Fuji Sushi Review - International District - Seattle - The Infatuation

"If you've ever questioned whether or not you can really be full from sushi, you’ll have a very clear answer after one trip to Fuji. Their menu is as long as the Cheesecake Factory’s, with tons of nigiri, sashimi, and rolls, like the killer salmon, a fun (yet mildly dangerous) california roll topped with salmon covered in cream cheese and lit on fire. The fish gets charred bits from the tableside blaze while still staying plump and juicy, and the whole thing doubles as a pyrotechnic show. And if you’re not in the mood for raw fish, there’s a full menu of other items like ramen, teriyaki, and donburi—the bibimbap and curry katsu in particular are must-orders. Note that those are not engulfed in flames, though. " - Kayla Sager-Riley

☘️ We came when the store wasn’t too busy and got seated right away. I’ve spent most of my life in Hawaii and I LOVE sushi/nigiri/etc. I’ve had a lot of concern trying to find affordable, yet delicious sushi. Everything exceeded my expectations and our meal was delicious. The two servers were kind and regularly checked up on us. Truly a gem!

We visited during the cherry blossom festival in Japan town over the weekend. Our service was amazing, so attentive. The appetizers were delicious and the sushi rolls were great as well. I loved the decor and the space just feels like you're not in Seattle. A must try.

We sat at the sushi bar 🍣 and were treated like family. The sushi chefs took our order before our server had a chance to ask us. Rolls were made quick, and every bite was delicious. We also had the "sexy edamame" which is dressed with some chili aoli - tasted like a honey garlic and we really enjoyed the different (to us) flavors. They mark all their gluten-free dishes with a big GF, which were only 4 or 5 rolls. Not sure if they could substitute other rolls to make them GF. We ordered what was provided but would definitely like to get adventurous next time. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area who has a sushi craving. You'll leave this place satisfied for sure. Thanks again, Fuji Sushi!

This is a great little restaurant off the beaten path of Seattle's International District. The Chicken Katsu Curry was cooked to perfection. Light and crispy on the outside, and most and tender on the inside. The chef also sends a complimentary appetizer plate, which contains a variety of items and a little side dish of marinated fresh fish. Excellent overall and I highly recommend this restaurant!

Highly recommended! My tastebuds were in heaven! Service was excellent. Food was phenomenal. Plus free parking behind building!!

Google
Absolutely amazing! My kids had the California roll, my husband had the sushi gozen set and I had the salmon gozen set. Everything was excellent! Our server was sweet and friendly and made great suggestions.

We were a party of 8 coming after a Seahawks game. I did a reservation the night before and was glad because it filled up fast. The food was all pretty good. Ordered sushito peppers, a heart breaker roll, bad boy roll, dragon roll, spider roll, and bento box. The bento box was beautiful and almost everything was great. The tofu was softer than my partner liked but said the chicken teriyaki was delicious. All my rolls were great. The service was very attentive for a big group and they were all really nice. I would definitely go back.

Google
Came here with my partner for dinner. The staff was so nice and welcoming. The food was amazing. Ordered a lot of happy hour snacks before ordering the mains. We got the salmon carpaccio, dragon roll, and a couple of others that I can't remember from the top of my head. Overall, I am very satisfied with this place.

Yelp
Fuji Sushi is a MUST when you're in Chinatown! Everything is always authentic and there's something for everyone. I'm on a mission to try every thing on the menu... slowly but surely... Staff here are amazing. Our servers answered all our questions and were extremely attentive to us. I happened to recognize one of the sushi chefs here from the Seattle U cafeteria 10 years ago. Luis is killin it in the kitchen! So good running into you again Luis and I will be back to visit. :)

Yelp
Parking can be a little tough. Came on a Sunday early lunch. We ordered everything under the Sun. The sashimi was sooo good. Uni was good also. Adegashi tofu among best I've ever eaten. Ambiance--quiet Staff--really nice.

Yelp
Ended up here because of the wait at another restaurant and I am so glad we did. Portions were large, the price was right! It was a cold night and warm inside the restaurant. It's simply decorated, it looks very nice. It's somewhat elegant. Another Yelper mentioned the bathroom. I thought it was perfectly clean, no smell lol Staff was incredible. Service A+ Really looking forward to coming again soon.

