Unique crepe presentation but over salted. And seemed most is premade in regards to salads. Great, GREAT service though.

This was my first time visiting, as I was in the area on business and decided to stop by for lunch. I’m so glad I did—this place truly did not disappoint. I ordered the barbecue chicken crepe and opted for the gluten-free version. Let me just say, I’ve had my fair share of gluten-free crepes before, but this was by far the best one I’ve ever tasted. The crepe itself had an incredible texture—soft, yet slightly crispy on the edges—and the flavor was like an explosion in my mouth. Absolutely delicious. The barbecue chicken filling was also gluten-free (I asked, and the staff kindly double-checked for me). It was packed generously with chicken, and they also added some fresh cherry tomatoes—although I only got a couple, which was perfect for me since I’m not a huge fan. Combined with a good amount of fresh lettuce, everything came together beautifully. The dish was flavorful, satisfying, and left me full without feeling heavy. As a heads-up, the prices are on the higher side, especially if you're opting for the gluten-free crepe, which adds a $3 surcharge (not including tax). I also got a bottled soda, which was a nice touch and paired well with the meal. Despite the higher cost, the quality and flavor made it well worth it. The restaurant itself is clean and inviting. There’s plenty of seating inside, and they also have a spacious outdoor patio area that’s just as tidy. It might be public, but it’s well-maintained and right next to the shop, offering a nice option for outdoor dining. Customer service here is top-notch. The gentleman who helped me was friendly, helpful, and offered suggestions based on his own favorites. He even went out of his way to confirm the gluten-free status of the barbecue sauce, which I really appreciated—especially since I was recently diagnosed with a gluten intolerance. While I wouldn’t say this place is entirely celiac-safe (since they cook gluten and gluten-free crepes on the same surface), it’s a great option for those with a gluten sensitivity. Parking is free on the street, though it might take a few minutes to find a spot. One minor downside: they don’t have restrooms inside, and I didn’t notice any public restrooms nearby, so plan accordingly. All in all, this place is fantastic. I will absolutely be back to try more items on the menu next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a flavorful, gluten-free-friendly meal.

I used to enjoy eating here before but they've shrunk the crepes and they look far, far worse than what they used to be. I will never eat here again, this is incredibly disappointing and I'm insulted that they think this is worth $30.

SO delicious! I've never had a crepe cooked with a crunchy cheese on the outside and it was amazing and cooked perfectly. I had the Chicken Caesar Crepe and I loved every bite. All the five star reviews here are well earned! Simple table area for dine in; not fancy. But forget about that. The food is superb!

A gluten free treasure spot in a classic small town setting surrounded by local shops, bars and art. This spot puts a unique spin on crepes- filling the thin, delicate, sheets of baked batter (regular or gluten-free) with deli meats, cheeses, fresh veggies, or sweets. Dine-in their modern-industrial dining area with plenty of rooms for couples, friends and large families (ours was a party of 8). A little grace for serving time but the staff was amazing, courteous and made sure to ask if we had a good experience.

Ordered buffalo chicken and chicken pesto crepes and both were delicious. Service is top notch and personal, and food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Love the crispy crepe with just the amount of sauce so that it’s not dripping everywhere.

Its not your traditional creperie but the buffalo chicken and smashburger one is to die for. Definitely try the fresh pomegranate juice thats authentic to argentina here its delicious. I think its called jalisco? They have indoor and outdoor seating. The owner is very humble and helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. Street parking available. Bring your own plates it can be messy in the cup provided.

My friend told me about Gabino's and during our last visit to Indio, was able to stop in. I believe it's in downtown Indio on a cute street and complete with a nice big outdoor seating area and lovely wall art. Inside has a minimalist aesthetic with an open kitchen (I mean, who doesn't like seeing crepes being made!?). Maybe they could tell this was our first time here, but they asked and gave us a warm greeting. They also told us to squeeze the crepe a little and eat them like a sandwich. I'd say I'm more used to sweet crepes than savory ones so this was something different for me and I thoroughly enjoyed it! We ordered the BBQ and Caesar crepes and really felt like the crispy cheese lining the crepe added so much to the texture and flavor. I'd be interested in trying other ones when I'm in town the next time.

