Omgosh this place was so fun! They have the friendliest staff and is the cutest place. I loved this place and they were so busy but took awesome care of us. We even had a surprise princess visit so my 3 year old granddaughter loved it as well. I highly recommend this place. 💖

I went here for a sorority event, and it was so good. The atmosphere was very cheerful, and the food was delightful. The cucumber and spiced tea was my favorite. It is a very small building though, since the event had 20+ people, it felt cramped.

At last, I came to this place after my niece invited me over for a cup of tea. I was very impressed how they converted this house into a tea room. The service and waiter were exceptional. The food is delicious. They serve you a cup of soup, very delicious, before having tea and some delicious sandwiches of your choice. You have to come here. I recommend this place by all means. Please, just stop by soon.

Beautiful tea room with an elegant atmosphere. Everyone was extremely friendly. We had a sample of the house spice tea and found it to be very good. We each had the four friends classic. The tomato basil soup was wonderful. The taco soup was yummy and not spicy at all. The egg salad was good and the pumpkin bread with sweetened cream cheese was more dessert than sandwich. The fruit salad was refreshing and a great accompaniment. We both really enjoyed the cucumber cream cheese sandwich. The only negative was the tuna salad. It was very fishy. The scones are more cookie or muffin than true biscuit style scone but very tasty. The white chocolate bread pudding was very good and a big piece! Overalk, we had a great time and the meal was a great value for all we received.

The spiced tea they bring you is my favorite of all time. The cucumber sandwiches are great and the pumpkin bread with cream cheese sandwiches are PERFECT. I love the ranch dressing that goes on the salads also. Bring your kids, they have little toy kits they bring them and allow them to have their own teapot filled with pink lemonade. It’s super cute and kids love it! The tomato soup is the best tomato soup I’ve ever had. Love this place, have been going for 20+ years!

I love this beautiful, and intimate little tea room! I prefer the service on a regular day as opposed to the public character tea parties. In my experience, ordering off the regular menu, you pay less money but get significantly more food. Always get a pot of tea (the house spice is divine)! The egg salad and pimento cheese sandwiches are my favorite. The service is best on weekdays when it’s not packed. The staff there are so sweet, attentive, and always make your experience great! This is awesome for everyday lunch, play dates, mother daughter time, birthdays, you name it!

I went to Four Friends Tea Room for the first time a few weekends ago and I was blown away. This is such a cute place to go with my kiddo and her friends but also I plan to stop by one day for lunch with my mother and even with friends! I will admit the price is a little higher than I'd like to spend however the experience of it was absolutely worth it and I will absolutely be returning!! Thank you to Mirabel and Isabella for joining us as well. We had an amazing time!

We had been at this place few times. It opens just for lunch ( closes at 3:00 pm), and It is usually crowded. Waiting time could be up to 30 minutes. The place is small and cozy. Good atmosphere. Food is delicious and fresh. Staff are friendly. My only concern that they charge $5 for the kids pink lemonade ( pink tea) even if you order the lunch special which supposes to come with a pot of tea. we had visited after the lockdown, and things changed remarkably. There is no dolls, or souvenirs in the waiting area anymore. All the employees were wearing mask. Social distancing wasn’t forced though. The sanitizing after each customer was great. Food is very tasty as usual.

Nice little tea room place with good food variety. Great service and casual ambiance. Very clean and tidy. They are very friendly and quick. We tried the chai tea sample which was very good. The Pot Pie soup was delicious as were the finger sandwiches. The cranberry walnut chicken salad sandwich, the pumpkin cream cheese sandwich and the tuna sandwich. It comes with potato chips and a pickle spear. We plan on coming back with our friends and truly recommend trying them out.

What a cute little tea place outside Houston! I was not expecting to find this in Pearland, but it's a total charm. Small high tea place with an old English feel that is only open for a few hours in a day. Focuses mainly on the high tea experience and nothing else. Their tea is pretty tasty and their sandwiches and pastries were satisfying. A bit sad that they have a 90 minute dining window but it's understandable knowing they do get pretty busy especially during Saturday. But we had a wonderful time and experience! Cute place to take your girlfriends or even have an all girls high tea experience. The price was quite reasonable as well! I believe we paid $35 per person.

