The menu spans the gamut, with more than 20 different varieties, including cream, pecan, and fruit pies (Notably, the pie company uses the region’s summertime bounty for its peach pies). Even sugar-free options (made with Splenda) are available for diners who want their baked goods sans sugar. Dine in and grab a slice with a cup of coffee provided by Fredericksburg Texas Coffee, which is located in-house, or place your order to-go with a bag of beans to brew at home.
