A great Taiwanese restaurant that adds creativity to its dishes while staying very authentic. Every dish was cooked perfectly—fresh and full of flavor. The Braised Dongpo Pork with Candied Dates was stewed to perfection and literally melted in mouth. The Butterfish with Rice Vermicelli had a rich, flavorful broth, and the freshness of the fish paired beautifully with the noodles. The Stir-Fried Prawns with Peeled Chili and Scrambled Eggs was also a must-order, the flavors blended together perfectly.
Other highlights included the Boiled Chicken with Sauce, Crispy Egg Tofu, Stir-Fried Vegetables with Wax Apple, and Sweet and Sour Pork with Lychee—all equally delicious.
Since this restaurant has earned a Michelin star for five consecutive years (since 2021), the price is on the higher side, but it’s absolutely worth it if you want to enjoy a warm, cozy dinner with friends.
