GAIA MASALA AND BURGER

Service was nice. I ordered Biryani, turned out it was a big size. But no problem since I could wrap the rest to go. Atmosphere was super nice. Could work with my laptop while waiting for my order but it was pretty fast.

I must say I didn’t expect to like this place as much as I did. The American dinner and Indian fusion food is something you don’t expect to be as good as it is. The food is really good, the service is really quick, and the workers are all very friendly. The only gripes I can really give is that it is a little pricy (16$ for a burger and fries can be a bit much) but to be fair this could be a case by case thing, overall very solid location.

Bis was absolutely amazing. Huge smile when I first came through the door and the food was just insane, so much flavor! 20/10 would come again♥️

My second time here, everything is made to order each time. So so fresh and delicious. Also! The staff is wonderful!

Incredible chicken tikka masala burger that was full of flavor and quality. Child ordered a grilled cheese and even that had tons of cheese and flavor for a rather simple item. Will return!

This place is actually... Chill af for being on the Hill. Huge menu, and our food was so good that I forgot to take a photo before I ate it. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options that are well thought out.

Wow, amazing food and hours! We were super hungry at 11pm and found this gem that serves indian cuisine until 4am. We eat indian food on a regular basis all around the country and this food was among the best we’ve had. The $7 cheesy garlic naan was the best naan we’ve ever had. The $6 mango lassi was great but overpriced imo. The $19 chicken tikka masala and $17 tofu tikka masala was great. The cashier gave us a military discount, helped us with vegan options, and was very friendly. The restaurant music was meh (tiktok rap) but was located in a nice little downtown area.

Gaia is my favorite place these days. I visit almost twice a week nowadays. Food is super and talking about service and atmosphere it is next level. Gaia has never disappointed me till date and I think this a reason why everyone on boulder are loving these days. And another best part is it's opening hours is 7am - 4am.

Gaia Masala & Burger has been on my radar for a bit, but hadn't been in till this evening when after a concert we stopped in for a late dinner. This Desi woman wanted to check out the fusion chicken tikka masala cheesecake, and it did deliver, with flavorful chicken, crisp lettuce and a lovely raita in a crispy on the outside, softer on the inside hoagie roll. My husband and I also tried saag paneer and alu paratha. Both perfect and now know where to get a paratha fix any time of day or night. Lastly, totally relished the mango lassi, tasted just like the ones we would make at home growing up. This is definitely a college hangout, counter service with ordering at the counter and food brought to the tables. Decor is fairly minimal but upbeat music and a few televisions on the walls. But this was exactly the experience one craves for when thinking of late night eats - only more elevated. The best we could do with late night food when I was in college was a pizza stand, this spot with all it's Desi, Middle Eastern and American selections, takes the prize for Boulder. We are lucky to have it here! San and other team members were so pleasant and helpful, as well as patient as I tried to decide what delicious options to choose. I didn't check on this but if they ever do halvah poori I will be there every weekend morning! If not, I will make this part of our rotation when we eat out. A little note that the medium spice is definitely on the upper side of medium but the flavors were so well balanced it wasn't overwhelming. Overall, a wonderful late dinner experience.

I enjoy eating spicy foods and thankfully Gaia Masala doesn't tone dowm the heat even though most of the people that live in Boulder have a lower spice tolerance. They have four heat levels and a bunch of american fusion foods that are delicious. I've had the burger and pizza, both are absolutely delicious, the prices aren't that bad for Boulder prices, and it filled up my stomach. The service is what you'd expect and the restaurant's location is safe as it is next to the CU Boulder campus.

This place is incredible. I normally do takeout and the food is very good, however I dined in tonight and the service was beyond great. They were extremely nice, and out of nowhere they brought me a full pitcher of water with a cup. I didn't even ask. I will definitely be dining in again! Also they treat every customer very personally! I recommend this place heavily

Good food and good service. The saag was good and the spicy level was a good level spicy but not too hot. Flavors were good and I liked all the spices. Rice was good as well. They messed up my friends order and she got a new one in no time and we still ate the wrong order which was delicious. The vegetable samosa was quite good as well. Nice and clean store. Right on the hill in a convenient location from campus. Highly recommend!

