Gabi Boutique Closes Both Locations of Its Doughnut Shops | Eater Vegas

"Known for its mochi doughnuts and creative savory breakfast sandwiches, this outpost launched as a doughnut spin-off two years ago and built a devoted local following. After a temporary July–August closure to rework the menu, it reopened on September 6 with a new focus on Korean kkwabaegi twist doughnuts—featuring rainbow glazes and flavored creams such as blueberry cream cheese and tiramisu—and revamped savory twists like basil cream with tomato or coleslaw with chipotle chicken, foregoing previous filled and boldly iced items like ube cream and crème brûlée. The shop cut weekend hours on September 13 and then announced on October 2 via Instagram that it would close permanently; this location closed shortly thereafter and company representatives did not reply to requests for comment." - Janna Karel

Urth Caffe, Good Pie, and the Parlour Head for Henderson - Eater Vegas

"Gäbi Boutique, which closed both its Henderson locations in July to renovate, has reopened with a new menu. A spin-off of the Chinatown coffee shop, Gäbi Coffee & Bakery, the Boutique’s new specialty is a selection of twisted doughnuts, all whimsically decorated and available in both sweet and savory varieties. Strawberry cream doughnuts are lined with slices of fruit and Nutella twists feature chocolate squares set in its icing. Savory doughnuts are more surprising — one twist is iced with basil cream and topped with mozzarella and cherry tomato halves, one has piped mashed potato and bacon crumbles, and another serves as the base for slivers of smoked salmon. Locations at 136 North Stephanie Street Suite 130 and 2340 Via Inspirada are again open daily at 8 a.m." - Janna Karel

Gäbi Boutique Donut & Pastry Opens a New Location in Inspirada in Henderson - Eater Vegas

"With its mochi doughnuts, croissant-waffle hybrids, and doughnut breakfast sandwiches, Gäbi Boutique Donut & Pastry is expanding to the Inspirada area of Henderson, with plans to open in April of 2023. The new doughnut and coffee shop will offer the same menu as its other Henderson location at 136 North Stephanie Street, with artfully designed treats filled with scratch-made cream fillings and fruit compotes. The new Gäbi will be around 1,200 to 1,500 square feet and have a covered patio with room for 15 or 20 tables. Inside, the cafe will have risers, like those found at Gäbi Coffee (5808 Spring Mountain Rd #104) in Chinatown, that encourage customers to slip off their shoes and sit cross-legged at floor cushions and low tables. Kim says Inspirada’s Gäbi will serve all its new menu items, like Korean-style milk creams — yeasted doughnuts cut in half and filled with sweet mascarpone cream and chocolate or strawberry compote. The croffles are made with croissant dough rolled in raw sugar and cooked in a waffle maker, so the outside caramelizes. They’re topped with berries and cream or bacon and maple syrup. Doughnut sandwiches are savory, filled with eggs, bacon, and sausage with panko breading, arugula, and sauce." - Janna Karel

Great service. The young man at the counter was really nice and made some good recommendations. We ordered the sweet chili tenders $13.95 and the 3 finger combo with garlic parmesan sauce and wedge fries $14.99. The portions are generous, it fed 3 people. One portion of fries is enough for 3 people as well. The chicken was fresh and juicy. Everything tasted fresh. Non greasy. The terrace was really pleasant. Will come again when in the area.

I absolutely love Korean Fried Chicken so trying out this new spot was a must. It’s a smaller restaurant, with minimal seating in the inside, so we decided to sit on the patio since it accommodated more seating and misters to help with the heat. It has a modern, yet eclectic vibe with your choice of fried chicken and/or self-serve ramen so you’re able to mix and match what cravings you’re in the mood for. The gentleman at the register was so helpful and made this Yelp experience go very smoothly. I ordered the chicken wings with fries, the tenders with fries and a side of the popcorn shrimp. The crispy, succulent wings paired wonderfully with the tare soy sauce giving it the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The chicken tenders were so good, especially when you dip them in their famous sweet chili sauce. I created a sandwich using one of the chicken tenders, the coleslaw and the buttery lobster roll and that was top-notch delicious. All of the meals were reasonably priced, the mini arcade kept us busy while we waited for our food, and the restaurant was very tidy and organized. It’s about a 20 min from where I live, but it was totally worth the drive out. I am grateful for the opportunity to show my support and I cannot wait to come back to this spot.

