"During the pandemic, Full Kee became one of those if you-know-you-know spots and that’s because their dumpling soup kept people sane. Back then, people took their order to go, but now it’s best to dine in and eat your meal right away. That way, you can enjoy the plump shrimp dumplings when they’re warm and slurp noodles that have been tenderized by the broth. The restaurant itself is bigger than it looks, with downstairs seating that’ll accommodate large groups of people around geometric wooden tables. The floors here are sticky and so are the menus, both signs that the food is worthwhile. photo credit: Reema Desai photo credit: Reema Desai" - Omnia Saed

Delicious food, great service, fast seating and service, will be back!

I first started ordering in Oct 2023 some times I love the food other times it's ok. The main ingredeints in the dish vary so the flavor varies. Prices in 6 months have gone up around $3-4. But also I get a different price everytime I go; even though I order the exact same thing every time and that varies $1, 2, 2.5 . Overall food taste is still better than I have had other places. Staff is always friendly food is ready on time!

Google
I called in a to-go order and was quoted $19.03 for the entrée. However, upon pick-up, I was surprised to be charged over $24. When I asked to see the menu for clarification, the listed price was $19.99, but I was then informed that the menu prices had expired. Additionally, the quality of the food was disappointing—below average in taste and certainly not worth the price I paid. It felt like I was overcharged, leading to a frustrating dining experience.

Awesome food and great service. Update: We keep coming to this restaurant and the food is always good. There is a busser that is very attentive. Let's be honest, chinesse food could be intimidating and most time we don't understand what it is written on the menu. So this busser apparently has eaten all the dishes and we asked him what's good depending on my likes and taste, and he recommended many dishes that in his opinion were the best. I am telling you, this place is good.

Google
Our second visit, this time for dim sum lunch. We had the steamed pork & shrimp roll, steamed BBQ pork buns, shrimp rice noodle roll, and the baked pork pastry. Everything was absolutely great, service was prompt and courteous, and our total was just $22. We will be back for sure.

Google
The food is so expensive and service is really bad. I ordered seafood pan fried noodle without vegetables because my kids don't eat veggie. They charged $5 for that request. This is so ridiculous.

Google
There are 2 menus a dim sum which is amazing and varied, the second is a lengthy list of Hong Kong, Szechuan, & Hunan. Everything ordered was flavor and beyond your usual spot. In service dimsum is a really fun experience for big groups.

Excellent roast duck! Also had the Shrimp in Garlic Sauce which came with vegetables — we thought it would be all shrimp, but it was good. 1/2 duck and shrimp was $14.95 each and am glad Chinese tea was included in the meal, and they also provide a few slices of orange and a fortune cookie after dinner.

Yelp
Amazing dim sum but we waited on our drinks and had to ask for a refilled. We were told we have to give a tip. We are already paying for the food and service. But asking for a tip is another the waiter didn't even allow us to take out cash for the tip.

Yelp
My family has frequented Full Kee for years. The family dinner sets are large portions of a variety of dishes for a rather affordable price. My go-to dishes here are the crispy spicy pork chops, fried walnut shrimp, and any of the fried rice. The crispy spicy pork chops are amazing and aren't as spicy as the name indicates. I would say sometimes the food is served rather lukewarm/cold instead of hot but besides that I've enjoyed most things that I've eaten here. The staff is extremely nice, accommodating, and can speak English, Chinese, and Vietnamese. Full Kee is located in a strip mall. When you walk into the restaurant, you'll see fish and lobsters in a tank. There is plenty of seating in the restaurant and a side room meant for larger party reservations.

Yelp
Combination lomain here only have a few pieces of chicken and shrimps (dinner $22), but beef is not included. I ordered several times here to-go and there was no beef also. I remember at other Chinese restaurants they do put beef, chicken, shrimps, and BBQ pork in combination lomain, but here at Full Kee is just chicken and shrimp for the combination dishes. I got the dinner combo ($22). Regardless it was delicious !

