"The burger at Frazier’s is basically a McDonald’s cheeseburger that went to culinary school. Think smashed patties and steamed potato buns, plus all the usual fixings. It’s small enough that you can probably put down a couple, though we’d advise you to save some room for a side of frizzle fries—basically the lovechild of a curly fry and a potato wedge. And at just over $3 a burger, it’s hard not to find yourself wishing you were at Frazier’s instead of the drive-thru." - nicolai mccrary, matthew jacobs
"The price of Frazier’s Little OG burger has slowly crept up over the years, but even after inflation, it’s still cheap enough that you can order two with a side of frizzle fries—kind of a hybrid wedge/curly fry—without breaking the bank. Show up on Thursdays and you can add a Coors for $2." - nicolai mccrary
"Stepping into the South Shore bar Frazier's Long & Low feels a little like stepping into a movie about a bar set in the 1970s. On one end of the small building, you’ll find an old jukebox, pool tables, and a long shuffleboard, while the other end plays host to a handful of semicircle booths. And all of it is outfitted in Coors lanterns, “Cold Beer” signs, and a retro color scheme. Frazier’s is also home to one of our favorite burgers in town—basically a McDonald’s cheeseburger that went to culinary school. Think smashed patties and steamed potato buns, plus all the usual fixings. And at just $4, it feels like Frazier’s has really committed to the retro theme." - nicolai mccrary, raphael brion

"On East Riverside, Frazier’s offers diner fare with a dive bar personality. It opens at noon daily, serving up smash burgers, chili cheese dogs, and cold beer with a side of ’90s nostalgia. The backyard patio is roomy and relaxed, ideal for casual meetups or playing hooky from work. It’s unapologetically laid-back." - Darcie Duttweiler