Yelp
One of my favorite places to get sushi at! This was on a Sunday at around 7pm, and the place was packed with every seat filled. There was a half-hour wait for my party of 3 in this case, so come early. They do have parking validation if you don't want to deal with rough Chinatown parking. The inside feels like a modernized Japanese restaurant with a bar, tons of seating that was still packed, and several tatami rooms open for reservation. It's pretty bright inside here too. Their menu consists of various kinds of sushi and rolls, bento boxes, udon and even some Korean dishes, so my group and I had a lot to choose from. We got the killer salmon roll, the Godzilla roll and the volcano lobster roll (not pictured) as our main stuff, and added in some takoyaki as an appetizer. Takoyaki was hot and fresh, and was nicely arranged. The killer salmon roll was essentially a California roll with salmon but with the added effect of being set on fire prior to being served to our table. Same with the volcano lobster roll, which was my absolute favorite especially when I get to take video of it burning for the first time! The lobster roll was VERY filling, which I loved a lot despite the portion sizes for the sushi already being pretty huge and also proportional to their prices. The Godzilla roll was the only one not set on fire but it was tasty with the soy and aioli nonetheless.

Yelp
A friend highly recommended this spot so I had to check it out. We each ordered the bento box for a whopping $28 each but the portion size absolutely makes up for it. You can pick two different or the same entrees to go in your box. The chicken katsu was perfection, crunchiest and juiciest katsu ive had in the city. The salmon teriyaki was okay, it was nice and crispy but couldn't taste any of the teriyaki sauce. We also ordered the spicy calamari, which was a 4/5 spice level for me, so a bit too spicy, and the spicy tuna crispy rice was good. Next time i go I plan to order a couple rolls and check out their lunch specials. The servers were super kind and boxed everything up for us, and the interior was very cute, it felt like the 90s, in a good way. It was pretty packed on a Sunday night at 6:30.

Yelp
I was staying by the Embassy Suites nearby and figured to go for some sushi nearby. This place was terrific as the service and food were both great. I ordered two speciality sushi rolls and they tasted great and were worth the price.

Yelp
A nice little sushi spot. I personally loved what I ordered- which i don't typically see at other restaurants: futomaki. which is essentially a veggie roll but what really made this roll is the tamago added to it!! It also had shrimp too. Everything tasted fresh. The restaurant is small, but the quick service & food arrival made everything ebb and flow nicely. If have dietary restrictions, the workers are very sensitive about it, and will do the best they can to accommodate you. Though you can't go wrong with sushi, I still think this is a good place to check out and try!

Yelp
The food, service, and ambiance is excellent here. I love the servers because they are so nice and their attitudes are true and not fake. They truly make sure you are enjoying the food and the restaurant itself. I'll be back here again!!! Emily, my server was spectacular!!

Yelp
Solid place. This is the spot to set a basic benchmark if you're trying to figure out the Seattle sushi or overall Japanese restaurant scene. This isn't a place usually mentioned when it comes to hip or trendy or hipster sushi. It's just good quality, authentic Japanese. Give this place a shot and then set your sights higher or lower depending on your credit card limit. King salmon, ikura and uni nigiri plus an order of chicken karaage came to $62.90 before tax. And I stuck to just water for a beverage. ouch. with tax and 20% tip...just over $75. that's just for me a single person. I must admit, I am still not used to the cost of dining out in Seattle. The sit-down restaurant tax really stings. Take advantage of making online reservations if you go during peak hours. If not, I recommend going off peak. (nice light from the south during these winter months in the early afternoon). And if you want to get better bang for your buck, check out the happy hour menu. lastly, the service was friendly and attentive without smothering. And beware the speakers in a couple corners of the dining room. If you're seated below them they can be a little loud.

Yelp
Good find! We loved our lunch here! Super good food. We will be back. We got one of the "sets" and a few rolls. We also got the tempura and some takoyaki. All were great. We love that they used lotus as a veg in the tempura.
google avatar

Yelp
Food was great. Staff is great. Not too busy on a Tuesday afternoon. Nice, open restaurant, altho a little small- but since it's not busy it's perfect. Prices are as you'd expect. Brother in law says they're known for their bento boxes. (He also says California roll is actually really good here.) Lunch bentos are like $21 Samurai roll $20 Spider roll $16 Chicken katsu a little dry. Tempura is superrr crispy so loved it! There are some Korean things on the menu (bibimbap and bulgogi, etc.) but we didn't try them.
google avatar

Yelp
Stumbled across this restaurant cos our original plans for the restaurant across the street fell through But this was a happy accident! They absolutely packed our bentos! I opted for the katsu and saba while my friend got the katsu and sashimi! Soooo good. Staff was incredibly friendly to us and we loved everything. I would definitely come back for the tempura arrangement and saba!