Service is extremely friendly - my type of easy vibe. Plenty of seating - no issues here! I am disappointed to rate so much lower than the average but some clarity needs to happen. Savory Crepes sound amazing but both versions we had were disappointing. The turkey crepe was deli meat and to be honest, that feels very cheap for a 20$ dinner/lunch. The chopped cheese was painfully salty. And, to make it worse, the meat was horribly over-cooked. Thin patty of meat cooked through that much offers nothing for taste or texture. Overall, both items were disappointing. The biggest surprise is the one Single option for dessert. I understand they want to be a savory crepe place. But, the items that are used for desserts are often cheap to store and last a while, limiting waste. Why a restaurant wouldn't want to offer BOTH savory and sweet is beyond me. They are across from a taphouse and next to a Pizza/Brewery - diners aren't getting dessert there. Why not fill that need and get all of those customers?? We came back to try "PH" which is all you ever see of "Papa Headz" - Back ally window ordering? No thank you. We ordered inside: Smash burger and fiesta fries. Again, the meat patties were so over-cooked (and came out so fast) I'd bet anything they are pre-cooked, re-salted, and put back on the grill long enough to warm them up. They are terrible. If I have to choose between over-cooked and over-salted meat patty or deli meat, I'll choose no thank you. And dear God, not everyone wants banana dessert :/ Difficult to find parking / Food not for me.

Food was amazingly good! Owner was present I came with my co workers and they seated us immediately I had the cheeseburger with the cheese fries It was so delicious Thank you for your hospitality we came from Orange County I would definitely recommend this place!

The owner was willing to clean and use new tools etc to make sure my gluten allergy wouldn't be triggered. I enjoyed the Nutella banana crepe and a lemonade which was super refreshing and cold! The crepe was delicious and melted in my mouth!

I as driving down the street wanting to stop somewhere where they were serving breakfast late. I ended up sporting Gambino's Creperie. When I walked in, it wasn't what I expected. They had sandwiches and burgers. I decided to try the chicken pesto crepe. Wow, I'm really glad I did!! It was super good! The gentleman hat helped me was super friendly for sure. The place was very clean. The decor could use a little improvement but I will eat here again. There was a patio outside with picnic tables. It was a nice hangout on a cool day!! Give it a try folks. I don't think you will be disappointed!!

The original Gabino's location in Palm Springs is great so this cute, new location is nice to have on this side of the Valley. The crepes are large and could be shareable depending on your hunger level. Might be a little messy though! If there's a line at the cashier, be prepared to wait as it's all cooked to order. It's cool to watch them make it. The bathroom situation is also a little...interesting. You have to walk outside to the back of the building through a dark room (maybe the light was out), into a single person bathroom that was not very clean. I might hold it and use the restrooms across the way at the Taphouse! Bathrooms aside, the service is friendly and the food is yummy. That's probably most important.

Great food! We love the chopped cheese, pesto and cheesesteak! We keep coming back with friends for the friendly service and such good food!

Go there...now! Order anything and you'll be happy. Personally our favorites are the Caesar and the Nutella/Banana. (I have kids...and i'm also a kid...don't judge) Staff is kind, helpful and sweet. Like the kind of people who take pride in working there and put a smile on your face since their outlook is contagious. Last week I went 2 days in a row. It's that good. Loyal, happy customer here.

Interesting take on crepes! We tried the savory ones and they were pretty tasty. They put cheese on the outside so they are crunchy unlike the typical crepe and the filling was just right! We tried the buffalo chicken (which has little kick of spice to it) and the turkey one. Ordered for delivery and it was smooth, didn't get a photo cause we dove into them right away!

Wow! This place is great!! Walking in, I didn't expect much with its minimalist décor and Biggie quote on the concrete wall. But, the place is clean and the staff is friendly. Order at the window and watch them make your food fresh. Loved my pesto chicken crêpe and hubby really enjoyed his chicken ranch crêpe. The food was quite tasty and very filling. We'll be back!

