When here earlier this evening for dinner with my parents. My father ordered buffalo chicken sliders, my mother ordered the meatloaf dinner, and I ordered some type of stuffed chicken that had some type of creamy sauce on it. Since I am a heart, patient, I specified that I wanted the sauce on the side, rather than poured directly onto the chicken and I asked that there be broccoli substituted for the baked potato. Our waitress, Alyssa said "okay, no problem". When our food came out, the sauce that I had requested to be on the side was poured all over the chicken and was even inside of it. As I was opening my mouth to remind Ali that I had specified for the sauce to be on the side and not right on the chicken, she cut me off and said " the cook said they have to put a little sauce on the chicken because that's how they steam it. But I told him to just put a little bit on and there's a little inside of it too". So I said to her "So in other words, this sauce is all over my chicken when I asked for it to be on the side". Alyssa said that that was the way it had to be, and I told her that I couldn't eat it. She snapped back with a very nasty "well then why did you order it"? My mother chimed in with " well that's why he asked for the sauce to be on the side and you didn't say that the sauce had to be on it when he asked for it that way". Alyssa then claimed that it was specified on the menu that this particular dish had to be cooked with the sauce directly on the chicken, to which my mother and I both replied " no it is nowhere on the menu". So then Alyssa asked me in a very demeaning tone " OK so then what do you want"? She was throwing suggestions at me then asked me if I wanted a menu. I just asked for her to bring me the meatloaf with the gravy on the side. She said nothing and walked away. Alyssa brought my corrected meal out about 15 minutes later, split it across the table and said absolutely nothing and walked away. Both my mother's meatloaf dinner as well as my own were completely inedible! The meatloaf itself was literally the consistency of canned dog food. It was basically liquid protein on a what plate. Neither one of us could even eat it. Alyssa never once came back to our table to ask how our meal was or if we needed anything else, but automatically came over with take out boxes that we didn't even ask for. We simply asked for the bill and want to pay. When we spoke to the manager who took our payment, we explained Both the quality of our food, as well as Alyssa's rude, caustic, impatient, and completely unprofessional and inattentive attitude. The manager apologized, but only comped 1 of our 2 inedible meatloaf dinners. I could get a better dinner from a hotdog stand.