Yelp
We had a party of 6 and came in on a Sat evening without reservations. It was good that they could sit although the tatami room was not available. We ordered a bunch of appetizers to share, and I ordered Uni, Sake Kani, and A5 Fillet Mignon Wagyu Steak off the Today's Recommendations menu. Later they told me they were out of Wagyu Steak, so that was a bummer for me. Other than that, everyone enjoyed the drinks, the food, and the free dessert that was given as it was my friend's bday. The restaurant was clean and spacious. The prices were fair for a Japanese restaurant.

Yelp
SO FREAKIN GOOD!! Very high quality for a decent price. i would definitely come back again. only downside is street parking but that is with all of Seattle and not the restaurant's fault. it was actually reasonably priced and was just close your eyes with every bite good! i got the rainier box and was overwhelmed with how much sushi came (i was super hungry and over ordered)! i struggled to finish this but every single bite was amazing. highly recommend this. my bf and i could've shared this with a few other options on the side to be honest. my bf got some nigiri sides and the fish size was huge!! i have a picture to show. i appreciate that the rice portion was smaller so you get to enjoy more fish! it is a cute zen japanese style decor inside and quite dining of course. i was disappointed that i didn't get my miso soup that was included with the my meal and we had to flag the waitress down multiple times as she did not check on us.

Yelp
I'm going to give it a 2 star because it may be the oldest Japanese restaurant in town but it's not the best Japanese restaurant in town. The place is kind of rundown, old and a little dirty for a Japanese restaurant. Bathroom are a little smelly. We ordered salmon sashimi, which we ended up getting regular sushi. We ordered a couple rolls and we ordered a bento box and paid an extra two dollars for short ribs. The first salmon came out was very fatty. It had the fat on it. That's usually trimmed off of the sushi the raw had seaweed that was very chewy. It shouldn't be that chewy and the bento box had good tempura good rice but the ribs and the teriyaki beef were both very fatty. Actually we didn't even finish the ribs that we paid $2.50 extra for.

Yelp
A solid Sushi spot in the International District. They can accommodate large groups and service is always consistently good. They always seem to have some amazing daily specials (fresh offerings). This time I went, they had Otoro and it was bomb. They were out of uni though. Wagyu Sliders though, I do not recommend. I highly doubt it was A5 as advertised - Not enough fat! Maybe they ground it with other meats.

Yelp
Here for lunch with family friend today and I realized I came here over 10 years ago because the name sounded familiar and when I looked, my last review was back on 7/29/13! The place looks the same and the service was friendly and attentive. We all ordered the lunch special 2 item bento boxes! The food was hearty and delish. I ordered the salmon teriyaki and sashimi and the fish was fresh and the bento included two gyozas besides vegetable and 1 shrimp tempura, fruit, and a delicious salad, along with miso soup. Prices are very reasonable for the two item lunch bento box! The portions were humongous and we thoroughly enjoyed the company and meal.

Yelp
Best sushi in town. This beats the pretentious crap you get at Sushi Kashiba and other overrated places in town. Big fresh pieces of sashimi. We had the super sushi deluxe and rainier box. The Rainer Box is tuna heaven with toro and chu Toro. The super sushi deluxe had uni. Great service as well. Recommended making reservations at dinner time. It was crowded on a Saturday night.

Yelp
This was my second time at Fuji Sushi, and it has been a great experience both times I have been here! My friend had made a reservation for us to grab dinner together, to ensure we would have a table as soon as we got to the restaurant. Making a reservation was not required. It wasn't too busy when we came in since our reservation was a pretty early dinner, like 5:30PM. The restaurant itself is pretty underwhelming from the outside if you aren't paying attention. The inside is pretty well lit and clean. The staff working that night were kind and friendly. Our food also came out within a reasonable amount of time, so we didn't have to wait very long.

Yelp
Great sushi spot with great service! This place is near the newly renovated Nippon Kan Theatre - convenient if you're needing a quick bite before a show. I also enjoyed the sake selection last time I went.
google avatar

Caroline T.

