Absolutely great food and exceptional service! For our 1st time visit we picked a few items but let our server help us choose overall. The Shrimp Balls were way bigger than we expected but very tasty. We almost got 2 beef dishes but switched one to a combination seafood mix and it was the best way to try a few things (portions were definitely shareable). And their homemade chili oil is addictive! Definitely stop by!

Google
I cannot recommend this place enough! The food is amazing and the service is out of this world amazing! We always eat family style so we can have more of everything. Just a few of my top favorites: orange chicken, beef and broccoli, green beans in black bean sauce, peking duck, vegetable lo mein, triple delight seafood platter. The service is incredible! (Note: Parking is a little bit limited and can be tricky on busy nights. Some street parking is available nearby)

Google
Food is tasty. Can be spicy. If you have a child who is even a little heat sensitive, let them know. (They remade a dish that was surprise (!) fried in chili oil for my kid.). Fun menu, excellent service. My kid says "The best Chinese food I ever had"

Google
Wow!! Absolutely amazing. Everything we had I would order again. The egg rolls, crab ragoon, chicken fried rice, Peking duck, sea bass and sesame chicken were all perfect. Will definitely be back next time we are in town!!!

I thought this restaurant was just ok. The way the food is prepared reminds me of a fast food Chinese restaurant when I order and pick up. The only difference between this establishment and a fast food Chinese restaurant is the price of the entrees, it is kind of expensive. The egg drop soup was served with dry noodles and saltine Crackers, I prefer the fried wonton chips. We went for lunch and I had B7, chicken chow mein and sweet & sour chicken, and it was just ok. The chicken chow mein had the same dry noodles on top, and the fried rice was bland. We also ordered the sesame chicken, and the broccoli that accompanied the dish had a really bad taste. We also ordered B2, Pepper Steak. My husband said that it was pretty good. The service was wonderful. I just don't think I would want to return because the quality of the food just doesn't justify the price they charge.

Google
We come here almost every Christmas. I’m appreciative they open on holidays. Food was great. The wait (after placing an order) was a tad long due to it being busy (almost an hour), but they apologized for the wait. I’m not sure if they made a typo when they were adding the orders up on the check or just mis-wrote on the bill (handwritten), but our bill was incorrect (they had the total as $289 when it was actually $218). This would be a big error for customers that don’t check the bill, but we punched in the dishes total on our phone to retrieve the correct amount. The wonton soup is always bomb! The vietnamese hot coffee was the best I’ve tried in several, several years!

Walked in expecting to try some dim sum only to find out it had been discontinued because it was too much work for them. Feeling a little awkward we decided to try it out. The place is nice and cozy inside. A lot better than expected based on the outside appearance. Small place but nicely organized. I would say the windows need some type of curtain because the sun hit our table and eyes pretty bad and there was nothing to cover it. Our server was pretty friendly and attentive. He helped explain the menu and even brought us the traditional menu with more authentic recipes. We tried their roasted duck and pork belly. Both were delicious. We ordered pan fried noddles with beef and the salt pepper octopus. Both lacked much flavor. The squid was fried but soggy and not crispy at all. The noodles were tasted straight out of an old bag. It was pretty dissapointed after the first two plates. Also, to the couple that was there in their first date being extremely loud, not mindful, not demure, thanks for making our lunch uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Google
Came here hoping to get Dim Sum but they have discontinued it. We still thoroughly enjoyed the food. Only dish we did not like was the beef chow fun (noodles were hard). We will definitely come back if they serve dim sum again.

Yelp
I had been to this restaurant many years, at least 15. Thank you for the great Cantonese food. The cooks in this restaurant master wok hei, best roasted duck in town. Ambience: 4/5 Food: 5/5 Price: 5/5 Service: 5/5

Yelp
When I walked in the door it smelled of pickles. I went here today and got veggie fried rice. It was just okay. I had to add soy sauce because it lacked flavor. The veggies were peas, carrots, broccoli, celery, bean sprouts, canned mushrooms, and eggs. Personally I don't like canned mushrooms. It was a decent amount of rice for $9. The service was nice and fairly quick.

