"Having worked with various teams within the hotel group for years, Chef Li hailing from Tianjin makes sure every top-notch ingredient is prepared meticulously in his kitchen. The main menu focuses on Cantonese fare, but regulars may refer to another menu for popular dishes they miss. Chef Li is especially proud of his signature wok-fried prawns with fermented black garlic and dried chillies. The wine list also features some great selections." - Michelin Inspector

As a big fan of the Four Seasons, I wanted to make sure our family trip through China would start out in the best way, and the Four Seasons did not disappoint. We traveled as a family of 11, ages 8 to 78, and we were welcomed with wonderful accommodations, amenities and personalized notes. A special shout out to Ethan, who made an extra effort in gifting us a beautiful drawing and photo of our family. Everyone on staff made sure we were taken care of, and made our stay feel like our home away from home. Not to mention, the breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of local and fresh options to choose from, and the spa facilities were a great respite after a long day of sight-seeing. There are so many 5-star hotels to choose from in Beijing, but the Four Seasons is the best one!

5-stars all the way. Excellent attentive service and attention to detail. There were hot and cold drinks and cool towels in the gym, which was immaculate. Pool is small and shallow but clean and well appointed. The tea room looks amazing - didn't get to actually sit down but am looking forward to having tea there next time. Breakfast was excellent. Felt very much cared for, taken care, and pampered during my stay, which is rare for hotels at this price point (it's a BARGAIN). One of the best experiences in Beijing, and my new go-to when staying short-term in the city.

Having previously stayed at several Four Seasons properties and experienced their renowned service culture, our expectations for this stay were understandably high - unfortunately, the hotel didn’t quite live up to them. ||On the positive side, our room was classy, elegant, and very clean, with a spacious and well-designed bathroom. Housekeeping stood out as one of the most impressive aspects of our stay, displaying exceptional attention to detail and care. The breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of both local and international dishes, and the service there was attentive and efficient. We also truly enjoyed the SPA, which offered breathtaking panoramic views of the city and excellent sauna and jacuzzi facilities. ||However, several aspects fell short of what one expects from the Four Seasons brand. Our dinner at the hotel’s Chinese fine dining restaurant was disappointing - service was disorganized, with dishes not served simultaneously for all guests at the table, and major items like duck and chicken were unavailable, leaving us with limited options despite good taste. The Club Lounge experience was especially disappointing. While the food selection was a highlight, offering a wide variety of local dishes and some excellent Chinese red wine, the service was far below expectations. Despite four attendants being present, one spent time playing on their phone while two others were engaged in a private conversation. This left only one person actually attending to guests. There was little to no attention to detail, and the atmosphere felt unprofessional and disengaged - by far the weakest Club Lounge service experience we've had. Lastly, although our room was clean and maintained, it showed clear signs of aging, with poor window insulation and several features in need of renovation. ||We sincerely hope to see improvements in the future and that the brand’s high standards will be more consistently implemented across all areas of the guest experience.

I had a fantastic stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Beijing. The service was truly exceptional—every staff member I encountered was professional and warm, but the concierge team really stood out. They went above and beyond to make my stay seamless, offering thoughtful recommendations and assistance with everything I needed.||The Executive Lounge was another highlight. Located on one of the upper floors, it offers a beautiful view of the city and a peaceful atmosphere. The food and drinks throughout the day were excellent, and the service there was just as impressive.||The location in Chaoyang is very convenient—it’s in a walkable area close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. My room was spacious, elegant, and had every amenity I could ask for, from high-end toiletries to a great coffee setup.||Overall, this is easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Beijing. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Absolutely enjoyed our staying at this hotel! We have been traveling in China for a month, we have chosen Four Seasons as our base. After a few days of intensive traveling outside of Beijing, we would love to come back to this hotel for a break! The rooms are very clean and comfortable! The breakfast is great! All the food are well prepared and a lot to choose from! We really love the restaurant on the second floor ! Their Peking ducks are the best! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! Mr.Stanley Wang and his team have been doing everything possible to make our staying comfortable and joyful! Will definitely come back to this hotel again!

With no doubts I can say this hotel is perfect. Cleanliness, comfortable mattress and pillows, view from the room and bathroom, concierge guy (Chris I think) serviced us remarkable and unexpected , our son was truly happy with rare toys he found and delivered to our room. Spa and pool are beautiful, relaxing. Breakfast also very good with various food , fruits, fresh made juices. Those 3 nights was best memories at our short Beijing trip. Thanx to the management, greetings from Russia.

Four Season Hotel Beijing is amazing! It had definitely made my stay in Beijing a memorable one. Room is spacious and comfortable. Location is easily accessible via metro, walking distance to eateries and local supermarket for fresh fruit. Staffs are friendly and a special shoutout to housekeeper, Ping Ping, who went extra miles to keep my personal belongings tidy and cleaned my sunglasses.

Location is pretty good. There are a couple of malls nearby in case you want to do some shopping or last minute to grab some essentials. Had a nice welcome from Leo and team. Hong Rui was also attentive when making up my room. Thank you all for making my stay so wonderful.
