We visited this restaurant twice, and each experience was delightful.
Our first visit was on a quiet Sunday in April. Although the weather was a bit chilly, it was still manageable for an outdoor meal. We easily found a seat and were impressed by the excellent service. We ordered Sunday roast. The roast was recommended — the meat was tender and juicy, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Although we encountered a minor issue, it was promptly resolved.
Our second visit was during Euro 2024 on a lively Saturday afternoon. The atmosphere was completely different: the place was packed with people watching football and enjoying pints of beer. If you're unsure what to order, I highly recommend the chef’s BBQ platter. It includes pork belly, beef short ribs, chicken, and sausage, accompanied by coleslaw and Cajun fries. This combination is perfect for a barbecue meal, especially when paired with their fresh, self-brewed beers.
The portion of the platter is advertised for 2-3 people, but it might be small for those with larger appetites. For us—two women and a child—it was just right, and we were thoroughly satisfied with the flavors and textures of the meats. The beef short ribs were particularly amazing.
If you haven't visited this restaurant yet this summer, it's definitely worth checking out!
