable prices for service. Looks like sanitation score is decent too.

D R.

Yelp
Got some dim sum and chow fun. Probably one of the better places in Milwaukee which is not saying much. Good asian food is scarce at best in this neck of the woods.

James R.

Yelp
Best crab Rangoon in town. Never disappointed . Except if you count the closing the Hales corners location, that hurt.

Yelp
Our friends took us out here to eat as they have been ranting and raving about the food. Everything we ordered was delicious! From fried pork intestines, honey walnut shrimp, seafood soup, duck, pineapple fried rice, salt & pepper squid, and more! We did not even realize how much food we ordered cuz everything was so good. We definitely had leftovers to take home. Whenever we are in the area, we try to make it a stop here as it has not dissapointed us and has been consistent.

Yelp
The food was excellent. Everyone should try this restaurant. We ordered clams w black beans, 8 treasure tofu, and shrimp w broccoli. The service is fast. The people are nice. I want to have dinner there again soon.

Mrs W.

Yelp
I have never written a review about a restaurant in my life, until now, because the Fortune Restaurant did me wrong and hurt me to my core, . I purchased a vegetable and tofu dish, at the drive-thru window, traveled 30-minutes home, then discovered that the dish contained vegetables-only, no protein. When I called to report my concern to the restaurant manager, he said, "We don't want your business"! I offered to bring the dish back, and he repeated, "We don't want your business- don't come here!" Fortune Restaurant banned me from their restaurant because they failed to get the order correct and I complained.

Yelp
Milwaukee's best, Is not only a beer, but this is also a good description for this Chinese restaurant. It's usually filled up with many of the local Asians celebrating birthdays and anniversary or even for take out. The ambiance is improved with the expansion of the Dining room and the temperature although it set at 73 seems to vary on the warmer side. The service at times seems hurried. The food came in waves eventually filling the table over. They were aware about food allergens. No incidents. The staff here are fast and at times unfriendly because they are trying their best to be fast. No time to smile? It's easy to do. Oh well... the food makes up for the curt service. Food 5 Ambiance 4 Service 3 Location 3. Value 4 84/2014

Jean G.

Yelp
This is the best Chinese restaurant in the area. We drive 30 miles to come here. They have 2 menus. One for Americans and one for Asians. The service can be spotty but the food makes up for it! Our favorite dishes are the spicy salt and pepper shrimp, eggplant with pork in casserole, pea pod leaves, potstickers, and beef rice noodle.
google avatar

Lori L.

Yelp
I really need to listen to my own advice and make sure that I order off the Chinese menu at a place that is known for it. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and dining by myself and I chose the American menu. Let me be honest that the American menu just isn't good at all. You get a ton of food for the money but none of it is that tasty. The rice was served in chunks and the food just really didn't have much flavor. You MUST order off the Chinese menu to get good food here which is what I typically order here. Fortune gets four stars based on their Chinese menu and two stars for the American one. If you want good Americanized Chinese hit up Yen Ching don't do it here. Get the sauteed beef with crisp dumpling or the shrimp in shell with salt and pepper...don't get the lunch special...please!
google avatar

Van P.

Yelp
Called when my order was shorted multiple items. They hung up on me twice before They told me me to pack the food back up and drive 15 minutes to prove that they had shorted me! Miserable service! Avoid unless you are going to check the whole order before you leave.

Yelp
I drive past here all the time and decided to give it a shot. I ordered the steamed chicken with veggies, the Singapore noodles, and the chiu chow dim sum. I ordered the chicken a medium spice level, but I couldn't even taste a hint of spice. The chicken was bland, and the only veggie in it was bok choy. The to go container was 1/4 filled with broth (?), which had some flavor but more salt than anything. Singapore noodles were alright. Good amount of meat (shrimp and pork), and spices, however some of my shrimp still had shells on, and other shrimp didn't look cleaned properly. I picked around it. Dim sum wasn't good. I was told they were great here, but they were all broken apart, and had a very strong fishy odor. They were pricy in comparison to other local Chinese restaurants, and don't offer combo platters (or at least not on a Sunday). I was really disappointed, but now know to stick with the places I know. I spoke with the restaurant about my issues, and the manager explained they only have bok choy with their chicken (no other veggies- couldn't probably be updated on their site to reflect correctly). He also apologized for the shrimp, and offered for me to get a fresh batch next time.

Yelp
Used to be one of the best Chinese restaurants! We would go out of our way to come here. Visited this week. The food was tasteless the shrimp fried rice was oily and no egg no vegetables just threw in a few bean sprouts. sauces were thin and watery the snow peas were limp and over cooked chicken know was not spicy again runny sauce. only thing good in the entire 63.00 order was the white rice. We won't be back and we had gone here for at least 15 years. most of the food went in the trash

Yelp
Arrived for dinner, left standing at the hostess counter while waiter circled around us and ignored us! After about 15 minutes, we finally asked if we could be seated and he very rudely said that it was a one hour wait for food. He never apologized and acted like we were a major inconvenience. The food here is good but the service was always poor, something in the past we put up with, but no more. We will never recommend them or ever return to this restaurant again!!! Find a Chinese restaurant where they are happy to serve you and you are happy to spend your money!