Yelp
Nothing beats Full Kee. There are so many great options, whether you're taking leftovers home or eating in a large group. I've been a little disappointed by my usual childhood restaurants lately, but the flavor is consistently right here. Very solid gem of a restaurant that surely will see many more years. The staff is great--they've known me since I was a speck holding my dad's hand. Pick the right dishes, and this restaurant is sure to shine.

Yelp
This review is just for an event I attended here. I haven't been here in years so was very excited for an opportunity due to an event my friend was hosting. So this restaurant has a side room for events to be used that includes bathrooms, so a plus. However, I find the room very tight the way the tables were set up. I happened to be lucky because I came earlier but for those that came at a later time got either sat by the front door awkwardly or had to sit on the restaurant side away from the party. I will mention that the servers that were assisting were very nice and quick with any requests. For example, we wanted hot tea at our table and didn't have to ask more than once. The food portion and options were pretty good. Our table had a mix of pescatarian, and non-pork eaters. There were enough options so everyone walked away with a full belly. Even so, I wish the food wasn't cold. We were seated to the table near the back by the sound system so the food always came to ours and the next table first, so you would think hot or warm food at minimum. It was just cold. When food is cold no matter how good it is, I feel like you can't get over the cold part and think it tastes bland. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience to not go back. Like I didn't get food poisoning from the cold food and everyone was polite. But I don't think I would go out of my way to come here.

Jen W.

Yelp
Favorite place to get authentic Chinese food. The water spinach, kingdom pork chop, and anything with tofu is the best. Staff are multilingual -- so don't be surprised to see English, Vietnamese, Chinese -- and maybe a little Spanish!!

Meg N.

Yelp
Love eating at good authentic restaurant and supporting small businesses! Meals are served family style so they are large portions. Our server was sweet and gave good recommendations. It's definitely not a fancy place but a comforting space to eat with your family or friends.

Yelp
I have been giving quite a number of reviews on Yelp, I am sad to give out a 3 stars review to this restaurant - probably my 1st time giving not so good review. I hope I am not overreacting but experience today made me feel robbed. I can't recall ever paying $29 (after tax and tips) for such an ordinary tiny bowl of wonton noodles /duck soup. The cost of a tiny bowl of wonton noodle with just 3 wontons cost $16.95. I added on some duck that cost me additional $7 - It would have been ok if the duck had some decent amount of meat but it was mostly bones. After I paid and left - I was still hungry. I got curious and called the restaurant to ask them how many wonton would I get if I ordered wonton noodle soup without the duck, the lady said I would get 4 - which is the most expensive of all the place I have tried. I told her I only got 3 tiny size wonton and asked her why I paid full price and got less. What disappointed me most is the dishonesty in doing business. She said no one complained. In my mind they don't complain but doesn't mean they will be back. I know I won't. There are so many good places to go for the same dish. The way they do business like they don't care if you come back. So sad that they don't recognize the problem. Trying to take advantage of customer thinking they don't know the different is just bad business.

Harley S.

Yelp
Old school Hong Kong style food in Baileys crossroads. Used to be in Chinatown but I don't know if they even still have that location. Known for soups noodles and dumplings, and the reputation is well deserved. Shrimp wonton sounds really good but don't be fooled. The regular wontons are much much better. Might deserve five stars but man, the prices have gone way, way up. This is not bargain Chinese food.

Yelp
This was on my list to try for decades, just never went until this past weekend. We mainly came for the dim sum and of course with covid and everything, there's no carts pushing, had to order everything. The downfall of that is I don't know what certain items are called and have to rely on visual. The menu offered so little variety. Anyway, ordered a few popular dim sum dishes and our thoughts were just ok, very bland, the char siu was dried looking and didn't even look appetizing. Beef chow fun was flavorless as well, beef was tender, but other than that it was meh. Overall experience was ok... there's better dim sum out there.

Klara C.