Yelp
We hear not for dim sum. It in the evening and we decided to try their regular menu. However, the menus on the board were very attractive. We got some dishes from there. We have king mushrooms with cutter fish. This dish is stir fry with mushrooms sauce. The cutter fish and the shrimp are good. The mushrooms also very good. The second dish is the Hong Kong sea bass. The sea bass is filet and deep fry. The Hong Kong garlic is good well with the deep fried. Overall is a good experience. It is definitely a good Chinese restaurant other than the dim sum dish they have.

Yelp
Our family favorite Chinese restaurant! Everything tastes very authentic and offers a lot of flavor. My family really enjoys the duck and the Hong Kong style lobster, highly recommend those two dishes to anyone who visits. This is a great place for family style because the portions are quite generous! The service has def improved over the years.
google avatar

Yelp
Fung's is my family's go to Sunday lunch place. NO, they don't do dim sum any more, BUT their food is still delicious! I think they have the best salt pepper tofu. If you haven't been in a while, then definitely check it out!

Candy B.

Yelp
Haven't had a bad dish here. Love the Peking duck and the wanton soup. Great service.
google avatar

Yelp
Food portions were good but the fried chicken, egg rolls and crab Rangoon were not good as the oil they were fried in was old and left a horrible aftertaste in my mouth after eating them! That in its self made the entire meal not worth eating! This was my first time there and will be my last.
google avatar

Linda H.

Yelp
Fung's has quality food. Eating in or taking out, it's very good. It's family style, which I love because you can have a little bit of everything. My favorite dish was the beef flat noodle. My only complaint about the restaurant was the bathroom smelled bad. Other than that, if you are wanting some authentic Asian flavors and dishes, this is the place to be.
google avatar

Paula A.

Yelp
Wonderful attentive service and fantastic food! We had the soup, Peppered chicken, egg rolls and jasmine tea. Would most definitely recommend!! Very clean and nice interior also!!
google avatar

Yelp
We have been to Fungs Kitchen multiple times and really enjoy most of their dishes. BBQ pork fried rice is legit. We haven't found anything yet that is sub par. Service is always quick and friendly. If you're looking for amazing Asian food I highly recommend Fungs Kitchen
google avatar

Michael P.

Yelp
Very good as usual. The only issue is that if it says spicy, it should be. I got the spicy beef curry and it was great, but not spicy. We will be back many many times.

Anna K.

Yelp
Authentic Cantonese cuisine, been going here since they were at the 23rd street location. Definitely miss their dimsum on the weekends.
google avatar

Frosty W.

Yelp
Unfortunately the restaurant stopped serving Dim Sum. No customers over a holiday weekend. The place was dead. We went to Grand House Asian Bistro and the place was packed. Had some so so dimsum there.
google avatar

Ashley V.

Yelp
Received some recommendations to come here for some of the best Chinese food in OKC. I enjoyed the beef noodles and fried rice, the sesame chicken wasn't as impressive. Would definitely go back for the noodles

Yelp
This place has been inconsistent One time the egg rolls will be super full of stuff and good an the next time the rolls were kinda empty The soup tasted way different on different occasions. I really hated the flavor of the chicken and broccoli. Tasted like soy sauce fish sauce and hoisin maybe. Just not great ... To fishy or something.. I hated the chicken and broccoi I threw it away. after eating half . The rice was supposed to be fried rice and they gave me brown rice I am very picky eater tho. this place is ok but expensive. i am not a fan tho. Just ok... not great .. I will say tho the broccoi was fresh and the food seemed healthy. * it was real food that seems healthy * I just didn't perfer the flavor* so maybe worth a try but... i just did not like the fish sauce flavor in the chicken and broccoli this would be a expensive try at your own risk place... might be good might not be good.. iffy

Yelp
We were so disappointed that they did away with dim sum and duck. Service was good, not amazing. Food was delicious but it was so incredibly loud in there. We probably wouldn't go back.
google avatar

Yelp
Most likely the best Chinese restaurant in OKC (I have yet to try a better one), and certainly the "King" of that variety of restaurant in OKC's Asian District. Consistently strong and delicious Cantonese-sequel fare, and their salted pepper fish is stellar. I have been here multiple times, including one time with my friend Tuan Nguyen (who ran for City Council), and that was the time I ordered the fish. Their dumplings, noodles, fried rice, crab Rangoon and similar appetizers are also very good (especially with the accompanying spicy mustard and other sauces). Highly recommended!

