A downtown Vietnamese teahouse where design and heritage shine, pouring loose-leaf teas alongside snacks like sticky rice. Spotlighted by KOIN News and local guides, it brings a considered Vietnamese perspective to Portland’s tea scene.

I came here to catch up with a friend and it's a cute spot! Located near PSU, this Vietnamese tea house offers a variety of fruit teas, milk teas, and Vietnamese coffee as well as some small bites. Service here is nice and pretty quick. The interior is cute and there are some small tables for you to sit with a friend and chat. I got the lychee fruit tea while my friend got their ginger mango tea. I highly recommend asking for less sweetness because that's what I did and it was the perfect level of sweetness, while my friend thought her's was too sweet. Both drinks were delicious, nonetheless. I would definitely come back to try their other drinks if I was in the area.

This place is a GEM!!! It has an immediately peaceful and kind atmosphere when you walk in, which is immediately backed up by the delightful team behind the counter. When you do order, after taking in the beautiful interior design and the welcoming service, the tea itself is top quality, not too sweet, and the toppings are carefully prepared to perfection. I haven’t tried any of the snacks yet, but I’m sure they’re delicious too. Highly recommend!

The stylish decor creates a relaxing atmosphere. There are also many seats outside on the spacious PSU campus, perfect for spending a sunny day. We had the Honey Lemon Tea and Strawberry Jasmine Tea. Both drinks were bursting with fruit, and they even provided us with spoons to enjoy the fruit pieces. The teas were fragrant and had a gentle sweetness, creating a refreshing taste. As a grand opening special, get free toppings on your first order of boba or jelly. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they gave us warm smiles as we left.😊✨

Delicious fresh spring rolls with a sweet tangy peanut sauce. The Lychee black tea was really good! The service is here is AMAZING. They are so sweet. 10 stars if I could.

Amazing service and fantastic drinks. Can’t wait to come back to get their food, too. Had an amazing fried rice milk tea with grass jelly (tastes like genmaicha tea, very flavorful and light milk flavor). Recommend half sweet! My friend got the traditional Vietnamese iced coffee with boba (ca phe sua da) and it was so delicious too! We took the Vietnamese yogurt with purple sticky rice to go which was a tasty and inexpensive snack. Nice few indoor tables for dining if you’re not taking it to go.

GACH has let me down. This last week I came in for a their shrimp spring roll and after eating half I noticed gray spots on the noodles and saw the shrimp I had bitten into was dirty. It was all the shrimp in 1 wrap. The other wrap had what I assume is an eyelash on it, I lost my appetite. I understand this was human error, but nonetheless it’s essential to serve clean food to the public.

The food and coffee was ok, but the bahn mi up the street is better. Also, after ordering and tipping a lot it's kind of annoying to be told there's no bathroom and they don't know where one is.

I ordered $3 egg rolls not thinking much of it. they were fantastic! they were also very nicely plated with seasoned, sliced cucumbers. the cucumbers were as delicious as the egg rolls. really nice pairing. I also ordered a strawberry tea which was delicious and refreshing. the person working was very kind and their service was impeccable.

Yelp
Such great service, a beautiful environment, and delicious and well priced menu items. I quickly became a regular here, and have been spreading the word to all of my friends.

Yelp
Such an aesthetically pleasing tea house! Every detail that is decorated in here is SOO nice. I ordered the ca phe sua da aka Vietnamese iced coffee and the lychee iced tea. The ca phe sua da was made to perfection- it is strong and not too sweet- just the way I like it. The lychee tea was surprisingly soo soo good too, the type of drink I was to sip on when it is hot outside! The person that took my drink was so friendly- we love nice people!! Highly recommended

Yelp
What a little gem. Tastefully decorated with an eye for detail. The sticky rice with shredded chicken and Chinese sausage was better than expected. The cucumber slices are marinated in something very appealing. The price points for all food items are reasonable. The air fried egg rolls more resemble Filipino Lumpia than Vietnamese Cha Gio. These are probably the weak link on the menu. The shrimp and tofu salad rolls with dipping sauce are fresh and fair sized. The Cafe Sua da is made fresh per order! The iced honey-lemon tea with honey boba was refreshing. Price is a bit high, but all teas are imported from Vietnam. Black Pocha Milk Tea is high quality. Iced Strawberry Jasmine tea - with real strawberries - is a winner, very refreshing. For a pleasant change of pace they feature Chin-Su Vietnamese hot sauce, not Sriracha. The owner/front-line are very friendly. I hope they succeed.