Yelp
We came here right when they opened at 11 on a Sunday and it was a good thing we did as it got really busy shortly after. It's in a shopping center so no issues with parking. We came here for Dim sum as we often struggle to find a good, quality dim sum place. The service was alright and most of the Dim sum was pretty good so I do recommend for some authentic food. We do plan on coming back for lunch and dinner. Reservations are not required and it's pretty good for groups. We ordered a variety of Dim sum including egg tarts, chicken claws, BBQ pork buns, Spare Ribs, Steamed Shrimp Rice Roll, Steamed pork and shrimp Dumpling, and pan fried Turnip Cake. Everything was good but the Turnip Cake was just a tad soft. I also wasn't too big of a fan of the egg tart. Great flavor though. We also got the Congee with preserved egg and pork which was delicious. Definitely recommend! We'll be back!

Yelp
I have been here several times. 1st time trying the dimsum here. Normally, I go to Vinh kee but the service is very slow and not good. Mark's duck is ok too but the service is faster than Vinh kee. For here, the service is a lot faster. But if I am craving for main dishes I love the Miu Kee. But dim sum today is not bad at all :). I love that they have sauces on table. When you eat dimsum, you need them. For Vinh kee and mark's duck, you have to ask for . For Vinh kee, you might never get sauces.. coz they never have enough server. The Chinese dimsum that near the Eden market, the big place. I don't like that place , sorry :)

Yelp
I feel very disappointed and disgusted about this restaurant. My family has always ordered food here for parties. However today we were disappointed with the customer service. We were giving old seafood fried rice. It has a moldy and funk smell and taste. It was stretchy like cheese! That's a sign that it's old and bad rice. We all had stomach issues after eating it. On top of that! We called to dispute and let management know that we were not happy that they are giving us old and rotten rice. The lady that got on the phone did not handle the call well and she had the nerve to say "we got some many orders and none complained like this... manager is busy will call back tomorrow" Lady, we still have a full box of untouched moldy fried rice that we can bring for you to see for yourself. If you don't trust your customers word, how are you running this kind of business. I'm sure the health and inspection would have a great time learning about this. You just gave a whole family the stomach virus! Moral of this post, we are disappointed and disgusted and will never order here again. Wish you all the best of luck and your bodies too. The picture speaks for itself

Tuan P.

Yelp
It's too expensive for a bow of noodle soup. $22 ,just 2 wonton, and little noodle $16,plus $ 6 for roast beef. But they cut back the food and raised up the price as the same time. Would you be happy to go to the restaurant like this. I will never come back this restaurant again.

Kevin T.

Yelp
I thought I'd try a Cantonese restaurant closer to Shirlington (my mom's family is from Toisan), and I've seen Full Kee dozens of times near my local Best Buy. I ordered a shrimp dumpling noodle soup with roast pork to-go. The charge was $22, and this is what I received. This should have twice the noodles and soup for the cost. I get much better serving sizes at Miu Kee a couple miles away. Really disappointed.

Christina V.

Yelp
Coming for some comfort Chinese food? You've found the right place. The employees are very nice and the time from taking your order to getting the food is very quick. The layout of the restaurant is very typical of a Chinese restaurant and easy to navigate where the cashier and bathroom is. They even have a sign for takeout/delivery orders to make it easier. My soup was very good but I did have to add chili oil to add some flavor. We ordered other meat and squid dishes and those were also eaten until the plate was empty! Thanks for the service.

Coco T.

Yelp
Full Kee has to be some of the best Chinese food that I've had in the DC area. I've been here 3 times. They didn't let me down either time. The crispy pork is so good. I don't like the sauce that they serve with it though but it's still good. The serving portions are large. My son and I shared the crispy port and chicken fried rice.

Khanh-Chau M.

Yelp
This is a great place to get some Chinese food. I'm never sure how to describe Chinese restaurants but this place definitely has the staple items and taste for a usual Chinese place and great dim sum options! If they have delicious cooking of the staple items and have good dim sum, it's always considered a great Chinese restaurant to me. Their dim sum has that distinct taste with each of their items. Their meat dishes are very tasty, although can be a bit on the greasy side but that's expected with these sorts of dishes of course and makes it taste good regardless. The meat is always spot on with tenderness and flavour - I can always level out how much rice and sauce I want, with the roast pig for example, to my liking. Staff are friendly and understanding too. Items are also labeled in Vietnamese too which is helpful to those who need it.

