The Xiao Long Baos are very flavourful and rich in juices! Must try! We tried the Fuchun, Prawn and Crab XLBs. There are 6 in each steamer but my friend was too hungry and grabbed 1 before I could take my photos. Take the subway Line 2 to JiangSu Road, take exit 2 and head east on Yuyuan Road.

Amazzzzzzzing xiao long bao! I’m a super xlb lover and Fuchun’s ones are extremely juicy. If you doesn’t really like pork taste, theirs have the taste of pork, but not the smelly kind. There are a lot of other dishes like pork cutlet, noodles, vegetables. Really affordable and I highly recommend this place! Do take note that they have no queue number do you have to wait just beside the table and take their tables when they finished. However the place is closed for renovation and it will only open end of June or July 2018. I can’t wait to go back again. Don’t be disappointed if it’s closed. They opened a bun shop just next door. The meat buns are delicious! The meat just taste like the xiaolongbao that they produce. Yes with soup! However you need to eat immediately otherwise the soup harden when it’s cold. My friend told me the vegetable buns are really good as well.

We went here on a dinner tour of Shanghai and are sure to go back. The soup dumplings were delicious and we had a Chinese version of schnitzel that was really good. The place is nice with a lot of seating, prices were decent, and the service is quick. I believe they speak enough English to order the basics, but if you can at least say "xiaolongbao" it may help!

This is a legendary place to get dumplings. If you're in Shanghai and want authentic steamed dumplings. Look no further. Tip: The menu isn't in english, so if you don't speak the local language and aren't prepared with a translation app, figure out what you want to order beforehand and have it written down or on a screen. The food is surprisingly cheap.

I went after this place following Bourdain's recommendation, and ended up in another address. Apparently they moved! Just copy the name in Chinese characters and paste it to Amap, to have some delicious food

The food quality is indeed very good and the price very reasonable. Depending on the time that you come it can get very crowded and will take some time to get a seat. There's upstairs and downstairs sitting but they have a different concept. It is mainly the downstairs seating for the good dim sum. You have to order at the cashier on your left as you enter and find a seating. They have improved and there's and menu in English too however since I managed to get help from someone i just had to tell what I wanted and managed to order it without looking at the menu. My tip would be to have a late lunch or early dinner if you don't want to have problems finding seats.

I tried the branch in Pudong in the Super Brand Mall, but Google Maps doesn't have it yet, so I'll just leave my review here. The 汤包 are oilier than 佳家汤包准海店, and this is one of the few specialty places I've been to where the skin is so weak as to easily break. It's very good, but the competition is tough in Shanghai. Good, not great.
