"Nothing warms you up after that big Ohio State football rivalry or Columbus Blue Jackets faceoff faster than a steaming bowl of ramen from Fukuryu. Get the spicy Red Dragon, where rich chicken bone broth is brimming with noodles, braised pork belly, chili pork crumbles, a jammy egg, and housemade chili paste. You can adjust the heat index, but even level one might lead to full-on face sweat—thankfully, the refreshing Nihon Gin and Juice made with yuzu-ginger lemonade cools things down. Round out your meal with some Japanese fried chicken, which is great for picky eaters and/or younger kids in your group. While they have many locations, the Upper Arlington spot is a five-minute drive from the Shoe (where the Buckeyes play) and not much farther from Nationwide Arena where the Jackets chase the puck." - Kindra Peach

Great place to bring friends or just yourself. The Flavor of the food will surprise you it is so good. 10 out of 10. Shoyu is what I ordered. No spicy level for me but you can get level 1 through 4. Happy hour is 3pm to 5pm.

Mike

Google
The ramen was disappointing—just an average taste. The chicken gyoza was too greasy. However, the happy hour deal was a great value!

Google
Stood at counter for a few mins before helped. Not a lot of help of explanations on what things were on the menu. Food was alright not everyone was happy.

Jhondil Ople is a great host and the entire restaurant is spotless and clean . The ramen is delicious and the waiting time is never long because Fukuryu Ramen is the best !

Google
It's good, I liked it, the Ramen tastes what I imagine to be authentic, however my only gripe is the fried chicken does feel a bit heavy, or not quite as clean as the rest of the food (even more than would be expected for fried chicken), and the Spicy Ramen is ridiculously hot. I mean, it's not a bad thing per say, just go into it knowing that heat level 2 is ridiculously hot (probably around "Extra Hot" level at Dave's Hot Chicken), definitely start with heat level 1 and assess.

Tried the Cosmic Matcha with lavender foam for the first time. Absolutely loved it! The tonkotsu was also delicious. Thank you, John for your excellent service and for also recommending the Pork Belly Bowl!

Who doesn't love Ramen? This was a good excursion to bridge part of Dublin. We got there before their big dinner rush, so the service was good, and the cash register operator was helpful with suggestions. The service time was reasonable. The Ramen was really good. I had their signature Tonkitsu, which was perfect for me. Wifie had the red dragon, which she liked, but I found it to be a bit spicy. We had the Japanese fried chicken as an appetizer, which was very good. The special teas were delicious. The only complaint was that the place got busy and was super crowded, so the front door was constantly open, creating a super cold restaurant. I think that the open door with no wind break is something that they need to address.

Google
Service is great. Just ask them to describe the menu and it will help you decide. If you like spicy they can do that also. My only complaint is there's not enough vegetables. The tufu is the best I have had in Ohio.

Yelp
Conveniently located in bridge park behind the North Market. My mom went for a solo lunch today and she enjoyed the ramen special a lot. More importantly, the owner who worked at the counter was exceptionally kind and approachable. He went out of his way to assist my elderly mother with ordering food and frequently checked in to make sure she had a wonderful experience. I'm grateful for local businesses like this! Will bring my family back here next time when we are in the area.

Yelp
I live right by Tensuke and Meshikou, so I have high standards for ramen, but this stuff is pretty good overall. Nicely seasoned, excellent eggs, and a great variety of options if shoyu broth isn't your thing. Service can be spotty but is generally good, and while the overall look isn't the coziest and a bit stereotypical-feeling, the many windows make this an excellent spot for peoplewatching.

