Stopped by in the afternoon on a Friday, wanting for a couple pair of jeans. With only one other patron in the store and two employees, I wasn’t even greeted. I spent a few minutes walking around looking at the men’s selection which was two racks. After about 5 minutes and walking around even more, the employees looked over my way and still said nothing. Incredibly disappointed. I do feel like staff should have to welcome you, and ask if you need anything at the minimum. I worked in retail for years, and this is not how you stay in business. I was with the full intention to get at least 2 or 3 pairs of jeans. What a shame, this is why people go online.

Not a review writer but I had to do this. First off, forgive me but there was a woman working this past Saturday and she helped me with buying Le High Flare in Film Noir, I think her name started with a D? Could be wrong. However, I need to say, best service I have had in a long time. Not only did she find fits that worked for my body she was attentive, pleasant, funny, kind and basically all I could ever want in someone helping me buy jeans. I told her I would be back because I am only buying my jeans from Frame now. I stand by that as long as you have wonderful people like her working there. This goes without saying but the jeans are incredible from style, selection, quality, price and most importantly fit. Worth the price for both service and product. Thank you.

I had an exceptional experience shopping here. The associates were all very professional, knew the product well, and offered different fits & washes throughout my time trying on. I love my l’hommes jeans and will definitely be back!

Excellent quality denim with amazing fits. I ended up going home with a really nice linen shirt as well. The girls working there were helpful and attentive. This was my favorite clothing store I hit shopping around the fillmore.