Streetfront building at the end of downtown. There was a lot of construction nearby as of Mar 2025. We were easily able to find free 2-hr street parking on a Saturday. It was eerily like a ghost town almost. Indoor and outdoor seating. Order at the register and they call your name over the speaker if you're outside. There's a pick up window there, and the restroom is around back - you have to go outside to get to it. Casual atmosphere. Fast and friendly service. This place highlights the fact that they were on a Guy Fieri show! We got 3 different savory crepes and the one sweet crepe on their menu. All were great, but super messy! Big servings are appreciated. Ran us in the $70 range, but plenty of food for three adults and a toddler. We went home with leftovers.

YELP SHORT ANSWER: yes visit and Fridays are best for their special Cheese Steak crepe, at this point only offered on Fridays for $22. Gambino's is part of the new trendy Indio scene, very modern and a fresh unique concept. Lots of great renovation happening in Indio with some exciting higher-end restaurants opening soon so go check it out and spend the afternoon day-drinking and shopping while buzzed. LOCATION: excellent with a lot to do after stuffing your face with a humongous crepe. FACILITY: new, open concept, clean. Indoor and outdoor seating. Check hours of operation was 11am to 3pm. MENU: simple, ask questions but pretty sure everything is good here as the super secret sauce is smothered on everything I believe. FOOD PREP: very professional in the process from order to delivery. An open kitchen concept is interesting to watch and it works here. FOOD QUALITY: very good which has people lining up outside to enjoy, again simple. WAITSTAFF: great reception from the owner I believe, more than happy to explain and make suggestions. Since this was our first visit so we were the idiots trying to overthink the menu. OVERALL VALUE: well now this is expensive but the chopped cheese crepe cone thing is huge. Way to much for me so thankfully we shared. Our crepe was $18 as we added avocado. I'll return to enjoy a few other items like the veggie! TIP: we visited early on a Saturday and only had a few people ahead of us. While the ordering process is quick, waiting for your made to order food can take some time which is why there may be big lines at peak times. If you're in a hurry plan accordingly, after ordering we waited over 10 minutes at an off peak time for our crepe but a great experience.

The spot specializes in savory crêpes. I ordered a chicken pesto crêpe, and my husband ordered the buffalo chicken crêpe. We were definitely impressed with how much we really like them and we'll be back soon.

Amazing Can't wait to go again Gluten Free wraps as well!!! I was full all day ! My mom recommended this place and I will say it's probably one of the tastiest restaurants in the valley in my opinion! I will be there this week as well!!! I took a picture but I can't find it ! Crêpe Monstrosity!!! I had the Chicken Ranch Crêpe this time around and now it's a new favorite for me, next to the Buffalo Chicken Crêpe! The crêpes are filling and will activate every tastebud. A Must Try

Wow amazing spot for a quick grab and go or sit down. 10/10 good all our food was delicious, the young man on the register was helpful and shoutout Jose in the kitchen pleasant and friendly. The decor is minimal but so aesthetically pleasing . I loved the energy, will definitely be back. I hear the second location in Palm Springs has been open 4 years, gotta visit soon.