Yelp
I've ordered from Fuji a few times and was really enjoying how fresh their food seemed to be (tempura and salmon roll with cream cheese and avocado). Tonight though the avocado in my roll was looking anything but. I've never received a roll with avocado like this, and according to Google it may indicate how the avocado has been stored? Either way, very off putting and disappointing.

Yelp
Fuji Sushi offered a delectable lunch and next time I'm in the area I'll be sure to stop in again! My friend and I came in at an optimum time as most of the restaurant was empty for 80% of the time we were there, but by the time we left most tables were full. It wasn't a very large restaurant and as I was facing the windows my view was mostly plain, but I enjoyed how well lit the space was. Our waitress was attentive, funny, and gave great recommendations. I appreciated that they offered cocktails - most sushi restaurants offer only sake, beer, and wine. I particularly liked the Cherry Blossom as it was very light and refreshing. The price point for cocktails is also among the best in the Seattle metro area. The food was stellar. Another highlight is the wide variety of food that Fuji has from noodle dishes to teriyaki. I opted for nigiri and a spicy sunset roll. I thought everything was delicious. I left very happy.

Yelp
Haven't been to Fuji in a while and was pleasantly surprised. The last time I went there, it was just okay, so this time around, I wasn't expecting too much. I ordered the chicken katsu donburi and it was flavorful, good portion of meat/egg/onion and not too much egg. The shitake mushrooms were a nice addition. Service was a bit slow despite the restaurant being essentially empty. My partners chirashi bowl came out within 10 minutes while I ended up waiting an extra 10 for my bowl, (obviously mine takes more cooking time) but the timing of our food was super off...I was surprised that the server also didn't mention what the fish on the chirashi bowl was. Fish was fresh though. Interior is the same as always, quiet restaurant.

Yelp
To be honest, the food was good but the customer services was bad. We came in today for my friend's bday lunch, the Caucasian guy took our order but no food after 30 minutes. We knew it was something wrong cause people came in after us already got served and almost done with their lunch but us still waiting for food. We asked an other server why it took so long she said "let me check" she cane back and told us they missed to enter the ticket. We was expecting the guy who took our order come and say sorry to us for his mistake but no, he did not say a word. I guess he is fairly new at that restaurant cause we did not see him before, he needs to get trained on how to service people.
google avatar

Steve H.

Yelp
Their food is legit and actually Korean owned Japanese restaurants. Would have been better if they served more ginger.
google avatar

Matthew L.

Yelp
I had what might be the best chirashi bowl of my life! And I've eaten a lot. If they had put a piece of uni on top, that would have sealed the deal. Wish I'd taken a picture. $35 well spent so much big chunks of excellent fish. I couldn't finish it but ate the leftovers later that night. Very nice decore and ambiance. Excellent t service! I love Fuji!
google avatar

Yelp
Stumbled upon this place while trying to find a new sushi place to eat for my birthday. It's a traditional sushi place that will not disappoint! We got a 12 piece chef nigiri plate (their version of omakase) for like 40 dollars and all of the nigiris was fresh and delicious! The cut was big as well! They have a private room that you can use for your party and it only cost 20 dollars on top of your bill ! The service was good/on the okay side . The only complaint I had was that I asked for soy sauce and it took awhile for them to bring it . Other than that the service was pretty decent and all the servers are really nice! Parking is free and they have their own parking lot around the corner that has a sign that says "free Fuji sushi parking".

Deborah N.

Yelp
Ordered the California roll because I forgot my lunch ( it was delicious). I am a King County Metro bus driver. The staff put a piece of cheesecake in my order writing on the pie box "daily bus rider thanks for all you do." That made my day because I just had a difficult trip on the D line.
google avatar

Rob H.

Yelp
Excellent sushi! Everything was fresh and the rolls were creative with great flavors. Service was pleasant.
google avatar

Kevin T.

Yelp
(3.5/5) TL;DR: The lunch bento special is really filling, service can get really bogged down during lunch, and park in the lot up the hill (free/validated) Service was really nice but I think the lunch rush unfortunately got the best of the 2 servers and we had to wait 30+ minutes for our food Bentos came with miso (good but not warm enough), salad (ok), tempura (good), and rice Bento mains: - Tonkatsu & Chicken katsu (4/5): good breading but a little on the dry side - Poke (4/5): Tuna was good but the salmon is kinda weird (see picture) - Saba (3/5): Dry and too salty We'll be back but probably off peak hours - cheers, Fuji Sushi!
google avatar

james t.