Rd6 Q.

Yelp
Really pricey one and tastes not great. I can't recommend and will not go back. This is a crazy mistake.

Susan W.

Yelp
Here for mid week lunch. Had wontons and char sui noodle soup plus a soy mai and an order of two Chou steamed dumplings. Everything was tasty & service was decent. The dimsum was better than I thought especially since it's a weekday.

Pat B.

Yelp
Beware! Your bill will be higher than it appears on the menu. All dim sum items I ordered are charged higher. $4.75 to $5.25 When I pointed that out to a server, she brought me a big menu that said "Price is subject to change ... " There is no message on dim sum menu. Why can't they print the new menu? It seems to me that they get away with it for a long time. I think it's really bad practice. And I will report them to the county. I attached photos for your review.

Solomon R.

Yelp
Full Kee is a hidden gem in a small strip mall that serves authentic and delicious dim sum that is reminiscent of the dim sum found in Hong Kong. The dim sum is deliciously made, with a variety of options to choose from. The steamed shrimp dumplings and pork siu mai are standout dishes, and the sticky rice in lotus leaf is a must-try. The atmosphere of the restaurant is simple but cozy, making it a great place for families, friends, or solo dining. Service is quick and friendly, and prices are reasonable for the quality of food you receive. Overall, Full Kee is a must-visit for anyone who is a fan of dim sum or Chinese cuisine in general.

Tina L.

Yelp
Food was not appealing or tasty. No customer other than us. Perhaps if they improve the quality of the food, that might bring in more customers

Mary W.

Yelp
Great authentic Chinese cuisine,homy-not to impress your top clients , ok service. What a feast if you are a China-hand !

Adam P.

Yelp
The entrance to the bud was extremely disgusting it looked like I was entering a crackhouse and I was extremely confused and wondering if I was in the correct bld. I got the General Tsos chicken w/ white rice(that smelled like it had been cooking in an old rice cooker or like it had a yeast infection) and I also got the crab rangoons which were subpar. I've had better Chinese food and will never go to this restaurant again. I'm sure their health rating is in the 80s.

Connie L.

Yelp
Food tastes good HOWEVER I dislike places that are DISHONEST about their prices. They charge me extra 2 dollars on each dish. When I pointed that out, the waiter was playing stupid and said he had no idea. I told him that the prices didn't match with the menu. And then he brought back the menu and which claimed "prices are subject to change without notice". Oh well, that means they can charge you whatever amount and you won't know it till you are done eating. That is lame!!! Sorry I love the food but I will never return. They are now on the black list. Spend your money like your vote!! On those honest businesses only!!!

Mickey S.

Yelp
best local chinese food for my area . food is delicious ! portions are generous ! servers are top notch ! thanks for staying open full kee

jesse c.

Yelp
Food was mediocre, compared to the heyday of the restaurant 10 years ago when it was the best Chinese in town

Richard F.

Yelp
Good Chinese restaurant Highly recommend for inexpensive, tasty food LMK what ya think...

Bill H.

Yelp
Full Kee is open for dine-in! Wife and I stopped for a late lunch after cleaning and painting our rental apartment in Alexandria. It was good to sit down and have a hot meal. We had the BBQ Roast Pork on rice with Bok Choi and the same kind of platter with Crispy Roast Pork. Also a big tureen or the Seafood Soup with lots of little bits of Lobster (leg meat). They were very generous with the meat.

Angela C.

Yelp
I expected more from Full Kee. I thought they used to be pretty good but last few times (Falls Church and Washington DC), I haven't had the best food. I will probably not be ordering from here again. -Hong Kong Shrimp Wonton Soup - Wontons were too doughy, soup tasted like salt water. -Pork Fried Rice - This was okay. The rice was hard and very salty. -Fried Pork - Very chewy, tasted more deep fried fat rather than pork. -Vegetable Vermicelli - Tasted salty, vegetables were bit salty and soggy. -Hot & Sour Soup - Was okay. The service people were very nice, and the food was made super quickly. We just didn't like how salty the food was, and we didn't feel so great after eating it.

