15 Miami-Area Spots For a Tequila-Forward Happy Hour | Eater

"The far north end of Miami Beach is mostly a family neighborhood full of condo-owning weekenders, but the quietly chic (and beachfront) Four Seasons offers that splash of pure luxury that some occasions simply demand. This Four Seasons outpost is a place to go for luxe poolside moments, Milagro tequila toasts (it’s the house tequila), and happy hours that are literally golden, thanks to the sun setting around it." - Vox Creative

Four Seasons Hotel Miami

"How did it strike you on arrival? While your original list of hotel must-haves probably included “beachfront location,” the Four Seasons Hotel Miami will have you rethinking that priority in no time. It’s only a block away from Biscayne Bay, so still has all those gorgeous water views you’re craving, but the dazzling high-rise hotel does what many South Beach hotels cannot: offers a taste of city life with a tropical feel. __ What’s the crowd like?__Even among frequent travelers, Four Seasons guests—many of whom are business travelers—are a tribe unto themselves. They expect an unparalleled level of service and accommodation and trust the Four Seasons name to grant them just that. Importantly: Tell us about your room.At a sizable 500 square feet, the Bay-View Room is actually the hotel’s smallest accommodation. The room itself is attractive—lots of wooden furniture with neutral tans and whites, with a few bright throw pillows strewn around—even if it’s not particularly distinctive. But it’s got a leg up on suites twice its size, thanks to views of Biscayne Bay. All Bay-View rooms are located somewhere between the 20th and 27th floors, which saves having to make the request of a high-floor room. We’re craving some deep, restorative sleep. They got us?Four Seasons hotels are known for their comfy, cloud-like beds and down duvets pillows, and the Miami outpost is no exception. How about the little things, like mini bar, or shower goodies. Any of that worth a mention?A window seat is a charming add-on no matter where you are, but when it allows you to sit for hours and gaze out peacefully at the water all around you, it’s even better. When you don’t want that water, or sun, shining in your eyes, just deploy the blackout curtains. Please tell us the bathroom won’t let us down. While we’d be remiss to describe a perfectly pleasant marble bathroom with a separate glass-enclosed shower and deep-soaking tub as “standard,” there are no real standout features beyond what you’d expect from a five-star hotel. The bright white cotton towels and terry bathrobes are soft and fluffy, though we had to request more of the former. L’Occitane toiletries are a nice touch. One other notable bit luxury: twice-a-day housekeeping visits, to keep those marble floors sparkling. We all need some good Wi-Fi. What’s the word on that?Though it was late to the free Wi-Fi game, Four Seasons finally came around back in late 2015. Service was strong throughout the hotel. Room service: Worth it?Having checked in late, and being too tired to put on any real clothes and venture into a restaurant, the hotel’s in-room dining menu for night owls came in handy, especially when we realized we could feast on fried tostones with avocado chimchurri ($10), Colombian beef empanadas with spicy salsa ($12), and cheddar croquetas ($9) into the wee hours of the morning. If you’re in the mood to set up your own in-room caviar bar ($193-$219) at 3 a.m., staff can make that happen, too. And while the breakfast menu does technically have a time limit, all-day breakfast is available upon request. Anything stand out about the staff? While the sun is beating down and the guests are dipping their toes in the water, the hotel’s team of pool butlers is constantly on the move, delivering towels, water, food, cocktails, and warnings that you’re about to burn. Tip them well. What did we miss? The first and best reason to book a stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Miami is because of the two-acre "Main Pool" area, a glorious, palm tree-lined pool deck that sits on the hotel’s seventh floor and, as such, lets guests look down on the world around them. (In addition to those aforementioned Biscayne Bay vistas, you’ll get a clear view of South Beach and Downtown Miami.) The Palm Grove Pool also has its charms—specifically, the ability to wade into the water and hop up onto a palm tree-shaded hammock. The hotel succeeds with its dining options, too; Edge Steak & Bar’s indoor-outdoor setup, globally-inspired farm-to-table grub, and expansive, fire pit-filled terrace make for a memorable (late) night. What was most memorable—or heartbreaking—about your stay? While other hotels in the area can lay claim to their own stretches of sand or rooftop pools overlooking Miami Beach, the Four Seasons Hotel Miami’s manmade approach to paradise puts plenty of its competitors to shame. Bottom line: Is it worth it?If you’re looking for a hotel with lots of personality and a bit of quirk, the Four Seasons Hotel Miami may not be it. That's not a knock on the hotel—just an observation that, in the quest to maintain a five-star level standard across an entire brand, there’s not always room left for a sense of whimsy. That said: if your ideal vacation includes lounging by the pool and, well, lounging by the pool, this elevated oasis is certainly a bit of paradise." - Jennifer M. Wood

