What an incredible experience! We were in Colorado Springs for a vacation with extended family and we had 1 night for a date without kids. The 4 course menu was amazing. David, our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being intrusive. The food was executed brilliantly showcasing both the amazing ingredients as well as Chef Brown's creativity and skill. The flavors were perfectly balanced and each course was incredible. The wine and cocktail offerings are great and very reasonably priced. I was also very impressed with the non-alcoholic mocktails and beer offerings for a sober diner like myself. The ambiance was wonderful, making conversation easy in a nice and romantic atmosphere. If we lived in the area we would absolutely be regulars here.

Amazing meal! Service was great. Our server Aiden was so informative and delightful. He ensured our experience was truly amazing. We did the four course meal with wine pairing. It was delicious!!! Would definitely recommend if you are in Colorado Springs.

My husband and I had a truly memorable experience celebrating our anniversary at Four by Brother Luck. From the moment we walked in, everything—from the warm, attentive service to the incredible food and inviting atmosphere—made the evening feel special. What made it even more unforgettable was the opportunity to meet and chat with Chef Brother Luck himself. As longtime fans of his work on Top Chef and Chopped, it was such a privilege to connect with someone whose culinary journey and creativity we’ve admired for years. He was gracious, down-to-earth, and passionate about his craft—and it shows in every dish. If you’re visiting Colorado Springs, this restaurant is an absolute must. The experience goes far beyond just a meal—it’s a celebration of flavor, hospitality, and heart. Highly recommend!

Man I can not give this place enough stars!! EVERYTHING was absolutely incredible here. My husband made reservations here for our anniversary. We had the four course meal. Each and every plate was set up beautifully, amazing flavors that the chef combined wonderfully. The presentation was beautiful. The drinks were another set of 5 stars of it's own! My husband order a bourbon and the flavors put into that were great. And also the Carrot cake in a cup drink was a wonderful experience. It didn't have a strong alcohol taste much just a balanced flavor or sweet carrot cake. 😋 We would definitely recommend this place. Waiters, bartender, and chef all made an effort to come have a conversation. We had a great time celebrating our 4th wedding anniversary with Four .

A fine-dining course with a change up from the usual high-end restaurants. Food was fantastic, drinks were great! Service was really awesome, too. We both did the seven course for our anniversary and we loved it all. Pretty pricey, but you get what you pay for. Reservations recommended. My wife enjoyed every second here.

Really classy place to eat downtown. Excellent service, felt genuine and attentive. The menu turns around every three months. They have an excellent deal on their happy hour too. Food is fantastic, drinks are really good. One of best places in town.

Google
Always a great experience at Four. We love to spend fun nights and celebrations here. The food was excellent and well timed for the courses, and Dave was attentive and on point throughout the night. The Chestnut Bisque was so delicious, the flavors were amazing and I just wanted more when it was gone. The Blue Cornbread is always amazing. Spinach Tortellini was amazing with the Lamb Sausage. Pork Tenderloin had some amazing flavors and being the first time I’ve tried it, I was pleasantly surprised. You can’t go wrong with the Brioche Pan Perdu or the Banana chiffon cake as desserts, they are amazing! If they have the Duck Breast when you go, it’s another main course that is so delicate and tender, it’s absolutely delicious.

Four by Brother Luck is probably on of the best restaurants in Colorado Springs! Each course was amazing and the wine pairings were perfect. If you haven’t been, I recommend you go!

Yelp
Our favorite place in town. The jalapeño poppers will change your life. The menu changes seasonally and the staff are courteous, knowledgeable and very creative! Plus when we walked up, the chef was out front spinning some sick beats!