I so enjoy having afternoon tea (high tea) at Four Friends Tea Room every chance I can get. It is a quaint, little cottage with charming decor. The staff are extremely lovely and quite attentive in providing great service. On Thursdays, they serve my favorite "soup of the day" - lobster bisque. It is excellent. You have to call a day in advance but their afternoon tea (high tea) is worth it. It includes all-you-can-eat soup, salad, finger sandwiches, dessert, and tea. They have a nice variety of tasty finger sandwiches, scones, and desserts. Whatever you order, you can't go wrong! I also find it a great place to meet with business associates, including men, because it is quiet enough to easily hear each other when we're discussing business, and the portions are ample enough to satisfy a big eater.

Oh my sweetness. You have to come. Lovely menu, decor is so adorable, southern charm! Pearls, gems, adorn the lace curtain tie backs, cups of every style and you should definitely wear your hats and "Fascinator"

Quaint, small business I love coming here for a quick lunch! Super small and tight quarters, but the service is special and the food is perfectly light. The mismatched tea set decor is very charming. I always opt for the tea room sampler and take whatever I can't finish back to my desk. This go 'round, I indulged with chicken pot pie soup (not pictured) , pumpkin bread with cream cheese (highly recommend), dainty cucumber sandwich, and an egg salad sandwich, with a cup of fresh cut fruit!

Celebrated my daughters birthday here and was delighted with the amazing experience! We had a large party so definitely recommend making a reservation. The place was packed from opening with parties waiting. The experience from being seated to departing was amazing, friendly, and catering to all our requests. The food was perfect along with the drinks to accommodate. We went with the unlimited service (high tea which ran $32ish per person to include kids of all ages). Great experience overall and daughter loved it for her birthday! Enjoy!

We came to four friends for lunch on my daughter's 3rd birthday. What a special little place. They definitely make the kids feel special with their little tea sets and transformer toys. I also highly recommend trying the spiced tea. YUM!

What a fantastic experience we had here! I planned a baby shower for my daughter-in-law. The 2 sisters who own the tea room were wonderful! We got there, a cute little house set with tables throughout, and they had our tables set for our party with beautiful teacups, and tablecloths. They set up a smaller table for the gifts. Our lovely server brought us their spice tea, which was delicious! We all got our own little cards to fill out choosing 3 sandwiches, 2 sides, and our drinks. I got chicken salad, and pimento cheese, broccoli cheddar soup , and pasta salad. My grand daughter chose egg salad, and the amazing pumpkin bread with cream cheese. Everyone loved the food, and there was a lot! Then, everyone chose a dessert from the many options they had. The scones were amazing, as was the bread pudding.

Cute little tea room in Pearland, Texas. The staff was very friendly, service was great. I got the Tea Room Sampler, Cranberry pecan chicken salad, turkey and Swiss, and pumpkin bread with sweet cream cheese filling. To drink I enjoyed the Fredericksburg Peach tea along with a bit of honey. Will definitely return soon the pumpkin bread with sweet cream cheese filling was delicious!

We visited the Four Friends Tea Room this weekend for the Snow-white tea event. My grandchildren enjoyed dressing up and loved Snow-white. The down side was when we were leaving and went to check out. The owner went to check me out at a checkout area that was very tight with people waiting to also check out and waiting to get photos with Snow-white. The owner proceeds to ring me up and when she looks at receipt and see I had not filled in tip yet. She very loudly says are u not going to leave a tip!! I looked around at this point and everyone in the small area was looking at me. I was extremely embarrassed and at that point should of spoke up and said how dare you question my leaving a tip or not especially loudly and embarrassing me in front of your customers. It's my prerogative as to whether or not I choose to tip ( which I planned to do) but who is she to question my choices!!!

Without a doubt, one of the treasures of Pearland! Fabulous food, service and atmosphere. This restaurant makes you feel welcome, and serves fine food and delicious desserts. Highly recommend you give it a try!

So disappointed! Tried to go last Thursday. Arrived at 11:34 am and not only was it closed but I had to back out onto Broadway because there was a large work truck blocking the entrance to the parking lot. Looks like such a lovely place online.