Google
I ordered the Nashville hot chicken tenders and they were very good but tenders were not covered in seasoning completely, the heat was mild so if you like spicy order something hotter. The person working the register was kinda just there, didn’t say hi or thank you have a good day nothing. The lady that gave my food was nice. The overall set up is pretty cool. I would come back again for sure.

Great chicken place. Excellent customer service from the young guy at the counter ( forgot his name) Extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and very welcoming , he went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. They have a small dining area with only few tables , which we didn’t like , because there was no room at all and we had to go outside ( luckily the weather was cooler today) and very spacious outdoor seating, with nice refreshing misters. Their indoor decoration is quite Korean with a wall of Ramen, which is very unique. Their spacious patio area has several arcade games to play , which is great for kids to hang out. They offer so many different flavors of Ramen! You actually get to cook your ramen right at the counter with these little machines that boil the noodles in front of you. There's a big selection of toppings--both complimentary and add-ons--so you can customize your bowl exactly how you like it. We did not have noodles, we had chicken tenders with fries and toast. Chicken tenders are crispy, well coated in sauce, and came out so hot. They do a good job of serving food ready to eat and super fresh. We have liked how their chicken tenders are perfectly flavored with spices. They have nice selection of sauces too. The only thing which we weren’t impressed with was fries, very basic /plain, no seasoning at all. Overall: it was a great experience , definitely something new to try out!

Google
Only reason for a 4 star is that the inside is a bit small. Food was AMAZING!!!!!! All the legs and wings were cooked so well that it was juicy and tender bitting into it. There portions are amazing. Look at the wedges.

AMBIENCE: Way out there in Inspirada, this location is quieter and you even get a view of the desert, at least until they build more homes that is lol It's lovely inside but I think the best part of this location is the outdoor seating; which there's plenty. FOOD: Got potato soup and the salmon sandwich combo. Soup was real tasty but the sandwich wasn't anything special. OVERALL: Customer service was good, before I even ordered the girl at the counter mentioned that they were only taking cash because their register was down. Had to get cash over at the 7-11 close by. If you want a slower pace and feel like your outside of Vegas, this is a good spot to do just that. When the weather gets warmer, hanging out on the patio is a good past time.

Google
I liked this self served ramen place. Never been to one. I liked the area where they have all the ramen in a huge case that you can choose from. They have these ramen heat makers in the front that you can put your ramen on to cook it. You have the options of so many different drinks and add-ons to put inside your ramen. I like the outside area. They have arcade games you can play for free. If it free its alright with me. 😁. Follow my foodie IG - @jwardhooper22

Very interesting and visually appealing donuts with their on unique taste. I wanted to try the crème brûlée donut but unfortunately, they were sold out. So, I decided on the strawberry mochi donut made with rice flour and the Nutella Banana. The consistency on both was much different than a regular donut and the sugar content seemed much less, which, I appreciated. Both were absolutely delicious and extremely tasty. There is indoor and patio seating available. The staff was very friendly and explained their donut making process versus a conventional donut shop. They also offer Panini’s, Breakfast Donut Sandwiches and Bagels Sandwiches. I’ll definitely be back to try the crème brûlée.

Yelp
Let your voices carry off in a whisper for a small moment. Count the seconds as we sip and dip. We go through life so fast, fast, fast. We need to remember what is important right now. It's the moment your in. Surroundings are a magical thing that can enhance your mood too. Let's talk and catch up. As you sit and wait for the it to be your turn this establishments environment evokes a sense of belonging and joy. The employees are confident and caring as they continue to tackle their duties. It's getting to be our turn. The menu is a simple and colorful one where if your not familiar you can figure it out. All those beautiful dishes staring back from just behind the glass it's truly bliss. Shall we have one of each, in time just not today. After many many visits here. This is a great place to stop in for your favorite coffee drink, milk tea, and other sips they offer. Grab your family, friends, and other folks around you and let's have a mochi donut together. For those special occasions you can call ahead and place that bigger order to surprise those waiting to eat with something different and special. On a recent trip to this location it's has closed down. It's too bad visit their other locations for some great eats .

Yelp
What a disappointment! We loved the old Gabi menu. The Lox Bagel sandwich was incredible and something we craved often. I also loved their bagels and unique cream cheeses! After their reopening, they have gotten rid of everything good. Now it is one tasteless base donut that they put toppings on. We won't be back. Wish them luck, but I don't think they will be around long with this new menu.