Yelp
This is by far the worst service I could have ever imagined. We came in about 20+ minutes before this restaurant's "happy hour" ended. The line took a little bit but we still ordered around 5:53, and the happy hour ends at 6: I know because I checked to make sure we could still get the happy hour discount. Me and my friends decided it would be simplest to just put the charge on my order and they could pay accordingly to me later. When I ordered, the price was more than I expected, so I asked for a receipt after I paid. When I looked at the receipt I realized that they had only given the happy hour discount to 2/5 of the dishes and also charged me for an extra Perrier we didn't order. This is where it gets bad. I came up to the counter to ask for a refund on the difference, figuring it was pretty simple. I was kind and patient and never rude; I said thank you and sorry. When I got the "second" receipt back, it was the exact same overcharge but the items were rearranged in a way that made me think it was resolved. At first I thought the issue was fixed until my friends pointed out that I wasn't fairly charged still; I told them about the discount and the water and they fixed neither issue. After reviewing the second receipt I came up again and asked again for a refund and a fair charge. They said ok, they will do it. They seemed busy so I sat down and figured it would get resolved by the time we finished and left. After finishing all of our food I asked if I could get my receipt twice and each time the staff said ok and had me wait at my table. Finally I came up to the counter once again and asked for the receipt. One man specifically was very rude and impatient with me, telling me they had a problem with the system and it might take a while to refund and send me a receipt. I asked if I would be able to get it before I left and he did not give me an answer. Finally, as we waited too long and had to leave, I asked if they would just take my email to email the updated receipt. They had me write it down and when I was done a staff member who I hadn't seen before came up to me and STARED me down, saying nothing. I have yet to receive a refund or any communication, but it did happen today so I am still waiting. There are many unacceptable things that happened. The hostility of the staff which I felt was one. Also the fact that my friend wrote a review earlier and he received a response that lied and said we ordered AFTER happy hour ended, which I know is untrue because I looked at the time AND he gave us a happy hour discount at first, but only for 2/5 of the dishes. Be careful giving this place your money.

Yelp
I've been meaning to try this place for a while now and finally had it on a perfect chilly day. A lot of seating inside, order as soon as you walk. The food is brought to you wherever you decide to sit. The chicken ramen was a little different then what I thought it was but the flavor was there! Mine was very hot and had lots of noodles. The only thing I was slightly disappointed about was the selection on the menu, I feel like there needs to be more options.

Trisha H.

Yelp
I haven't been here since right before the 2020 shutdown. I left that day unimpressed (as it was my birthday dinner) -- did they get new owners since? Well, either way, today was the perfect day for a bowl of ramen and I had high hopes. There is a lot of construction going on in the Bridge Park area. It's exciting to see other areas of Columbus be built up, especially with a good food scene! There is some street parking nearby if you're lucky. If not, there is a parking garage just up the block for a short 2min walk. The outdoor seating looks wonderful for the warmer months! There is plenty of seating, even for groups (tables up to 8) as well as bar seating. The restaurant is clean and welcoming. At wach table, there is a box of chopsticks, forks, napkins, soy sauce, spices, and sesame seeds. I stopped in around 1:45 so it was pretty quiet but still had a few patrons since they open at noon. I grab some iced green tea. I knew what I getting into because the sign clearly stated it was unsweetened and had match - but it was still a grassy punch in the face They do not hold back on flavor! The hibiscus ginger tea also had a strong ginger flavor but it was really good. Both are really good palette cleansers or to cool off the spice! I ordered a Signature Tonkatsu ramen bowl and made it spicy. You have the option of 1-4 - I opted for 1 at first, but the employee mentioned it would be similar to a jalapeño, so I asked what a level 2 is close to - habanero. Sign. Me. Up. I took a few photos - well, you know - for Yelp. Then I dug in. I tested the ear wood mushrooms -- a nice crunch! Then the housemade bamboo shoots, delish! Not too mushy, but not undercooked. Then for the main event -- the noodles. I was pleasantly surprised at how chewy and flavorful they were! The portion was really great on the toppings, especially the Tonkatsu. Perfectly sliced pieces, arranged beautifully. Some ramen places serve small bowls and leave you still hungry while charging you an arm and a leg. Not here. I am still so full an hour later! The pork broth was so flavorful and rich, while not being too oily. The restrooms are in the back. If you walk towards the large dragon on the red wall, then turn at the kegs, you'll find your destination.

Yelp
This was some of the best stuff I tried here. I'm never impressed with their ramen (everything compares to Meshikou) but it's still nice. As someone who likes some heat, I am disappointed in how spicy they make their ramen though. A "half chili" is stupid hot. Twice now I've had to throw away my ramen when ordered though delivery because I couldn't complain in person. This sucks because I have to order w no heat then :/ I just don't think someone is measuring that correctly! The chili crisp cucumber salad was ones of my favorite things. The steam bun was yummy & saucy. The Nori fries appear on their app for order but not on their actual menu. They made them for me no problem! The spicy chicken onigiri was pretty good, not mind blowing. Definitely nothing spicy about it. I think I would have liked it more if they had the crab or shrimp one I wanted to try. The Nihon Gin & Juice is always yummy and a steal at the price. Their cocktails are batched & on draft I believe. Overall, I really appreciate that they got all these new seasonal goodies and everything was good, including the service. It's just that I wouldn't bring someone here for mind blowing Japanese.