Yelp
I will say that the place was very nice. I think it was too expensive tho for what it was worth. Everything was set very nicely and our servers were great. My husband and I got married at Garden of the Gods and picked Four by Brother Luck for our dinner. The mood was amazing, but I did think it may have been a little too dark. That's in my opinion and I can see pretty well in the dark. I thought the food was amazing and for every dish we got it was great. My dad ordered a couple different appetizers and those were amazing. The oysters were also great. The charcuterie board here was great compared to some places I have had. I feel like the portions were a bit small for the price, but then again that is the restaurant. I suggest everyone tries it. It was a great place especially for a big occasion or a date night

Yelp
This was a good meal. The review rating is more of a value vs. quality rating. I'm not upset about paying an exceptional price for an exceptional experience, but it didn't measure up to expectations for me. We got the four course dinner and my party chose different options to try more dishes. I'll comment on the ones I personally tried. Most of the first course was just ok. The cantaloupe was our least favorite. We thought it lacked much flavor. The pork belly was tasty. It was quite chewy, but not unexpected given the cut. The second course was better. The qual was quite good, maybe the best of the evening. The bison was also good. For the third course, we ended up with the steak and trout. The trout was good. We particularly liked the crust. The steak wasn't great. It wasn't a cooking issue, the steak itself just wasn't a quality cut of meat to begin with. The dessert course was probably the strongest of the four. The pine nut eclair and lime pie were both great. The cocktails we got were all well thought out and tasty. The server was friendly, funny and helpful. I wanted to give a higher rating, and if the price were less, I absolutely would. Again, this rating is based on quality vs value instead of quality alone.

Yelp
Good not great Sorry to say. We took our niece for her birthday. We called ahead to let them know it was a special occasion and was told on the phone we'd have a complimentary champagne toast to begin the dinner followed by a birthday dessert with candle. Neither of these were true. She was given a 15% off coupon on her next visit-- a bit tacky for a birthday! Food is solid but very expensive for what you get. The staff was very nice. Not sure it's really worth the hype. There are so many better restaurants in the Springs.

Yelp
I'm going to jump on the bandwagon of recent reviews which say it was good, not great, and if I'm going to pay a lot for a meal, the food and service should be top notch. We had a reservation, and I'd suggest it if you're going around 7ish. We decided to do the four course menu with wine pairings. There were 3 of us, so we were able to try a good number of the dishes. I ordered the essence of wheat and water to drink and it was delicious and refreshing - started the night perfectly! We ordered a half dozen oysters to start. They were good, but small. For the first course, I got the jalapeño poppers. They were good, but I would have liked a little less cream cheese and more spice. My sister's scallop dish was the table favorite. For the second course, I got the octopus, and it was incredible. Possible the best I've ever had. For the main course I got the trout, but my brother in law's pork chop was the table favorite. For the final course, I got the Serrano lime pie and it was incredible. The dessert course was strong, across the board. The green chili was a big miss - it had very little flavor. Our service was just OK. It felt like our server was new. She was unfamiliar with the wines and the timing of some things was off - we had food, but no utensils, and no wine pairings, etc. I had better food for a lower price while in Colorado.

Yelp
As a big fan of Brother Luck from Top Chef, I was excited to check out his restaurant in Colorado Springs downtown area. I wish I could give 3.5 stars, but given some of the issues I chose 3. We opted for the four courses and added a wine pairing. For the first course we chose the blue cornbread (I had read so much about) and the tuna tartare! The corn bread was good, but we both agreed it wasn't anything too special; however, the tuna tartare was incredible. He citrus from the kiwi made this such a unique dish! For the second course, the bone marrow grilled cheese was fabulous! I loved the thick piece of melted jarlesburg and the acid from the pomegranate was perfection! Unfortunately, the duck green chili was not that good. It was so bland. It was lacking salt and overall flavor. It was very watery, not thick like I expected, but in combo with the lack of flavor this dish fell very flat. I ordered the seared duck breast for the third course - I didn't finish it. It was terrible. It was so tough- it was like I was sawing with my steak knife. As you can imagine, the pieces were incredibly chewy. Well, I understand that duck is supposed to be medium rare, this was pretty rare. The flavor of the dock was difficult to even ascertain given how difficult it was to chew. Despite seeing two nearly whole pieces of duck on my plate, neither the server or busser asked if I didn't like it or there was a problem. The NY strip was fine. Good steak overall, but nothing really stood out. For desert the brioche pan Perdue was great. I enjoyed the candid pancetta. The espresso pot de crème was pretty tasty as well. Wine pairings were pretty spot on - there was one pairing we absolutely loved. Neither of us like port and hadn't expected that to be the dessert drink. They didn't appear to be an option to swap that out, so neither of us really finished the last glass. Price was decent for the four courses and $35 additional for a wine pairing was a great deal. Service was decent and the vibe was dark with interesting paintings from local artists to look at. Good music to done to.