Yelp
This used to be one of the places I would insist on taking visiting family and friends to, because the donuts were so unique and gorgeously created and presented. Since the reopening, though, the menu has changed alongside the recipes. Everything is "twisty" donuts now and the variety is gone. My favorite treat here was the Tiramisu donut which used to come with a little squeezable tube where you'd "inject" the coffee flavor, and now it's just a twisty donuts and comparatively bland. The mochi donut seems to have also changed; it used to be "beaded" where you could snap off little chunks, but now is twisty and slathered in too much food coloring (you can taste it). The new stuff is "good", but it's no longer "special". I really hope they reconsider what they're doing, because Gabi was a gem and an experience. It kind of feels like yet another donut shop now, though. The staff is still awesome (as they always have been) and the place is clean and fun, though! I'll return, but mostly just to see if they revert back to the old menu that we knew and loved.

Yelp
You know the saying "if it's not broke don't try to fix it?" Gabi, I wish you took this saying to heart. I really wanted to go into the reopening loving everything but I'm very underwhelmed by the new choices. For starters, the menu is now only twisted donuts, limited coffee, and teas. They removed all other items (which I'm really bummed about losing the chipotle sausage breakfast sandwich, that was seriously amazing). They have a selection of donuts from sweet to savory. We tried the Italian "sandwich," which in my opinion is a little misleading because it's your donut with the toppings on top. Next up were a selection of sweet donuts.....salted caramel, tiramisu, ube, and blueberry cream cheese. The salted caramel and blueberry were by far the favorites. The salted caramel they use real caramel and they put little cubes of butter, which was a nice compliment. The blueberry cream cheese was very light and refreshing. I enjoyed the mixture. But here's the thing, I think everything was lacking, including the sandwich. The flavors on top weren't enough for me; the donut was too overpowering and bland. If they had stuffed the donuts with flavoring in the middle and reduced the toppings, it would have been better. While the donuts look beautiful, the ratio of bread to flavor is a bit off. Oh, and the prices range from $2.95 (for a classic plain twist) to $6.35, which, to me, is a bit steep for a donut. Personally, I won't be going out of my way to visit this place anymore. But hey, give it a try and see for yourself!

Yelp
Sea salted coffee - taste bland , you can skip this $6 When you check in on yelp, they treat you to a free mochi donut. I went for the ube flavor, and let me tell you, it was amazing! Not too sweet, just the right amount, with a light and airy texture that you'd expect from a mochi donut. We also shared a chicken Parmesan sandwich, and it was surprisingly filling. One cool thing about this place is they have a sample section where you can try out different cheeses and bagel pieces. Let me just say, everything bagels with blueberry cream cheese are my absolute favorite! The indoor seating area is a bit cozy, but they have a cute patio area. Bonus: it's dog-friendly!

Yelp
My family and I passed by this place often and finally decided to try it for brunch. They have a nice outdoor patio seating area and a few tables inside. Shortly after we had arrived, a long line began to form. Hubby ordered the Salmon Lox Bagel Sandwich and I had the Fruit Tart Donut plus two Americanos. We also ordered a variety of donuts for our daughter and some take home treats for later - Samoa, Purple Yammy, Crème Brulee, Strawberry Mochi Donut and Cookies & Cream Mochi. Their donuts were beautifully hand crafted, sweet and delicious.

Yelp
Oh Gäbi Boutique, where have YOU been in my life this entire time?! I was on my way back into town after visiting Seven Magic Mountains and wanted to make a quick pit stop for some coffee before heading home. Gäbi Boutique in Inspirada popped up when I searched for coffee spots on Yelp, which was about a 15 or so minute drive from the landmark. My best friend used to live in Inspirada and NONE of these businesses existed yet when I would come down here to visit her. So it's amazing to see what this neighborhood has to offer now. The design to get into this business complex is a little bizarre. It has a hidden left turn lane after you pass the roundabout, which I easily missed, forcing me to turn around at the next light and go through the roundabout a second time in search of that left turn lane. I eventually figured out how to get in and found Gäbi hidden next to the animal hospital. Their outdoor patio is so adorable! There's plenty of seating available and they have a little fountain in the center. You can enjoy the Strip and other city views while you enjoy your coffee and doughnuts. Walking in, not only was I greeted with a welcome by the cashier, but I was also welcomed with so many Mochi doughnut and regular doughnut selections, and I just HAD to get myself a Mochi doughnut or two (or three!). I ordered a large caffe latte (vanilla flavored) with these three Mochi doughnut selections - cookies and cream, rainbow, and ube. I had to mix up the caffe latte a bit to get the vanilla flavor going. Once the flavor was mixed in all the way, it gave me an abundant coffee-like taste that I enjoyed all the way home. And I have to describe the Mochi doughnuts as SO soft and SO flavorful. Literally these Mochi doughnuts came out fresh, like they were just made earlier in the day. And they come with an extra surprise - a white chocolate or dark chocolate piece on top! I don't live in Inspirada, but I loved Gäbi so much that I would like to come back again, upon learning that there is another location in Henderson close to my house.