Yelp
I am a ramen fanatic, but this was surprisingly my first time trying Fukuryu. Before trying other things, I judge a ramen joint by their black garlic ramen or classic tonkotsu. Black garlic ramen IS served here, but sadly, not on Sunday. Opting for their tonkotsu, it was pretty good but not as good as any other ramen place I've tried in Columbus. I prefer a creamier broth, but their tonkotsu broth is pretty thin and not as savory as others I've tried. The toppings were mid, although the egg was perfect. One of my favorite parts of ramen is the couple pieces of pork belly that come with it, which was advertised to come with the tonkotsu. But sadly, I was given lil chopped bits of pork belly, which was good, but not as good or generous as full pieces. The restaurant itself had a lot of seating and was very clean. The employees were pretty nice in the brief interactions we had. Overall, Fukuryu is okay, but I'd much prefer to go literally anywhere else for ramen.

Yelp
Fukuryu Ramen fits my bill for convenient, stop on way home, Ramen foodies. Easily accessible in the always-growing Dublin Bridge Park complex of restaurants and shoppes, F.R. served up some deelish good food in my first visit. Had Ramen in rich pork bone broth paired with pork strips; added side of edamame. Note - asked server for a side of garlic oil for my beans and "no prob". Food comes quickly. There are nightly Happy Hour prices. Ample seating and buttoned-up clean. Me likey Fukuryu Ramen and thinks you will, too.

Max K.

Yelp
I think this place is absolutely fine but not the best place in Columbus. It's very fast service with some interesting spins on the classic ramen bowl. But the chashu and other ingredients are middling. All in all, if you're in bridge park, you have much better dining options but this isn't the worst ramen if you're really hankering. Definitely less authentic but more generous to the American pallet

Elizabeth Y.

Yelp
My partner, and I absolutely love ramen, it's honestly probably one of our guilty pleasures! We are still fairly new to Columbus and were in search of some of the best Ramen out there. Through some research we saw some really strong reviews for this location. We also love the location because it is located in the lovely bridge park area. When we came in we were instantly greeted my the kind staff, and didn't take long to place our order. We started with the chicken gyoza and we both ordered the red dragon ramen. The food came out extremely fast which was great! Everything was so delicious. We loved the spice and depth of flavor from the soup especially. We will definitely be back and look forward to it!

Ashley E.

Yelp
Service was kind and helpful when asked about recommendations. The food was great! Packed with flavor, options for spice-lovers, vegetarians, and meat-eaters alike

Yelp
Many years ago in 2018 when Bridge Park was still relatively new and there were very few restaurants there, I ordered ramen from Fukuryu. At the time, I remember enjoying it a lot and being glad that it was an option for something faster than, say, Cap City Diner. I didn't come back again until this week when I dropped in for a bowl of black garlic tonkatsu ramen, a pork belly bao bun, and an order of fried tofu. That ramen tasted like liquid velvet, the broth was *so* rich and unctuous! The bao bun really hit the spot! It came with some pickled radish, which is actually a must-have to really appreciate the fatty pork belly. The fried tofu was probably the weakest in the lineup, which is not to say that it was bad at all, but next to the rich ramen and bao, the taste and texture weren't outstanding. As for the atmosphere, it wasn't too busy even for being lunchtime, and that's probably a factor of just how freezing cold it was the day I went. Service was prompt and I had no trouble asking for a to-go container to take the ramen that I couldn't finish. All in all, top notch experience.

Suzanna L.

Yelp
I typically order their chicken or tonkatsu ramens, but I'm trying to meet some January dietary goals so I decided to go with their Vegan option. It was ok. It didn't come out as hot as I wanted it. It was just warm-ish. I guess I'm also use to a deeper rich broth, so it didn't quite satisfy. That's probably my fault though because I ordered wrong lol. Everyone else seemed to be satisfied with their choices, but were in agreement it probably wasn't the best ramen they've had there. I think the chefs were just off or overwhelmed? I was there with my family so we participated in their Restaurant Week menu. I could tell they weren't expecting it to be so busy on a Monday night bc they looked a bit short staffed and the wait was quite long. Some of our party got their food way in advance (the fried chicken bowl), so it was alittle awkward for him wait for over 10mins as his food got cold, thinking ours was arriving shortly. We finally insisted he eat first and it was comical as he ate slowly while we all watched. I think the flavors were there for their dishes though, so we all left full and mostly satisfied with dinner. I've been here bf so I know this isn't their usual. They're usually better than tonight.