Yelp
Always a great experience and wonderful ambience at Four. Friendly, warm, comfortable, and service that is on it. We love to spend fun nights and celebrations here. The food was excellent and well timed for the courses, and Dave was attentive and on point throughout the night. Yelp
Excellent flavor journey. Great location for a special event date night. I loved every dish and need to go back because there's more I wanna try

Yelp
In some cultures the number four is considered unlucky. If you choose NOT to come here then the bad luck is on YOU. To start, our server Genevieve was so kind and so helpful!! My wife requested "something lemon" and the expert bartender made her a menu worthy drink. We had the four course "spring menu" parings staring with jalapeño poppers and mixed greens. Both were unbelievable surprises with panko coating on the poppers and a light cheese hiding under the arugula. The next course was lamb and it was served with a multitude of dipping options including pistachio. Finally, we had the salmon and ribeye. Both were amazing with surprises all around the dish. The desserts - a take on red velvet cake and cheesecake were amazing. Chef Brother Luck brings nothing but.

Yelp
We celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary here. The jalapeno poppers were memorable. As in, I will never eat them anywhere else without thinking of them. Drinks were spot on. Husband had the 4 course meal. His salmon was moist and tasty. Unfortunately, the dessert left us wanting. The description didn't match the end product. We will return and try more off the menu.
google avatar

Andrew G.

Yelp
The service was incredible as were the wine pairings to the courses. The dessert was like nothing I have ever had before. It was incredible. The chef came in for each course and explained the course. Very nice.

Yelp
Oh my word! Prepare yourself for a tastebud override. We opted for the Valentine's Day menu, but I'm wholeheartedly convinced that anything on the menu will absolutely impress you. I posted a picture of the Valentine's Day menu so you can see all of the courses. The flavors were amazing, the dishes all went together and each course flowed from one to another with new flavors and textures. Phenomenal job, and top tier service from Chef Ashley and the crew. Our waitress Brittany was very attentive and took care of us every step of the way. The restaurant had good music, and even an artist actively painting a beautiful piece of art while we were having dinner. The setting had love in the air and the courses had a tough of love in each one of them. Can't wait to go back and experience this amazing restaurant again.

Yelp
I heard so many great things about Four by Brother Luck, but I personally wasn't impressed with the experience. The service was pretty bad - our server seemed irritated the entire time. I had to ask for refills on soda water, and he was visibly annoyed by the request. The desserts came out before we were done the main course, so we felt rushed. The check was also dropped off about one bite into dessert. Our favorite dishes: Blue Cornbread - absolutely delicious and great texture Lamb Belly - perfection - great piece of lamb belly, cooked perfectly, the red wine and cherry reduction complimented the lamb so well NY Strip - juicy and seasoned well Forrest Floor and Chocolate Ganache Quenelle - both were decadent, beautiful presentations I wish the duck breast was paired with the red wine and cherry reduction instead of the blackberry sauce. Portions were pretty generous, and pricing was fair for this type of experience. I might return in the future to try next season's menu, and fingers crossed on better service.