Yelp
This donut and pastry boutique is my newest obsession ever and with their Inspirada location being just 7 mins from my place it is definitely going to be my new go-to cafe for donuts, coffee & sandwiches. Their donuts are one of the best I've ever had! I'd highly recommend getting: Fruit Tart Donut Creme Brûlée Donut Iced Matcha Latte Ham & Cheese Bagel Sandwich Visit them at 136 N Stephanie St Suite 130, Henderson, NV 89074

Yelp
Finally had the opportunity to try our new local Gabi (sorry can't find the umlaut) that opened recently in Inspirada. Inspirada is growing out it's culinary options quickly and given the growth in the area, not to mention the incoming Inspirada Station, it's an exciting time for that community. As for Gabi, I've been aware of their Chinatown location for some time, and they've now expanded to Henderson (on Stephanie) and Inspirada. I've looked at their unbelievably gorgeous pastries from afar (well, from Yelp! really) for so long that I felt familiar with them walking in for the first time...and I was not disappointed. The pastries, donuts (both Mochi and regular) were undeniably some of the most beautiful creations I've seen in quite some time. Very impressive. They also have a wonderful large decorated patio area that is going to absolutely rock when we get some warmer weather again. The inside is cute and comfy, but only has a handful of tables so keep that in mind as you plan. We ordered a handful of breakfast sandwiches (egg, sausage, cheese, arugula, chipotle sauce) that used breadcrumb coated donuts as their bun (neat!). The sandwich was typical for breakfast fare, but the donut bun was a super nice touch. Not sweet, just fluffy. For a few dollars more, we got the "combo" which came with a very filling yummy potato cheese chowder and for a cold November day, it hit the spot. We also tried their Ube mochi donut, their chocolate pudding donut, their creme brulee donut, and a slice of Ube cheesecake. They were very good, but on the Las Vegas dessert space-time continuum where Humboldt Bakery (ugh, I'm so sad they moved out of town) was a 10 and 7-11 donuts are a 1, this was probably a 7 or 8, mostly for style, slightly less for flavor and value. It should be noted that 3 breakfast sandwich combos ($11 each), 3 soft drinks, and 3 pastries (the mochi donut was free for checking in at Yelp! so bring your app!) ended up being about $60 before tip. I can't say whether that's a good value for you or not as I don't know what $60 means to you but it felt a bit spendy to us. In any event, thrilled to have Gabi local to where we are and will definitely head back. I can see this being a perfect choice for us when we visit folks and want to have some impressively beautiful pastries to show up with.

Yelp
The best donuts in Vegas, there is NO debate. The donuts are made fresh throughout the day, the selection of flavors are ALL incredible and their breakfast sandwiches are unlike anything anyone else has created, this place truly has something for everyone. The iced lavender white mocha tastes amazing and the service is generally super quick, can't recommend this place enough, definitely a must try.
google avatar

Avner M.

Yelp
I found this hidden gem today after a haircut. I wanted some coffee so I stopped in. I had a Lavender Coffee which was tasty and the donuts pictured. The service was amazing, any questions were quickly and professionally answered. The ambiance of the place is very cute. The inside is small but very pretty looking. There are a few tables inside for seating and a lot more outside. As pictured I ordered 4 donuts and when I got home I only tried the Chocolate Pudding and I'll tell you what it was amazing. Unlike other places this donut was packed full with the chocolate pudding. You got a lot in every bite and was truly amazing. One of the best I've have ever had. The other 3 I put in the fridge so I can have a treat a day. The Mochi was a free one for checking in on Yelp. This is a really cool place, nothing like any coffee & donut place I've ever seen. The coffee specialties are limited but they do have a few good choices. I encourage you if in the area to give this place a try, it's really amazing. I highly recommend this place.
google avatar

Yelp
I've heard so many great things about their donut so I finally went to try. My friend and ordered a few different ones to share. We honestly thought it was subpar. Nothing mind blowing. We were told by a customer before us that the strawberry milk cream was the best. However, the donut was a little soggy inside from the filling and it just wasn't very appetizing. All the donuts tasted somewhat stale as well. We ate it within 15 mins of purchasing it, so we did not wait too long. We checked in for a free mochi donut each, which was nice. I might give it another try if I'm ever close by.