Yelp
My roommates and I love ramen, so naturally we were dying to try out this place. We tried to go last Wednesday, but unfortunately we didn't realize they are closed on Wednesdays. We didn't let this ruin our spirits though -- we were determined to get some ramen. We came back today (Sunday), and we loved it! Bridgepark is such a cute little area, and we were able to park in a nearby parking garage for free. The outside of the restaurant had lit up lanterns lining the roof, so it really brightened up the appearance of the place. You order at a cashier when you walk in, and then you pick a seat and the servers bring you your food. When we walked in, there was only one person in front of us in line, so we didn't have to wait long. There was plenty of seating. The atmosphere is very casual, but the restaurant was clean. The food also came out incredibly fast, I was so surprised. I got the chicken ramen, and I have never eaten a meal so fast, it was delicious. My roommates got the red dragon ramen with a spice level of 2. I'd like to think I tolerate spice pretty well, but I tried a bite of their meal, and it was hot! I will definitely be returning soon, and I'll likely get the red dragon with less spice, or the chicken ramen again!

Antora S.

Yelp
We went on a cold Saturday night. Seems perfect night to have some warm ramen. We were expecting the place to be busy, but to our surprise, it was not at all. There is limited parking space for street parking but plenty of parking space in the parking lot, which is right across the street from this place. Soon as we entered, we placed our order at the counter and found a place to sit. The food came out fairly quickly. We ordered the Yuzu Ginger Lemonade, Chicken Ramen bowl, Chicken Gyoza, and Chicken Rice bowl. The chicken Ramen came with chicken on the side. Over all the Ramen was good, but it was a bit salty, and generally Ramens are salty but adding the chicken did not help with the salt at all, it became even more salty. The Gyoza was just blend. The chicken rice bowl was the best out of everything. The chicken seemed be a little over fried, but the sauce that they used made everything come together and it tasted great, The Ginger Lemonade wasn't bad but its not sweet and definitely is heavy on the ginger side. If you never had Ramen, it is definitely worth a try, but I would not be a regular at this place.

Latrice R.

Yelp
I went in for restaurant week and I hadn't been to this location yet, so I was pretty excited about it. I loved the decor and how spacious it was. I was a little disappointed with my shoyu ramen being lukewarm, but I ate it since I didn't want to waste it. I did have to ask for the takoyaki after a while. The staff were quick to take care of it and I appreciated how friendly and attentive they were. The sparkling sake dessert was sooo good! The ice cream went perfectly with the sake and raspberry puree. Not gonna lie, the ice cream is tasty on its own! I'm willing to come back and try out Fukuryu again if my ramen is piping hot!

Marseille N.

Yelp
Horrible experience! I was disgusted, abhorred, and utterly disrespected at this place! The staff were awful and tricked my friends into paying more than we need to pay! The food is lukewarm at best!! When we asked for the correct receipt, the server Andrew S was so rude and asked us to write down an email to send the receipt! I will never come back ever again and this establishment should be ashamed of themselves!!

Jessica C.

Yelp
This was one of my first favorite finds when moving to Columbus. Ramen is a comfort food and a staple for me, and we tried a handful of ramen places around Columbus before deciding this chain is our favorite, hands down. We first visited the Polaris location, but have now tried every location and frequent the Dublin location every few weeks. The chicken ramen is one of my favorites. The chicken is fresh, doesn't feel overly fried, and it really hits the spot as one of my favorite comfort foods. We dine in when we can, it's hit or miss. Often the ramen will come a good amount of time before the chicken, I've found that our last few visits it's taken longer and longer to get the chicken. But we also order frequently to go and rarely have an issue. The food tastes better in the restaurant though. They do have a great selection of teas!

Jessica H.

Yelp
I wanted this to be good. It's well below average and way overpriced. Typical ramen toppings you need to pay extra for. $90 with tip for 4 people - no one in the family would eat the leftovers.