The 9 Best Rooftop Bars in Miami for a Drink with a View - AFAR

"Set on the seventh floor beneath a trellised canopy, this lushly landscaped terrace features fire pits, a clubby-yet-inviting atmosphere, and an extensive beverage program of craft cocktails, beer, fine wine, and an impressive whiskey selection. Food comes from the adjoining Edge Steak & Bar by longtime local chef Aaron Brooks, with happy-hour oysters and bar bites like spicy lamb meatballs and chorizo-and-cheddar croquetas rounding out the experience." - Shayne Benowitz

Great resort experience in the city. Excellent location. Nice pool deck with lots of lounging options - sun & shade. Pleasant room. Great bar and dining at Edge. Strong attention to usual Four Season details; cleanliness, flowers, scent & sounds. Service a bit bumpy when busy. Spa. Gym is not elite but it's amazing

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this hotel operated at a level above the rest. The customer service was nothing short of extraordinary—warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. Every staff member we encountered, from the front desk to the pool staff, radiated professionalism and kindness. Cleanliness was impeccable. The rooms, common areas, and even tucked-away corners sparkled with attention to detail. You could sense the pride in their upkeep—fresh linens, spotless bathrooms, and an overall freshness that made the entire space feel both luxurious and comforting. The amenities were generous and beautifully integrated into the experience. The pool was beautiful and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches like complimentary fruit-infused water and plush towels. In short, this hotel didn’t just provide a place to sleep—it created a complete, immersive experience. It’s rare to find a place where luxury and warmth meet so seamlessly. We left feeling not only refreshed but truly cared for. Rating: 5/5 – A destination in itself. We’ll only stay here in Miami in the future.

I had a very wonderful experience. I’ve visited a friend that lives here quite a few times but never stayed on the hotel side. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is done at the level of excellence that you would expect from a hotel like this. The bed was so comfortable, I tried to see what type of bed it was so that I could purchase one for my home! ;-) From the pool side area to the dining experience- it’s definitely worth a few nights stay. The size of the gym is not the size of your average hotel gym for sure. No complaints. You do have to valet. I don’t believe there is any self parking here and not sensible if you are staying there since street parking is a bit further away and inconvenient based on how they hotel was built. It’s a very nice hotel with their own branded water lol.

Quick visit of just one night after spending time with our daughter in South Beach. ||Highly recommend using Amex Platinum benefit if you have it to access this hotel - we checked in at noon, got $100 credit which covered a lunch by the pool and had late 4pm check out the next day giving us two beautiful pool days.||Staff is very good, room was very nice. For us the pool scene and relaxing poolside was the reason to visit. The pool was huge and the area around it was beautiful. Food served poolside was very good quality. We happened to be there on a Sunday and Monday and Sunday there was a dj spinning - the music selection was great, but not overpowering like a bad nightclub. It was just very relaxed and fun.||Had dinner sitting at bar of steak house restaurant in hotel (forget name) and it was very good. This is a really nice place to grab a long weekend, we will definitely return next year as it's my favorite pool in Miami now!

Google
This is not your real Four Seasons experience! We expected a real luxe hotel with the glamour and chicness that has made the group famous. We were very disappointed. To start, |It is a tall skyscraper in the middle of town. Not their fault. You have take the lift to the 7th floor to check in and access the hotel. |The room is great and spacious but that’s about it. |This could be a Hilton or a Marriott.|Vast wasted space that didn’t add any value to the place. |Breakfast was ok but they said to us, the B&B rate only gave us a max value of $45 each. There was a lobster omelette or something like that on the special menu but it is $60. So I couldn’t take that.|They added $8 cappuccino each to our bill!!! So coffee is extra???

Google
We stayed here from 3/10-3/13 and had the best time. The staff goes above and beyond. We loved the pool and how they automatically brought water out and fresh towels. The whole hotel is so well maintained. Love the coffee at the front in the mornings and how the front desk gives you water. Alvaro at the bar in the lobby is the best. He’s from Colombia. So outgoing and makes the best drinks he made our trip even better. I can’t say enough good things!

Google
We stayed here for our anniversary. The front desk staff made sure to go above and beyond to make this a very special visit. The service is excellent and this hotel has the best view of Miami bay. Very good food at the hotel as well. Highly recommended if you dont want to stay at the beach!!