Rolando B.

Yelp
Food tasted like it hasn't been cleaned and portions are small for lunch special would not rec

S J.

Yelp
The food is very fresh and you will not be disappointed make sure to try some authentic dishesThe salt and pepper pork chops are very good and also the noodle dishes I can recommend

Vinh N.

Yelp
Awesome food! Love the fried pork chops and chefs special seafood fried rice. We enjoy coming here for family functions and the food never disappoints.

Ilene M.

Yelp
The best traditional Chinese food we have found in this area. Quality and authentic ingredients (Chinese broccoli) in what we had. We will return. Next test will be to try their dim sum when it is served.

David L.

Yelp
I would have given this Full Kee NO STAR if I could. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE & GET robbed by this restaurant. We are from Maryland where there is another Full Kee that we know is quite satisfactory. Last Saturday on 9/10/22, we happened to be in Falls Church, Va., and we decided to get some carryout for the Mid-Autumn Festival celebration. We were surprised that the restaurant was almost empty during Saturday lunch hours. We ordered 2 seafood dishes: 1) Scallop Stuffed Shrimp Paste in Black Bean Sauce (百花釀帶子) $21.95, and 2) Deep Fried Spicy Soft-Shell Crab (椒鹽軟殼蟹) $21.95. (see attached photos) When we paid for the food, they charge us $26.95 for each of the 2 dishes. I said they were $21.95 on the carryout menu. One waiter said the carryout menu is not up-to-date, they go by the dinner menu. Then another worker said even the dinner menu is not up-to-date and $26.95 is the latest unpublished price. I didn't want to start an argument, so I settled for the higher prices but I was unhappy. When we got home and opened up the food, we got really mad because the food portions were VERY TINY (see pictures attached). For the first dish, they gave us only 6 small shrimp balls, approximately 1 1/2" in diameter. Inside each ball, there was one baby scallop, wrapped by "shrimp paste" which is pretty much imitation seafood. For the second dish, they only gave us two small size soft-shell crabs. When we consider they charged $26.95 for each one of these dishes, we really felt robbed. I cannot figure out why Full Kee would treat their customers this way. They are practically telling us not to go back there for future business. Maybe their business has been tough since the pandemic 2 years ago and they are trying to make up their losses by overcharging customers. But that is not right and not wise since they are basically telling customers not to go back there again.

Sarah W.

Yelp
OVERALL: this is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in the area and I'm really glad I discovered it. The entrees are pretty expensive but it's worth it for the large portions. They also have indoor dining during COVID but it can get pretty busy so dine in at your own discretion. I've been here a few times for take out and dine-in, and my favorite dishes are the spicy fried pork chop and watercress. I'd rate both of them a 5/5 - really authentic, flavorful, and the pork chop is so crispy. I also tried their other noodle soup dishes, which are also great and relatively cheap. I'd recommend this place for anyone looking to get authentic cantonese food in the area, since I can't think of a place that's better than here (unless you're looking for dim sum, which you can't get here...I think).

Lana S.

Yelp
Pretty decent Chinese food! This review is for take out. I ordered half a duck, dry beef Chow foon and yang Chow fried rice. I ordered and waited for about 15-20 mins. Man did it smell good once it's was done! I took it home and the duck looked good but wish it had crispy skin. There was also barely any meat on the duck but the meat that was on there was very good with the dipping sauce. The beef Chow foon was pretty good. Lots of meat and plenty of noodles. The disappointment was the fried rice. I paid a little more than the other fried rice for this special fried rice and it was underwhelming. Mostly it was just rice with a little bits of eggs, small bits of roast pork and a few shrimp. I prob could have done without the rice but overall pretty decent compared to what I have in my area (authentic wise).

Ron M.

