Gaines Street Pies

This restaurant popped up in a Google search for restaurants that were within walking distance of a brewery. This restaurant was next door to a local Brewery so we decided to head on down there and grab some locally made pizza before getting some locally made beer. The themed pizzas were all actually pretty good and the description of them looked delicious especially for those who like unconventional styles of pizza. The seating area was more of a Bohemian type Vibe but that is to be expected in this particular part of town. The food itself was actually pretty good and I thoroughly enjoyed my pizza as well as my draft beer. You do end up paying just a little bit more for a pizza here than you would at other mainstream pizza places but that is absolutely to be expected for handmade local pizza. I enjoyed my dinner and I would definitely come back

Gain Street Pies quickly became one of our favorites. Salads are fresh and delicious, and the pizzas are superb. Just the right balances of sauce, cheese and toppings, and light and crispy crust, 👌🏼 . Service is always outstanding.

Pizza is good, just not my personal favorite. The crust is thin, toppings are great, and the sauce is okay.

I regret not taking photos, but was distracted by the pizza. Excellent pizza if you like a well done-crispy-thin crust! Which is my choice. Cheese blend is just tasty-Will be back!!

I absolutely love this place! Pizza is great and the southern Greek salad …(You’re welcome) The bar also has fantastic drinks. One of the best Old Fashions I’ve ever had!

This was a nice place to try. Kid was in the mood for pizza. I wasn't. Fortunately, their pizzas can get so far away from traditional pies, it's basically different experiences on flat bread. This is not meant as an insult, they really thought out of the box pairing flavors and it actually works quite well.

Super fun vibes. The super hero murals are bold full color and fun. I really enjoyed the garlic knots and love you can get a slice of pizza any way you want!! I really want to try one of their huge salads the next time.

Excellent pizza. Food is phenomenal. They deliver to Ology Brewery as well! A combo made in heaven.

We love Gaines Street Pies! Today was the second time my husband and I have been traveling through Tallahassee that we ate here. First time we went to the Gaines St. location, but this location was just as good! We both love the pizza sauce here and the cheese is high quality. My husband ordered a pizza with pepperoni and a bunch of veggies and the original crust, and I ordered a pepperoni pizza with gluten free crust. The sauce is so light and savory, and the crust is thin and crispy, but not cardboard texture like other GF pizza crusts can often be. Even though we aren't "locals," the staff is warm and welcoming and friendly. Thank you for another awesome dining experience!

Pizza was better than I expected! We were passing through on a road trip and found this place service was good place was clean and pizza was good.

Pizza's great. Takes 20 minutes longer than expected, there's weirdo short hair broads working, and they cut it like they just got off the SPED bus but the pizza's good. Would recommend, just know you're gonna have to cut it yourself when you get to the house.