Yelp
I've been a huge Luck fan since the Street Eats days (and wish he would bring them back). Four has been a little hit or miss lately but this last dinner was just abysmal. I'm not sure if they got a new dessert Chef but this creation of the storm was just horrendous, one of the worst fine dining desserts in my life. Who thinks all of that goes on a plate? The rest of the meal was just boring, not seasoned well and uninspired. They really need to change things up from basically the same dishes with a few ingredient tweaks. Its getting boring and with the execution lacking lately it is becoming a place I can no longer recommend or go to.

Yelp
Absolutely recommend this place. Wha a magical and fun experience it was. Went there to celebrate their 7th anniversary and it was such a blast. The place is decorated in a simple and aesthetically pleasing manner. The dim lighting gives it a nice touch. Our server Dave was so cool and made our dinner even better. The food was delicious. I have to say that if you ever visit try the jalapeño poppers. They are soooo delicious. And the manchego pear cheesecake was to die for. The drinks are perfectly crafted and delicious. Will go back for the summer menu! (Menu changes according to the seasons)
google avatar

Melyssa W.

Yelp
I took my husband here for our 14th Anniversary Dinner. The lighting is a bit low, and it can get a little loud after 6 pm, but In100% recommend this place to anyone looking for something different and special. The menu changes seasonally. We missed the fall menu change by 4 days, so check to see what they have. The 4 course is worth every penny and all the staff are friendly and helpful. I am not a fas of wine, so each got a nice cocktail as well. Will probably come back once a season to catch the menu changes

Yelp
Great Happy hour with Hailey!! Food amazing as always. Second time here. Favorite to visit while in Colorado Springs!

Yelp
Stopped in for a happy hour, was met warmly. The bartender convinced me to try the Complex World of Amari cocktail, certainly a new experience and very pleasant for anyone who likes bitter and herbal drinks. The bison empanadas were just as delicious as they were adorable, and I could have eaten a whole batch of the cornbread. Hoping to make it back in to try some more dishes from the dinner menu.

Yelp
I finally had an opportunity to try Brother Luck's 4- course experience with the winter 2024 menu, and was extremely impressed with the food and service. Course 1: Jalapeño Poppers. Creamy filling , sweet and spicy drizzle: 5/5 Course 2: Mushroom Agnolotti The sauce is the star of this dish. 5/5 Course 3: Salsa Macha salmon. The fish was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The salsa was a little too salty to my liking, but tolerable. 4/5 Course 4: Eggnog Crème brûlée The minty whop cream was the perfect pallets cleanser. 5/5 Drink: Queen of Italy The liquor and syrups were nice, but the Chantilly kinda threw me off. It tastes better when the cream is mixed in the drink. 4/5 Overall, I liked the experience, and would like to come back to try their other seasonal offerings. The service and staff is super nice, ambience is casual, and the 4-course experience is an experience alright (a very delicious and pleasant one) I would recommend the 4-course experience over a-la-carte since it gives you a chance to try many different menu items, and costs slightly less too ;) Given its downtown, finding a parking space may take a while, and don't forget to make a reservation. It's a big enough eatery but it gets packed pretty quickly.
google avatar

Yelp
Vegas style dining in Colorado Springs! Jalapeño poppers are excellent Octopus was excellent too. Great ,decor, Make sure you make reservations if it's on the weekend or if it's the holiday etc. Riding downtown Colorado Springs. Got to keep your eyes open though it's hard to see from the street.

Yelp
What a fun concept for 75.00 you can select four courses. The food did not disappoint everything from start to finish had wonderful flavor. The service was incredible. I was catching up with an old friend and we didn't feel rushed at all. The ambiance is a fine dining but you can arrive casual and not feel out of place. The location is downtown so give yourself time to find parking and reservations are a must.