Yelp
So, I've had a brisket in the smoker all day and it's taking way longer than expected and I was hungry. I've been craving crab rangoon for most of the day for some reason. Decided to order Chinese and this place on GH seemed to have good reviews. Food arrived quick. Spring rolls were ok but the crab rangoon was completely flavorless - really bad flavorless and light on the flavorless filling. I've had rangoon from many restaurants around the world and I have to say this is the worst I've ever had. Really sucks. That being said, the Crispy Spicy Pork Chop Special was really good. If the rangoon was good, this would be a 5 star for this review. But, you screw up crab rangoon and you're worthless to me. ciao full kee, won't be ordering from you again.

Yelp
I have a new favorite Chinese place! I'm a little embarrassed; because, my first order at a Chinese place is always Wonton Soup, Steamed Dumplings and General Tso's Chicken. This place deserved better from me; but, it turned out great and I'm definitely going to come back and be more adventurous next time. I go with a standard first order because it's hard to screw all of them up. So, I always come away with something good and it's good to know if they are having issues with things that are pretty standard when I order next time. That said, all three dishes were excellent. The Wonton Soup was the most surprising because I'm fairly certain that they made the wontons there in the store. They just looked fresh and unique and tasted great. The steamed dumplings were cooked nicely and the sauce had a nice balance between the tanginess from the vinegar and the savory from the soy sauce. The General Tso's was a tiny bit breadier than I would choose; but still reasonable. It was made with dark meat (properly, in my mind). The sauce was excellent and, more sophisticated than I'm used to. It definitely had some extra complexity and I liked it a lot. I would have chosen just a little more spiciness; but again, perfectly reasonable. I did take out; so, I didn't get the full service experience. The two people that helped me at the cash register were kind and efficient. The gentleman talked me through what I should order next. He recommended the Hong Kong style Wonton Soup and essentially any of the "with rice" dishes on the lunch menu. It took pretty much the full 25 minutes that the website said it was going to take for the food to come out ordering at 11:15.

K T T.

Yelp
Certainly the biggest menu I've ever seen at any restaurant. Portions are huge and tasty. Good thing they forgot our roasted pig order. We had so much food leftover from the other four dishes. But typical Chinese, food is on the greasy side the bathrooms can be cleaner.

Ngoc T.

Yelp
This is always my go to for Chinese food with my family. They have a large variety of food and they cook the food really fast. They did raise the price a little but the portion is still the same. The food is always great here and the server can speak multiple languages like Vietnamese, Chinese, and English. When you come here don't expect spectacular service, the server here get the job done and I'm happy with that. I usually order the twin lobsters (~$60-80 depending) with ginger sauce and it is always great. The dish can be eaten for a whole family of 4-5 people so it is worth the price. I also order the chef special seafood fried rice but I think this dish quality is going down because they don't put a lot of seafood like they used to, it's mostly 80% rice which is a disappointment. I also order most item on the menu and they're also great. They used to give free desserts like oranges or red bean sweet desserts but I don't think they're doing that during covid now. Overall, I think every dish here is a safe choice and they're all good. They give very large portion and most dish are meant for family style dinner (sharing with other people), if you can't finish it by yourself, you can always bring it to go.

Yelp
Superb Chinese restaurant. Exactly why it's still standing today. It is in an area where there are other Cantonese style Chinese restaurants. As most real foodies know there is a huge difference between American and Cantonese Chinese food. This was my first time eating here. Sadly my review won't be long but my short experience was wonderful. I went during the second week of restaurants opening half way. Most of the place was divided per guidance. Staff was very nice I was seated quickly. My girlfriend and I ordered the Beef chow foon and spicy fried pork. Phenomenal dishes full of flavor. The spicy fried pork was fried with garlic. Each fried piece of garlic exploded with flavor. Dish is on the saltier side if you're wondering. Pork was moist. Amazing pork to breading ratio. Highly recommend the dish. The beef chow foon was perfect. So much the portions are outstanding. Noodles were thick and had wonderful texture. We got the gravy option to make it more succulent. Beef was tender and perfect!! Highly recommend supporting this local Chinese restaurant!