Yelp
What a cute addition to the Inspirada hood!!! So glad that this opened up. Inspirada is starting to get some more local spots and I'm loving it. The star of the show here is really the patio. How flippin cute! It's filled with a bunch of plants and flowers and really makes you feel like you're transported somewhere not Vegas haha. However, the views of the mountains from the patio are also quite stunning, too. Again, the vibes here are *chefs kiss*. I walked in and was instantly greeted by the woman who was took my order. I got the salted coffee which she recommended adding some caramel to it to add a little flavor. I also couldn't resist a donut and had to get the tiramisu donut. I decided to sit outside, though they do have some seating indoors. They even have the traditional Korean seating, which I believe they do at all Gabi locations. So cool. You just have to take your shoes off in order to sit there. Since I was sitting outside, they have a microphone where they call out your name when your order is ready. I thought that was really nice. My coffee was good but the donut was incredible! SOOO tasty! I'm not usually a fan of donuts that are fancy, but it was really delicious. I'll definitely be back here to do some work. Perhaps I'll order a different coffee or donut next time! But just so happy to have something in this area other than Starbucks!
google avatar

Yelp
OMG I have tried 4 different donuts and they are just simply amazing the strawberry shortcake one i think that's what they call it is so delicious. also the banana chocolate one you must try this place. Can't wait to go back

Yelp
I love dessert just like most people. Donuts to me are a great way to have dessert any time of day. Gabi takes their donuts to the next level with their presentation each one of their donuts are a work of art with that said they come at a significant price. The price for each donut would leave some to question what they were getting. Now they do offer some discounts for cash and for first responders so that may help some. They had very nice staff and a very pleasant decor. The outdoor sitting area will be nice in spring and fall.
google avatar

Dakota M.

Yelp
Ok, check into your YELP! You get a FREE mochi donut when you check in! This place is such a cute boutique with fun flavors. I came here twice, once I came in person and had a great experience. The second time I ordered on DoorDash for pick up and it was not as a great as they didn't have the flavors I ordered for people and they ended up subbing in donuts that no one wanted and some people felt left out... I would suggest coming in person so this does not happen to you! They also have super festive drink choices and cute places to sit. They are located in multiple places in Henderson and have indoor and outdoor seating! The flavors are nice and light and fluffy. Cream was light and easy to enjoy with a coffee or by itself.

Yelp
I've heard the hype about Gabi in Chinatown and so I looked forward to their new location opening in Inspirada. I heard mixed reviews about it and wanted to try it for myself. I stopped in on a Monday around 9am. There was one person in front of me. I was greeted politely by two workers. It's a cute space with a couple tables inside and a sitting area with pillows. They also have a large covered patio for dining outdoors. They have a large selection of cup donuts and Mochi donuts. They average about $6 each which is pricey for donuts. I ordered a Nutella cream cup donut and a lemonade spritzer drink. My friend ordered a Mochi donut and a different flavored lemonade spritzer. We sat at a table and waited for our orders. Our drinks came out before the donuts which we had to ask for. Seems kind of strange that the wait is so long for donuts considering they're on display in a case. The donuts are pretty sweet and a bit heavy. Definitely a fancy dessert donut. The lemonade spritzers were very tasty. I will return to try other flavors of donuts when I feel like treating myself or my sweet tooth.
google avatar

Becky K.

Yelp
As a former inspirada gabi customer, I'm sadly not returning unless they bring back their old menu. The Samoa donut was literally the best donut I've ever had. They closed for a month or so to revamp and the neighborhood impatiently waited. I was so looking forward to returning until checking out the bland and light new menu. Very disappointed.

Yelp
So happy Gabi boutique doughnuts opened near my house. This shop has delicious donuts All 100% handcrafted, they specialize in artisanal donuts, cup donuts, and mochi donuts. They also have a great sandwich and beverage menu. I tried their Nutella banana doughnut and a strawberry reimagined doughnut, absolutely delicious. I also had a perfectly brewed mocha. seating on the inside is limited but they have a nice large patio. The girls at the counter were so friendly and lovely, made me feel welcomed and answered all my questions. Loved the decor, with its deep green walls and Asian inspired art. This place is wonderful definitely recommend it, and it's a repeat for me.

