The 15 Best Breakfast Spots In Madrid - Madrid - The Infatuation

"This chill (mostly) vegan brunch joint and smoothie bar offers some of the more elaborate and beautiful breakfasts in Madrid—there’s something for every dietary restriction, too, starting with the Acaí Bowl Orgasmic, which is more like dessert than breakfast. Swirled acai is the base for granola and nuts, perfectly ripe berries, banana slices, and a heap of peanut butter. Omnivores should order the Benedict del Inferno with plant-based avocado cream, eggs, hummus, and pulled pork on brioche. While you can get your cafe Americano, zero in on the decadent red velvet latte, infused with beets and vanilla, or the blue latte starring blue spirulina and agave. At the end of the meal, you can grab your sustainability receipt on the way out and spend the rest of the day bragging about how many kilos of CO2 you reportedly saved the planet by eating here." - lori zaino

One of the best vegan meals I’ve had! The eggs Benedict were amazing and loved the bacon too. The sauces nicely complemented the dishes and added additional flavour. Even my boyfriend who is not vegan, enjoyed the food and could be fooled that it was not vegan. 👏🏻 Amazing job! Must visit when in Madrid! 🩷💎 The food was served quickly and the staff were very nice. We came there during the week, shortly after they opened and there was no queue.

Absolutely amazing vegan spot in Madrid! The food and drinks are not only beautifully presented but also incredibly flavorful and unique. The vegan eggs Benedict look unbelievably realistic — a true culinary surprise! Everything we tried was delicious and clearly made with care. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone, vegan or not. A must-visit

Really amazing food, good service and Pavel was a really great waiter! Best eggs Benedict we’ve ever had. Ingredients are fresh and the dishes composed brilliantly. Will definitely come back again.

After seeing all the videos on tiktok and Instagram I had to try it. And I have to say, the hype behind this place is real. The food was simply amazing, especially the toast with the vegan bracing and the vegan egg. Even my non vegan friends were impressed by the deliciousness of the food. It’s pretty small so I’d recommend booking in advance or get there a little earlier.

Best vegan eggs i’ve ever had. Wish they had this place in Utrecht. It was so delicious. The pancakes were very good as well, so creamy! Definitely recommend going here, even as a non-veg. And the music was great too!

Had to wait for about 40 minutes for a table to eat here on a Saturday but so glad we did wait! They have an online queuing system which means you can go away and be notified of your position in the queue and come back when your table is available. The staff were quite busy and could have benefitted from more help but were super friendly and attentive. The area is quite small and cramped when busy but the food and drinks were fresh, delicious and creative. The vegan eggs Benedict and bacon was unreal! I can’t wait to return to Madrid just to go here again to try more dishes!

Wide range of choices for a fully vegan place. The juices are really fresh and delicious. They give you a sustainability bill at the end of your meal stating what you saved the planet by opting a vegan meal instead of animal based products. Found that to be interesting as I had never seen it elsewhere. Whether you care about this or not, the meal was definitely enjoyable.