Yelp
If you're looking for a great restaurant to treat yourself to a high quality meal Four is worth your consideration. I made a reservation to come in for their Valentines Dinner, but my wife and I ended up pivoting to their main seasonal menu due to food preferences. The menu clearly lays out potential allergens in each dish, and the server we had was knowledgeable about the ingredients as well. David and Aiden (I hope I'm remembering names right) were excellent, and Chef Brown even came out to chat with us. She shared some details about creating the menu and it was fun getting a sneak peak at the thoughts going on behind the scenes. The three of them added that extra touch of high level service that made our night feel even more special. For me, eating at a restaurant like Four is a special treat that doesn't come around often. I will not hesitate to choose this place for our next worthy occasion.

Yelp
We went to a little private wine tasting & food pairing with their sommelier. Of course the ambiance was beautiful. There was a decadent charcuterie buffet and wine served upon our arrival. Brother Luck shared his unique story, experience and views on food, wine pairing, and cooking, and art! Bites of creative food courses were designed after unique styles of wine, from cabs to sparkling dessert wines. We learned origins and characteristics of each wine and how foods enhanced each other. Unlimited wine pourings made for a delicious and memorable experience.
google avatar

Kevin T.

Yelp
The four courses you experience here is truly amazing all seasonal all farm to table. I love the fact that if I go there every three months, it's always different. Great wine list but the cocktails are really the way to go. This is not to be missed.

Yelp
The most recent example of a new approach to a new generation of people who have been working hard for years and have been able to make their lives better
google avatar

Yelp
Food was incredible. Service was just ok. The timing of the wine pairing and food arrival was not coordinated in the least. If the service got on track, this place would be up for a Michelin star!

Yelp
AMAZING FOOD! AMAZING STAFF! AMAZING ATMOSPHERE! I recommend ordering the following: -The jalapeño cheese poppers -The spring salad -The stuffed tomatoe -The berries and creme The wines that were offered were amazing, too. I highly recommend dining at this restaurant. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
4 course meal was very good. It was very pricey... for portion size. Basically you are paying for the experience! It was a very nice place and we were satisfied

Yelp
After watching Chef Brother and Chef Ashley on Chopped (separate episodes), we, (wife and I) decided to stay the night with our friends who live 10 minutes away from this amazing place, and last night we had our chance for a double date. My hobby is cooking, I'm a huge foodie and believe in "word of mouth" so I will be direct. This is a unique experience that I would recommend to everyone. It started at the bar, moved to our table, then an invite to go see the kitchen and meet the staff after our dessert. This is by far the best meal I've had in a very long time, almost two decades. Chef Ashley made it a point to come see us at our table and ask how we were and how the food was, so that's a huge bonus for me. Me: 6 oysters with a delicious shallot and pomegranate relish 6 mussels in a green curry sauce Stuffed pork chop over a bed of whipped potato mash Gooseberry creme Brulé This is what I had but I had bites from the others that were there such as the blue cornbread, jalapeno poppers (super creative and yummy), stripped bass, braised short ribs, and the hot chocolate churro, all of which were excellent. The depth of flavor in these dishes were superior! Can't wait until January for the new menu as we will be back for sure! If I could give 6 stars, I would. Great food, great people and great memories. I HIGHLY recommend 4 by Brother Luck!! Thanks Ashley :)

