"The vintage shop clearly has the right attitude about pie. Its slogan is: "Where good pie is more than a memory.” The menu spans cream, fruit (yes, peach is an option), and pecan. There are also pies made with Splenda for those who want the baked goods without sugar. Takeout orders can be placed in person; whole pie preorders can be placed over the phone; there are indoor and outdoor dine-in areas. Check the bakery’s website ahead of time because it’s been taking days off throughout the year." - Nadia Chaudhury

"An adorable shop with a pie for everyone. Try some of Fredericksburg’s famed peaches in pie form, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, it’s a classic for a reason. Advanced pie orders can be placed over the phone; takeout orders can be placed in person; there are indoor and outdoor dine-in areas." - Erin Russell, Nadia Chaudhury

Amazing spot for shopping break, right behind the main strip, its convenient and a good place to park. I tried the german chocolate pie, who knew that was a thing, and it was delicious! My family had lemon meringue, needless to say only crumbs were left after a few min. The host is extremely nice and the pie will absolutely make your heart smile! Life is short, get the pie ;)

DELICIOUS! Ordered a peach pie ala mode and lemon meringue. Drool. The peach pie crust was flaky, just the right thickness and chew. Not overly sweet; slight tang/tartness to it balance out. The lemon meringue was a perfect balance of tartness and sweetness. The meringue melted in your mouth and offset the fullness of flavor of the lemon. Light, thin crust. Perfection. Lovely folks work here. The ambiance is like you're going to Grandma's house for tea and pie.. Cute little tables inside and out. Drip coffee and decaf served. Cold bottles of water. Some merch and preserves, etc. Definitely worth checking out even if you're on a diet! A variety of pecan pies. Fruit pies. Cream pies. Meringues. Bon appetit

The most frustrating thing about the quality of the pies here is that they are SO GOOD, no other pie from anywhere else will ever measure up. The taste is sublime and absolutely ruins all future pies you will ever taste. All you will do is sob uncontrollably with a pie from anywhere else.. like a fleeting experience of finding the love of your life for a moment in time, but circumstances couldn't keep you together.. (unless you live in Fredericksburg). Sadly, for those who have been able to experience the deliciousness of this place, the highs you will feel will leave you crushed when you discover the feeling simply cannot ever be duplicated unless you return...for more pie.

Crazy good pies. I had the chocolate meringue and it was better than my grandmother's which was the best. My brother in law had the lemon meringue and he loved it. My wife and her sister had the peach blueberry and rate the pie 8/10. The meringue is very well done. Highly recommend. Wish I had gotten two pieces chocolate pie. Lol 🤣

The pies were absolutely delicious. We got a Pecan pie, coconut pie, and buttermilk. Every single one of them was amazing. My favorite was the coconut cream pie. The best coconut cream pie I've ever had. I appreciate the amazing service given to me helping me pick out different flavors of coffee to try with their buy 5 get one 1 free smaller size selection. I always have a hard time making decisions on what I want so this experience made it so much enjoyable for me. I highly recommend this place. I truly appreciate the kind service given to me.

We stopped here at least once a week for their delicious pies. From simple apple pie to their more seasonal versions, we loved every bite.

Some of the BEST pie I have had EVER!!! Took me back to my Grandmother's kitchen when i was a little girl. The aroma when you walk in makes your mouth water. Only open Thurs-Sat and close when they run out of pie so plan ahead. Well worth the planning and trip!
