"One of the best parts of being an adult is no one can stop you from ordering bread pudding and/or cake for breakfast. Exercise your right to eat whatever you want at this East Colfax favorite. The menu here is simple breakfast foods gussied up a bit, like bread pudding french toast with caramelized apples and brown sugar oat streusel, or the egg breakfast sandwich with carnitas and tomatillo salsa cruda. Whatever your order, every meal should start or finish with the coffee cake, which changes flavor weekly." - allyson reedy

"No gimmicks, no fuss — just skilled and thoughtful cooking at this East Colfax daytime darling. Not a detail goes overlooked, be it the honey butter accompanying the griddled banana bread, the peanut dukkah on the avocado toast, or the juicy carnitas gracing the breakfast sandwich. The waitstaff is equally attentive amid the bustle, too." - Eater Staff, Ruth Tobias

Google
A cute little brunch spot that's flown under my radar for quite a while. I'm glad I tried it. The banana bread was fantastic. It was toasted after being sliced with a generous topping of a heavy creamy butter. The smash burger was solid, with a thousand island-ish sauce and pickles. The chips were a bit over seasoned for my tastes; I'll have to get the slaw next time. Service was friendly and fast. Everyone in my group left satisfied.

Google
Solid brunch option for classic items that have a signature twist. The beautiful espresso martini was served in an adorable stemless glass and was quite strong. We enjoyed the classic and chicken biscuit. Not blown away, but also not disappointed. Portions are small compared to any brunch spot I've frequented. The coffee, though, is very acidic, almost sour. We were slow to receive initial service, but once tended to, everything was perfect!

Google
We went on a Sunday and the wait can be long but it is well worth it. My friends and I got the biscuit and gravy, Cesar salad, and the burger with fries. The food was tasty and the service was great. We ordered our food as we got seated and it came out pretty quick.

Google
Definitely a top brunch spot in Denver. The large bacon chunks in the Fox Run burrito were a great touch. The Lemon Ricotta Pancakes were also packed full of flavor.

Google
This was our first time here, we absolutely loved it. I had no intentions of getting the banana bread, but after hearing about it I absolutely had to. Let me tell you it did not disappoint. It was crunchy and chewy and oh so delicious. It really is the star of the show. Don't get me wrong the rest of our food was delicious as well, but definitely try the banana bread.

Google
We went there for the first time today, but it won't be our last. Really fantastic! I had a G-Tea, we later learned it takes days to make - infused gin with tea and then lots of other good stuff! We had the breakfast burrito, chicken biscuit, bread pudding french toast, and the lemon ricotta pancake. It was all fabulous! We went on a week day and just had to wait a few minutes. Seating is limited, but they do have the join waitlist, which I'm sure is a must for weekend dining. Pictured is the breakfast burrito which was excellent - and I really loved the salsa. Just had our second visit - I think this is our place! Unfortunately they didn’t have the gin tea drink - but they had an apple one that was good. Today we had the galette and the quiche. Both super yummy! Update: this was our 3rd visit so I guess that makes us regulars! Today I had the breakfast burrito again and we tried the BLT - so so good!

Google
Smashburger is very good. I added bacon and got a side of fries. The fries are good but not the crunchy type but when they taste this good that's fine. Lindi T. was an amazing waitress, so shout out to you Lindi! I'll be back next time I'm in town.

Google
Arguably the best breakfast/brunch in Denver. The food, drinks, atmosphere, and service are all top-notch. So much so that I’m not sure what to recommend the most. The breakfast burrito, griddled banana bread, BLT, and even the homemade hot sauce are all some of the best I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend it enough! I even appreciate the ability to join the waitlist online so you know when to arrive and be seated. Fox Run Cafe is a must for any local or visitor!

Yelp
Best burger in Denver. Hands-down. Also obsessed with their whipped feta, pistachios and honey on sourdough toast. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Yelp
Fox Run Cafe is a cute, cozy brunch spot that serves dishes that come across as on the fresher side. I came on a weekday morning and was seated at the bar right away. From the bar, I could see them making everything fresh to order, which was awesome to see. Even the salsa was being made fresh, which I appreciated. Service was exceptionally friendly and our server checked up on us throughout the meal. When I came here, I tried the fox run breakfast burrito, lemon ricotta pancakes, and a cold brew. Everything was super enjoyable, however, I wouldn't say anything blew me away. From the two dishes, the lemon ricotta pancakes were my favorite though and I'd recommend ordering them!