Google
The hotel service is excellent, the hotel restaurants offer good menus, the pool is very beautiful, as are the rooms. The hotel is magnificent and very well located.||Just a small note about a bartender or bar manager who was rude and took our ID cards with her to "check them with her manager," which is something that is not supposed to be done.

Yelp
Listen this is a 5 star all the way. Great location room is awesome and the bed was comfy. However no netflix no casting. Just hbo. But what got me off my rocker is I tried to call down tonthe front desk at like 1am to get a wake up call. It rang for 30 minutes (I timed it) . I kept letting it ring and physically went down 18 floors in my jammies. Guess what? The phone was still ringing. When I finally yelled "Yo" she came out of the back room to help me. Not very four seasonsish.

Yelp
The professionalism of the Four Seasons staff lives up to the hype. The rooms, amenities or food are dwarfed by true five star service that is always ready to go the extra mile and accommodate anything you need. They take their brand very seriously and it's pleasure to feel that passion at their establishments.

Yelp
UPDATE - sadly even though this big corporation should be worth millions, THEY Do NOT GIVE A Sxxx. Today I received a generic letter, stating in short, you only noticed after you left the establishment, blah blah, and basically in a nut shell WE DONT CARE. Therefore no compensation. I am Disgusted, terrible customer service. No I am sorry about your car, nothing. So here are all the pictures of my car and MY evidence. I used the valet today, and guess what? Once I got home, I noticed scratches all alongside the right back hand side of my car. To be noted my car is or WAS in pristine condition as my Husband loves his cars and we regularly wash and polish them and care for them, big time. To say I am so upset is an understatement, especially as it is the Four Seasons for goodness sake. I have written to them today to see what they say. I am hoping for a good outcome. What peeves me is I spent money on their valet and then inside their establishment. I have lived in Miami for ten years now and have never ever had a valet problem such as this before. Beware!

Mimi F.

Yelp
The staff here is amazing. Special shout out to Axel,Ivo ,Jillian and Alejandro for the hospitality and making us feel so at home. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
Great hotel but really disappointed w the room service food. The pic is of an adult chicken quesadilla. Looked like a child's. The quesadilla, a can of Diet Coke and a bottle of still water was $52.

Yelp
My stay surpassed my expectations. The hotel is beautiful. The staff gave excellent service. They very welcoming and accommodating. The shallow palm pool w/ hammocks by day are so relaxing and a warm jacuzzi by night, what more could you ask for? You could lounge all day. A true getaway gem! I will definitely come back again.

Yelp
Love this place !! Reasonably priced to be The Four Seasons Never knew this side of Miami existed and now I'm addicted. It's off the beaten path away from the yellow Lamborghinis of Ocean Dive and South Beach. A grown and sexy energy with a friendly staff and an attention to detail that the Four Seasons is known for .. The food was GREAT!! I practically lived at the pool such a beautiful space w AMAZING service, my drink was never empty and there were complimentary refreshments and such a creative Miami pool menu, the food was everything!! I had a suite and it was beautiful w a balcony offering two views.. shopping was a few minutes away and lots of local restaurants within walking distance .. had a wonderful spa service, the spa was very peaceful w lots of services to choose from, the highlight of my stay was the pool experience that includes their food. Five Star Property and Service across the board

Yelp
Wildly over priced. Small rooms Hard to enter parking Hard to find elevator to lobby on 6 floor Hard to find second banks of elevators to room Small rooms and wildly expensive One of worse breakfast experiences in years. And oh. Did I say. $53 valet charge Per night The king of Siam could not stay here

Yelp
Yelp is a better way to get a accurate review posted than Tripadvisor. Tripadvisor,if they think. Your review is revenge, will not print. What are most bad reviews if not revenge? Revenge a strong word. Tripadvisor makes this so. Tell the truth ,if the truth awful They will not print.. Hotel is the second most awful Four Seasons,I have been. Sydney worse. Service at Sydney nice. Building, lobby looks like a bus terminal. Employees at hotel gave much help with guests leaving good reviews. A reviewer ,said it is not over the top luxury. Which may help you think about the price. Hotels are expensive nice hotels. This hotel is not worth more than 600$ a night. Staff are trained to kiss up to some Many do not care that this happens. Not needing staff to kiss up. Still,if you are checking in and you witness the sickening falling over some You may become disgusted Desk has offered champagne to some and not most others., On the same line to check in. Lobby drab. Rooms go.with the lobby. Staff many fine Many not. Avoid Edge restaurant Service was horrendous average. Decor ,take a look. Not good. Security abused a resident at coffee bar. Resident was told he was in hotel kitchen. They insisted he was. A simple ,No I was not. Was not enough. Went on for 20 minutes. It was learned a mistake made. No.dpologu. Only thing said ,was" you are not to.tell.any about this." From.a sloppy looking security guy, dirty Noslem.Prtez and a undeniably off his boss Other was told, after being approached by these two. "If you talk.police will be called." This was said because the one abused at coffee bar. They did not want the other interfering. Hotel condominium part has Ben charged with numerous counts of fraud. They passed an assessment they let one of their board members not pay. This board member and his mother attacked staff. The mother screaming she is dangerous. Learned they let a board member not pay what he passed. Was told, the telling of this is a police matter. Tell.if their fraud and cover up. They tell you are harassing. Even if the one told, listened politely. Over the top.abuse. If you have a problem with their security. Immediately press 911. You will need them. This place lies.