Yelp
I used to love this place but my last visit left a really bad taste in my mouth. We were in for a private party (they have a private party room, who knew?!?!) and all of the tables except the few that we reserved were absolutely filthy. I'm talking dried rice, streaks of sauce, and piles of chairs pulled on top of each other. I felt like we were eating in a storage room. Our family rolls deep with a lot of babies so it was a bit tight with seating with all the high chairs. I asked if we could move to one of the empty tables and if they could clean it for us so we could relax and spread out a bit more. Because we had paid for the set menu for ten, they would not allow us to sit at another table...even though the place was COMPLETELY empty. I don't even know why babies would count in a set menu for ten since literally eat air. In fact, the manager of the restaurant came out to yell at us and berate us for trying to move tables. Like...straight up yelling. It was super odd and downright demeaning. I've never felt so heated at a restaurant in my life. The food here is delicious but there are other restaurants in the area who realize that dining out is an experience and not just for sustenance. Full Kee...BYE!

It's a pretty alright Chinese restaurant I'd say, coming from Las Vegas the portions are a lot bigger than from where I am, and that's okay with me. Food taste authentic, service is great as well.

Yelp
Full key restaurant I have been dining at the full Kee restaurant chain for decades first of the water in Wheaton Maryland and now the one over here in near Falls Church Virginia .. 40+ years The culinary quality of their food is generally awesome very good it's hard to find somebody that's mediocre this is authentic Cantonese food At one time I could put this as a reasonably cost restaurant but since the pandemic has let loose their prices have been raised and they're erratic I would have to say that when you look at the menu you should train your mind to look at the word "market price" I know that their menu is not up-to-date So I ask every time how much something else Cuttle fish $14.95 Brisket $13.95 What really surprised me was the Chinese broccoli $17.95 What was also interesting were the shredded Tara root patty cakes that were supposed to be with shrimp They were fresh but they had little or no shrimp in it and I have to say no shrimp from flavor $6.50 compared to $4.95 ( other two dim sum dishes ) ?

Yelp
I placed and order online around 4pm and I received the confirmation that this restaurant had confirmed the order. I went to pick up the order and the lady who seemed to be in charge of this place told me that they had no order and that I had probably placed the order at a different location. I showed them the email and the message confirming the order and insisted that my order was placed there and my credit card was charged. The lady in a very rude and unprofessional manner told me that I had ordered lunch portions and they were serving diner portions and that is why she had canceled my order. I told her that I needed a refund but she told me to go and call the company that processed the payment. I told her that this is not professional and I asked her for the number to call but was given none. The lady dismissed me without any apologies or anything, just telling me that it is between me and the payment processing company (HungryPanda) even though I placed the order on the FullKey's website. The next day I had to deal with the payment company which told me that this restaurant never canceled my order and I was charged for food that I never got. After a few back and forths over the phone, the payment company refunded me the money.

Yelp
I've been eating here since I was a kid and it's one of the dinner get together places for my parents now for Cantonese comfort food. The food can be good or great, depending on which cook is in the kitchen. The service is usually quick and friendly. We are treated like family every visit. Some of our favorite dishes here include the lamb and bean curd sheets casserole, Cantonese style lobster, mayonnaise shrimp, beef pan fried noodles, and various fish and vegetable dishes. I really like the wonton egg noodle soup and congee with the fried donut as my comfort; very typical for a "jook-sing" - Cantonese term used for first and second generations who identify more with western cultures.

Yelp
I am saying goodbye to Full Kee after a few years of visiting. This was the place I brought my friends from out of town. I treated them with peking duck. I will miss their pancake and noodle soup. I used to order more than we can eat, so I can enjoy the leftover next day. The dirty truth is.. I came home with a cooked bug in my food. Ut is disgusting, and keeping hygiene in the restaurant should not be something extra ordinary. Isn't it basic of ethics? I am loosing my hope in food industry and I regret myself being lazy on Sunday evening and not cooking on my own... RIP