Yelp
Came again after a long hiatus of not eating out and this time Fung's kitchen helped itch my dim sum cravings. Food is as I remembered and for it being one of the two dim sum establishments in OKC, I guess I'll shell out an additional star for it being consistent and fairly reliable. They have seemed to cut the menu by a little from pre-Covid but all the old favorites are still available. Seemed to have gotten away with porridge the two times I came lately which is a shame :( I love the rice porridge with fermented egg. Again, har gaw (shrimp dumplings) which is my most favorite dim sum item was lackluster this time. Fragile wrapper and bland filling had me give up on it here. But the shumai's (both pork and shrimp) were good, riblet's and tofu rolls are excellent, the other items were all above average. The portion is still relatively small and seemed a little overpriced but I will keep returning knowing this is my best bet for dim sum in okc.

Yelp
During COVID 19 They offer to go, or dine in. Everyone working at the restaurant are wearing their masks and gloves. Food was great and delicious! I'm so sad we don't have this restaurant in Tulsa. I order Kung pow scallops and I have never tasted one like this. Everything is very clean and I love the ambiance. Definitely will recommend this place to any one.

Yelp
By far the best I have ever had. Thier lunch menu is great. The peppered chicken is to die for. YUM, YUM

Yelp
Poor food quality. Service average, they appeared understaffed and the waiter was all over the place. Tried once and not going back.

Yelp
Headed over to Fung's kitchen this evening to give them a try. What a wonderful find. We had been looking for a quality Chinese restaurant not too far away from our location, & stumbled upon Fung's kitchen while searching yelp reviews. A really helpful wait staff seated us then made suggestions. We ordered the szechuan pork, a combination fried rice with beef, chicken, & shrimp, steamed vegetables with chicken, and orange chicken. Served with sides of hot & sour soup, eggrolls, & crab Rangoon. Overall a fantastic meal. Every plate came out steaming hot. Everyone agreed that the meal was the best Chinese food they had eaten in a long time. We're going to pay Fung's kitchen regular visits when we get the itch for great Chinese food.

Jon M.

Yelp
Crispy pork is awesome! So juicy and flavorful. The potstickers are great as well. Homemade and full of meat. Never a bad experience.
google avatar

Joe M.

Yelp
Great food and service. I love their green bean pork. Also, a friend of mine enjoyed their chicken lettuce wrap earlier today.
google avatar

Kelsy G.

Yelp
We chose this restaurant based on a few of the reviews. We were not impressed. The service was timely and the staff was friendly but the food was just not it. We ordered very "basic" dishes and there was hardly any flavor. Very bland.

Brenda Q.

Yelp
We loved this restaurant. While our daughter's family has enjoyed It a few times we have only tried it today. Between the five of us we had three different entrees and all l were delicious. Plus the egg rolls were wonderful! There were lots of leftovers for lunch this week as well. We will be back soon! And service was superb!
google avatar

Matt M.

Yelp
We stopped in today for a steaming bowl of Westlake Beef Soup and (our favorite) snow pea tips stir-fried with garlic (a.k.a. 蒜蓉炒豆苗). Service was friendly as always.
google avatar

Can Fat People Eat Here ?.

Yelp
Can Fat People Eat Here? Yes 5 Stars: yes 3: maybe 1: no Every dish I have had has filled me. Also the quality is nice so that is a plus. I really like the chicken broccoli and the curry chicken. The springs are also nice.

Yelp
Dang I thought I reviewed this place already. First I wanna say I'm sad this place stopped serving dim sum. I was lucky to try it once before they shut it down. Thankfully their other foods are pretty good and authentic. This place serves a hybrid Vietnamese/Chinese menu. You can find all sorts of protein and veggies here. My biggest gripe is how slow their service can be and some foods are a bit pricey which is making me give a 4 star
google avatar

Grace T.