Yelp
Hands down the best brunch in Denver. The quiche is to die for. The staff is fun. The space feels vibrant and a little art deco, filled with natural light. I heard of their impending closure, and this will be a truly Irreplaceable loss on Colfax. And yet, despite this, life will go on. Their chai cocktail made warm is exquisite and decadent. I hope the ownership does something delightful soon, I shall pursue their skills to the end of the road.

Yelp
Found this on Yelp, ubered over. We were seated at the bar right away. Super soft bar seats. The coffee was a 5/5 Sandwich was a 4/5 only because the bottom bread was soggy, while the potatoes and the sandwich overall were amazing. The Burrito was 3.5/5 lacked seasoning Housemate hot sauce (1.00 upcharge) and salsa were a must. Banana bread was 3./ 5 very good but at 6.00 It left me looking for something. I would go back , I'd like to try the Huevos Ranchero's and the Burger

Yelp
I heard about this place somewhere, I don't know where, but it's been tagged for a while. So when things fell into place that we would be in Denver a little while back I was determined to try this joint out. It truly did not disappoint. It was so good that I have had notes since then reminding me to write this review Counter seating was simple, retro, and perfect. the cook was there as our server and the nicest guy you could have take your order. Coffee was awesome. The Bloody Mary was better We orered our food and even though I knew we wouldnt have room we got that Banana bread. I already really like banana bread, and the word was this was good. It was even better. Crazy good. I got the huevos rancheros, even though I know better, I've very picky about them But this plate was excellent. The salsa was roasted, which was awesome. It wasn't a typical rancheros, which was a good thing. Alot of love in dem eggs. There, I said it. This place doesn't needs my props, but yeah, it's really dang good.

Yelp
Wow. I street parked out front and the smell of bacon cooking was so delightful and drew me in! I like open air seating and was looking forward to sitting at the open counter and having a social and delicious neighborhood breakfast. I had not originally planned on having bacon but it smelled so good! After being promptly seated at the counter, I noticed their bottles of homemade cold brew lined up, bins of salt n vinegar chips that looked homemade and delicious! I also noticed a tempting high-end amaretto liqueur on the shelves as well and noted it for another time for an amaretto coffee at the counter. It was a Saturday morning and just a few blocks away from the City Park Farmers Market. I'm glad parking was not too crazy. It's right before National Jewish Hospital. I ordered the chicken biscuit and an iced latte with homemade cinnamon+nutmeg syrup. Excellent. The breakfast potatoes that came with the dish were perfectly crispy and hot! I had a nice conversation with the person to my right at the packed counter. Eventually my upstairs neighbor came and joined me at the counter and we had a lovely conversation in the sunshine. I would definitely return for the food and the atmosphere! I was reminded of why I don't usually do brunch at peak hours tho. I did get there early although guess I stayed a little long and it got packed and I was gently reminded that there is a 1.5hr time limit on seating! Overall I had a great time and can't wait to return and try other items on their menu!

Megan B.

Yelp
A cutie patootie with house made breakfast and brunch favorites. Stopped in with my partner and sat at the bar to enjoy two chicken sammies and iced cinnamon lattes. The latte was so good I asked for one to go in addition to the one I had with my meal and even came back for a to-go latte a week or so later. It appears as though there is always a line so I would recommend putting your name in and maybe going for a coffee right down the street at Lula Rose. It's a pretty small restaurant so big groups isnt really their thing -- mayve five people per group would be a maximum? Service was nice, food was good (not like, blow me away but tasty for what it is) and good vibes for a local lil joint off Colfax.

Bennett P.

Yelp
First time for lunch. I sat at the kitchen counter for the first time. I ordered a Bloody Mary with Monte Alban tequila. Nice spicy cocktail. I ordered the Spicy Fried Chicken sandwich with a side of fries and vinegar slaw. Good hot sandwich and crispy fries. Good cabbage slaw. I got a 2nd Bloody Mary made with vodka. The tequila version was better. I was served by Kayla N. She was quick and friendly. I saw a tray of biscuits being pulled out of the oven and decided to get one for dessert with butter & blueberry sauce. Hot with a crunchy crust and soft inside. I had to wait a few minutes when I arrived. I looked at the entrance a few minutes later and they had a line of people. So they are staying busy even though they close forever on Oct 21.