Yelp
TLDR: This place was way too fancy for me, but it came in budget! ___ I had a two night stay here recently and must say this was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Check in was a breeze. Note that the check in isn't on the ground floor, you have to go up, and then check in. Then you take another elevator to your room. A bit annoying, but it's The usual in downtown hotels. The room was luxurious to say the least. The bed was a cloud. The linens so soft. The views incredible. Everything was great. With great luxury comes great charges. While the night stay was cheaper ($190 a night), it was an additional $50 a night to valet park. Staff was always so friendly and the location is great. Walked to get breakfast one of the days and there's plenty of places to eat/drink in the area.

Yelp
The Equinox Spa has the absolute best providers in all of Miami, every time we visit. No matter who you go to, massage or skincare, they are top level, highly skilled, and offer five star quality service. The Spa concierge pre-coordinated a private group outing for 5 of us, we were able to buy a Four Seasons gift card with a prepaid package and surprise our friend for her birthday, and they recommended we have brunch at Edge afterwards in the hotel, looped us with the food and beverage department who took great care of us and making us feel extra special. This was my favorite part (aside from being able to workout every day in at Equinox sports club, Sunday Brunch, and cocktails at the pool!) It was the perfect day and trip ! I absolutely love the recommended Hydrafacials, Biologique Recherche skincare products, and Advanced Bodywork Massages. The Spa staff, therapists, and spa managers at Equinox Brickell in this Four Seasons location were attentive to details, seemingly have all worked there for forever which says a whole lot about Equinox, they did not disappoint !!

Yelp
Valet service was extremely rude and double charged me. I've been trying to get them to refund the second charge for 2 weeks now and they simply do not care!

Yelp
Great tourist trap hotel for seniors with unlimited amounts of money. With so many other great options in Miami you may want to look at other options.

Peter D.

Yelp
Room is simple with no dresser drawer in my room. No place at all to put my clothes but to leave them in my suitcase. This is not the 4 Seasons I thought I would get or my $900 per day but if you have business nearby in Bricknell the location is good. I would advise you if you are coming here to request a room with the best view of the bay they have. I am in 2705 and the view is partial and not so pleasant. There is a bay outside that some rooms look over fully and ask for those. The rooms are very disappointing. Worse than those I had in $100 a night places on South Beach and these are $900 a night. The place has no amenities except a very nice pool, an inside restaurant that is like a mediocre restaurant where you live and an outside restaurant that is a typical poolside place. There is no soul to the place because there is no staff working on making the visitors feel "at home." For example when I asked for change of a $20 at the restaurant's bar I was told they had no cash. When I asked them to turn on the beautiful gas fires they have near the pool they said they would have to ask the manager because it was windy (but it was possible if I would wait). You see no staff during the day unless you speak to the very obliging Concierge and the one person who checks you in. Try another place like the Mandarin Oriental is my advice unless you have a point system that gives you this place for free.

Yelp
I travel fairly frequently and we decided to spend the weekend at the Four Seasons Brickell in Miami. We were laying by the pool and met one of the best servers. Alejandro was not only willing to do great work, he even went above and beyond to help our group figure out evening plans. He gave us recommendations, and even went as far as texting friends to verify. As non Miami residents, we were so happy knowing that he and the other team members were dedicated to making sure our trip was incredible.

Yelp
I have stayed at many Four seasons; this is by far one of the best ones. Service is A+ as always, the pool is amazing. The rooms are not as updated but the view, service and amenities make up for it.
google avatar

Uma P.

Yelp
I went here a while ago. This is a little bit delayed but I really love this hotel. The valet parking is expensive, this is true. The hotel is expensive. I got an amazing bay front room. The pools are fantastic the scenery is amazing and it's located close to almost everything. I cannot tell you how amazing the staff is. The hotel smells amazing and the staff is super accommodating anything you need they bring to you right away. The answer all questions and even when it's late night and they only have a specific menu they will make you anything you want. It might be expensive but I feel like it's worth the price if you want to splurge and treat yourself to great service and amazing rooms.. it's very clean.