This place is so cute. The vibes are amazing. Perfect for a girls lunch. We tried almost everything on the menu and everything tastes to fresh and homemade. The standout for me was the Bread pudding!

Cute place good sandwiches. Clean bathrooms. Very bad service Our waiter past our table several times refused to give us a menu told us we had only one option to pay 30 bucks or get nothing at all. And when we asked if we could do the $10 option she said no because the rest of our party wasn't doing that. They didn't let us sit with the rest of our party. Our waiter was very unpleasant

Absolutely loved my first experience here. Cute little house that is easy to miss on a very busy road but the indoor decor is a vibe! Aesthetic tableware and romantic seating. It might be a little small inside so parties larger than 4 might be a little miserable for everyone. It's busy on Saturday and the waitresses might be in a rush. The food was delicious and you get more bang for your buck with the price especially if you compare it to any other tea rooms in Houston. My absolute favorite was the pimento cheese sandwich that I was inspired to include it in my groceries to make for myself at home! Be sure to call ahead for High Tea reservations and the price on the website is different from the actual. I paid $30 for high tea which includes tea (cold and hot), sweets/pastries, and salad. The house spice tea is a MUST but I absolutely adored the peach tea also! I want to go back!!

One of Pearland's hidden gems!! This tea room is honestly one of the best I have ever been to. My go-to is the tea room sampler, this lets you get mini sandwiches, a soup, and side. I love the cucumber sandwich, and egg salad! The pumpkin bread is a must!

The only bad thing to say about this place is... It's hard to decide what to order!!!! You want to eat everything on the menu. Their house tea is DELICIOUS. All the food was delicious. I wanted to try the broccoli and fruit salad, but unfortunately I could only choose two sides and didn't want to seem like a piggy!!!

Morgan was our waitress and was an absolute sweetheart. She was vey attentive and she even went to ask for what was in one of the sandwiches I ordered! The food was also really good and the spice tea is always a go to!

My daughter LOVES coming here! The ambiance, food, and staff are top notch! Love the spice tea, tomato basil soup, and will be back for dessert after sampling the bread pudding! My daughter said her chocolate cake was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! The Four Friends Classic gives you a bit of everything for $20!

EVERYONE should go here. I'm so happy this tea room is in Pearland. This place is awesome! The employees are so friendly and always smiling! The food was SOOO fresh and TASTY. I selected the High Tea option and then chose tomato soup, chef salad, pimento cheese sandwich, pumpkin bread cream cheese filling sandwich and the ham with cheese sandwich... I ate everything and LOVEDDDD it :) We also got the Texas Sweet Dreams herbal tea which was perfect! Oh yes and the dessert, we ordered a white chocolate bread pudding. SO AMAZING and warm! I don't have any pics because everything looked beautiful and I ate it all, SARS

This is a beautifully dressed tea room with a peaceful ambiance. The ladies and gentlemen made my stay absolutely wonderful. I ordered the Sweet Texas and the Tea Sampler. The egg salad, tuna and cucumber sandwiches were delightful and exactly what I was looking for. It also came with two sides to choose from, I ordered the pasta salad and a side salad, both a perfect combination. Thank you all for making my experience a pleasant one!

Delicious lunch and adorable little house! This was the 1st time for our group of three, but it definitely won't be our last. The "four friends" were lovely and made us feel right at home. The tomato basil soup was yummy with crunchy buttery croutons on top. They have a nice selection of finger sandwiches. My favorite was the pimento cheese. I wish it was on a different type of bread though. We all splurged on dessert, and we weren't disappointed. My chocolate mousse cake was heavenly. They're only open from 11am -2 pm, so don't dilly dally They were quite busy when we got there at 11:30. I'm really glad we tried this cute little tea room. I can't wait to come back and bring more friends!

Came here with my elderly grandmother. It took a good while to get seated, but as soon as we had our table, service was quick and hospitable! We never had to wait long to receive our tea or meals, and we got to enjoy the lovely scenery in the process! Had an amazing first impression, I can see why this place is slowly becoming a staple in Pearland!

