Chef/owner Ricky Cheramie, who hails from Bayou Lafourche, serves gumbo, traditional po’ boys, and of course red beans and rice. Yelp
My photos are horrible but the food was very good! This was my first visit to NOLA and my first meal here. We were a party of 6 and everyone said it was the perfect "taste of New Orleans"! The pork chop had some heat but my friend said it was very tasty. The burger was Wagu so ...delicious. The smoked shrimp she said was fantastic. The only item that was not good was the chicken. It was very dry. Everyone loved their cocktails and dessert of course. Our waiter was really fun and very accommodating...he only works once a week so some of the items he was not sure about but he got the answers and was very attentive. The ambiance was comfortable but pretty loud. It was hard to hear everyone at our table but if you were at a smaller table it probably is fine. All in all we had a great time and are pleased with our meal and most of all the service

Yelp
I eat in New Orleans often. I generally order 3/4 courses because it's New Orleans and I love trying an assortment of dishes. I was super excited to try this restaurant. I made my reservation for 5pm. Walked into an empty restaurant and was told I had to sit at the bar because I was a party of one. Have you ever eaten 4 course's sitting at a bar where your shoulders are up to your ears and you're sitting in a bar stool so uncomfortable you can't enjoy your food? Well neither have I because I think it was incredibly rude and not to mention... IT WAS AN EMPTY restaurant. Unreal!

Yelp
I had my birthday dinner here this year and it was fabulous. I was traveling with just my husband so it was a quiet one, but I was expecting good food and drinks and that's what I got. We started with the Cajun Wellington, which was a unique twist that was saucy, flavorful and had a nice flaky crust. The gumbo was excellent and my husband said it's the best gumbo he's ever had. The pork chop was cold smoked and so tender. The andouille sausage stuffed in it was delicious. By the time we go to the chocolate mousse cake, we were stuffed, but it was so decadent and rich that we ate most of it. Drinks were excellent too! I had dirty martinis and an espresso martini. My husband had the Rougarou, which was an excellent version of rum punch. Definitely a birthday dinner that I'll remember.

Yelp
Buckle Up Yall! New Orleans always boasts some of the finest cuisines in all of the land and this quaint little restaurant right across from the Convention Center will blow your tastebuds into a whole new creole dimension! Manny the owner was a rock star and gave us the breakdown on all the dishes and absolutely incredible cocktails! The traditional Old Fashioned with the cherry smoke filled flask was impeccable! The Spicy Louisiana Crab Cheesecake was absolutely mouthwatering and such a fun breakaway from a traditional crab cake! The baked Oysters were the perfect side kick to the start of our desert, however DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED on the cornbread! That golden buttered carbohydrate filled goodness is like crack and once you eat a slice, you'll constantly ask for more (it's free too!) Lastly but not least the main entrees were fantastic and although they are well known for their stuffed porkchop with andouille sausage, we all agreed the Swamp Pasta was the bigger rockstar! Trust us! Debbie and Bri were great at making sure we were always served and Manny even came out personally to thank us for our visit! This one will be on our regular stops to NOLA more often for sure!

Yelp
HORRIBLE Experience. We go to the bar to order take out. Given menus and water. I ordered the three for 59.99 which includes appetizer, entree and dessert. The waiter comes back within 5 minutes of placing the order and states that it will be a long time to get our food. So I ask, "how long..an hour, thirty minutes..?" She states about an hour. So I agreed to wait. As I looked around the restaurant, no one was getting food. The only dish being served were raw oysters on the half shell. Some patrons were getting impatient and others confronted the manager for an explanation. We just watched. Finally our food came out and we paid separate. I used my card and when the receipt in its jacket was returned to me the card was not present. I looked all through my purse, the bag with food, everywhere, and my card was not found. I immediately put a freeze on my card. I called the restaurant after I returned to my hotel, after doing a thorough check of my wallet and belongings. Still no sign of my card. The blackened gulf fish was very good and the asparagus were cooked to perfection. I ordered the banana Foster bread pudding which was goodness and mercy!! After all of that the food was good, but the wait was RIDICULOUS!!(and I lost my card)

Yelp
We went to this place as a business dinner. Pretty fun place and the food is good. The ambiance is nice - some really misplaced posts in the way of the servers. Maybe a redesign on the table layout. Service was ok - water went dry for awhile and the server interrupted our conversation with a very overload shout. Really the food is what rocks. I had the pasta which was delicious. The Beef Wellington app was fricken great. Steaks at the table looked really good. Baked oysters were a table favorite (not for me though just don't like oysters).