Yelp
So happy they are up the street from me! My husband and I tried the ube mochi donut, ube cup donut and their strawberry cheesecake cup donut and all were delicious and fresh! The ube mochi donut did not taste like ube. It stated like vanilla. It was chewy and soft. The ube cup donut and strawberry cup donut was a winner! The donut itself was soft and a tad bit chewy with some fluff! The fillings were not too sweet! Their was was slight ube taste and cheesecake in the other cup donut. It reminded me of a malasada from Hawaii but this was more fluffy and fancier. I can't wait to try their other items on their menu! Yelpers... check in and they'll give you a free mochi donut!

Yelp
Everything about this place is great. The donuts and even the breakfast sandwiches are tasty and the atmosphere is super cute as well. Only downside is that they run out of certain donuts and the espresso machine was down during one of my visits.
google avatar

Yelp
The interior of this store is beautiful, and they have an aesthetic treat for the eyes. Wallpaper in green and gold patterns, antique photos, clean windows and floors, it's a great place to look around and enjoy. Likewise, the food here has the eye in mind. The donuts and other baked goods are absolutely beautiful. There is everything from Ube donuts to Creme Brulee and everything in between. Service was a little slow for something that seems fast to put together, as the donuts are already made, but the staff is very friendly. We sat inside and enjoyed breakfast. A tip here: check in on Yelp and get a free donut.
google avatar

Kathryn B.

Yelp
Second and last visit. As the photo shows, my husband's Raspberry pastry had almost no filling; just a single dollop in the middle of a dry, flavorless pasty. It did, however, have gold leaf on top. Big whoop. My Pistachio pastry had a lot of filling which was fairly tasty. But the pastry itself is not especially tasty. Gabi Boutique is fairly new to our neighborhood, so we decided to give it another try. Hubby had to drive past on his way home, anyhow, so he stopped. We won't do that again. The next time he offers to bring pastries home for the next day's breakfast, he can drive to the Pink Box on Eastern and get items we know we love -- their Apple Fritter, for example, or the maple log topped with crispy bacon bits.

Yelp
Tried the new Twisti Doughnuts, They were good but not amazing like the old menu doughnuts. There breakfast sandwiches we're limited and I was going to try one but they said they all had ran out and it was 9am. If i hadn't tried the old menu doughnuts I would say there good. But I wouldn't go out of my way to try them now. Hopefully another doughnut company will try to replicate there old menu and I would g

Yelp
Had a breakfast bagel sandwich let me say it was so delicious I loved it and a iced white raspberry mocha and I loved it as well. The day shift staff was amazing. Weather was 86 degrees perfect to enjoy our breakfast in the patio. The environment was perfect very relaxing

Yelp
Cute place. I'm only deducting a star because I paid for an ube specialty Donut and they gave me the mochi one. The ube mochi was really good, the rainbow one was way too sweet- which is usually never the case with mochi donuts.

Yelp
Discovering Gabi in my neighborhood has been nothing short of a delightful surprise. This chic and unique spot has quickly become a favorite, especially when I'm in the mood for a delicious donut treat before heading home. One aspect that stands out is their commendable gesture of offering discounts to healthcare workers. After a taxing day at the hospital, it's gestures like these that truly resonate. The staff's warmth and friendliness further elevate the experience. Stepping inside, the ambiance exudes a relaxing vibe complemented by a tantalizing aroma that instantly uplifts your mood. While the inside seating is limited--a drawback especially during the scorching summer months--the ample outdoor seating provides a refreshing alternative. All in all, Gabi seamlessly blends delicious offerings with a welcoming atmosphere, making it a neighborhood gem worth frequenting.

Yelp
This place has an awesome aroma as you walk in the door. The selection of artisan donuts is great, and the service is absolutely impeccable. There were 3 of us here on this visit. We all tried each other's selections, and none of us had any complaints. It is also pet friendly with a treat for your pet. Absolutely recommended

Yelp
I have tried really hard to give Gabi the benefit of doubt but unfortunately, after multiple visits thinking it'll get better, it hasn't. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me...no more. It's a bummer because I love supporting local but Gabi definitely makes it very challenging to do so. Whether it's the slow service, the subpar overpriced coffee and food (mochinuts are pretty but don't taste great), or the heavily scented lobby...all of it just adds to the disappointment. This store lacks soul, the workers don't know what they're doing most of the time and need training. Every time I've come in, there's barely anyone (if anyone) yet they somehow manage to take forever to make a coffee or toast a bagel. If you're expecting speciality coffee, you're certainly not going to find it here. The only thing that is unique and tasty here are their cream cheeses. Which, even then, are so overpriced. Gabi needs to make some changes ASAP or else they are not going to survive at this location.