The food has always been really good. We love the vegetarian masala burger. The downside is that they make it difficult to order with online menus that aren't correct and if you call, they can't hear you well due to the BLARING music so they yell and you try to articulate well while yelling your order. Then when you go to pick it up, again, music so loud that you literally can't think or speak to anyone. Just STUPID! We would eat here more often if ordering wasn't so difficult.

Absolutely amazing! The Paneer Tikka Masala calzone?! Ridiculous! The spice level chosen (hot) was absolutely perfect: just enough to make you keep going back for another bite and regret it at the same time. The staff was lovely, the outdoor sitting was lovely. I cannot wait to go back!

We are indian food enthusiasts. The is the best we've ever had! Hira helped us and he advised us well on the best choices. He checked on us a few times to make sure all was well. Place was very clean and welcoming. My only complaint is that he didn't give me the recipe for the dishes we had, and we have to come here forever now!

Best Indian food in the area. The cheese naan is to die for. The masala burger was a little dry but everything else we've had was amazing.

Decent food. This was our last meal in Colorado. We stopped by post Royal Arch hike after some friends recommended it to us. We got the tikka masala burger and gyro wrap. It is a solid choice and the food quality is allright.

Highly recommend. It was a bit pricey but the masala pizza was so good especially with the three dips. Honey wings and butter chicken with garlic naan was really good too. The chicken was $19 but they did substitute the garlic naan for the rice with no extra charge. Ambiance is ok but the service was really good. Would go back.

For late night food on the hill it's fine but I honestly was not impressed. It did smell good in there but man the food was mediocre. The chicken tikka burger was alright and the beef burger my friend got was like rubber according to him. I though the place was poplin with college action from the looks of it but when people are drinking I guess everything tastes good? The Indian food is probably what I would try to get next time I'm in town. The fact that I walked up the hill after this to go grab a slice of pizza at 314 says a lot... While I didn't give it five stars you can walk outside and count five of them in the sky.

Always great. We come here regularly. We love the korma, Baba Ganoush, biryani and momo!! Highly recommend. Note that food is actually spicy if that is what you ask for. Service is always friendly and extremely accommodating. Wish I could come here every day

The food was pretty metiocre and it all came out at different times. Based on all the good reviews I was actually looking forward to this place. As a local, I will stay far away and tell all my friends just how lame our meal was.

Food was absolutely incredible, we got the Philly cheese steak and it was seasoned to perfection, the melted cheese was gooey and perfectly melded with the spiced meat, the burger buns were soft and fluffy which complimented the juicy burger meat with a flavorful slaw and pepper jack cheese, I rate this food a through 10/10 and would ABSOLUTELY come back here again and again

Where to begin! It's open late (yay?) but it's overpriced (not yay) and half horrible ingredients. I will break this up in two parts: Spice? Well, let's be honest, Boulder doesn't know spice and this place is on par for Boulder, even when I explain my spice threshold. But I get that. It's a town with little spicy food so maybe they didn't believe me. Plus, spicy is relative (though I did explain my background with spice...I tend to knock a place down one star when they told me they made something spicy for me and it's...well, bland). Quality. Again, open late on the hill is great. I think there should be at least 3 inexpensive places open 24 hours in a serious college town....but this was not inexpensive. It was...expensive...then you add the quality and...just go to 7/11. 7/11 might not have great food but at least you know you won't be disappointed with your purchase. *written after 4 experiences here...all leading to me getting sick*

Curried daal never disappoints! I ordered delivery and was pleasantly surprised that the food was still piping hot when it arrived. The rice, garlic naan, and daal was exactly the yummy comfort food I was looking for.

do yourself a favor and try the gyro calzone! it is amazinggg! note; i always order extra tzatziki (cucumber sauce) because i love the sauce in every bite! oh my goodness the pizzas are amazing as well and you can order it spicy or mild. the food is so good as leftovers too! reheated on a pan or in the oven. they always have the softest naan type dough and it never fails to satisfy the taste buds:) oh and the patty melt here is amazing as well, can't wait to try more menu items here. relaxing atmosphere with lots of seating and they are open late. i love this place! This place is the bomb and they went above and beyond on my dairy free order. This was also at 2:30 in the morning :) Super impressed and thankful!

Open late and has all the classic Indian dishes. They have sports on most of the time and it's pretty relaxed inside. Can take a very long time even when calling in advance estimates are usually off when they are not even too busy. Most importantly they messed up my friends order and added cashews to his order when he's allergic. He said 4 times and the guy taking orders seemed to not understand so be careful with allergies.