Yelp
ZERO internet while the staff and service are good. if you want to sit outside there is ZERO internet access. its frustrating and I can't understand how you can be the four seasons and have zero internet access outside. I am here all the time I live next door and this is ridiculous.....

Yelp
Wonderful trip from beginning to end. My daughter & I traveled for her birthday & we were so pleased with everything & everyone at the hotel. Service is top notch, pool is amazing. We enjoyed the hammocks, food, happy hour & dinner at Edge. After not traveling for a year, now that we're fully vaccinated, I always felt they went above & beyond with COVID-19 guidelines. We will be back

Yelp
Cannot thank the Concierge team enough for my 5-star experience at The Four Seasons Hotel in Miami. Nico was an absolute rockstar and made this trip and absolute dream. Nico was exceptional at his customer service, making sure to assist with all of our inquiries, making nearly impossible restaurant reservations happen for us EVERY SINGLE NIGHT of our stay, ensuring I received a vegan birthday cake upon arrival (which was in-fact the BEST vegan cake I had in the 8 years of eating no dairy). He coordinated the most romantic surprises for my now-fiancé and I to enjoy at the hotel, collaborating with my fiancé to prepare for the engagement!! This trip was sincerely a trip to remember. Cannot wait to return to this Four Seasons for many seasons to come! You have ensured a customer for life. Thank you again!!!!

Yelp
What can I say... the service is outstanding. This is my second time staying at this property and I was not disappointed. The staff refers to you by your last name. I was allowed early checkin and was treated great. The lobby is located on the 7th floor and they are relaxed with the COVID guidelines. You do not have to wear a mask. However, all staff are still wearing masks. My suggestion is to tip everyone. Not that it really matters, but I could not ask for a nicer experience. Oh and my room was spotless and the housekeeper made sure everything was tidy. And I always had an abundance of towels. They also have a plush robe and slippers. This added touch makes everything memorable.

Yelp
A very fancy hotel within the Brickell area. I stayed at the Four Seasons for my cousin's wedding. They offered a group block rate for $199/night if booked under the wedding party reservation. This hotel was also the home to where the wedding's reception was held. From coming in and dropping off my car at the valet to going all the way up to the rooms, the experience and customer service was exceptional. To all those staying or visiting, when coming in the initial floor, it is NOT the lobby. The lobby and check-in area is actually on the 7th floor. I came at 9AM on a Saturday to get ready with the bride. I was lugging around my dress and a duffel for my night's stay. As I was checking in, a lady came to me with a garment bag for me to put my dress in. They even offered to bring up a steamer once I was settled in my room. Now check-in is typically at 3, I believe, but they accommodated me the best they could. I left to go get ready for the day's festivities while my boyfriend waited for a room. By 10AM, he was called and given room keys. Now fast forward to the reception- First, the cocktail hour was held in the back of the hotel by the pool area. On the 7th floor, you pass the elevators and waiting area, through the doors to the back. At night, the walkway is lit with stringed lights and a romantic ambiance fills the air. Once down the walkway, you are greeted with wine and hors d'oeuvres. You are then led to a little patio with seating and more people serving food and beverages. For this wedding there was an open bar and even a ceviche station. I'm sure for all weddings, this differs but the food and service were amazing in this instance. Then followed reception a level down inside. The banquet hall was BEAUTIFUL. Not too sure if this was all planned within the hotel but all food and services were amazing. My stay that night was great because who really wants to drive home after an amazing event? The bed and pillows were lush. The room was gorgeous with our city view. We could even view the Brickell City Center from our room on the 29th floor. When waking up the next morning, I realized I forgot to ask for late check out so I called first thing. They were able to give me a check out at 1PM. If I had the money, I would love to stay here again but I'm happy I got to experience it with a little bit of a group discount this time around.

Yelp
Love this hotel! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The gal servicing the pool this past weekend was a gem! The rooms are cozy the hotel is clean and ease of location. I'll be back!

