Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre

I had an amazing stay at the Four Seasons at DIFC in Dubai. The room was absolutely stunning, modern, luxurious, and beautifully designed. The hotel itself has more of a small boutique feel, which makes the experience even more personal and refined. Its location in the DIFC is perfect, surrounded by many fantastic restaurants and a vibrant neighborhood atmosphere. Overall, it’s a stylish, high-end place to stay, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

Today I came to enjoy a breakfast at Mina Brasserie for a celebration and it was nothing short of excellent! The warm welcome and attentive service of the team, atmosphere and views were just spectacular. It didn’t end there, I took a quick tour of the hotel since here has been so many beautiful upgrades since I visited before and met Shawki at the pool who gave me a tour of their pool area and a mini sun screen take away to protect my skin from the harsh Dubai sun. His interaction made me want to use the pool (even though located midst the bustling city vibe) for the first time. Further blown away by Mark, Ella and the reception team for the show around in the spa, no doubt I would be spending the rest of the day in the spa if time allowed but I will be back soon.

The hotel is lovely and great decor. Only issue is minimum order needed in the lobby when coffee is already 50aed. There shouldn’t be a minimum order, especially if someone wants to stay and enjoy for maybe half an hour. Reception staff aren’t as friendly either.

Great stay at Four Seasons Hotel DIFC. Check-in was smooth and the staff were very friendly, especially the bell boys and valet. The rooms are comfortable, the pool is lovely, and the food is good. The only downside is the traffic and rush in the DIFC area, but overall a very pleasant stay.

A great daily experience at FS DIFC. ||On business meetings, the team helped me with my luggage, I had a delicious breakfast and the bellboy team was kind enough to keep my luggages for my meeting (I was not staying at FS). Saroj was extremely pleasant and greeted me back very nicely. I chose to come here for my meetings around as FS is always on top of service even for daily customer and Saroj (bellboy) was amazing on delivering a top service ! Thanks a lot

I had a disappointing experience during check- in at Four Seasons. The Arabic Front Office Manager gave me incorrect information and insisted that I pay the deposit, even though I told him I prefer removing all chargeable items from the room to avoid any delays. He assured me that the deposit would be refunded to my bank account within two days. However, after checking out, I still did not receive my money. When I followed up, the team informed me that the refund actually takes 14 business days, which means I was given completely wrong information. This level of miscommunication does not reflect the service quality expected from Four Seasons. Staff should provide accurate information and not mislead guests.

I was only here for a couple nights for work - as a business location, its terrific. Rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help. ||I appreciated the welcome snacks and all the free water throughout my stay. Breakfast was not included in my rate. I wish there was a place near a mirror to plug in the hair dryer

I went for a day pass at the pool Four Seasons Difc. It’s such a hidden gem 💎 of luxury, peace and high quality hospitality;) I was welcomed warmly by the stuff and they offered welcome tan products because it is my first time there. Shawky is very attentive, kind and professional manager. You guess that the place is 5 star because of the staff and kind people, not because of the place and that’s totally true. He is willing to go extra mile for the customers making sure everyone is happy and comfortable. I really appreciate his energy and service. Whatever you need he is there for you, and I definitely recommend this place. The views are beautiful, food is delicious. Pictures are taken!!! 😍😍😍
