"Having worked with various teams within the hotel group for years, Chef Li hailing from Tianjin makes sure every top-notch ingredient is prepared meticulously in his kitchen. The main menu focuses on Cantonese fare, but regulars may refer to another menu for popular dishes they miss. Chef Li is especially proud of his signature wok-fried prawns with fermented black garlic and dried chillies. The wine list also features some great selections." - Michelin Inspector

We had a private tour of the Great Wall (Mutianyu section) with door to door service. It was incredible. Our guide, Licia, was friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole experience seamless. The car ride was very comfortable and took just over an hour from our hotel. We then explored both sections of the wall there, going via cable car to see the higher part and then via chairlift and toboggan back to see the other side. We were glad we did both as they were quite different. Highly recommend!

I can sum up my stay in one sentence: everything was absolutely perfect! The reason for the trip was to celebrate our wedding anniversary! We were welcomed with a beautiful flower arrangement, the room decorated with more flowers, balloons and congratulatory messages written on the bedroom window. Several other surprises came to surprise us: heart-shaped cake, photo frames with our photo, treats! I've never seen such an efficient team, which solves everything you need and doesn't let the guest worry about anything!||! congratulations to the efficient and very friendly team! ||Thank you Dear Leo, Michael, Rebecca, Fred, Chris and all the team!||Never will forget it!

We stayed in the little prince room with our boys, and the room was decorated beautifully. The bunk bed was a bonus for the boys, complete with the tent, balloons and the decorated mirror. Service was excellent the moment we stepped into Four seasons Beijing, they were very welcoming and anticipated many of our needs. Concierge was always wonderful and helped us with restaurant reservations and many other things.||We arranged for a tour guide to bring us around for 3 days. On our first day, we met Lucy Li, our tour guide who brought us to Hutong and helped us when we had things to buy. Lucy is very pleasant, with good English, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with her. We requested the same tour guide for the next 2 days. She is good with kids and understanding to old folks. My boys had a fun time with her. We did cultural activities, where we went to old Beijing to learn about cricket fighting and diabolo. Mr Wu, the cricket teacher was very humourous and made it so interesting for the kids about the history of cricket fighting. Overall,we had a wonderful and memorable trip because of these wonderful service!

If you are looking for a true 5* experience, The four seasons Beijing is it! Right from the moment we arrived we were beyond impressed with the staff here. Beautiful English from every single staff member we came across and help where ever we went in the hotel. The staff here are truly what make this hotel special and have provided the best service we have seen in Beijing hotels so far. The room was beautiful and clean. I loved the full size bath and shower products and the little extra things like the head pillow for the bath. We loved the water in the little cardboard boxes and the large selection of coffee for the coffee machine. The bed was extremely comfortable and so was the lounge chair in the room. Everything felt like luxury right down to the bath robes. A cot was also supplied for our baby but he loved the beautiful big bed instead 😂 The pool is gorgeous and the service there was wonderful. Again the staff are just so amazing and friendly here and all seem to be so happy and love their jobs. This was the same at the beautiful breakfast which I highly recommend including in your room booking. The dinning room is stunning and a wonderful selection of food. We loved the fresh juice selections In the little glass bottles. I can not reccomend the four seasons enough and can not fault one single thing about this hotel. The way the staff look after you and your families, it is a true 5* experience .We are extremely happy and will be back again for sure and will be recommending to all of our friends. We are off to The intercontinental hotel now and they will have to be very impressive after staying here. Thank you for a wonderful stay four seasons.

Four Seasons made our trip to Beijing a memorable one. The service was remarkable. We arrived early at about 7am and was given our room with a free upgrade to higher floor. Throughout our stay the staff was very attentive. Kudos to a few of them who showed us what an amazing service is all about. Lyon the bellboy who greeted us everyday and made sure we were comfortable throughout before and after leaving the hotel, Harry the concierge who walked us all the way to the bar nearby the hotel to ensure we knew where we were walking to when asked for a place a nearby to have a drink, and of course Judy who made us feel at hime during the check in. Thanks again Four Seasons for the fantastic service 😊

My wife and I had a wonderful experience and look forward to staying again the next time we’re in Beijing. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help our every question and desire. The hotel breakfast was delicious and everyone made us feel right at home. Additionally, we booked a full day tour and our tour guide David was knowledgeable, spoke great English and had a great energy to show us his beautiful city. Two thumbs up and highly recommend. Thank you

My friend and I stopped by OPUS after dinner. The service was minimal: the staff seated us, took our order, and served the food, but there was no introduction, water, or complimentary snacks like those given to other tables. No one ever checked on us, and I even had to refill my own water and prepare the tea.||Meanwhile, the waiter serving a nearby table of four white men provided noticeably better service, KNEELING to take their order and asking about allergies—something I was never asked.||I was shocked to be charged a 15% mandatory service fee for such experience. When I questioned it, the staff claimed they "served us well by simply taking the order and serving plates" but offered no apology for the disparities. While tipping isn’t customary in China, I am happy to reward excellent service—but this was far from it. As a customer, no matter there is a tip culture or not, I always have rights to refuse to tip in this kind of situation. Unfortunately, they still insisted to charge me and gave me incorrect parking instruction to make my experience even worse.||I cannot recommend this place and won’t return. It’s unacceptable to experience discriminatory service with terrible attitude. It's never about the price or extra fee. It seems that staff at Four Seasons knows how to serve people well to justify the service cost but they deliberately choose to provide different services. Racist behaviors should be stopped especially in the hospitality industry!