Yelp
I had a great experience with four seasons in Miami with one small compliment. The maids every day forgot something small like the coffees/tea. They didn't change the towel in our shower. Other than that the four seasons is an amazing hotel and I understand why it is four stars. First of all the second we arrived in our Uber several employees greeted us, knew who we were and opened the door and took our luggage. We arrived early so after checking in we went to freshen up in the bathroom which is so beautiful. Our room was ready shortly and it was very beautiful it had a great view of the bay. Amenities here are great, you honestly don't even need to pack a lot if you are staying here they provide water, shaving kit, dental kit, sunscreen, you name it. As a guest you can use the Equinox facility which is the nicest gym you can use I would deff use it even if you don't work out. The pool was probably my favorite part of the whole stay. They have hammocks you can lay on or just a fabulous pool with great staff that will set your towels for you. The food is kind of overpriced as well as drinks but it's the four seasons so what do u expect lol. There are many places on Brickell that are walking distance or a short Uber and have amazing food placed.

Yelp
You know for me service and appearance are the first things I like and notice about a Hotel and this one had all these. As soon as you enter, the first thing I liked was the amazing smell, it was a nice scent similar to jasmine. After our dinner in the restaurant Edge, we walked around this gorgeous Hotel and I loved the terrace, where they have beautiful flowers, nice pools, water fountains, and seating area to enjoy around in here.

Yelp
We arrived here late in the afternoon and unfortunately were only staying the night since we had to leave early the next morning to drive to Key West. Therefore we really didn't get to experience a lot of the amenities with such a short stay. I wasn't a big fan of the hotel being inside a building with other businesses; it kind of felt less private and secluded at least making your way to the lobby. Not a deal breaker at all though, just different. The staff here were top notch polite and super helpful per usual with the Four Seasons. We had a Premier Bay View room which had a fantastic view of the bay you could enjoy from a spacious window seat. The rooms were nicely furnished but a bit bland. I was also not a fan of the shower set up. The shower head didn't have great water pressure and was kind of dated. I'd expect a hotel of this caliber to have a detachable head as well but nope. It just felt basic for this brand. We did walk around the pool area a bit just to see it even though it was later at night. I'm sure I would've loved lounging here for the day, especially in the area with the hammocks. I tried one out and it was so relaxing! I'm tempted to try this hotel again because the pool area is so great but having tried another Miami hotel on that same trip, it's hard to choose The Four Seasons over the other. The view from this hotel is very nice but you can get better water views and hotel locations from other fabulous five star spots in town.

Yelp
What a wonderful experience. I stayed here for 4 days, and three nights. Basically everything was completely per text from the minute I stepped out of my taxi, it was two employees there to grab the bags, open the doors, and assist me with my check in. The hotel itself was immaculate and well put together. The hotel is divided into two sections: floors 1-7 are on one side, and the rest on the other. The lobby with concierge are on the 7th floor. They were extremely helpful in answering my questions and giving me directions. The room itself was spacious and couldn't have asked for much more. The tub was probably the second best I've ever experienced (Aria Las Vegas is number though). Wonderful bathroom products and mirrors everywhere. My sole regret was not being able to spend quality time at the pool, I only was able to stay briefly prior to my departure, don't make the same mistake as me. My first experience at a Four Seasons hotel was incredible, and I surely wouldn't mind having this experience again!

Yelp
My wife and I have stayed at many Four Seasons hotels but this one is by far my favorite! Super luxurious from the entry throughout the whole hotel! The staff are very professional in every way and are very knowledgeable of the area! The restaurant and room service were phenomenal! Everyday I tried something new and was never disappointed! Definitely worth a trip back even if it's just to eat! This location is very convenient to pretty much anywhere. The rooms are very clean and out together very well! The art throughout the lobby and walkway is exciting to look at. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an awesome place to stay in Miami! Check it out!!!

Yelp
Great hotel, impeccable service and a very good location. Used complimentary car service to dinner restaurant, and after having checked out. Nice swimming pool where you can easily swim laps. Equinox can be used for free by the hotel guests. Maybe I would say the Equinox facility is a little bit dated, but still ok. Excellent breakfast and a pretty nice bar. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Happy hour $1 oysters are fine for the price but salsa sauce paired with it is very bland and watered down. Also ordered the Moscow Mule but again was pretty watered down. The outdoor patio and firepit is beautiful but it was so windy outside we had to move to the lobby. Would be better if the service was more attentive to the happy hour customers. It took a while to get her attention and we ended up having to find her to eat our bill.

Yelp
The falcon abatement guy was so rude I will never go back. Made some mean comment and was a real jerk!

Yelp
This is a gorgeous example of what a modern hotel of Miami should look like. We have been to this hotel a few times to eat and chill out. Although we have not stayed at the hotel, I have a feeling the rooms are going to be just as nice as the dining options, lobbies, pool etc. Plus they have Equinox gym for staying guests. The artwork and statues present great abstract work and Asian Art all throughout the hotel with nice sofas and ample sitting area. In restaurants of course I would love to recommend Edge Steak restaurant with its amicable service and mouthwatering food. My only suggestion is that the valet service needs to be better, they take way too long and they are not busy whenever we have gone to the hotel. Most of the valet attendants are busy talking to each other rather than retrieving cars. Overall, this is a great hotel in Brickell Miami.