Wait staff was very helpful in making recommendations on what to eat. The bread pudding was delicious but the Texas sheet cake was extremely sweet&underwhelming. I had the egg salad, cucumber and cranberry chicken sandwiches which were all delicious. Their house cider tea was sweet but delicious. Make reservations for traditional high tea! I'm definitely coming back here again!

Found this place on Yelp and took my baby cousins. Everyone was very friendly and made my baby cousins feel like princesses. Our waitress showed her how to properly pour tea. They also have a little tray of small toys they can play with. I think there was a party in the next room so we got to see Ariel and Rapunzel. They were kind of enough to take a picture with my baby cousin. We got the croissant sanwhiches and cheesecake for dessert. Food was great and came out in timely fashion. The interior is very cute! We'll definitely be back. Definitely recommend, support local businesses!

I have not been to the location (although I read nothing but great reviews for it) I cannot believe I hadn't heard of the food here sooner as I work about 10-15 minutes away but today the office had them cater our small party. WOW! all I can say is WOW. I just had the best tuna and chicken salad ever and the pumpkin bread/cream - cheese was (as my co-worker put it) "dangerously delicious" I will be eating their food again, very soon I imagine. I cant wait to try everything else they have :)

My daughter's bridal shower was here this evening. It was beautiful! The food was great, and the staff were very accommodating. I highly recommend it if you are planning an event, or just stopping by for lunch.

This place is amazing!! I had mixed feelings about taking my 3 year old there for her birthday because of previous reviews. The one review mentioning a child noted that their child was very well behaved. My child is not perfectly behaved so I was a bit apprehensive. They gave her a play tea set when we arrived. They also had her own tea pot with tea for her to pour. They showed her how to pour, and she did a fairly good job doing it. They were so very kind and patient with us. The food was absolutely amazing, Perfect portions, and they sang "Happy Birthday" to my little one. On our way out the door I was struggling to juggle things because it was raining. I dropped my cup of tea they packaged up for me. I notified them so they knew I had made a mess on their porch. They kindly replaced my lost tea (even though the loss was my fault). I decided to take my little girl their because I planned a "Princess for a Day" for her birthday. These ladies did not disappoint. It was absolutely wonderful!!! Thank you so much for helping create such a wonderful memory for my little girl's birthday!!

I just got food here for the first time last Friday and it was so good! Creamy chicken salad is excellent and everything else I ordered was wonderful. Staff was great and with all restaurants having to do takeout only they brought it right to my car and were so friendly. I think I will order more this week.

we pass by this place so many time in our neighborhood and finally decided to go yesterday for Downton Abbey High Tea service. It was such a wonderful experience. The staff is extremely nice and friendly, the decor is so cute. The food is delicious, soups salads sandwiches and desserts! we also had their house blend spice tea, a pot of the Zhi Tea - Sweet Texas Dreams, peach ice tea, raspberries iced tea, all were delightful! We will definitely come back!

This a SUPER cute vintage gift shop/tea house with very nice hospitality, at affordable pricing and freshly made tea (sampled daily). All meals and desserts were very delightful.

It is very difficult to find but it is worth the effort. The location is right off of Broadway but the signage is so small that you will pass it several times before you know it. The sanwhiches as good and the tea is great. Get a whole tea pot because you will drink it. The portions are small so expect finger sandwhiches not a huge meal. I liked the owners and servers and I will be back.

This was such a fun experience! I've never been to a sit down tea place. I was skeptical bc the house looked tiny from the outside. But it wasn't on the inside. It was perfect! There were many tables, but I believe you should make reservations to be on the safe side. The portions were dainty, the tea was A-mayyyyyzing! I had the peach iced tea and a hot tea that tastes like it had cider. It was the best tea I ever had! Literally! I was worried about the portions and the quality of the food. They do not disappoint! There was something for everyone's liking! My cousin is a vegitarian and she had the teas, tomato soup x2, fruits, sandwich , and desserts! I had the pot pie soup and it was good! My mom loves their bread pudding! They had a variety of yummy finger foods! Can't wait to go back. Their servers were friendly as well! We were there for the Mother's Day tea and got free tea cups for Mother's Day! It was $35/person. It was such a great experience and just a nice way to spend QT time with my mom, aunt, and cousin! Go try it sometime and don't forget your hats for fun!!