Mary W.

Yelp
Most adorable cafe in Denver! It's so cute and cozy inside. The food is absolutely delicious. My friend and I came in very early on Saturday morning and snagged two seats at the bar. It wasn't busy yet but got significantly busier the later it got, so arrive early if you can! Park on the street! The staff is so friendly and efficient. Lots of kitchen staff getting stuff done! We had drip coffee - it was great! We each had a breakfast burrito. It's HUGE - and so delicious. Their hot sauce is house-made and outstanding! Such a unique flavor and consistency for a hot sauce. We also got a slice of Griddled Banana Bread. OMG! Life changing. Must order. Prices are comparable and portions are worth it. I didn't have the chance to try a cocktail but they looked delicious, with interesting spins on classics. Best breakfast we had while in Denver! Can't miss it!

Doen L.

Yelp
Came here for a celebration with a gift card from my friend. I used the "join waitlist" feature on Google and it worked out super well for us. It was about a 1.5-2 hour wait on Saturday around noon, so being able to join the waitlist from the comfort of my home went a long way! The timing was pretty accurate as well. They seated us at the end of the bar. It seemed like the open tables were probably reserved for bigger parties. Ordered the chicken biscuit and fried chicken sandwich. Food was fresh and delicious. The flavors for the chicken biscuit vs chicken sandwich were quite different and I loved that. Only caveat was the side of slaw we got with the chicken sandwich - it tasted like pickles and we are not pickle fans! Even though we like pickled vegetables, because of the taste, we pretty much left that untouched... Overall, it was fun and a good experience! We would go back but probably won't become regulars. This feels like a once-in-a-while treat!

Danny W.

Yelp
First, the service at this Cafe was top notch! My waitress at the bar was very kind and took great care of me for my late breakfast. I ended up ordering the biscuit and gravy and it did not disappoint. I added two over easy eggs to complement the delicious biscuits and homemade Lottie's breakfast sausage. This cafe had a nice vibe and had seating inside and outside. I didn't have a cocktail, but they looked delicious and next time if I'm in the area I'll order one. 5 stars!

Frantsy R.

Yelp
Came back after 2 yrs and food was better. They make their own biscuits and the gravy is great. Next time I wana get this. Also the lemon ricotta pancake is really good I also want to get this. I got the chicken biscuit and the honey jalapeño sauce is just a lot. My guest got the curry chicken salad and I didn't love the taste just a matter of opinion maybe. Want to go back and try what I didn't again.

Raul J.

Yelp
Took an Uber straight to this spot once we got off the plane and really glad we did. We loved the ambiance, everyone that worked there had badass tattoos and were very welcoming haha. Had their burger and it was really tasty but my girlfriend got their chicken biscuit and it stole the show. The chicken was juicy and flavorful and the biscuit wasn't dry at all. Their OJ tasted fresh too and that always gets extra points from me! If I'm ever back in Denver, I'll be back for sure!

Haleh M.

Yelp
We loved this cafe! It was packed with people on a Sunday and the yelp waitlist was helpful in getting seated. The food was incredible and the three of us split the griddled banana bread which you have to try absolutely. The vibe was super trendy and sitting at the bar seating you get a front seat view of what happens behind the scenes in the kitchen. Our server was awesome and we got our food quickly!

Dave C.

Yelp
Is Fox Run Cafe good? Yes, it absolutely is. Is it the best brunch you can get in Denver? It's not, but it's still very good. Is it worth a 2 to 3 hour wait? Probably not, but if you time it right with the Yelp waitlist in the app, you can make it part of your weekend plans. FRC is a small spot with friendly service and very, very long waits on the weekend. The open kitchen is super lively and there's good energy in the space. The Fox Run burger is really good, but the lack of kid's menu is a thing for families. Even if you're coming here with a toddler, you need to order them a full-priced adult meal with no exceptions, and that's a bummer. Once you get in, the service is super friendly, and the bright interior makes this place absolutely worth a visit (if you can strategize for the wait).

Meghan D.