Yelp
Great luxury hotel with a lot of amenities. First of all you get the Four Seasons hospitality. The staff is absolutely fantastic. The pool is great with bar and restaurant service to your lounge chair. There is an area of hammocks over the water that is very relaxing. Be warned that you need to get a chair early during peak holiday season. When you stay at the hotel you also have access to the Equinox gym. It is a great facility with classes and a lot of cardio equipment. This is a fantastic hotel, but you pay for all of these wonderful amenities.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel, clean room with nice views. Treated an out of town guest here and wish they had a balcony, but the food was excellent and had great service everywhere. The one person that was not up to Four Seasons standards actually was a woman who worked in the offices and went by the name Augustina. She is one of those people who loves to say no. We had a special request, asked to speak to the hotel manager and she refused to even take my name or number. Turned out that the check in desk was able to help, but I did not expect such a sharp and abrupt first impression before we arrived.

Yelp
Beautiful venue. I attended for a wedding. I'm leaving a review because the staff was so unbelievably helpful and attentive. Towards the end of the wedding, one of the security (maybe security manager? He was wearing a suit) walked us all the way to our self parked car on the other end of the property and validated our parking. I don't come to the brickell area often, but if I find myself here I will definitely look into staying with the four seasons because of their hardworking staff.

Yelp
Hands down one of the top five hotels I've ever stayed at, because of how sincere and accommodating the staff are. My boyfriend and I stayed here three or four weekends in a row and each time got better. The staff knew us by name and the men that work outside by the pool are straight up angels sent by god. One example that sticks out specifically is a phone charger situation. We were by the pool and my boyfriend's blackberry (who even knew those existed?) died and he needed a charger. We asked our attendant for a charger, obviously having lower expectations than the knicks winning a championship, and what does he come back holding within minutes...a blackberry charger! While I still have no faith in the knicks winning a championship, at least they will have all star accommodations when they stay here.

Yelp
All I can say is wow! From beginning to end, I don't think I have ever had as great of a hotel as my most recent stay at the Four Seasons in Miami. It all started with incredibly accommodating and welcoming valet and front desk staff. Lesya at the front desk was amazing to us. My friend was staying with me the first night we were there and getting his own room for the second. We did this because of business expense purposes. Lesya helped us set up a room with two beds and even had it set up where I could have a king room the second night. They were even going to move my stuff for me since I would be gone throughout the day. Incredible service. But since the room was a corner room with an amazing view, I decided to cancel that request. Especially after seeing how comfortable the bed is. I didn't even need the space of a king since I slept hard through that night. The room itself is all you would hope for in a nice hotel. Robes, mini bar, snacks and complimentary water. But what really blew me away was the unexpected turn-down service. When I got back that night, they had replaced my towels, pulled the curtains closed, organized the toiletries, put floor mats next to the bed, put the waters and remote control by the bed and even wrapped my phone cords! And because it is a slow season in Miami, the price was only $180/night! Absolutely incredible experience.

Yelp
I have been traveling for business year round for the past 20 years and I racked up a collection of hotel stays that would frighten even the most frequent travellers. In terms of cleanliness and comfort, it deserves 4.5 stars. The rooms are well maintained and the staff is attentive and respectful of personal items and privacy. The hotel restaurant Edge which also offers the breakfast ranks very poor in my opinion. Room service did not score high either. Overpriced and of poor quality. Take a walk or an Uber to any restaurant in the vicinity and you will fare much better. The pool area is nice and the staff is quite polite. The gym and spa which is operated by Equinox is by far the best feature of this hotel. As a hotel guest, you can also sign up for any of the classes offered and the list is substantial. I will end my review with my personal grievance with Fouir Seasons. We instructed the staff a week prior to our arrival to use a specific credit card for room & taxes. As I was to check in a few days ahead than my wife, I handed out my credit card to cover incidentals as is common in any hotel that you check in. Little did I know that a week later my card would be charge with $20k. Just enough to render my CC unusable. As this wasn't a business trip, I used my personal CC and needless to say, I am not happy with the resulting issue. I won't deny that the management tried to do right by us with apologies and following up but it should not have happened in the first place.

