Turkey Leg Hut Opens New Food Truck at Galleria Food Truck Park | Eater Houston

"I can go to The Galleria’s food truck park at 2829 Chimney Rock Road from Thursdays to Sundays starting at 11 a.m. to find the Turkey Leg Hut food truck offering its famous menu items—jumbo turkey legs stuffed with dirty rice and crawfish mac and cheese—as well as Cajun seafood bowls, with service running as late as midnight on weekends." - Tierney Plumb

This food park is basically mini restaurant on wheels. They are not your typical food trucks. Great verities and very clean food trucks. Parking is a problem if it's busy. The area around the food park is very busy.

Tons of options! I would say that the new truck Wing It may be my favorite. But you can’t go wrong with the Philly grill or clutch city cluckers either. They are all must tries forsure!

Drove 45 min to try this "TikTok made me do it" Birria taco truck. It was alright. Lacked seasoning and the consome needed a bit more spice. The corn with hot cheetos were good, but you can't really taste the hot cheetos? 3 small tacos for 12 bucks.. didn't care for the pickled onions (pink stuff in pic) eh I was disappointed to be honest, and I wouldn't make the drive again. Definitely looks better on tiktok lol fml 🤦🏽‍♀️

I ate at soul good. The catfish was good and so were the rib tips. However, I probably won't be back anytime soon. The customer service or lack there of was not appealing. While I was in line I saw 2 customers have to come back because there order was not correct. And guess what, my order was missing the red beans and rice so I had to go back and get it. And the lady taking orders was not as professional as I would like. However this is all my opinion. Also the other people making the food or at least handing it out we're not on a professional level either. And then on top of all of that in my opinion the food is overpriced. I got one meat and two sides and it was $17 and a large drink was $8. Don't get me wrong the food was good not great. For that type of money I expected a lot more

Soul good eats was so good! Highly recommend *chefs kiss* I got their catfish and shrimp (2 proteins) and I got two sides of Mac and cheese and spaghetti and cornbread all for $20.03! Tastes like the Cajun food I had in New Orleans. Call ahead so you don’t have a wait.

It's a great spot. Great food! Plenty of room to walk around. Nice variety of tastes and cuisines. I tried Twisted Cheese and it was tasty!

Yelp
I've been wanting to check this park out for quite some time. After a failed attempted to get birria tacos, this was my next shot. I came late on a Sunday night. I wouldn't recommend a nighttime visit. Parking is awful and some of the trucks close early or run out of items. My boyfriend and I ordered a variety of items and honestly, nothing was memorable. I also think it is trash that there is no seating. It's not a park at all and the food is just average.

Yelp
How do you become a vendor the telephone number is disconnected or has been changed. I'm trying to find out how you can become a vendor at this location. My Business name is DannyBoy BBQ Email: dannyboybbq@yahoo.com

Yelp
Not to be confused with the Galleria Feud Truck Park, which is where all the truck owners are constantly at each others' throats. Not nearly as good as the Food Truck Park that's a little over a mile West along Westheimer, and I mean not even in the same vicinity, although it literally is. This one is more expensive and more eclectic, but very hipster. It definitely caters to a certain trendy crowd, as in the kind of crowd that you would expect to be eating at a food truck park. It's not so much down with the authenticity and a lot more down with the popularity contest and innovation, so-called innovation anyway. "Fusion". Ah yes, that word. Habanero mango preserves and crap like that. You know exactly what I'm talking about and this is where you will find it. Nevertheless I like having it here, Houston doesn't have enough specific food truck parks (although it has a zillion food trucks), and I like coming here, interesting at least, and usually a lot of cute people hang out here. If it was open a little bit later I would give it 5 stars.

Yelp
Love the place and the location but primary reason is for bunslut. The variety is this park is nice, no frills and parking is a bit awkward but to be expected.

Yelp
Zero seating makes this place pretty terrible. Just throw some benches somewhere. The food around is okay but I don't want to eat it in the trunk of my Vehicle.

Yelp
This spot was packed with verity and served up with class. We grabbed a few selections from different food trucks due to our party size. I recommend going here if eating on the go however there weren't any places to sit and eat.

Yelp
Nice variety of food and some non food items. Biggest con: Parking is horrible and all the nearby business do not want you parking in their lots even if their closed

Yelp
Good fast food truck great service and good customer care is always good for me and I will be happy for the future customers

Yelp
Great food choices from all of the trucks! They do not disappoint. However , the parking situation is terrible. Especially at night on the weekends. These trucks are growing in popularity, so a little more space would be idea for their customers to park.