Okay, maybe I'll express myself a little bit... Marcel & Gabino's rocks. I mean rocks. Had the pleasure of meeting the man Marcel himself without realizing he's the humble and happy face & brains behind this creative spin on savory crepes. And what did we talk about? Baseball and the Dodgers of course, because he was sporting a cool chocolate brown Dodgers hat that caught my attention. And my Mom's too. That's right my Mom. She eats gluten-free (and loves the Dodgers) I had been waiting to surprise her and bring her here ever since I discovered this place from Diners, Drive-in's & Dives and been following all the 5-star reviews of his newborn location in Indio, that's deserving of the Rookie of the Year Award. What did we order you ask? Mom: Gluten-Free Chicken Caesar Crepe (dairy-free) without cheese baked in to the crepe, and no cheese sauce too. And tho their "secret sauce" is dairy-free, she sampled it before placing the order (Marcel's idea) but it has a bit of a kick of spice she wasn't in the mood for. But Mom still LOVED every bite of her crepe cone...and can't wait to go back. Here's some of Mom's greatest hits: "Wow this is really good" "The chicken is so good" "There's so much chicken" "This has so much flavor with just the Caesar's dressing" "I can't believe how crispy they're able to make a gluten-free crepe" "Good thing you got extra napkins" "I can't believe I ate the whole thing" "Thank you for bringing me here" "I can't wait to come back" My Choice: I went with the Chicken Pesto Crepe without cheese sauce, with the "secret sauce" on the side. Tho I don't eat too much gluten & dairy, I wanted the full effect of my first crepe here, that's cooked with cheese into the outside, because I've never experienced any crepes served like this. And glad I did because it was bursting & packed with so much flavor (even without the cheese sauce) and the "secret sauce" on the side -- which is kinda like a spicy mayo that's the consistentcy & color of tarter sauce. Mom agreed. As you can see & read, I really enjoyed myself & lunch. Gabino's Creperie propelled itself into the top 5 of my favorite things I've eaten in the Coachella Valley. I told Marcel that when we struck up another conversation before leaving...and told him I'll definitely be back with my wife and want to try the Turkey Crepe next time...and he says "that's my favorite one." But wait there's more: rumor has it the Cheesesteak Crepe that's only served on Fridays (seen on tv with Guy Fieri) is outrageous and a must...so I'll need to try that one too. Little did I know: because I checked-in via Yelp upon arrival, the next day I received an email from Gabino's offering me $5 off my next visit (expires in 30 days) Great marketing. If you're still reading: make sure to leave on the brown bag paper wrapping surrounding the crepe cone. Because the oil from the cheese on the outside of the crepe can get a little messy & greasy. I usually don't like grease with my food. But this entire experience was well worth the grease on my fingers...and the one drop that landed on my lap ;-) so make sure to ask for extra napkins. Whether you like crepes or not, I highly recommend you give Gabino's Creperie a try and decide for yourself. Crepes should only be made this way. Phenomenal savory bundles of joy. And the Indio location is such a vibe. Big open space, industrial feel, pleasant staff who are working very hard--it's just awesome. But the crepes, nothing like we have ever had. My kids love the pepperoni pizza, and I for sure love the chopped cheese and chicken pesto. Owner is local, and pours into the community and helps serve and make the food as well. Forever will come here and to their Palm Springs location.

My experience there was very nice! I had came with two of my friends and this was the very first place we stopped by. Upon arriving I was the first one to place my order, I'd call for a chicken pesto crepe sandwich, an orange poppi and a strawberry milkshake. However there was a bit of a silly confusion on my part when it came down to ordering the milkshake it wasn't exactly put in but the lady who took my order was very sweet and it was fixed immediately. :) The decor there was very simple but elegant which was very much appreciated.!

I absolutely love crepes and eat it all the time but Gabino's crepes are so unique. If they had these somewhere near a sporting event or concert, people would go nuts for it. The outside crusted cheese is so unique and delicious. We ordered online and our crepes were ready for us within 15-20 mins and packaged for an easy pickup. We ordered: 1. BBQ Chicken: This was my main one that I ate and I loved it. Large pieces of chicken with very high quality flavorful BBQ sauce. I love the texture of the crepe and the crunchiness of the cheese on the outside. 2. Chicken Pesto: I only had a small piece and it was very delicious. Nice pesto flavor. 3. Cesar: Also just had a small piece but it was also delicious! Cesar salad flavor with nice crunchy texture from the outside cheese. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Overall, it's worth the price for the crepe. The crepes are huge and very full stuffed with toppings. 4 people shared the 3 crepes and it was plenty of food for all of us. Everything inside was high quality and delicious. Pickup and service was excellent. Inside looks completely new. Street parking outside. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area visiting again.

First time customer and Gabino's did not disappoint! Great selection of savory crepes. Great portion that is fresh and full of flavor! I could only eat half even though I wanted to eat the whole thing! The outside cheese skirt on the crepe itself is chef's kiss! The crunch, the saltiness, everything about it.....delicious! Shrinkflation...has struck Gabino"s! I visited the original in PS...this past February...and my Chicken Pesto was HUGE. Today we went to Gabino's East and for the same price...it was HALF THE SIZE. Still excellent in taste! Not sure the size warrants the price.