Yelp
I went to check out Gabi Boutique Donut and Pastry in Inspirada after seeing it on Instagram. Driving past brand-new homes, I couldn't help but wonder, "Where am I?" After five to ten minutes, a plaza will appear on the left. Huge selection of pastries and donuts, beautifully maintained and reasonably priced in a really lovely setting. The staff members are really kind, polite, and helpful. While you're in Las Vegas, be sure to check this location out!

Yelp
This place is a gem. Awesome decor, super delicious food which includes amazing mochi donuts, and the best customer service around. Chloë is always super kind and helpful. It's never going to be a bad experience if she's there. Chloë sets the standard for ideal customer service. And today Jackie went above and beyond, wrapping my order of mochi donuts individually after I told her the order was going to be overnight shipped to California. Thanks GBDP!

Yelp
This place is so cute. Filled with beautiful girlie decor. Chandeliers and adorable velvety seating. The staff were great. Appreciated their recommendations. The coffee was flavorful and bagels were fresh. Doughnuts were perfectly sweet.

Yelp
I'm writing this review as a very disappointed former customer. Gäbi was by far my favorite breakfast place prior to closing for a menu revamp. The donuts (crème brûlée donut was my favorite) and donut sandwiches were absolutely unique and totally delicious. I was sad to hear they were closing temporarily and was worried about them ruining their menu... Well after trying other breakfast places in Inspirada (breakfast Junkies which was horrible and Griddlecakes which is ok), I was excited that they reopened yesterday. That excitement quickly faded as I walked in this morning and the menu was no more. In place of delicious artisan donuts and amazing sandwiches, you'll now find very mediocre donut twists with "instagrammable" toppings. Despite being super bummed, I ordered a few to give them a try. I got the salmon, the Italian, the caramel, and the Ube. The salmon and Italian are just plain savory donuts with forgettable cream cheese spreads on top. You're not fooling me with those cherry tomato slices. The caramel donut was actually really good, they put this delicious caramel and even butter on the top and it was my favorite. The Ube donut was so bland, definitely wouldn't recommend. On the whole I'm bummed because the new menu definitely is no longer special and it's definitely not enough to make me ever want to come back. Why won't they build more quality restaurants in Inspirada? I'm done with the gimmicky crap, is good food too much to ask? Gäbi used to be my favorite breakfast place, but sadly, the search must now continue...

Yelp
Very good, donut based dessert. Indeed, is less a donut and more a pastry. Whatever it is is very good.

Yelp
Whether you're fighting for the love of your life or the most perfect sandwich in Sin City I got you! If you have not been to Gabi Boutique, they have a few locations around town, and you have to check them out. I have been to both the original on Spring Mountain and my new favorite, their location in Inspirada. My regular breakfast combo is a toasted cheddar bagel with leek or maple bacon cream cheese, a caramel oat milk latte with an extra shot, and a Bulgogi or Chipotle Sausage sandwich! Everything here is absolute fire! That Bulgogi sandwich is death row quality, omg, it would be my last meal! So whether you are a hopeless romantic who comes here to read the book Wired for Love, or you are pleasing your inner fat kid, you HAVE TO TRY this spot my friends!

Yelp
My first impression was, "A must try, cute, smaller version of the popular Gabi Cafe in Vegas." Enticed by the beautiful donuts and the variety of flavors we had to check out this new cafe and donut shop. The butterfly latte had a hint of banana flavor and it was very refreshing with the desserts. We tried the original Gabi donut which was a croissant-donut with charred sugar glaze on top that gave it a nice crunch similar to the top of a crème brûlée. We also tried the blueberry cheesecake and ube mochi donuts which were chewy, fluffy, soft and delicious. The donuts were all delicately sweet and not overwhelming. The indoor seating and decor is a smaller version of the Gabi Cafe but there is ample seating and a cute ambiance on their outdoor patio. The outdoor space surrounded by plants and cute outdoor furniture with a view of the desert makes it a good place to stop by for some sweets and coffee. The lasting impression? "We can't wait to stop by and try more flavors each time. There are so many different kinds of donuts to try, all with unique garnishes and fillings."