Yelp
Their happy hour dishes are wonderful, I ordered their sushi special which comes with a 4 California rolls and the chefs choice of 6 pieces of nigiri. The chef selected (chu-toro, kanpachi, unagi, hamachi, shiromi, and maguro) each exceptionally fresh and flavorful. The staff were friendly/attentive and facilitated a great lunch experience. Also their bento box is a great go to during their lunch happy hour, plus you can add nigiri to your box for only 2.50! The interior has a quaint 90's vibe and a spacious tatami room you can rent. Overall it was a lovely experience and I would highly recommend anyone check Fuji Sushi out!
google avatar

Ethan W.

Yelp
The food is very good and they have a lot of options but the items are very expensive. Most of the rolls are $20 and over and it's just like any other roll. There also have a 20% add on, that applies to everyone so along with the expensive items, it makes it way more expensive.
google avatar

Kris W.

Yelp
Sat by the bar, cocktails were good, loved the tuna taco, sushi was very good. Chef was polite and engaging
google avatar

Abby C.

Yelp
The food was delicious. The interior is very nice but a little tight. Very relaxed restaurant with a great variety of food. Our waitress was very nice, didn't check on us much. We didn't have a reservation and the bartended led us to believe we might not be able to get a table. Yet throughout or meal, there were 3-4 tables constantly empty. Not a great way to enter a restaurant. I'd still come back for the great food.
google avatar

Mia T.

Yelp
We paid for parking, walked here and turned around when we saw the food safety rating.
google avatar

Louise F.

Yelp
This restaurant is bigger than it looks on the inside! We stopped by for a few appetizers while waiting in line on our dinner plans and were almost paralyzed by the number of options that we chose from. We got the takoyaki and the seaweed salad. The takoyaki was so good and we were legit eating the tempura flakes out the empty bowl when we finishef. The seaweed salad was also a great appetite-waker-upper lol. Light but flavorful and mixed with cucumbers too. The consensus from all of us was that we'd be back to have an actual meal here
google avatar

Michelle X.

Yelp
This bento is so satisfying with all sorts of side dishes and textures. Hard-pressed to find another bento box like this in Seattle. The cuts for the nigiri were slightly messy, but good given the price. Will be coming back for the lunch bento treat. The staff were few and handled many things, yet would still kindly stop by and check-in.
google avatar

Yelp
Best bento lunch ever! So glad that I discovered Fuji Sushi thanks to a friend who made reservations for us. Located in the International District, this little gem has an awesome bento deal that you can't miss during lunch. My friend and I came here for lunch and Fuji Sushi was pretty steady, with most everyone ordering a bento. For only $15.99, you can get a bento lunch meal, with your choice of two proteins, in addition to other goodies. However, if bento isn't your thing, they have a full menu with lots of other Japanese dishes. But you will be missing out if you don't get the bento for lunch! For my bento I chose the chicken katsu and poke proteins, which were both delicious. In addition to the proteins, there was a side salad, edamame, gyoza, tempura, fruit, rice and miso soup to start with. All of that for lunch! You'll leave stuffed as I did, but it was well worth it. I enjoyed all of the food; everything was fresh and satisfying. You can't miss Fuji Sushi for lunch! It's definitely a spot to check out for a classic bento, with lots of options to choose from to customize your bento to your liking. I would happily dine here again - and you should too!

Yelp
Really needed to write a new review of this place. I usually come here for lunch when I'm having a tough morning at work. The sushi and sashimi combo was my go-to before they changed the menu. I would also sometimes get the Katsu-don which they gratefully still have on their menu. Recently I came in and just got some gyoza and a chirashi bowl. I also got some Nigiri. The gyoza was made very well. Pan fried, crispy and soft, and juicy and meaty filling. The size seems a bit small, but as an appetizer, it works well. The chirashi was good, but there were a lot of unnecessary garnishes in the bowl that gets in the way of me downing it. After removing the shredded radish, edible flower, slices of orange, ginger, and wasabi off to the side, I was able to enjoy the bowl. It has some nice thick cuts of fish and surprisingly a hefty amount of rice hidden at the bottom. The nigiri piece were good too, no complaints there. This place can get pretty packed at times so best to reserve when you can just to be safe. (One day I'll reserve that sick private tetami room) There's free parking up the hill in the back which I never knew about til now. Remember the parking number to fill it on the form when you enter the restaurant, else you may possibly get a ticket.