Yelp
Hands down the best hotel experience I have had in my life. I used to live a block away from the Four Seasons for many years, so when I planned my most recent trip to Miami, I decided to treat myself and book a stay. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. What made the Four Seasons stand out from other experiences was its attention to every minute detail. For example, when I was checking in, the hotel ambassador emerged with a brand new baby doll for my young daughter. The crib in the room was set up with a plush manatee toy and Honest Company baby products. Shortly after, someone arrived at the door with cookies and gummy bears for our daughter. Even things we didn't think of were taken care of, like a hotel chauffeur who offered to drive my husband to his favorite sushi restaurant. The room was immaculate. I could have slept in that bed for the rest of my life! The bathroom was spacious and had a large jacuzzi- great for a relaxing night in or for bathing your kids. We enjoyed room service in our Four Seasons robes. The food was fantastic, and health options were plentiful. All the juice was freshly squeezed. Every tiny little detail was just perfect. The hotel stay even included access to the Equinox gym! My hotel stay was nothing short of perfect. I look forward to vacationing again at the Four Seasons Brickell.

Yelp
The hotel personnel and facilities are wonderful! Many thanks to Carlos, Front Dest/Concierge at the Four Season Brickell in Miami. I arrived at the hotel for a reservation at the Residences and there was a snag somewhere in between my arrival, the front desk and especially the owner. Carlos was kind, thoughtful and wonderful! He worked through the snag and housekeeping issues in a professional and guest oriented way. Truly helpful and really impressive and certainly epitomized the Four Seasons core philosophy and brand. Thank you

Yelp
The quality of service and the hotel itself is everything you would expect from a Four Seasons property. This is one of my favorite places to stay in Miami.

Yelp
Only been here 2 hours and it's already so bad. Maybe I will update this for a better review as our stay continues. The bellboys bringing up our luggage was probably the best service so far. When we got to the pool, we were seated right away then forgotten for 30 mins. No one approached us to see if we wanted to order anything. I had to ask for menus and that's all we were given. I had asked one of the workers and she said she would get someone and forgot about us. So I walked over to the hut area to order myself. The server huffed and puffed asking me to wait then he realized he was being rude and took our order right away. The lady that was originally supposed to get someone finally came back and I asked her for an umbrella after seeing her set one up for everyone else. She said she had to see since she didn't think there were any left. I know I may look like I'm 18, but I am an adult with two kids and I've stayed at my share of nice resorts and I expect to be treated like one. This is a pathetic excuse for a Four Seasons hotel. Four Season prices with Motel 8 service. Nice pool tho. Updated- My husband asked the manager Miguel for help and he was able to deliver our umbrella no issues. Still waiting for our drinks though. Updated**** No other issues the rest of the trip. The man at the front desk concierge was actually very helpful and instrumental in helping rent a car for the day and also suggested we go to Nikki Beach since the hotel was affiliated with them. He was super nice and helpful. Hotel was also accommodating with late check out with no additional fees. When we checked out, we were pleased to hear the entire bill from the first day by the pool was comped. We ate by the pool one more time before leaving and the service was excellent! Didn't wait to get serviced and the food came out right away. Very pleased to say our 2 stars went back up to 4!

Yelp
Second time staying at this hotel and is just the best place in Miami. Anything you request or order is a YES. Staff is wonderful, very attentive to any of your needs. after you stay here you won't want to stay any where else.

Yelp
Very professional staff, I was greeted by the valet service members with a warm welcome. The upkeep of the hotel is second to none in my opinion. Everything was in pristine condition from the floors, waterfalls located throughout the property, the sculptures placed in the lobbies, down to the trash cans! Lol One thing that stood out to me was the service I received at the Bahía Poolside Restaurant and the lovely scent that flowed through the hotel. The food was delicious and the bartender (Sujith) was simply awesome. As I exited the building I made sure I stopped by the gift shop to inquire about the aroma of the hotel. Be sure to pick yourself a bottle of the fragrance! Loved my visit at the Four Seasons Hotel.

Yelp
I have so many good things to say about this hotel! Service: the entire staff was always so welcoming and friendly, from the valet to the front desk to the bar staff. Cleanliness: every spot of the hotel was nice and clean. Housekeeping were rockstars! Turndown service is always a nice touch. Pool: just amazing! With hammocks, comfy lounge chairs, pool bar, I could easily spend the entire day out there! Area: in a nice quiet area of downtown Miami, close to the major highways and about just 10 minutes away from Miami Beach. Stay here if you get the chance.

Yelp
Excellent staff!! From the check-in with Patrick to the excellent service in concierge with Damian. Andrea, hotel manager, checked in on us multiple times to ensure our stay was excellent. Great staff always makes the stay better. Thank you Patrick, Damian, Aramis, and Andrea for going above and beyond.