Wing Yan K.

Yelp
Fukuryu Ramen have a couples special summer menu items and I happen to stop by as I browsing around Bridge Park. I got the Ika Geso-Age and Chicken Ramen. I do like the Ika Geso-Age, which is crispy breaded squid legs. It is extremely crispy and love it along with the yuzu-wasabi aioli. Their ramen broth is always thick and flavorful. And I like they serve the panko-breaded chicken on the side so that it will stay crispy.

Maddie M.

Yelp
Pretty good food. I ordered the Vegetable Miso Ramen, which was really good. The tofu was AMAZING. The service was good. The person in the front desk was patient when my little sister was trying to order, which took her such a long time do decide. The front desk person also recommended some stuff too when we were having trouble deciding. The ambiance was okay and the tables were sticky, so became of that, I give this place 4 stars instead of 5

Yae Sul J.

Yelp
Yes it definitely hits the spot when you're in the look for a Japanese Ramen. I had the red dragon which comes with a soup base that you can select from three different levels. The three levels being the strength of spiciness. I was feeling a little daring and also craving spicy foods and decided to offer the max spice level which was level three. It's definitely spicy, but if you are a spicy food lover like me nothing too crazy that you can't take multiple bites off and I ended up finishing everything [although it might've given me a little bit of reflux]. The rest of my party had tonkatsu Ramen And the Tam Tam Ramen. I don't get the Ramen was pretty solid and some thing that if you're craving this will definitely hit the spot. The tam tam Roman was the other spicy option. It was a little different as the meat that was in the Ramen broth was the one that was spicy and not the actual broth itself. That's, it wasn't as spicy as the red dragon. I can definitely see myself going for either one of the spicy noodles depending on how I felt. The price was Columbus prices. As I have now learned.

Keith B.

Yelp
I've had friends online tell me "you need to go here and get the japanese chicken." I've done pick-up, I've done delivery. Evidently, it's great "in-person" but the two times I've ordered it - it's been so underwhelmingly disappointing. Small bits of breading to fill the bowl out. Maybe - MAYBE - one or two pieces of chicken that aren't dried out. I guess, at least the rice is solid, and the shredded cabbage is fresh? Order the extra mayo to help choke down the dried as hell chicken. That's the only good things - the accoutrements to the dish, not the dish itself. I've had their ramen when a friend had ordered it to her place (back when they first opened) and... it was good. Not mind blowing, nothing special. Basically, it seems "great for the area" but man, don't get it to-go, don't bother with delivery.

Mark M.

Yelp
I'm sorry to say this, but for those who gave good ratings for this place have no idea what ramen is. Noodles were like 20 minute cooked pasta and the soup was way too thick (like ankake). Flavor of the soup was just disgusting as well. Service was super slow too. 25 minute wait for gyoza and ramen?? Needless to say, I will not return.

Sam S.

Yelp
Unimpressed. Spent $50 on delivery for two bowls of ramen. Even paid extra for Japanese fried chicken instead of pork belly. And this is what I was given. Likely never ordering it again.

Shreya T.

Yelp
Tried their famous red dragon ramen with chicken. I underestimated the spicy level for the ramen and ordered spicy . It was too spicy but was flavourful at the same time. Next time i would go for medium to enjoy it thoroughly.

Michelle T.

Yelp
At this ramen place, you order at the counter, then sit at any table, and they serve the food to you. Despite it being pretty busy at the time, the worker there gave us our food within 20ish minutes. We noticed there weren't many workers, probably since it is during the holidays, and the few workers that were there did a good job controlling the rush. Overall, the food tasted pretty good! The broth was pretty salty though, and we would have preferred more meat in our dish. (only two pieces in each dish!)

Drew B.

Yelp
Tasty Ramen and one of my kids favorite places to go out to! Would not order the kimchi fries again but everything else was delicious including the sake sangria!

Angela L.

Yelp
If you need a ramen fix, you need to check out Fukuryu Ramen and order the red dragon. Pair it with a side order of edamame or pork belly bao and you'll think me later. If you're not feeling up for ramen, try your hand at a rice bowl or snack bites!

Mary S.

Yelp
Flavor Bomb! Ordered via Uber Eats. It was very well packaged, arrived hot and delicious. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Columbus.

Katherine N.