Yelp
Fox Run Cafe is a cute and cozy cafe in Denver. It has great vibes and the staff is friendly. I ordered the chicken biscuit with potatoes. I definitely recommend the fries over the breakfast potatoes. The fries were delish! Overall, a great experience and I will be back to explore the menu!

Brittany R.

Yelp
Fox Run may become one of my favorite places for breakfast because it did not disappoint. I met some friends and got a table for 7 early in the morning (8 am). Although the space is super small there was enough space for people to move around. We all split the griddle banana bread which was so good. The outside was super crunchy but very moist. I got the chicken biscuit with hot honey and potatoes for my meal. The honey had pepper pieces, which added a little kick, but the homemade hot sauce really spiced it up. If you have a big party, the earlier the better, because even with my group leaving, there were still groups coming in, so reserve your spot on the waitlist asap.

Petro K.

Yelp
I dream of the pancakes at this place. I love fox run cafe. Dare I say, it's the best brunch place in Denver? The pancakes? Best I've ever had. The banana bread? Really good The breakfast potato's? Killer. The homemade hot sauce? Worth getting. The only downsides is one friend didn't love the sourdough and the other didn't love the breakfast sandwich. Make sure to jump on the waitlist early, as this place is busy on the weekends. They also stop serving the breakfast burrito at noon so make sure to go before if you want that.

Edie A.

Yelp
Decided to try Fox Run Cafe and the food did not disappoint. This small but cozy cafe serves breakfast and lunch and appears to be busy all the time. We were lucky enough to grab a couple of seats at the counter where we could view the crazy amount of food prep with fresh ingredients. We decided to try the weekly rotating flavor of quiche and savory galette. The quiche was a generous fluffy portion of eggs, peppers, onions, and cheese. The Savory Galette was a fluffy pastry filled with eggplant, corn, peppers, and cheese with an egg on top. Although service was friendly, the busy wait staff of 2 in the dining room, who doubled as hostesses, may need one more set of hands to help. Still, a great, tasty experience.

Matthew C.

Yelp
I was really impressed with this place. The Breakfast Burrito and the scrambled eggs on Sourdough were an excellent combination, and a lot of food! I was perfectly full after having the two meals! The burrito was so well wrapped - no sloppy at all (big thing for me) Tasty and the green chile really gave it some flavor. Perfect handheld burrito! The scrambled eggs with crème fraiche and scallions was so tasty! Simple, delicious, healthy. The service was great. Not too much contact not too little. They let us enjoy our meal with our friends. Ambiance of the place is great. Plants everywhere, open kitchen, clean white tiles. Very nice details and aesthetic. I will absolutely be back.

Christina M.

Yelp
Food was great - DH said the biscuits & gravy have a bit of spice to them, which he liked. The Lemon Ricotta Pancakes were good - no lemon flavor though. Service was slow - the restaurant was busy though. Lindy was a great server and very communicative. Parking is tight

Vincent C.

Yelp
My friend and I were looking for a brunch restaurant and settled on Fox Run Cafe. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted, and the hostess promptly set up our table. Despite the restaurant being nearly full, the service remained fast throughout our visit. Within several minutes of my friend arriving, our waitress came by to take our orders. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and gave good suggestions. Our food came out promptly. For my appetizer, I had the coffee cake, which was flavored with a perfect balance of coffee and sugar. For my entree, I went with the Soft Scrambled Egg Toast, which was a perfect pairing of crunchy toast with soft eggs; the creme fraiche tied the dish together, making this one of the best scrambled egg toasts I've ever had! The only thing that would've made my experience even better was if they served the breakfast burrito all day. Had they not had a 12 pm cutoff, I would've definitely gotten the burrito. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Fox Run Cafe.

YooJin Y.

Yelp
Food is so good. I always like to get a sweet and savory dish when I go! It pairs well. Service is quick and friendly. Ambience is a busy brunch place

Michelle A.

Yelp
One of Denver's hidden gems, when we got there the line was 1.5 hours but we waited and it was worth it! They quickly served us and were able to get the breakfast burrito that ended at noon which was delicious (got the one with sausage) the salad was refreshing with a delicious citrus, Caesar dressing. The place is small but cozy!

Catherine A.

