"This chill (mostly) vegan brunch joint and smoothie bar offers some of the more elaborate and beautiful breakfasts in Madrid—there’s something for every dietary restriction, too, starting with the Acaí Bowl Orgasmic, which is more like dessert than breakfast. Swirled acai is the base for granola and nuts, perfectly ripe berries, banana slices, and a heap of peanut butter. Omnivores should order the Benedict del Inferno with plant-based avocado cream, eggs, hummus, and pulled pork on brioche. While you can get your cafe Americano, zero in on the decadent red velvet latte, infused with beets and vanilla, or the blue latte starring blue spirulina and agave.