This place is great! Located in a cute, little, old house, it's exactly what a tea room should be like. Even down to the grandmotherly decor and dishes. Some of the dishes are even antiques! The food is very good - sandwiches, soups, and salads. Their pumpkin bread is my favorite. And they have a large selection of desserts and beverages. The hot, spiced tea is very popular. The service is very friendly and accommodating to kids. If you like tea rooms or want to try a very classic tea room, this is a perfect option.

Apparently this place has been a tearoom forever, thru 4 owners and three different names, but always with pretty much the same atmosphere, the same menu, the same specials. Park in back, Enter from alley. Get the Spiced tea; it's a bit pricey but they make a fuss over you. It's an old house with hardwood floors, old mismatched furniture, Tulle netting from the ceiling. Good place to take a couple of little girls on a Saturday. A couple of Outdoor tables will be nice when the weather cools

My friends invited me here for lunch. I was a little reluctant to go to a "Tea Room." I had never been to one and I just didn't know what it would be like- I can be a picky eater sometimes. But this place was AMAZING. They have this Spiced tea that is to die for. I never thought hot tea could be so good. I ordered the chicken salad croissant- amazing. It was light and not too sweet. The portions are perfect for lunch. I was worried they would be too small after reading another yelper's review, but they are perfect. I even took a to-go box! For dessert we had the pumpkin bread with cream cheese and the bread pudding, both were absolutely delicious. The staff was so sweet too. I couldn't decide on what I wanted to get so our waitress gave me a sample of the chicken salad to see if I wanted to order it. I ended up loving the sandwich. I live about 20 minutes away from this place and I wish I lived closer. I would drop by for lunch everyday if I had the time! I will definitely be back. Great food and awesome service.

Four Friends Tea Room is just the cutest place ever, I don't even know where to start. Okay, wait let's talk about the place itself - IT'S A SUPER ADORABLE LITTLE HOUSE. It's tucked away between some bigger buildings, which can make it hard to find but it's so worth the search. The inside is pastel pink and decorated with so many tea cups and pots and other trinkets. OKAY. Now, the service. The ladies who work there are just the sweetest. I spilled my tea and THEY kept apologizing for my clumsy mistake. They're also attentive without being overbearing. Lastly, the food! Everything is homemade and even though these are all pretty simple things to make, it's just better at Four Friends. Maybe its the love they put into it. I highly recommend the tomato basil or any of their other soups. For sandwiches, I really like the pimento and egg salad. My sister highly recommends the cucumber and cream cheese one. Of course, you can't forget the tea! I love the spiced tea and they do offer you a sample of it. I tried the black peach tea and that was delicious! I know this review is basically a whole essay, but I really love this place! I recommend it to anyone.

This place is adorable! The food is great, the tea amazing and the dessert phenomenal! (The bread pudding was out of this world!). It was an awesome place for my friend and I to enjoy a fun meal. Also the service was top notch. I saw them dealing w elderly people that wanted to complain about everything (the wait, how busy they were, etc) and they took it all in stride and never appeared flustered or rushed. They mentioned having princess dinner events for the kids, I'm excited to bring my 6 year old next time! Cons: because it's a cute tea room that encourages leisurely dining it's hard to estimate time to get a table, so they estimated 20 mins and we waited an hour. But in their defense, many large parties walked in without calling ahead and a few tables had elderly folk who were there before we got there and there after we had waited and leisurely eaten ourselves. If you're pressed for time, call ahead on the weekends. Will definitely be back!

We took our mother here to celebrate her 85th birthday. We thought that a tearoom would be a fun way to celebrate since we hadn't done it before. I researched different places and this one had great reviews. It truly lived up to them. We had the best time and my mother absolutely loved it. This place has everything, friendly staff, great ambiance and delicious food. Everything was wonderful! Thank you so much for a wonderful time!!

I took my daughter and my niece here before Christmas to exchange presents ( they are 8 and 6) They loved dressing up and wearing big hats and pouring their own spice tea! If you have young girls, it's a fun experience for them. The food is good too;)

Consistent, good and homey. It reminds me of a visits to my grandmother's house. Comfort food with flowery tablecloths, tea sandwiches and the best fruity, creamy salad/dessert.