Amalee H.

Yelp
If I had a word to describe this place I'd use underwhelming. The meal started off nicely with great service and a waitress who was knowledgeable of the menu. The crabmeat cheesecake was good, I will give the place that. The raw oysters were also good. I ordered the filet mignon with the chimichurri-- presentation was everything for the meal, but once I realize my steak was sitting on a hot rock of some sort that was still cooking it. Not only was the steak sizzling like fajitas, the grease was popping on my hands and clothing. My medium rare steak quickly became medium well while I waited on a plate that I had to ask for.

Yelp
We were in New Orleans for a conference and ate at Gallianos. Could not recommend this place enough! We had a group of 25 which is a massive group and Joshua knocked it out of the park. He was attentive and so helpful with this group. He made excellent recommendations and had a great team with him. The baked oysters and stuffed mushrooms were some of the best things I've eaten. Thank you Gallianos for making our team dinner a delight! The team has not stopped talking about it since.

Robert H.

Yelp
Grabbed a seat at the bar , service was prompt and helpful for choosing dinner. Seafood gumbo is some of the best to be had. TV's at the bar if you want to watch sports. Overall great experience.

Yelp
My father in law was talking to the front desk at our hotel and asked, where do the locals eat? The front desk tells him, while in town you must visit Galliano Restaurant. I want to make everyone happy on our trip so we leave Bourbon St and head towards a different side of town via Uber based on a suggestion. Once we're dropped off, the host stand has a table ready to accommodate our party. We order drinks and two dozen Oysters to get the party started. The oysters, I understand they're chargrilled but they tasted more like baked Oysters topped with dry breadcrumbs. Good? Yes, but not mind blowing. We also ordered the double cut Pork Chop Laplace. Again, good but not what I wanted for our party. Everyone wanted gumbo, crawfish and other local specialties. Galliano Restaurant looks like a great bar to sip on some outrageous cocktails. I quickly paid the bill and left. Nice place, I listened to my father in law and hopefully he was happy with the Oysters & Pork Chop. I took an Uber back to Bourbon St... Peace out New Orleans!

Yelp
Love this place! Great food and bar service was a good time! Lots of laughs and really cool environment with just enough lighting to feel like you are at home. I had the pork chop and bananas foster bread pudding for dessert. Both were incredible! My friends had the 8oz filet and seafood stew...we all could stop talking about how good our entrees were. Highly recommend you try this place if you can get in- it's always busy!

Starla W.

Yelp
Galliano's has a great ambience. Our server, Jada was amazing! She recommended a beverage off the menu and it was amazing. I had seafood gumbo which was so good. I tried the chicken mere for dinner and it was not my fave. We also shared the bananas foster bread pudding which was good as well. I rate it a three because I didn't care for my food. Other items I considered getting where not available to order this day. Otherwise a great experience.

Yelp
Ok, I'm here to be nothing but Real... For context, I'm a NOLA native. 1) the steak was the saltiest piece of meat i've ever had in my life. (I've had a lot of steaks). 2) the gumbo was not good. it was extremely watery and barely had any seafood or flavor. 3) the bbq shrimp was extremely THIQUE. Like? It was not traditional at all. honestly...get bbq shrimp elsewhere. Just being honest here. 4) the fall seasonal salad was a joke. are we at a michelin star restaurant ? No... i'm sorry but no.. If you're in NOLA, please. there are so many other places you can go to enjoy yourself. I will say, our waitress was AMAZING. Caroline was 10/10. She did everything she could and made the best recommendations that she could. the drinks (4 mint juleps, were VERY good.) I'm not one to write harsh reviews, but I was just so extremely disappointed tonight. [ came for an 8:30pm reservation for 8 and wasn't seated til 9:15 due to the party before us]. it was two of our birthdays. Overall, i'd recommend going to their sister restaurant (rebirth) instead. I've been there many times and always enjoyed myself. I wish I could've enjoyed this place better... I won't be back.

