Delayed review but felt the need to leave nonetheless. The guys here really have something special. Quality is king. Great ingredients. Friendly service.

Beautiful spot run by friends Jasper and Gust. Italian inspired kitchen, with a lovely atmosphere and open kitchen. Food is top notch quality, with a variety of dishes to enjoy by yourself or to share. Freshly made Focaccia and butter, freshly made pasta, superb meat dishes, you wont regret. Outstanding list of (natural) wines and also some great craft beers.

Great place to share some delicious Italian inspired food. The owners are really putting passion in their dishes and the restaurant itself is very cozy. The service could be a bit quicker.

Few Restaurants like Furbetto exist. The master chefs at the helm respect the matieral scene like no others. It has the essence other restaurants want, but will never achieve. Talent, heart, and Fing SKLILL. I would be gifted to dine here again. Thank you.

Enjoyed a lovely dinner in a nice restaurant with an open kitchen. You could see the chef's at work. We ordered several dishes and shared food. The food was super fresh and the taste was super. Wine and drinks were also fabulous. The whole concept is a perfect remedy to mitigate depressions..😋😜

This place is totally worth the hype and wait of getting a table. We came to this place on recommendations of a chef himself, calling it one of the best places to eat in Leuven. They literally make everything in-house, using local shops. We're two big eaters and we ordered the Focaccia (must), two entrees. two mains and two desserts. Which ended up being enough food, which usually isn't the case for us in a food sharing concept. Besides the food, I really appreciated the free refills of water. We don't drink alcohol, so usually end up spending a lot on just water alone. Not having this really enhanced the experience. Definitely recommend.

Today marks the 3rd time we visited Furbetto. About time we write a review, as each visit was worth a 5-star rating. Jasper and Gust (and their charming staff) are truly worthy of all praise. If you’re lucky, the beef tartar is on the menu as a starter. Take at least one of the 2 pasta dishes and don’t even think about skipping the main dishes (if there’s meat on there, take it!) and its side dish. Jasper has an incredible taste for wine, let him advise you a bottle (or two) depending on your preference and taste. To top off your Furbetto experience, take a seat at the counter, there’s nothing more authentic than a kitchen front row.