Had no idea what to expect, but this wasn't it! What a great surprise! Absolutely delish. Filling too. Ambience is industrial interesting. There is patio seating, but we sat inside. Seems to be getting good traffic even with the challenge of street construction. Looking for something different? Give Gabino's a try! Be sure to check their hours in advance!

The crepes were really delicious and rich. I loved the crispy cheese on the outside. My spouse's chopped cheese could have used a side of jalapeño or pickle to cut the richness but I thought my chicken pesto was just right. I do wish we'd ordered the birria special to try it too but that would have been too much food. The service was friendly and the space was clean. Definitely a good stop.

What's this I see, a 5-star rated creperie? I love a good crepe, but can one be that life changing that it warrants a perfect score on Yelp. Simply put, yes, it is. I don't know how they did this, but they made a crepe that was both soft and fluffy but super crunchy making for a texture experience I'm not used to outside of a fine dining scenario. I had a chicken pesto crepe. It was spectacular. I contemplated turning round and getting another one but I was in a bit of a rush. If I find myself in the desert again I will be returning for this crepe. How good was it? It's in my top 5 things I've ever eaten.

Their broken cheese burger in the crepe is amazing! The flavours stood out and my wife enjoyed her BBQ chicken crepe sandwich. Totally unique and delicious.

I love that Gabino's now has a location with indoor seating. That desert heat is no joke! This was my second time having Gabino's crepes. The cheesesteak was decent, but no match to their buffalo chicken (in my opinion). I'll definitely be back to try out their other options. Service was quick and the music was on point. This place is so great! When I walked in I was greater by the staff, they were so friendly and made me feel welcomed. I had got a cheddar and turkey Crepe and added pickles and jalapeños and it was delicious! I will definitely come back to try some other crepes. Parking was easy and inside was very clean.

Been living in the desert for 35+ years and never have I ever had anything like the savory crepes at Garbino's! I had the BBQ Chicken -- it was amazing! Fresh. Flavorful. The staff was great! We love this place!

I absolutely love crepes and I was super excited to try this gem. The ambiance was cute and clean to start. We arrived around 11ish on a Sunday and there was a couple parties sitting down. We ordered and got our food within 10mins or so. My husband got the chicken, I got a bbq chicken salad and we also got the bananas and Nutella. We decided to order food to go for our kids and at this point the restaurant was half full and 2 parties ordering. We ordered our food and as we sat the restaurant looked like it was visibly getting busier. 30mins passed and still no food. I checked on our order and the cashier said they had too many online orders. Come find out they hadn't even started on ours. After 45mins ours was finally ready. Because we had to wait so long, the cashier gave us a drink on the house. Just for recommendation purposes. When you have an indoor dining that is getting packed, might have 2 work on dining in orders to keep up and after you catch up crank the Togo online orders. So why the 3 stars, 1. Was the wait, 45mins is ridiculously long for 2 crepes and a salad. 2. The banana with Nutella crepe tasted awful, the cheese they put on the outer crepe clearly was not CLEANED WELL before making the sweet crepe. Cheese, Nutella and bananas do not go well.

What a great find! Love the savory crepes! Jojo was super helpful with our order and making sure to not have any dairy in my crepe. I had the hamburger and my husband had the cheeseburger. I was so excited to learn that they do not use dairy or eggs in the crepes!

This was my second time coming to Gabino's. I managed to convince my boyfriend to give this place a try instead of going to our usual spots we tend to rotate and I'm so glad I was able to because he absolutely devoured the chicken caesar, so we just added another food spot on our list. Everything was super savory & very filling.

I love this place, the food is so amazing. I can't get enough of it. The owner Marcel is really nice. I can't recommend this place more. What a great idea and a great operator.

This is a must go to spot! Food is amazing! Service was the best Jose the cook was friendly and nice and cashier was so nice and helpful as well! The music and ambiance is definitely cute!

Super delicious crepes! The service is great every time we go or order for pick up! Love to order for staff lunches and they all enjoy them too! Love supporting family businesses and you can tell they're really creative with their recipes. Overall great vibes and energy plus delicious food.

We travel from out of state and coordinate our travel based on when they will be open! So delicious and the staff have always served up the best experience to boot! Can't wait to return!