Yelp
Wow! What a fabulous experience we had at Fox Run. From the minute we walked in the door until the moment we left, the service was outstanding. We were greeted with smiles and an overly friendly staff. At one point we even watched our server playing peekaboo with our toddler across the room. These are people genuinely happy in their jobs and it elevates the dining experience immensely, so thank you for taking such wonderful care of us. The food is fabulous. You can't order wrong, but how do you choose?! My toddler ate every bite of his Egg Sourdough Toast and the table hoovered the ricotta pancakes. The sausage biscuit was simple yet filling and I really loved the jam. Such a nice edition to a very basic breakfast. There is no espresso machine, so come prepared for plain coffee, a latte, or a chai. Not a big deal to our table as we are plain coffee people, but good to know ahead of time. The seating is simple, a few four tops, some four tops with booth seating on one side, and two sides of bar seating around the kitchen. This is a very no-frills, relaxed spot. There was a line when we left around 9am. When we arrived around 8:30 there were only a few people in the restaurant, so definitely arrive on the early end or be prepared to wait (but it's so worth it).

Joel Z.

Yelp
It's a decent breakfast/brunch/lunch spot. The pork breakfast sandwich was unique but good and the French toast was really good. I'd go back.

Madison P.

Yelp
Overall- excellent cocktails, welcoming service, small menu, okay food, clean casual ambiance, and high prices We were very impressed with the cocktails and service. The food was only okay for the price. It was hard to find veggies on the menu. The entrees weren't balanced nutritionally or macro wise and it was hard to build a balanced meal even by ordering different items on the menu.

Dave F.

Yelp
We had lunch here on a Thursday afternoon. We were seated right away and beverages were served promptly. The house made hibiscus lemonade was a star. We loved the BLT and the curry chicken salad sandwich. The slaw was also different than most and enjoyable

Paige J.

Yelp
Adorable decor, indoor and outdoor vibe. Staff is very friendly and nice. Helpful with recommendations and giving the scoop on drinks. We got a chicken biscuit which was very crunchy including the potatoes. There is chili honey so it's sweet and savory. Cesar salad was light on dressing and not much flavor. A true light brunch if you aren't hungry. Chicken sandwich was delicious and good amount of crunch. Colfax Barbie was small but smokey (mezcal) and flavorful. You can use help to get on the waiting list for brunch but no reservations. We will be back! Portion of trout toast was also very light/small.

Michael B.

Yelp
We had a totally delightful brunch here on Mother's Day! The staff were super helpful and friendly. Yelp's waitlist feature worked perfectly, allowing us to arrive just a little bit before our seats were ready. And the food! OMG perfect! I had the huevos rancheros and my wife had a strawberry/angel food cake concoction that was out of this world good. We were seated at the counter and had really nice chat with Roberto, who was working at the prep table. Definitely returning!

Amber B.

Yelp
Stumbled upon Fox Run Cafe in Denver and it didn't disappoint! The place is cozy with limited seating, so it's wise to use the Yelp Waitlist--worked like a charm for us as we snagged seats at the bar right away. The menu was impressive, making it tough to choose. We ordered a variety: egg toast with avocado and homemade hot sauce, chicken biscuit, a BLT, and lemon ricotta pancake. Everything was tasty! The BLT was a hit--best my sister has ever had. The egg toast was memorable, though I wished I'd grabbed more of that amazing hot sauce to go. The pancake was good but lacked the lemony kick I expected. The chicken biscuit was a standout for my husband. Can't wait to return on our next Denver trip!

El P.

Yelp
Summary: Very positive experience dining at Fox Run Cafe. My family and I were visiting from out of town, so we had kind of unknown expectations. Food was on point, cocktails were bright and balanced, and the service was incredibly nice. Would definitely stop by again if we are in the area. Details: My wife and I came with our two year old and were greeted by a very nice hostess. The location itself is on the smaller side, but they kind of have a hybrid of dining in, bar, and outdoor patio options. It wasn't too busy when we went, but we also went during a weekday, so YMMV if you go during peak hours. Their bar menu is fun, modern, and it looks like the bartender likes to try a lot of cool things to concoct new drinks. I saw lots of interesting things being prepared behind the bar and it was clear the bar staff not only has an attention for detail, but a passion for their craft. Loved all the drinks. The food was delicious. Best way I can describe it is - classic American done with high-quality ingredients. I opted for a burger with a side of fries. My little one LOVED everything. He wouldn't stop saying yummy to everything. Who cares about my opinion - there's no bias in the opinion of a two year old, right? All in all, awesome experience and would dine here again for sure.

