The Best Bars for Nonalcoholic Cocktails in Singapore | Bon Appétit

"On a typically sticky Singapore night I held the Strawberry Moon at Fura, a futuristic Chinatown bar owned by Christina Rasmussen and Sasha Wijidessa that opened in 2023; the pinprick bubbles smelled of strawberry Nerds but it drank dry and minerally—fauxsé—like a lean limestone rosé. The nonalcoholic cocktail’s ingredients are overripe berries, green apples, vanilla, a coconut-oil wash, a CO2 injection, an ice column, and no alcohol, and it exemplifies Fura’s mission to craft snacks and cocktails from invasive or abundant ingredients with a sober-curious ethos. The space was sustainably renovated with a sapphire recycled-glass bar, lime-washed tangerine ceilings, and flat-pack stools built from construction-site scrap, and the menu also features sprightly house-made kombuchas (blackberry-fennel, raspberry-pineapple) and NA cocktails such as That Easy, an unusual tart and toasty mix of wild rice water, apple-sumac cordial, and floral yuzu." - ByAdam Erace

This bar has the deepest understanding of quality and drinks among all the bars I’ve ever visited. I heard they were partly inspired by Noma in Denmark, and maybe that’s why their knowledge of ingredients, beyond just the drinks, is outstanding. The drinks made with a variety of ingredients were absolutely phenomenal. It was the most delicious bar experience I’ve ever had. In my heart, this place is number one. This bar definitely deserves to be even more famous.

The drinks were delicious - really enjoyed my non-alcoholic kombucha! The food was delicious! Really enjoyed the pumpkin layer (with crickets) and the corn pasta! The tomato salad also had a beautiful broth. Andrea was awesome and made some great recommendations! Thanks for a great evening!

Genuinely such a great bar! Came here with my cousin on a recommendation from a friend. Truly such a great experience from the friendly and attentive staff to the delicious cocktails! Tried a few cocktails that were all amazing but the NPC Cola was a stand out! Will definitely be back!

Tucked near the southern end of Telor Ayer, Fura is an innovative bar with an inventive cocktail menu centered on using sustainable "future-proof" ingredients. My wife and I especially liked "3 Crop Corn" and "Fufu Root Awakening" for their earthy notes, as well as "New New Yuck", with its warm and chilled portions that came together beautifully. The ambience was nice and the staff friendly. This is definitely a place we would recommend to our friends!

A bit too loud for my group. Drinks are very futuristic and very interesting…not for everyone. If you are looking to have a drink like you have never had before this is the place (you may not like it but you are not likely to have anything like it again). This bar is on the ASEAN top 50 bars and I can see why but it’s not for me.

We originally wanted to go to Stay Gold, but they were full, so we decided to try this cocktail bar which we chanced upon. They have interesting cocktails such as Jellyfish Martini - which tasted quite savoury. They also make their own Vermouth that tasted quite interesting - I had a Negroni and tried their Wet Martini. I quite like the ambience of the bar.

One of our favourite spots in Singapore’s food and cocktail scene. The new 2.0 menu’s dishes are to DIE for, you can order absolutely everything and it’ll blow you away. The pumpkin layers tart is a personal favourite that I order every time I come. Cocktails are inventive and fun and they have some of the best mocktails in town as well (perfect for big groups where some of your friends don’t drink). Amazing team who are clearly passionate about what they’re creating and it shows!

A bar that is actually worth your time and money. I guarantee you if you pay $25-$30 for a cocktail or wine here, you will feel like you’ve spent your money wisely lol. The flavours I experienced here was pure SCIENCE 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼 loved the 3 crop corn & funk flex. new new yuck was too savoury for me but my friend loved it. I just love their fermented flavours here and hope they will be around for a long time. Defo want to come back to try their food. Also- the service here is crazy good. They know how to chat with customers and make you feel comfortable. Ask them what kind of drinks to order and they will give you advice based on your taste. Five stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!
