I'd give this zero stars if I could. It's St. Patrick's Day, and it's a Saturday, and it's oak evening. I am keeping this in mind, despite the rating.
The place is packed, as one would expect. But, the ordering process, is inefficient. Two places to order food, with a large crowd. That's not going to work. I had to wait in line 15 minutes to place an order. That's never acceptable, you need to be able to accommodate a capacity crowd, and they clearly cannot.
When I get up to the front, the person taking my order has to wait a minute for the computer to be ready. Not good. At the end of this process of placing an order, another person comes up to cash out. He looks for her card before trying to process mine. Why? He finds it, puts it down and then tries to process my payment, and his iPad, not powered, runs out of juice. He switches them out. He tries to log in, can't, says he'll be right back.
More than five minutes later, a woman comes and try to put the other woman's card and my card away. I stop her, and explain. I tell her to cash out the woman behind me, went should both of us wait? She does. Then she tries to process my payment, and about five minutes later, succeeds. Yes, she apologized, profusely, and I appreciate that. But I didn't here a discount, a concession, anything.
When I finally got my food, it was okay, maybe three plus stars. The brat was good, good size, cooked well, seasoned well, my choice of how to top it, which I appreciate. The pretzel bites were very good, with a cheese sauce. The naked street meat is chicken on a stick, and is tender. The loaded fries were so salty, it was not enjoyable.
But, by the point the food came, my mind was made. I'll try again on a day it's not so crowded, and maybe things will go better. This was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had, and that's the most important thing to me.
