Ordered fossa chocolate as my wedding favours last month. Ordering process is easy and hassle free. Gabriel answered all my queries promptly. Chose honey orchid dancong hongcha flavour which is pretty unique flavour and taste delicious and not too sweet. Nice design with customised couple name on the chocolate. An elegant wedding flavour for the special day.

I bought the honey orchid dancong oolong among the few interesting flavours I saw. I was expecting something really interesting for the variety of selection and price point ($13.80) but it was rather disappointing as the taste of oolong was way too bland. I could get a hint of guava nonetheless. Cute packaging and looks good as gifts tho.

Wanted to try Fossa for the longest time. Finally did it and am totally blown away by their chocolates!! The chocolates taste close to their descriptions and the quality is superb. I love that Fossa includes blurbs about the cacao's origins and flavour profiles. Really makes you appreciate the chocolate a whole lot more. It's perfect down to the packaging. Simply impressive - so glad to have found a Singaporean craft chocolate maker. Will continue to support!!

Found Fossa Chocolate accidentally when Googling. Order 10 chocolate bars. The package arrived beautifully and very fast. Chocolates look great, I tried one and was delicious. Will be posting them to friends in overseas for Christmas. A lovely gift of Singapore handmade chocolates!

Decided to go with Fossa’s Chocolate Truffle Making & Appreciation workshop for our dear friend’s hen’s party! We had such a pleasant experience, which went beyond our expectations. Jay was kind in allowing us to put up decorations & accommodated to our timing, as our friends had some difficulties finding the place initially. We appreciated his clarity in instructions for the truffle making, and gained knowledge about cocoa/the chocolate making process through Jay’s sharing (things we would have never known!). We also enjoyed tasting the various chocolates & and wonderful sake pairings. The bride-to-be was really happy. :) Thank you Jay for facilitating this workshop for us! Would highly recommend!