Yelp
I am so happy Gabi opened up a location that is close to me! It's not just a donut shop, it's a cute café like location. I took my kids here on our mom & me date night. It was a hit! They have everything from donuts, sandwiches, cake and drinks (non-alcoholic). They have a small seating area inside and a patio where you can sit. I wish I took photos of their cute patio. Will update with photo next time I get back out there. We tried almost every donut you can think of here. What I love is how fluffy the donuts are and the filling is not too sweet. The filling is creamy and flavorful without it being to sugary or sweet. It's the right balance of sweetness. The stuff donuts are like little fluffy pillows filled with their specialty flavor cream/custard. Their mochi donuts also can stay out on the counter for 3 days and still tastes as good as the day I bought them. Things to try. These are gourmet donuts and the stuffed filled donuts are $4.50 each and their Mochi donuts are about $3.95 I believe. I come here for a treat or grab a box whenever we have guests over. Not only are these donuts pleasing to the eyes, they are delicious. Things to try: 1. Ube stuffed donuts 2. Mochi Donuts (I love them all) 3. Tiramisu stuffed donuts 4. Creme Brulee stuff donut 5. Ube crepe cake

Yelp
Delicious donuts. My husband says the somoa was the best donuts he's ever eaten. Really good textures and flavor combination without being overly sweet.

Yelp
I have been to Gäbi Boutique many times as an out of stater when I visit several times a year. I was excited for the new menu roll out but let me tell you this was a complete disappointment. They removed EVERYTHING from their old menu and the new menu is not impressive at all. I went today and just wasn't impressed. Nothing blew me away and it looks like I'm not the only person based on reviews. If it's not broke don't try and fix it and unfortunately this is what they did, tried to fix it for no reason. I will not return again unless the old menu is brought back. They should have kept the old menu and added a few new items to that, instead they got rid of it completely. The sandwiches were some of the best and the donuts were top tier, now they're just blah. Also they stopped even replying to people who message them and the messages were about the menu and business, before they use to reply. Don't use social media if you don't get back to your customers and this was before I visited today. Just disappointed all around. Hope you bring back your old menu soon.

Yelp
This was our second time here after their soft opening and everything is now available. Service was very fast. We sat out on the large patio with our 2 dogs. There is a speaker out in the patio that calls your name when your food is ready. We got 4 donuts, tiramisu, Nutella, crème brûlée and the free cookies and cream for Yelp check in. The tiramisu is my favorite so far. It comes with a little coffee infuser. Also tired the bacon bbq donut sandwich. It was amazing! The donut bun had little crunches on top and bottom. The cheese was melty and over flowing. Lots of bacon, some green stuff and the bbq sauce was surprisingly good. Can't wait to try the other breakfast sandwiches and cup donuts!

Yelp
Enjoying our usual father-and-son morning Mochi donuts and coffee after our Jiu-Jitsu training. Don't let life pass you without enjoying it.

Yelp
I was beyond excited waiting for this place to open. Finally it has happened!! Stopped in before I started my Saturday and it did not disappoint. They brought fresh mochi doughnuts out to the front and fanned them off to cool in front of everyone. You can imagine how great that smelt. I ordered a basic iced coffee but it was perfect. It was naturally sweet. I will be a frequent visitor. Tip for Yelp, you get a free mochi doughnut at checkin.

Yelp
Clean area, brand new, smells good. A little small but they have outdoor seating too. It would be a nice place to stop in for a snack or quiet place to study at

Yelp
My family and I stopped by on a Saturday around 9:30AM, and there was a line of six people ahead of us. So it took us about an hour from the time we got there until we got out with our order, and everything was to go, so the service was pretty slow. On the other hand, they have a great variety of gourmet donuts and mochis which were ridiculously delicious and also ordered a ham & cheese donut sandwich which was to die for! The place had a unique decor, but it needed a little more cleaning in my point of view, I understand they have many customers/traffic, but it is not pleasant eating there if most of the tables were with food crumbs, donuts display shelves glasses were visible unclean. Moreover, I took my two kids to the bathroom just to wash their hands and again very unattended and unclean! So unfortunate because the food was very good!

Yelp
We have been patiently waiting for this location to open, and we weren't disappointed. So many choices of donuts. We went with ube and strawberry cheesecake. Such a delicious treat. We will be back to try the breakfast sandwiches! Can't wait to try all the goods

Yelp
Miss the old menu. Nothing but another donut shop now. The savory donuts were not good, no more bagels or regular donuts from before. So sad.