Dylan R.

Yelp
Came in the other day for breakfast and walked out very fat and happy. Coffee was good for me, Black Cold Brew so really can't go wrong, but my fiancé's Lavender Latte was to die for. Very much considered a to go. The food? Immaculate. We started with the griddle banana bread, and for being so simple it absolutely hit the spot. Followed it up with the Biscuits and Gravy for her, and the Breakfast Burrito for me. Both very good and our plates were wiped clean at the finish. All of the staff was super nice and made great suggestions, we've already told all our friends and family and want to come back next time we're in Denver!

Lindsay J.

Yelp
Great spot for brunch or lunch. Staff is super nice and the atmosphere is great. Love a unique spot. The bread pudding French toast is divine!

Deborah M.

Yelp
This is such a solid spot!!I had the galette with chorizo and egg and it was diving! Also love the side lemon ricotta pancake that is an option so you can have it all! So yummy and the cocktails were on point?

Sara C.

Yelp
Seriously incredible food here. The ambiance is fantastic as well. I love the large garage style window that is sometimes opened in the summer. The menu is short but succinct, the chefs are good at what they do. The potatoes are out of this world - best breakfast potatoes I've ever had. The Caesar salad is really good as are their chicken sandwiches. The sweet specials are always fantastic. The perfect "brunch neighborhood spot" that serves delicious food. Total win!

David G.

Yelp
The reviews are spot on...Dam good Brunch. I had the Bloody Mary has no clothes and that was perhaps my least favorite thing.....Bloody's should be thick and this one was strained of all that juicy goodness. Amazing Breakfast Burrito Fantastic Huevos Rancheros And their griddled Griddled Banana Bread will blow you away. Small place so get there early on the weekends or be prepared to wait.

Heather F.

Yelp
I first tried Fox Run after a shopping trip to Sprouts for a party one morning left me more than a little aggravated. I decided to wait out the grocery restocking with coffee and breakfast, and I could not have been more grateful for the experience. The service was absolutely top notch, the coffee delicious (Queen City!) and well attended (yay refills!), and the Pork & Egg sandwich I had was mouthwateringly delicious. I have been back to try the Chicken Biscuit, which was amazing too. They have wonderfully crispy & seasoned breakfast potatoes (an item I'm usually underwhelmed by elsewhere), and a really unique lemony fermented sort of hot sauce, that is worth ordering a side of. Beyond that--the music, the vibe, the open-air setup and gorgeous bar space--all of it is a home run, and just what you need to start your day off right. (Or maybe fix it after it's not started so well). I also love that they're open early since I tend to be a morning person, though I will say the wait gets quite long on the weekends around the 11-1pm hour. (I have abandoned such attempts to dine with friends twice to date). They did recently extend their hours into the afternoon, so I figure that could be a good way to get my fix going forward.

Azsure D.

Yelp
Super cute diner with a great location. Came in for Sunday brunch, no wait to sit at the counter. Kind service. Local coffee offered (Queen City brand). My companion ordered the feature, trout toast, which was quite good. I ordered the ranchos huevos which were not great. Even my companion shared some and agreed. Besides being served cool, it just didn't taste too great. So overall our experience was good.

Cindy L.

Yelp
The best brunch in Denver! We stopped in for a Sunday brunch and had a great experience. To start, definitely jump on the Yelp waitlist in advance on a weekend because they are BUSY. On a Sunday for brunch it took us 1 hour and 45 minutes to be seated. To drink, we got the chai and iced coffees. To share, we got the banana bread and the lemon ricotta pancakes. The banana bread was good but...the lemon ricotta pancakes stole the show. They might've been the best pancakes I've ever had. For entrees we got the scrambled egg toast, the breakfast burrito, the breakfast sandwich, and the tuna melt. I didn't love the breakfast to be completely honest but the tuna melt and breakfast potato's were lovely. I'd love to come back to try other items but i don't think I'd get the breakfast sandwich again. Just remember that the breakfast burrito stops being served at noon to get there before if you want to get one! Service was friendly and accommodating to allergies. The interior was small (which explains the wait) but comfty and homely. Overall, I'd highly recommend and will be back!

