Had an amazing Christmas stay at the Four Seasons Beijing. The service and hospitality were truly impeccable — every team member we encountered was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. The Four Seasons app was also extremely useful for requesting complimentary amenities, which were delivered to our room with impressive speed. The in-app chat is easily the best I’ve experienced among luxury hotels.||We stayed in both the Ambassador Suite and the Terrace Suite. Both were spacious, beautifully appointed, thoughtfully equipped, and spotlessly clean.||The level of service consistently exceeded expectations — even by Four Seasons standards. Adele, the Director of Rooms, greeted guests personally at breakfast each morning, offering sincere hospitality while proactively listening to feedback. Yvette at the Front Desk provided a smooth and efficient check-in experience and was genuinely friendly and professional throughout our stay. The spa facilities and staff were wonderful, and the Chinese restaurant’s food was outstanding. It was fully booked during Christmas, so we ordered through in-room dining — and it still tasted fantastic.

We had an amazing stay here and honestly can’t say enough good things about the staff. Everyone was so warm and welcoming and truly treated us like family. Lili (the general manager), Rebecca, and Melody were all incredible, and even the housekeeper was so kind and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed in our room, greeted us at breakfast, and even helped make my partner’s birthday really special with thoughtful arrangements. We felt so well taken care of the entire stay. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We just stayed at the Four Seasons in Beijing, and we are absolutely blown away. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was on a level we’ve never experienced before. The entire team made us feel genuinely welcomed. We were especially touched when General Manager Lili Wong personally greeted us during our stay—such a warm and memorable gesture that truly stood out. How she recognised us despite having a President and his delegation staying in the hotel at the same time, is simply beyond us! What made this stay extraordinary were the many thoughtful gestures, both big and small, that the team arranged for our special occasion. Each one was heartfelt, beautifully executed, and made us feel truly celebrated. Thank you Ethan :) The ambiance throughout the hotel is serene and luxurious, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the attention to detail is unmatched. Our suite was stunning, with exceptional amenities that made our stay as comfortable as it was memorable. This experience has set a new benchmark for us. After staying here, we honestly cannot imagine staying anywhere else—Four Seasons has earned our loyalty for life. The Four Seasons Beijing is my favourite hotel in Beijing (and honestly one of my favourites anywhere). I’ve stayed in many hotels worldwide and across China, and the level of personalized service and attention to detail here is truly exceptional. The hospitality manager Stanley is friendly, accommodating, and helpful and makes sure we are comfortable everytime we stay. The concierge team went so far above and beyond during my past visit in December 2025 - they handled probably 30+ packages for me over multiple weeks, kept everything organized and secure, and always made the process feel effortless. They were consistently patient, efficient, and kind, and never once made me feel like I was being difficult or a bother. Special shoutout to Henry from the concierge team (who always makes the hotel feel like a home away from home). Also worth mentioning: the housing staff are polite and attentive, Cai Yi Xuan is one of our favourite restaurents in the city and staff are very accommodating, and the gym is my favourite in the world - spotless, well kept, and it feels luxurious and private every time. I will 100% stay here anytime I’m in Beijing.

I last stayed over 10 years ago when it was still new. First hotel of 2026. Greeting me by name when arriving at the hotel is a touch sometimes lost on other Four Seasons hotels. Service is on par with the best in the world. Some friends said they heard the rooms were a bit run down now -- not at all; the room is almost as it was 10 years ago with that comfortable bed, prestinely ironed sheets and fluffy pillows. And I like location as I can take walks in the morning along Liangma River or Chaoyang Park. Wonderful 4 days.

Great hotel in a great part of Beijing.My girlfriend and I stayed for 4 nights and loved it. Although the hotel is older than many other Four Seasons, with slightly dated rooms, the standard is still high. The beds are very comfortable and the house keeping is excellent. The pool and spa area is fantastic and one of the very best in Beijing. All staff are extremely polite and hospitable. Beijing is a fantastic city and so is this hotel. Highly recommended.I lived in Beijing for four years in the past so have seen many other hotels and feel this is still a great choice. We will definitely return soon.