Yelp
This authentic little place has sauteed kong shin tsai!! Also called, "kong xin tsai," or, "hollow-stem spinach," or "hollow-stem water spinach," which roughly translates to "hollow heart vegetable." It is a dish that is extremely hard to find in the States, and it is one of my favorite vegetables. I did not see it on the menu, but was able to order it after hearing someone else mention it in their order. The greens were tender (not rough and fibrous), but a tiny bit underseasoned. But that's okay, since you can always add salt to your liking. This dish is worth the 5-star review alone. I also ordered the gan bian si ji dou (stir-fried green beans with minced pork) and nio roh chow fun (stir-fried beef flat noodles). Both were super flavorful, up to par, and authentic. The flavor profile of the foods suits my Taiwanese taste buds. Would I go back? I had to drive 40 minutes from Norman, but it was darn worth it! Definitely recommend this place to others. As a side note: they speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. I'm not sure if they speak Vietnamese.
google avatar

Chuck H.

Yelp
I come from a Cantonese household where dimsum is a weekly cultural tradition. Having moved to okc recently, I'm glad this place has satisfied my dimsum cravings. Definitely have had better throughout my life but this resembles a "safe place" for me. Staff also are receptive to speaking Cantonese for the most part
google avatar

Trinh N.

Yelp
Oh, everything is delicious here. I can't write all the things I like and have ordered from here because I like it all, especially the Peking duck with steam buns. Also the crab soup with fish Maw is wonderful too. Try it all, you won't regret it/
google avatar

Yelp
When I first moved to OKC from the East Coast, it wasn't long before I started craving some good old fashioned dim sum. Fung's Kitchen offers the traditional cart style dim sum on weekends only and many of the dishes will be familiar to experienced dim sum eaters. You have the typical har gow (shrimp dumplings), cheong fun (rice roll), and shumai. As well as the more advanced dishes such as the scallion ginger tripe and black bean chicken feet. The tripe could be a bit more tender and the rice roll flour was a bit on the more al dente side, but those aspects aside, Fung's will satisfy those dim sum cravings. Just be prepared for a decent wait on the weekends. In addition, they also offer some authentic Cantonese fare during dinner time such as stir fried pea shoots, basil clams, and roast duck with wonton noodle soup. I have tried them all and they are indeed legit! I am sure glad Fung's Kitchen is here to scratch that itch!

Thomas N.

Yelp
Good service, great tasting food with both traditional American Chinese and authentic Chinese.
google avatar

Natalie S.

Yelp
This place was amazing, I loved the food. If you love authentic Chinese cuisine come to Fung's Kitchen.
google avatar

Anh L.

Yelp
Fung's Kitchen is my family's go-to any time we want good, quality Chinese food. I honestly don't think we've ever ordered something here we did not like. We often frequent here for weekend family dinners which we'll typically order the steamed chicken or salt & pepper squid along with a side of flat noodles. I particularly enjoy the salt & pepper squid and roast duck. I also love bringing my friends here for dim sum on the weekends! However, it is small so beware of the long waits for dim sum. We always order the shrimp dumplings (har gow), shrink or pork shumai, chicken feet, beef tripe, and egg tarts. The servers are all very kind, one of my favorite characteristics of this restaurant. Service is hit or miss though - usually it's just when they're busy, which is to be expected.
google avatar

Caye F.

Yelp
Check the bill before you pay. My husband picked up the order I phoned in and they charged him $72 for 4 dinner combo orders. Each combo dinner is ~$13 on the menu posted on Yelp and includes rice, egg roll, and soup. We were charged about $20 too much from what I can gather. Ridiculous. And the food was pretty good! But not that good. Pretty typical Chinese food and would order again but I will make sure they ring up my order correctly.

Jenna N.

Yelp
My family loves this place! I'm disappointed that i don't have more photos of other entrees. I'll try to list all the entrees we get: 1. Peking duck with steamed buns This is a MUST. It's a little pricey so split amongst friends! But the duck, the sauce, the green onion+jalapeño garnish... it's perfection. 2. Fried squid/calamari This is a staple dish that we eat with white rice or by itself! So delicious. Similar to calamari but more flavorful. 3. Steamed oysters Another staple dish that we get every time! Don't knock it til you try it. My favorite way to prepare oyster now! 4. Shaking beef It might actually be called something on the menu but if you ask the waiter for 'shaking beef' then they'll know what you're referring to! Savory beef tenderloin bites perfect with rice! 5. Clay pot tofu 6. Spicy & sour hotpot 7. Salt & pepper spare ribs 8. Salt & pepper tofu 7. Steamed bokchoy 8. Combination fried rice 10. Combination flat noodles 11. Hong Kong lobster is another staple I forgot about! Pricey but so delicious with a side if rice! 12. Salty fish fried rice isn't for everyone, but my family loves that too!