Yelp
I hate to post this review because I've been here before and the food has been great but this last time was very disappointing. The service and ambiance was excellent but the food was sub-par. The 1st course was great! Oysters and jalapeños poppers. Great flavor cooked perfectly by far the best course of the evening. 2nd course started to get iffy. My Leek and Butternut Bisque was very tasteful and the consistency was spot on. My friend had the Spanish Octopus and it was great. It tasted overly fishy. 3rd course was the worst. I had the Aji Amarillo Chicken and it wasn't very good. The chicken was cooked well but the edible garnishes that looked like potatoes were hard as rocks. I let the server know and she took them back to the kitchen but nothing changed, it was like biting into an uncooked potato. The sauce smother the dish so it was hard to taste any other flavors. My friend had Vegetarian Sopes and she ate 3 bites of it. I tried it and it tasted like cardboard with a hint of Mexican and spice. 4th course was our 2nd favorite. I had the Gianduja Hazelnut Cake and it was amazing. The taste was very complimentary to the mango passion sorbet! It had a pleasant mouth feel and the consistency again was spot on. It had just enough hazelnut to taste but wasn't overpowering. My friend had the Chocolate S'More Pot de Creme and it was also fantastic! Now for the worst part. Between an hour or two after I got home I was in the bathroom with diarrhea. Something had upset my stomach so bad that I literally was up all night running back and forth to the bathroom. It was horrible! The fact that I got sick from this restaurant and was up all night with diarrhea I don't recommend eating dinner here.

Yelp
Had dinner here for my partner's birthday on a Saturday night and was blown away by the incredible service and great food! Learned about this place through Brother Luck's appearance on "Beat Bobby Flay" and wanted to give it a shot! We all did the Four Course experience for $75/person and were impressed with the taste and quality of the food. Portion sizes are a bit small if you're a hungrier person, but the variety was fantastic. The drinks were amazing as well, with everything being thoroughly mixed and so many different flavors going on in a single cocktail. It should also be noted that the menus change every few months, so what I had may not be what you can get! The service at Four was legitimately one of the best I've ever experienced at a fine dining establishment. Shouting out Vicki, Bri, Hailey, and Ritchie for being so accommodating and making our dinner experience a memorable one! Servers are knowledgeable about the menu and able to provide excellent service. Check this place out in Colorado Springs for all your special event dinners!!

Yelp
We had seen this chef on food network so we wanted to give the restaurant a try. If did not disappoint. We went with a group of 4 adults who love to share. We each tried the 4 course tasting. So we got to try a little bite of almost everything on the menu. Not one thing was disappointing. Some of the portions were real small on the first 2 courses. But everything was delicious so it made up for it.

Yelp
Our experience with Four by Brother Luck was amazing in every way. My wife and I go out every New Year's Eve to celebrate our Anniversary instead of the 1st. I called and told them I was coming in for our Anniversary and asked if flowers could be on our table. They accommodated and came to our table numerous times wishing us a happy anniversary. Katelynn our server was amazing great recommendations for wine pairings. The table was in a great spot and the ambiance was great. The food didn't disappoint at all was so good and can't wait to try the next menu changes.

Yelp
Great visit, friendly service, and bustling ambience with lots of diners having fun. The four course tasting menu is such a great deal, and loved trying out lots of dishes, sharing with others in my party. Overall, food was great. Started with the jalapeño poppers, which were delicious, how could tempera and cream cheese go wrong? The "tamale " Was not my favorite, mainly because I was expecting a tamale, but got more of a braised squash dish. Didn't taste bad, but did not quite fulfill my desire for a tamale. next was the ribeye, which was tasty, but not super memorable. The desserts were the best part and we shared the red velvet dessert, cheesecake, Panna, cotta, and cherry cake/ice cream dessert. The red velvet was definitely the best. The cheesecake was also good, but the caramel tasted super bitter, and I would not recommend eating that. cocktails were great, and nice wine list as well. Would recommend for a date night or night out with friends.

Yelp
We ate here with a food tour, so we only sampled their jalopeno poppers and a glass of wine. The menu looked amazing and atmosphere relaxing.

Yelp
Be prepared to spend some money. However, we thought it was worth it. It's hard to find good food down in the Springs. Both times I've been to Four the service has been outstanding and the ambiance was pleasant and soothing in a way. We did the taster menu and sat at the bar. Both bartenders were outstanding. One of the bartenders even made me a drink that's not on the menu and she nailed it (I just told her what I normally like to eat. I'd recommend checking Four by Brother Luck out!

Kay Z.