Some of the best Indian food I've ever had. The workers care about the people and love what they do great environment.

Walk up ordering. Mango Lassi is traditional kefir style and very tasty. We ordered chicken tikka masala with naan. It was buttery and full of taste. Overall great experience

My kids love this place. They have excellent food, generous serving sizes and lots of options. Kids love their chicken strips, samosas and I like their shawarma. We like spicy food so the shawarma might be a bit hot for my Mediterranean friends. Extremely courteous staff and always nice to my kids. Thanks- see you again very soon.

Food was very good. Fire hot, is actually really spicy. Do not order the spicy if you can't handle habanero or ketchup. Will go again if I was in the area.

Chicken Tikka masala cheesesteak where have you been my whole life. Buttery creamy and cheesy is all you need packed in the roll of bread. It's messy, and your first bite will burn the roof of your mouth but it's totally worth it. What a great idea of a sandwich! What's great is this place is open late when late night dining options are few! I highly recommend this place.

Everything about this place is the best. They have amazing food and a really nice dining room. It's great to study or just hang out. The owner is so nice and it's just a really nice atmosphere. Best comfort food on the Hill for real, because a lot of places here are disappointing to say the least, but not this place.

Had the Saag with paneer and it tasted like the lid of the salt shaker happened to fall off when cooking the dish.. was very salty. Added one star for late night availability.

I am so glad we came across this place in Boulder! Gaia Masala and Burger was a truly unique dining experience. My boyfriend & I decided to share both the tikka masala burger (which immediately caught our attention) and the lamb korma, my go-to order. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the tikka masala burger! It came with "meat, shredded lettuce, chopped mint, diced red onion, diced cucumber, and tikka masala sauce." My only complaint was the amount of grease - the burger came wrapped, and after opening it there was liquid pooled on the top bun. We ordered extra tikka masala sauce on the side, and it went super well with the fries! The lamb korma here was amazing - super creamy with a great flavor. There was a ton of lamb included which I really appreciated! I would for sure order this again. Gaia Masala and Burger is in a great location to stop by with friends while walking around the town. The employees here were very friendly as well. Overall, we had a great experience at our dinner here!

The best Indian food in Boulder! What really made it special was the customer service from Ankit though. He kindly answered all of our questions about the menu and hooked us up. We were also able to put the Nuggets game on the TV. Food came out super fast and piping hot. Eat here if you're in the area!

Unreal delicious every time. Hella expensive but every once in a while it is worth it because oh my gosh it is incredible and open late :)

Open Late Food is amazing, so good that I had to force myself to slow down Naan bread is out of this world. In short this place is a great place to eat or have food to go. I normally order this place when I am on a work trip and arrive late and they are always open.

This is a locally owned "fast" food place near CU campus - on the hill. This is. It fast causal or gourmet burger or date venue. However the food is as advertised, somewhat different/ unique and definitely worth a try. The quotes around fast are because that was my expectation which was not met. Not necessarily a bad thing.

Great community service! The buffalo wings were great as well as the shrimp korma. I would definitely recommend!

I have been here multiple times over the course of a year, and every time it is awesome. The man behind the counter (Ankit) is always smiling and friendly, as well as willing to give suggestions to anyone if it's their first time. He will come out to make sure the food is good and converse, which gives it a good vibe that a lot of places don't have. Aside from all this, the food is excellent everytime. (Get the grown up grilled cheese)

Ankit takes pride in his work and provides excellent service. This business has fair prices, great food, and a great group of people working there! 10/10 would recommend. Getting the baklava is a must!

I had to try this place after reading about their chicken tikka cheesesteak. It was tasty- good chicken, veggies and I especially liked the bread. Too expensive for me to make this a regular thing, though; almost $18 bucks for a sandwich, can of soda and standard tip.

Wow! This place is absolutely incredible and adorable, the tikka masala burger and Philly are some of the best food I've ever had! The chef really cares about the food and it's all made from scratch! Will be back every time we visit boulder!

Everyone should be able to eat the Tikka Masala Chicken Cheesesteak at least once in their lives. It's soooo delicious. Veggie samosa and Sweet potato fries were yummy, too. Don't miss this place if you're near the CU campus!

If you're looking for a fast food that is halal this is the place. Food and service was good. Perfect place to grab something after a long day of hiking.