Yelp
A couple of friends invited me here for dinner. I had a hard time choosing what to order as the menu was extensive. I ended up ordering the $24 Bento Box with the added sashimi to taste the variety. Everything was tasty with plenty of leftovers. They have some specials listed on the board. The others ordered a udon noodle along with a few appies - Agedashi Tofu, chicken karaage (tender meat that wasn't overcooked), shrimp tempura roll, & assorted tempura. Unfortunately the tables were too close for my comfort. The woman next to our table was obviously coughing & sniffling away with no partition between the tables. I lost my appetite after that. Service was courteous and prompt. Prices are a bit on the high-end such as the sushi rolls.

Alex G.

Yelp
My go to since i live across from it. Seattle is a good sushi destination. I have not found a hit or miss spot. They are all hit. This is one!

Yelp
Fuji Sushi is where we had dinner tonight on our first evening in Seattle. It was so wonderful. The restaurant is very nice, the wait staff is very friendly and attentive and the food was terrific. We started with the Sexy Edamame, which is very good and probably more sweet than spicy but still very tasty. My husband ordered the Paradise Roll, and I had the Sweet Inferno. Both were excellent. I definitely recommend enjoying a meal at this restaurant.
google avatar

Eldridge M.

Yelp
We continue to be impressed by Fuji Sushi and love their selections. It's amazing we still haven't been here physically as this has become our "go-to" delivery ordering place for sushi. We ordered from here a few times and we continue to get consistent results. Definitely recommend. Sushi is fresh and couldn't be happier with this place.

Yelp
Quick and friendly service. Delicious food - really amazing chicken karrage, so crispy - with great sushi rolls. Enjoyed a California roll and spicy tuna roll. Look forward to returning for a full lunch or dinner.

Yelp
TLDR: Perfectly serviceable sushi spot. It's classic Japanese decor, feels like quality, certainly on the pricey side. I was just disappointed in my chirashi bowl but probably more because of my tastes. Food (To-Go) Chirashi Bowl - this was my only order. I came to pick it up and the staff was very nice. It took a solid amount of time to complete the food so I felt like it was made fresh. My only "issue" is the variety of sashimi was too much so a few cuts of fish were tougher than I prefer or included the skin. Again, this is my preference. I think 4-5 varieties would work for me, but there were maybe 7? And those ones I'm not familiar with I don't know if the toughness is normal or not so I can't judge. Would I Return? It looks like a great place for a very by-the-numbers Japanese experience. I personally wouldn't but I have no concerns about recommending it to try.

Yelp
Been eating here since 2016 when I lived a block away. Always great sushi, even through change ownership, fantastic staff, and a chill vibe! Well always be back.
google avatar

Brenda P.

Yelp
I went for the happy hour specials before a show, and they did not disappoint! This was the first place that had prices I felt were reasonable. Everything tasted fresh, and the food came out so quickly. Our server was so sweet, and paid attention to our needs. The overall setting was nice, the one drawback was towards the end a couple sat next to use that smacked and chewed their food extremely loud so we rushed out, as I have sensory difficulties.

Yelp
Technically a 3.5. Ive been a few times and I usually find it to be enjoyable. This most recent visit was pretty good, but not great. We had some great food and some sashimi that was not up to expectation. A few specifics: -Good service. Our server was very attentive. -The atmosphere was okay. Not much to note. It's a small venue but pleasant enough. -The item we had coveted (and was advertised) was the Uni shooter. They were out of Uni and thus we could not try these. -The atmosphere -We ordered two Sakes (Mio Sparkling and the Bizen) both were great. -The Black Cod Misoyaki was very tasty and well prepared. -We ordered two rolls. The Spicy scallop (great) and the Green Dragon ( good) -We also ordered the Sushi and Sashimi combo. This was less impressive. The cuts seemed a little uneven (perhaps sloppy) and some of the fish tasted flash-frozen as opposed to the melt-in-your-mouth you would expect for the price tag. Perhaps it was an off-night for the sashimi. I'd happily try again (as the entrees were good). However, for the price I'd expect more consistancy with the quality of the fish.