Yelp
Came for restaurant week but really didn't save money, and the ambiance was sub par. I would come back in the future however, simply because the food was delicious. The restaurant itself is cold, and there's not much to it. It's very casual with a counter to order at. If this were a "sit down and be waited on" type restaurant I'd be back in a heartbeat! Otherwise maybe just takeout for next time.

Jeremy Q.

Yelp
Chilly weather calls for ramen! I ordered the Signature Tonkotsu, my wife ordered the Japanese Curry, and we also tried the Pork Belly Rice. The ramen broth was super flavorful, the noodles chewy, and I can never resist a jammy egg! The curry was good but there was too much rice and not enough curry. The pork belly rice was a great starter!

Gizz B.

Yelp
I tried it 2 years ago, I don't know if they are better now but for me was a simple ramen. I have eaten better ones, probably will try it again in the next months when it gets cold and I love to have a quick fast hot soup.

Samual K.

Yelp
Service was fine, wait staff was prompt and efficient. Food was subpar at best. Fried chicken had some sort of plastic in it. As if it was fried in a bag. Kimchi fries were excellent though, I have not seen this combination but I enjoyed it. The ramen was the worst part of my experience. The VEGETARIAN Ramen that I ordered came out with an egg on it. The broth was flavorless, but the noodles were fine. Would not recommend.

Debi F.

Yelp
I had high hopes because of the high ratings. It's good, staff was very nice and helpful, it just doesn't feel like authentic ramen. The broth is chicken and smoked fish, which is nice because it's not as fatty as the pork broth. I wish there were more kinds of fish cake with the ramen. The fried chicken is just that, fried chicken not karaage. It tastes different. The noodles were okay. IDK, I might come back but with much lower expectations.

Hope B.

Yelp
We stopped here for lunch, and it was fast and delicious! We were just walking around, looking for something open at noon on a Monday, and we are so glad this is what we found! We each had a ramen bowl, and we shared some gyoza! All delicious! My miso ramen bowl was slightly spicy, which was a very pleasant surprise! My husband had the chicken ramen, and it was also delicious with extra crunchy chicken served on the side! Highly recommend this place for lunch!

Kelsey S.

Yelp
Decent but not great ramen. The pork belly was super dry. Ramen lacked flavor. I had to add soy sauce which I never do. The 1/2 chili was a little too spicy and I like spice

Peter J.

Yelp
Overall ramen here is good but prices are definitely inflated and portions not big. Also not sure what restaurant closes by 8pm every night but that's a huge miss as well.

Sarah W.

Yelp
Beyond ramen noodles and the occasional lomein I'm a total ramen noob. At Fukuryu Ramen you order up front and then are brought your food. Luckily the staff were really friendly, patient, and made excellent recommendations. I ended up getting one of the traditional dishes, the Shoyu Ramen, which has fish broth, noodles, pork, and scallions and the Nori Fries. Both were delicious. The ambiance is bright, tables were clean(definitely a plus in the current climate) and while it is self serve, we had staff checking on us to see if we needed anything the duration of our stay. Prices definitely seemed reasonable. I spent under $20 for the soup, fries, and some hot tea. Fries were large enough to share and still couldn't finish. Will definitely be back. Can't wait to try some of the other options on the menu.

Alexa N.

Yelp
I was a big fan of Fukuryu Ramen since they opened their location on Lane Avenue. I was happy to see that they expanded and opened one in Dublin. This location is by a free parking garage so you do not have to worry as much about parking. Woo! We all know how Columbus parking can be a pain. There is a lot of space in this location. You walk in and order at the register and the employee gives you a number so they know where to bring your food out to. The employee seemed a little cranky, but it was an hour before closing time so maybe he was tired. I always get the Signature Tonkotsu ramen since I am a creature of habit. My friend got the Japanese Fried Chicken to try also. I personally like the Ramen. I have even heard people who have been to Japan say that it is the closest to Japanese ramen that they have had. Some say the broth is too thick or hearty, BUT in Japanese culture I guess that is how they typically eat it. I am not Japanese, but have heard this plenty of times from Japanese friends. It is about $15 for a bowl of ramen, but you will most definitely be full by the time you walk out. Oh, and they have some alcohol choices, especially sake! The soft boiled egg is my favorite part. The only thing that threw me off was that the egg was cold so the temperature difference was weird for me. I definitely appreciate the wood-ear mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and green onions for texture. The pork belly almost melts in your mouth. YUM! Great ramen and great environment.