Yelp
I was really excited to try this place, but sorely disappointed by everything except the jalapeno poppers. The pumpkin ice cream was grainy. The mussels were gritty with a flavorless broth. The duck was rubbery. Some of it might be expectations, I built up the restaurant to be another fine dining experience in C. Springs, but can't say it met that standard for me. Perhaps I should try going again when there's a new menu, but I'm not sure I will. Service was great! Everyone was attentive and kind. I wish I liked the food.

Yelp
4.5 stars. Very very good!! We were glad we came here :) the ambience is chic casual so you would fit right in if you're just dressed for eating out or to the 9s! We arrived for an early dinner and the restaurant was pretty much empty. We got the happy menu until 5 pm after which we had access to the dinner menu. We got the poutine and jalapeno poppers to start with. Both were delicious! The poutine was with duck meat which was fantastically cooked and just the right amount of soft. The jalapeno poppers deserve a chef's kiss. Yum!! Totally worth the $2 a piece. The drinks were decent. Mine was a pomegranate and vodka based drink which I wasn't too impressed with. My friend got a mango based Martini like drink and that was very smooth and delicious. We chose the 4 course experience along with some a la carte options since everything looked so delicious! We got the crusted pork belly for the first course. I usually don't like pork belly much but this one was so delicious, I couldn't stop eating it. It had an Asian/Indian curry flare to it which I loved. In the second course, the Spanish Octopus was very creatively done. Octopus wasn't chewy at all and the meat itself was tasty so the pico de Gallo and the quinoa elevated it. The best dish of the night however was the caramalised onion bisque. I haven't tasted anything like this before and words fail to explain how good it was. Every person who doesn't have an onion allergy should try this. Another Chef's kiss. The bleu cheese and bacon bites made it even better. The third course was the pepper jack crusted chicken with lentils and strawberries. The oddest combination but it worked. Chicken was well-cooked, the crust was perfect and the lentils, tortilla chips, the little dollops of sauce and the strawberries combined into a very satieting flavor. Our least favorite of the night was the hugely disappointing stuffed artichoke heart. I like artichoke. I like goat cheese. I like tomatoes especially roasted and I love gazpacho. The only thing I didn't know was the kataifi which looked and tasted like fried vermicelli. Individually, it all seemed to work but together it was not good. Difficult to cut into without destroying the whole thing, the tastelessness of the kataifi with a soggy cheesy artichoke did not serve as a very appetising entree. That was one plate we did not finish. Thankfully, the dinner ended on a high with the delicious pretty in Pink strawberry cheesecake with a chili lime milk crumble and compressed pear gel. Beautifully plated but even more delicious to eat. The crumble didn't have a kick if eaten with the cheesecake but by itself, had a lovely tart-spicy kick which I loved. All in all, a very satisfying experience except for the artichoke. Of course, this place is pricey but we came here prepared for the same!

Yelp
Best service we've had in the Springs. Love the decor. Not stuffy like fine dining can sometimes be but trendy and elegant. Food and drinks are delicious! The kitchen is very accommodating to allergies and personal preferences. Excellent spot for a special occasion or date night to remember.

Yelp
Being a foodie, I was extremely excited to try Four. The four course option was a wonderful way to try a variety of flavors, especially when you and your husband each pick something different! The entire experience was absolutely amazing. While our server was more cordial than friendly, she was attentive. The restaurant was sophisticated yet cozy, making it perfect for date night or an intimate dinner with friends. Every dish was perfectly delicious and combined a wonderful assortment of fresh and complimentary flavors. The Squid Ink Risotto was rich, with the chorizo and shaved serrano making it wonderfully savory. The Quail had a crispy skin that gave way to tender meat inside. The Pork Chop was thick, juicy and the best I've ever had. The Duck Breast was served what I would call "medium rare" and the perfect texture. The Key Lime Pie was not pie in the traditional sense, but much better. Generally I am not a fan, but this rendition was incredible. The toasted marshmallow meringue made the dish in my opinion, giving it the right amount of sweet to compliment the tang of the lime. Overall, Four is "10" in my book. Great flavor combinations, perfect portions and the perfect balance of textures to keep you wanting more!