Yelp
I frequent Neptune sandwich shop and noticed this place was always busy. So I was hungry for Chinese food and thought I would give it a try. My sister and I had one of the board specials white Chinese mushrooms with seafood delight and it was delicious. My brother-in-law had the Kung Pao chicken. He loved it. We were there when a large group was celebrating an 80th birthday and so our service was some what lacking. I'm sure it was only due to the large party. Overall grade... "A". The food was very good. I will be back.
google avatar

Rachel D.

Yelp
Sometimes has been sooo spot on and a few other nights it was not great! a lil inconsistent I guess

Frank S.

Yelp
Food is consistently delicious, the service is fast and pleasant, it's just the right amount of music and you can hold a conversation without too much interruption. definitely coming back!
google avatar

Ryo E.

Yelp
I had an amazing service and food!!!! Reasonable prices for food too All food were delicious, all workers are super friendly and nice. I love this restaurant. I recommend their oolong tea :)
google avatar

Thuy B.

Yelp
This is our go-to Chinese restaurant in Oklahoma! They have a solid dim sum offering but the line for dim sum is crazy on weekends so get in line early! The last time we came, we ordered Chinese bbq that really hit the spot - crispy pork, Peking duck, and steamed chicken with ginger sauce.
google avatar

Landis T.

Yelp
After living in OKC for three years, I've finally made it to Fung's. Picked up food to-go. Service was quick and friendly. Food is good! The Crab Rangoon is not over fried, and has good flavor. The potstickers were unlike any I've had, with a bit thicker dough and amped up filling. I like them a lot. The "crispy chicken" was kind of a cross between sweet and sour and Kung pao, a good thing for sure. Beef pan fried noodles are awesome as well. I'll definitely be back. Can't wait until the start offering dim sum service again to try that!
google avatar

Genevieve F.

Yelp
A group of us went for Dim Sum today and it was good but some indefinable quality was lacking to make it a five star meal of dim sum. The four of us discussed it later, and we actually prefer another restaurant for dim sum, but all of the individual items were better here. Hmm. Weird. I had the shrimp tofu first and it was wonderful. The tofu was thick and silky and has an excellent taste. In fact, I have to say I want more, many hours later. The shrimp shumai was the best I've ever had with a lot of shrimp. The mango pudding was alright but not really my cup of tea. In fact, I'd have to say there was a shortage of yummy desserts here. They have several teas, including oolong, jasmine, chrysanthemum, and green. They also have soft drinks, wine and beer.

Bailey D.

Yelp
It was delicious. The pot stickers and Rangoon's were the best I've ever had. Ruined other Chinese food for me.
google avatar

Kalei D.

Yelp
Came for the dim sum and the waiter said they haven't done that in almost 2yrs. But they still have it posted on their website. Drove an hour to try and all they have is deep fried over sauced disgusting food. Trash
google avatar

Le T.

Yelp
Love fung's!! The food is consistently great. They make a fantastic lobster dish, Hong Kong style is the best. They have very good roasted duck and pork, very well flavored.

Kendra L.

Yelp
Fung's Kitchen is easily my favorite Chinese restaurant in town, and if you know OKC, it's stiff competition! They have an extensive menu which will please picky and adventurous eaters alike. Their Black Pepper Chicken is THE dish, but we love Lo Mein, Roasted meats, Moo Goo Gai Pan, Hunan beef, and more! I've never had a meal I didn't LOVE here. Beyond the high quality food, I love Fung's for the lovely ambience and impeccable service. The interior is charming, clean and cozy. Their team never ceases to amaze me with great suggestions. They will fill beverages and clear dishes without you even noticing. For the best Fung's experience, take a group of people you love, grab a round table, order as much as your heart desires and SHARE. You won't regret it!
