Tony ate here with Paul Rimple, Tbilisi bureau chief for Culinary Backstreets. They had "salad with orange, almonds, and honey; grilled lamb ribs with pomegranate sauce; slices of fried eggplant wrapped around a walnut filling; chkmeruli, chicken slow-baked in an oven and then simmered in garlic and milk."
Beautiful Artwork, amazing creative work that make this street as must visit destination in Tbilisi. There are 2 theater puppet shows happening daily. Tickets and timings are available online.

I think you should go there when you come to Tbilisi.
You should probably go during the day as there are a lot of shadows in the evening. There are a lot of tourists, so it is difficult to take photos.
I didn't go inside. I even know if we can come inside though.

This is a stunning place. My wife and I stayed in Tbilisi for 8 days and deeply regretted getting tickets for only one performance. I strongly recommend getting as many tickets as you can. If you have a taste for the arts and love the theater, you won’t regret visiting this venue even once. A huge thank you to the staff and actors for preserving a part of this great craft.

That’s a great place to see. Every hour, a puppet comes out and strikes the bell. At the same time, photographers in the area take your photo in exchange for donations. It’s such a lovely spot.

It’s so interesting. At the top of the hour the clock tower plays a song and dings in a very unique way. So lovely! Additionally don’t miss the small clock and the weight of the world that’s hidden between the building and the mosaic, which is altogether a different beauty

We paid for this seat 70 GEL just like others who had a better view and comfort. Unacceptable! We had more days available in Tbilisi but they simply sold us these seats without warning! It’s 7:11 pm and still waiting for the show to start.
Never experienced such kind of “extra” seats for obstructed views and the same high ticket rate! Not recommended.

First, the evening was a little tainted because we were seated upstairs in a cold corner that was out of the way and out of sight for the waiter—the downstairs seemed much livelier (and warmer). Even aside from that, and the slow service (which is typical in Georgia), the food was just okay as compared to other meals had in Georgia.. perhaps due to their tourist-focus.
