Where to Eat in Kensington and Chelsea | Eater London

"This much-loved neighbourhood restaurant offers all the curry house staples — including a solid murgh makhani (butter chicken) — that unadventurous diners could wish for, but those who try the more exciting dishes, including venison bhuna, honey lemon duck and tandoori wild mushrooms will find themselves a great deal more satisfied. Prices are good too, for the area." - Alexander Larman

The Best Restaurants In Fulham

"If you come to this casual Indian spot and leave without trying the samosa chaat, we can’t help but judge you. The low-key restaurant on Wandsworth Bridge Road has a charming dining room with photos of Indian landscapes plastered on the walls and signs with names of regions and cities from ‘Goa’ to ‘Calcutta’—indicating that the menu has regional range. With a focus on street food, you’ll find things like paani poori, papdi chaat, and crispy kale chaat which are all worth a try. Our move here would be the £23 meat thali—it's great value." - rianne shlebak

I had the pleasure of dining here yesterday for lunch with a friend, and we were thoroughly impressed by the quality of food and level of service. Every dish was bursting with so much flavour, and the gentleman who served us was really exceptionally attentive. We will most certainly be dining here again!

This is the best Indian food I have ever had and amazing service! We came here after a long day of sight seeing and needed a good meal. Great drinks, incredible food, and service that went above and beyond from Krishna! He even gave us an extra shot to celebrate at the end! Love it here!

We had a great dinner here. Chicken madras, tikka masala, & butter chicken all fantastic. Punjabi samosas also very good. Overall an outstanding experience. Attentive service for our party of 5 with no wait to be seated. Although it’s definitely worth the wait if you encounter one.

A real hidden gem! We came in for dinner on a Thursday evening & the food and service was exceptional. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome - and the food was nothing short of amazing. We had the Samosa Chaat & paneer tikka to start, both full of flavour and cooked to perfection. The lamb railway curry was the real standout, bursting with flavour and the lamb was very tender. We also were given hand towels, chocolate and a shot at the end of our meal - all complimentary! I would definitely recommend a trip here if you’re in the area. Thank you!

My daughter and I ate here while visiting London. We were very impressed with the food and service. The staff treated us like royalty and the food was flavorful and honestly the best meal I had in London! It was so good we opted to return for lunch the next day :). If you are in the area I highly recommend stopping in as they will take great care of you, and you will leave with a happy belly :)

This was a wonderful surprise! We were looking for Indian food in Fulham and stumbled upon this gem. They were able to accommodate our large group of ten with ease. The owners were incredibly charming and even brought out fans to keep us cool. Our server was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and helpful. I can’t say enough about how delicious and authentic the food was. I started with the Punjabi samosa and chili paneer—both were absolutely amazing. For my main course, I had the Chicken Tikka Masala and asked for it spicy. It did not disappoint. The naan was exceptional—we ordered plain, buttered, and cheese with garlic, and all were devoured. Everyone in our group loved their meal. Dining at Fulham Indian Restaurant and Bar was one of the culinary highlights of our trip!

This was an absolute delicacy. The quality of the food required a Michelin star and it was authentic Indian. They had lots of choices, from dairy free to vegan foods. The service was fast while being very friendly, greeting you as soon as you enter the door. Very friendly! A brilliant restaurant you must eat at! 5 stars!