Kennedy R.

Yelp
What an amazing little honey hole!!!! For starters, the vibe of this place was homey, inviting, airy and fresh. The garage door was open with a nice breeze that allowed fresh air and sunlight to invade the space. We sat at the bar and had a lovely server who was more than happy to let us watch her as she prepared coffee drinks and other drinks. She made sure to be attentive but not overbearing. NOW MOST IMPORTANTLY: the food was honestly some of the best food I have had in a long time. I ordered the Sourdough BLT sandwich and added a fried egg. The sourdough was a perfect consistency of crunch and butter. The lettuce and tomato were fresh and it had a good amount of bacon on it. My husband ordered the Fox Run Breakfast Burrito and that thing had some poundage on her!!! Packed full with bacon, fluffy eggs, cheese, and potatoes. It came smoking hot and had some of the most amazing salsa that came with it. The kitchen is directly in front of you and you can see the cleanliness of the food and workers as it is prepared and immediately brought to you!!! Definitely go give this place a try!

Yelp
Their Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with some granola and Berry Compote is Absolutely Fabulously Delicious I also got 2 eggs easy over, bacon and a few berries. There was 2 tiny pieces of bacon for $4, the house made lemonade was very good, unfortunately very tiny (maybe a cup for $4.50). I will say that the bacon and lemonade were too expensive for the quantity you received. Which is why the 4* instead of 5.

Yelp
Oh my goodness, breakfast was truly delicious. Everyone in our party raved about the food. Our servers were excellent and attentive. The Griddled Banana Bread was the right way to start. I just don't have enough superlatives for this breakfast. Just excellent breakfast.

Yelp
Such an incredible place! This place has perfect food selections and cocktails! Perfect for brunch, or lunch if you work from home, swing by for a bite! The place is warm and cozy. The staff's level of customer service was outstanding! We came here on 12/14 around 12:30PM, and were quickly seated. Our server made amazing suggestions and was extremely excited about the food, which made us even more excited. We put in our order and got our drinks, which were great! And I'll be honestl, this isn't a bad thing, but the Paloma was way bigger than I expected! I was pretty pleased. The food wasn't bland at all. I feel like some cafe's sell food that ends up being stale and flavorless and this was NOT that! Everything tasted fresh and cooked to order. I'll definitely be coming back!

Yelp
Stopped by this place, unpurposely, for their scrumptious banana bread. Must have! Treated myself on my anniversary day. Such a wonderful anniversary day so far, splurging myself, and a little self love today. 5 stars for the banana bread. Lol. Still want to come back and try breakfast again. Didn't take photos because I got too excited about the banana bread and devoured it all by the time I remembered. Lol Next time.

Yelp
This place is poppin' !!! I can't believe I'd never heard of Fox Run Cafe before. My partner took me here with his family (woohoo for finding easy street parking on a weekend) and I love that the décor is totally my aesthetic. After the usual debate between sweet and savory, I got the Breakfast Burrito with sausage. Wasn't super impressed, but it was decent. Definitely remember to ask for hot sauce. We also ordered quite a few things for the kids to enjoy. They especially loved the Chia Seed Pudding and Challah French Toast. I'd probably come back if someone invited me and there wasn't a long wait to get seated. Super cute spot overall, even if it's just for coffee. But now I have my eye on the Whipped Feta Toast and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes!

Yelp
Always love a restaurant that you can join the list ahead of arrival. We were seated at the bar and the service was excellent. The food was very tasty. I had the toast with scrambled eggs and a single lemon ricotta pancake. The syrup was incredibly good and the pancake was yummy, however the lemon and ricotta are very tame. The space is fairly small so it's no wonder they have a long wait during peak times.

Yelp
I love this place! The burrito! The burger! You can't go wrong with anything. Get on the waitlist. Great service, beautiful restaurant. Buy a bottle of the hot sauce.

Yelp
I legit cannot say enough good things about this place. The plants and decor are so welcoming and homey. The food is always top tier and it won't break your bank either! Kimmy is one of the weekday bar tenders and she is always super bubbly, kind, and attentive. But in general the staff as a whole are the sweetest people. I recommend this place to all my friends and my boyfriend and I love it as a breakfast/brunch go-to.