Yelp
Base on just one visit, and certainly not my last visit, this is my subjective take on Fukuryy Ramen. I tried the Signature Tonkotsu Ramen. I believe the heart and soul of this dish is half the broth and half the noodles. The Tonkotsu broth was on point with it's rich, milky, cloudy, porky, well balance flavor. Served with perfectly cooked long, elastic ,bouncy, chewy noodles. The only slight down fall in my mind was some of the complementing toppings in the bowl, such as the perfectly cook soft boil egg was served ice cold and the chashu ,fatty slices of braised pork were ice cold as well ,taking away form the total potential excellence of what could have been. Also in the bowl supporting the ramen were some sliced wood ear mushrooms, sliced bamboo shoots and green onion both adding texture and flavor. For my beverage I had the yuzu, ginger lemonade, a delicious not too sweet , refreshing drink. Defiantly will be back.

Yelp
Good ramen. They can make it gluten free, which is the main reason we come here so often. Quick service.

Yelp
We on a Friday night and ordered right away. It was busy so everything came out quickly. The food was good. I would eat here again but I've had better. The broth while good, didn't have as depth of flavor as expected. The Gyoza were mediocre the frozen ones at Trader Joe's taste better.

Yelp
Delicious Ramen!!! I had the tonkatsu ramen and it was delicious. The Meat was marinated just right, the egg was delicious. The husband had the miso ramen and it was ok. Wasn't as tasty as the tonkatsu. The real star, however, was the yuzu mayonnaise/aioli!!! Amazing! We got the karage and it came with the sauce. Go try it! The sauce is amazing (if you like yuzu!)

Yelp
Really good ramen with savory broth, chicken, Asian veggies and jammy eggs. I appreciated the intelligence and efficiency of the young women running the elegantly simple drive through, and I look forward to dining inside next time.

Yelp
Challenge your taste buds with the spice level 2 or 3. Vegetarian miso Ramen level 2 spice will take your taste buds for a spin. The tofu is perfectly tender on the inside and slightly cooked on the outside. The Japanese Katsu curry is a must. As someone who grew up eating a lot of Indian food it tastes like chole. The tofu is nicely flavored, firm on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Yelp
Service was slow. We had four in our party and they brought two dishes out about ten minutes after we ordered. Fifteen minutes later, they brought out another dish. Fifteen minutes later the fourth dish was still not out. We asked about it and they said it would be out shortly. Fifteen minutes later, we had to ask again. By that time, everyone had already eaten. I finally got it and it was so spicy it was hardly edible. Waste of $50.

Yelp
You've seen ramen shops pop up everywhere in recent years. It must be some kind of a fad. I was desperately wanting to like this shop. A friend of mine wanted me to come here to try one and give an honest recommendation. I tried their tonkotsu (pork bone) broth ramen. Unfortunately, it was just OK for me. It wasn't the worst, but it wasn't the best, either. I'm glad it wasn't too salty like some previous reviews mentioned it. It was good, but it lacked a wow factor for me. Noodles didn't taste too bad, but it sort of lacked certain chewy-ness I look for ramen noodles. The best part was memma or flavored bamboo shoot pieces. Cha siu was very thinly sliced...didn't detect too much flavor. Soft boiled egg was good. I might come back and try some other flavor of ramen...miso, shoyu, etc., but I'm not in a hurry to go back anytime soon to be honest.

Yelp
This place has been on my list for a long minute now. With it being 2020 we just haven't made it to our favorite city, this year. So when my daughter needed a ride to a dentist in Dublin I jumped on it just so we could stop here after. We were not disappointed. Parking was close and easy access, the place was very clean, and the food we got was delicious!! I ordered the Red Dragon, level 2. I love spicy food!! Level 2 was enough to make my nose run a bit, my ears warmed up and my taste buds danced. What juice was left I saved for lunch the next day. I cooked up some noodles and veggies and mixed it all in this wonderful broth., My daughter just drank all her broth. I also ordered the pork belly rice. The pork belly was tender and it was a nice cool down for the tongue. I would love to see a few more veggie options to add to my ramen but it's definitely not a deal breaker. Hopefully the next time we are in the area we'll be back to normal and more comfortable eating in. We'ld love to enjoy a relaxing dine in meal with some good Sake.
