I can't recommend Gadabout enough! Although I have trusted them with smaller trips in the past, but I was truly impressed when I trusted them with my destination wedding. They made sure over 50 guests arrived at a beautiful resort flawlessly. They go above and beyond with their communication and attention to details. If anyone I know is having a destination wedding in the future, I will recommend them and continue to trust them with my own travels.

Gadabout helped us plan our honeymoon to Aruba! They were so helpful from the very beginning in helping us pick a destination and all the way through checking in with us while we were on our trip! Everything went so smoothly and they were always available and easy to get in touch with!! We will definitely recommended to our family and friends and book again with them in the future!

I use them a few times, and I always been happy with them, but this time I was very disappointed in the lady, was not helpful at all. I just felt like she had no interest in helping me. I made a comment that I don’t have the book anything now I was under the impression that maybe she would start looking for packages in my price range. Nope nothing.!

Could not recommend Pam and her team enough. Our trip to Italy was super easy to navigate with the help of Gadabout and Monograms. Plus, we learned so much from the tours and did not have to worry about lines. I look forward to using Gadabout again for our next big trip!

Start using this travel agency now! They do everything and it doesn't cost you anything. They are very friendly and experienced at there job. Planned a trip to Punta Cana with them after having planned one to Mexico. They took care of everything including cancelling the old booking and moving everything over. They take care of your flights and give you print outs of everything you need for your trip. They even got us our tourist cards early so we skipped over half of customs when we got to Punta Cana. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and will definitely plan all of my vacations with them in the future.

Pam and the ladies at Gadabout did an excellent job booking our recent vacation to Ireland and Denmark. Pam was available anytime that I had a question, concern or request. I used Gadabout Travel to book a Globus tour to Spain in December, 2021. I booked the trip 1 year in advance. Unfortunately, they did not inform me of passport requirements until 2 months prior to my trip (for Spain, passports needed to be valid 3 months after return to the US). Therefore, I had to pay over $600 to expedite my passport renewal. This was totally unacceptable since I booked the trip 1 year in advance and I would have had more than enough time to renew my passport had I been informed. My expectation when I use a travel agent is that they ensure you are informed about any actions that need to be completed prior to traveling. I asked the travel agent to help pay for the cost to expedite and they refused to do anything for me. Here is some additional context. Two months prior to the trip, Gadabout called me and told me that Globus contacted them and told them that my passport needed to renewed, since it was expiring less than 3 months prior to the return from our trip. I was shocked that Globus needed to inform Gadabout (since they are a travel agent). Then Gadabout called me back and said not to worry, my passport would be fine, since it would expire greater than 3 months after the trip originated (trip originated on 12/4 and my passport expired 3/8). Thank goodness I no longer trusted Gadabout Travel, or I would have assumed my passport was fine and would have been turned away at the airport when I tried to depart for my trip. I instead looked up the international passport requirements on the government website and found out that for Spain, the passport needed to be valid 3 months after the return to the US. I then needed to expedite my passport renewal which cost greater than $600. I truly believe Gadabout Trave was negligent in their duties, since they never reviewed or informed me of passport requirements for international travel.

WOW is the first thought that comes to mind when I think about this Travel Agency. Felicia was more than generous when helping to plan my girls trip to Jamaica. From talking with her on the phone to get a good idea of what dates were the cheapest to paying my last payment; she made sure I knew the details on everything. Even when a few of my friends dropped out last minute, she still made reasonable accommodations for everyone. At least two weeks before the departure of our trip, we all received our travel documents with a really cute surprise. I still use mine till this day. When you book with this agency you will find out wonderful that surprise is. Felecia was hands down the best travel agent I've ever dealt with. She will be helping me with all my future travels. So I recommend you contact her or come into the office to book your next vacation. TRUST me you won't regret it!

We have used Gadabout Travel since they took over the Old Gaffney Travel Agency and they have always been great. I have worked with Pam, Rosario and Felicia and have never been disappointed. We have developed a relationship with them and when I call to book a trip they know my preferences and usually come back with even better options or upgrades. If anyone is going to go on vacation, I definitely recommend this place. the staff was friendly and helpful. they even surprised me by finding better rooms for cheaper prices even after I was making payments. If anyone goes there, ask for Rosario. She was by far the sweetest knowledgeable person ever. When it came to deciding where I wanted to take my wife for vacation, she assisted in what places are good to see depending on what month you book and what resort of this and that. I went in to this travel agency looking to book a little get away but man this was a memorable vacation. 5 stars service, if I could give them more they'd be a solar system lol

I recently booked a disney cruise through Pam and her staff. I booked the trip for my 15th wedding anniversary. I could not have asked for a better vacation. Gadabout took care of every detail from flight ground transportation and all overnight accommodations. I did not have to worry about anything. I can honestly say it was the best vacation I have ever been on.

I have worked with Pam since she bought the agency - she is a member of a consortium called MAST - I am a supplier ( CIE TOURS ) and I have to say that she is one of the most professional agents out there and a long time supporter of ours. I read with interest about the baggage fees from Michelle W. and agree with Pam - who in this day and age thinks bags are free on airlines flying within another country! Pam Carroll put together a fabulous trip to Italy for four of us. It was fabulous! She made sure we had excellent accommodations, transfers to airport, train tickets at just the right time, guided tours in Rome, a semiprivate boat ride to Capri and even had someone meet us at the train station in Venice to show us where our prearranged water taxi was waiting. Awesome!

I have lost all confidence and trust in Gadabout Travel in properly booking my travel. I have used Gadabout Travel since they bought out Gaffney Travel in 2010 and never encountered any issues until my recent trip to New Zealand and Australia. During the booking process, Rosario never informed me that the local airline that she booked me on to travel within Australia charges separately for checked luggage. I also never stated that I was not willing to pay for checked luggage during the booking process. As a result, I was informed during check-in that I would have to pay double to check our luggage since we did not prepay. When I contacted Gadabout Travel about this upon return, I was treated as if the error was my fault as Pam, the owner, stated that I am a "well-traveled person" and should have known I would have to pay for my luggage. Mind you this was after she told me that I was one of their top clients. Gadabout Travel did not take responsibility for this error nor did they offer to reimburse for the extra fees incurred. If this is how they treat their top client, I would caution any new customers and recommend looking elsewhere for travel assistance.

I have never worked with a travel agent before and never thought I would because I have heard horror stories. However, with Gadabout it was the exact opposite!! They were great with helping to plan a trip to Mexico for a wedding. They were patient and kind with my delays in getting some information to them. The day of travel a family emergency came up and my boyfriend had to switch flights let minute. They were AMAZING! I will definitely be coming back to them in the future when I need an agent! HIGLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I am very impressed with Gadabout Travel. We booked our Honeymoon to St. Lucia and everyone there was so thoughtful and helpful. They made planning so easy. Not only did they plan our trip quickly, they got back to me immediately with any questions I had. Even after they booked our trip, they offered to book our excursions for us.