Yelp
Food is outstanding! Not a complaint. Course 1-2 very tiny! Worst service ever! Literally ruined my son's 20th birthday dinner! I won't even go into details as I'm afraid I'd say something I'd regret!!! Update: Owner made it right! While we'll never get to experience that moment again and I'm still beyond upset, they did try to make it right. So I appreciate the gesture!

Yelp
I came here for my graduation dinner and did the 4 course experience. All I can say is, 10/10 one of the absolute best restaurant experiences I've ever had. Firstly, service was impeccable. Extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. Food was INCREDIBLE. I had the burrata salad, duck green chili, New York strip steak, and Forrest floor dessert. Absolutely delicious and I have dreams about the food, truly. We were in a private room, so the ambience was great. I don't know what a typical dining experience would be like, but I'm sure it's wonderful too.

Yelp
Great place for a date night! We both got the four-course meal. We started with a glass of wine and ended with one of their IPAs on draft. For the first course, we got the elk and jalapenos poppers. The second course was sweet potatoes ravioli and wild boar tamales, and for our third course, or main course, we went with the duck breast and sirloin. Dessert was dessert. The food presentation and the artwork on the walls were amazing! Our server, Bri was great too! She was hopping around with a boot and was attentive. The service was good. I recommend minimizing the time between each dish or bringing them out before they become warm. Overall, great experience, and chill vibes!!! I'll prob go again but order a la carte instead.

Yelp
We were in town running errands & my brother & sister in law suggested this place for their happy hour. I wish I took pictures but I forgot, sorry! They have food & drinks on their happy hour menu. We had oysters, duck chili poutine, & charcuterie board. The poutine was to DIE FOR! We ordered a second round before happy hour was over. Service was really good too. Our waiter made sure to stop by our table before happy hour was over to see if we wanted to put in any more food or drink orders before it was over. The drinks were also fantastic, especially the Manhattan my husband got. Fortunately & unfortunately it was dead when we went. It was a Tuesday so maybe that's why. We really liked the atmosphere, it's dark & cozy, perfect for date night. I can't wait to go back!

Yelp
This used to be one of my favorite places. My dinner was OK. I didn't really like anything this time around. The octopus was hard and gamey. Lamb stew just not very good. Perhaps it was just my choices but $100 with tip meh. Not feeling the price is worth it anymore for me

Yelp
I really enjoyed this restaurant. From service to the food everything was great. We decided to go with the four course menu. The concept of the four season is excellent. We went during October 2022, I assume that every season will be different menu. If I live closer to Colorado Springs, I will come back to the area just to try everything every season. Can't wait to go back. One note is when arrived for my reservation they didn't seat us right the way and the host stated that someone is at our table we will have to wait, as we are waiting we saw someone has the same reservation time was seated right the way. Also there were empty table, but once we are seated everything was great.

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday night. We were having difficulty finding street parking and attempted 2x to call. On the first call, someone picked up and then hung up. On the 2nd call, no one picked up, period. When we arrived, we were told the reservation was automatically cancelled after 15min (we were less than 20 min late), but that there was a patio table. They require the entire order at once. We did one set of the 4 courses (blue cornbread, bone marrow, snapper, mais cake) and added an a la carte dish from course 2 - elk. The share plates both had dried bits of food on them, and the staff replaced them immediately. I think the food quality was supreme, but some details were lacking. The toilet in the bathroom did not flush properly.

Yelp
My favorite experience in Colorado Springs. We did the four course tasting menu along with the wine pairing. Kyle was our waiter and he was so knowledgeable and I really feel like I learned about the wine I was drinking. Amazing experience and even more amazing food! Every dish was 10/10
