My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary with a dinner at Gaig and had a really enjoyable meal. The restaurant felt really cozy, and the service was warm and personal. We both ordered the dinner set menu and selected one of each choice. We were pleasantly surprised that the restaurant took the initiative to split our choices into two portions so that we could each try everything. We were also given a complimentary plate of post dessert treats and even had a Polaroid taken to remember our dinner there, which was a really nice touch. The food was generally good. We ordered 2 appetizers to add to our dinner set menu, and it's a good thing that we did because we would definitely have left there hungry otherwise. The most memorable dishes that we had were the Carpaccio De Carabineros, Vieiras (scallops, jamon iberico, and artichokes), and the Magret De Pato (duck magret with pear mille feuille, potato, and mojo picon). Those were delicious!

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Gaig! Service was excellent, really attentive and didn’t give us any feeling of rush/ hurry at all. We expected food portions to be small since it’s a fine dining place and also from other reviews, but they were surprisingly ok (we added on the Artichoke as ala carte but even without that we would be very full). Took the set dinner which was only $98, super affordable for the ingredients used and the portions actually. My fav dish was the cold bean cod fish salad and my husband loved the autumn mushrooms. Oxtail rice was great too!

One of the best, if not the best, Spanish restaurants I've been to in Singapore. Amazing food (literally everything was super tasty) and an even better service (actually Spanish!). You can tell the raw materials are very good. They can also make Roscón de Reyes if you order over WhatsApp! They even gave us a birthday surprise, they gave us some small desserts with a candle and a cute Polaroid photo they took of us in a birthday card. I can't recommend this place enough! The octopus dish was particularly noteworthy - expertly grilled tentacle presented in a striking curved formation over a creamy sauce, accompanied by crispy seaweed and fresh chives. The texture contrast between the tender octopus and crispy elements demonstrated masterful cooking technique. Love the sangria garnished with fresh citrus, showing attention to detail even in the drinks. The plating consistently impressed, with each dish served on distinctive dark plateware that provided an elegant canvas for the food. The restaurant's commitment to presentation extends to their service, with staff thoughtfully offering to take photos for guests. Overall, Gaig delivers an elevated dining experience that successfully balances traditional Spanish flavors with contemporary presentation and technique.

We recently came to Gaig Singapore for a colleague’s birthday celebration, and I must say, it was a great experience! I hadn’t heard of this place before, but the cozy atmosphere and excellent service made a great first impression. We all got the set menu each and added on some ala carte. The dishes were above average, with the jamon croquette and canelon being my absolute favorites—so so delicious! The wines were also top-notch. Overall, it’s definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a cozy spot with quality food and drinks.

Gaig Restaurant offers a sophisticated dining experience with a focus on Spanish cuisine. The Gran Àpat Menu is a showcase of the restaurant's culinary expertise, with each dish offering a unique combination of flavors and textures. The Canelón de Gaig, a signature dish, was absolutely delicious. The tender pasta, rich truffle sauce, and earthy beets were a perfect combination. The Cochinillo Ibérico was another highlight, with the crispy skin and juicy meat perfectly balanced by the sweet strawberries. While the MARMITAKO (Carles' bonito summer stew) didn't quite live up to my expectations, it was still a delicious dish. The service at Gaig is attentive and professional, contributing to a pleasant dining experience. Overall, Gaig is a worthy choice for those seeking a quality meal.

Spanish fine dining restaurant. Culinary institution from Barcelona in Singapore using the most refined ingredients from Spain to create and beautiful experience. Great wine selection and service and ambience were excellent. Must go if you are in town

Had the best authentic Spanish dinner on 8th November. Initially not sure what food we wanted to order in Gaig but just went ahead with their 6-7 dinner course. The ambience of the resto has no frills, very clean and modern and have enough lighting to have a perfect evening meal. We were greeted by warmly by the GM and he introduced us on both the Gran Apat menu and the dinner set menu. Since me and my wife wanted to taste all of the dishes, we decided to have both respectively. Everything was amazing and they took us to different local Spanish specialty dishes like suqeut de veieiras, Tartaleta de cangrejo, Gofre Mallorquín and off menu dishes like Boquerones and pulpo. The sangria was absolute must have and it's not the sweet nor the very tangy version. Gaig also is very known for their Canelon which we thoroughly enjoyed! I absolutely would recommend this Spanish restaurant. (Apologies for the photo of the almost gone pulpo dish as I smashed it!).
