The 15 Best Breakfast Spots In Madrid - Madrid - The Infatuation

"This chill (mostly) vegan brunch joint and smoothie bar offers some of the more elaborate and beautiful breakfasts in Madrid—there’s something for every dietary restriction, too, starting with the Acaí Bowl Orgasmic, which is more like dessert than breakfast. Swirled acai is the base for granola and nuts, perfectly ripe berries, banana slices, and a heap of peanut butter. Omnivores should order the Benedict del Inferno with plant-based avocado cream, eggs, hummus, and pulled pork on brioche. While you can get your cafe Americano, zero in on the decadent red velvet latte, infused with beets and vanilla, or the blue latte starring blue spirulina and agave. At the end of the meal, you can grab your sustainability receipt on the way out and spend the rest of the day bragging about how many kilos of CO2 you reportedly saved the planet by eating here." - lori zaino

Great food, friendly service and reasonably priced. I went with the chef recommendations and wasn’t disappointed. With your bill they bring a copy of how much water, CO2 and land was saved due to going plant based instead of animal products. I’d recommend booking a table as it was busy on a Wednesday morning (I still managed to get a table and be served quickly but can see it getting a lot busier at the weekends) My bill was €26 euro for Benedict (with fries), carrot cake and a ginger tea.

Absolutely incredible. It felt like we tried every vegan resto in Madrid, and this is the one we kept coming back to. Everything was perfect, and “this is the best I’ve ever had”-which says a lot, we’re travelling vegan chefs from Canada. Please please please show us how to make your bacon, make a cookbook, or let us buy some to take home ❤️

I always support 100% vegan restaurants when I travel. These guys are creating some of the most beautiful and delicious food I have ever had. Everything is made in house and is made with love. The bacon, eggs, hollandaise were outstanding. And these are things that are hard to do. The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming and the plating was simply gorgeous. Anyone would love their food and the vibe whether they are vegan, vegetarian, or Omni. Absolutely outstanding! Thank you all for your support of the animals and the planet and providing an antedote to “vegan food is bad”! Muy bien hecho! They even provide a sustainability bill at the end to show the environmental impact of your meal.

This is the most creative, unique, delicious, and satisfying restaurant I have ever been to. The eggs benedict is mind blowing and the burgers are amazing. We had brunch and lunch here and I want to come back to Madrid just for this food.

Excellent food! The bread in particular was fantastic. And they have the best red velvet cake I ever ate. The place is nice and cozy and the service is excellent. I'm sorry I'm in Madrid only for the day, or I'd definitely be back to try some of the other deliciously-looking dishes.

We absolutely loved this place! The food was delicious, and the vegan eggs Benedict were so well done – truly impressive. The service was wonderful as well, everyone was kind and welcoming. We’re always grateful to find 100% vegan restaurants like this one. Highly recommended!

Google
Actually the best vegan brunch spots in which I’ve ever eaten. Especially savoury dishes are really delicious and everything is also prepared with great care and attention to detail. Apart from that, the coffee is fabulous, strong and perfect, unusual flavour. Definitely coming back!!!