Yelp
Ordered jambalaya & gumbo, baked oysters & raw oysters, soft shell crabs with fries & string beans. Jambalaya, gumbo & baked oysters were way too salty. Raw oysters were delicious, nice briny & sweet. Fried soft shell crabs, fries were freshly fried & insanely delicious. String beans were sautéed in butter with black pepper. 4/5 Service was prompt, attentive & efficient. 4.5/5 Ambiance was causal. Lots of families and couples. 4/5 Overall we were glad we tried this restaurant.

Elizabeth M.

Yelp
One Star is very generous. Wait staff was rude, much of the menu and drink list not available. 3 members of our party had the highly recommended pork chops, which were terrible. Paid nearly $500 for one of the worst meals we have ever had in Nola. Do not recommend and will not return.

LIsa S.

Yelp
Appetizer was delish!! Service excellent.made reservations in advance Cajun Wellington | Seared tenderloin, hot sausage, mushroom dux-elle in a crispy puff pastry served with a port wine demi reduction.

Bnthony A.

Yelp
I walk into this joint, and there's Claire behind the bar, a bartender with a wit as sharp as her pouring skills. Skip the menu; I trust Claire with my life and let her orchestrate my drink symphony - spoiler alert, it's incredible. Now, let's talk bites - alligator bites, to be precise. They're not just delicious; they're a wild ride for your taste buds. And then, there's the pasta. It's not of this world; it's like a culinary spaceship taking you to a dimension where every bite is a flavor supernova. Claire, the drinks, the bites, and the pasta - it's a combination that makes you want to high-five the universe for leading you to this gastronomic wonderland.

Yelp
Decent food and a good time! A group of 8 of us walked in when other restaurants were closed around 830PM. The staff were accommodating in seating us quickly. The waiter was nice enough, although odd that we explained twice that our group doesn't eat pork and he proceeded to list all his favorite pork dishes. Found that to be aloof and disrespectful. The entrees on the menu do tend to have pork, which cannot be removed - so the group mostly did the entree with the crawfish and alligator. Tasted good! Entree and shared appetizers + drink came out to approximately ~$80/pp. Overall, a solid restaurant that is probably a greater option for those who don't have diet restrictions.

Yelp
We are at an education conference at the Hilton. Went to Frenchman Street last night for "authentic New Orleans cuisine" and most things came cold. Walked a few blocks from the hotel to a sublime dining experience here! Everyone from Joshua at the front door, welcomed us, to Claire at the bar who made perfect cocktails, and the best hot toddy I have had in New Orleans, to our waitresses, Jenn and Caitlin... Everything about this evening added up to a perfect last meal in NOLA! THANK YOU CHEF JOE!!!

Mark R.

Yelp
Pros: Super friendly staff, nice cocktail options and comfortable atmosphere. Morgan was especially friendly as our bartender and server. Enjoyed sitting at the bar and enjoying a pre-dinner cocktail. Cons: The food wasn't anything I'd have expected from a place with a 4.5 average Yelp rating. They have around 5-6 entrees on the menu. Our group of 5 got our food order remarkably fast. Too fast for anything to have been started from scratch when we ordered. The dryness of the pork chop was also a tip off that they probably have a lot of the entrees sitting waiting. Maybe not--but I've never had food delivered that fast and had it be awesome. Probably a great place to come for large group, business dinners. Sadly, not a place to come if you're expecting an amazing New Orleans culinary experience.

jeannine c.

Yelp
Food was ahhhmazing here. Was here with a large group. I had a seasonal salad with bbq shrimp. The bbq shrimp was not something I would order again cause it's in a sauce and shrimp still had legs . My husband had the filet minion with chimichurri sauce which was phenomenal. We all shared our deserts. All were very good! Everyone loved their meals and were very satisfied. Service was very very good! Enjoy your meal

Yelp
Got to visit Galliano while in New Orleans. Finding restaurants that provide something for me and my wife(who is vegetarian) can often be challenging, but Galliano fit the bill! It was busy, and we had no reservations, but the owner was able to accommodate us quickly at the bar. We enjoyed delicious drinks and an amazing salad to start. My wife ordered an entree made with Beyond burger that was tasty, beautiful and authentic to New Orleans. I enjoyed a seafood combo that included Gulf Fish, alligator and BBQ shrimp. I wasn't a big fan of the remoulade sauce on the alligator, but that is just personal preference. The rest of the flavors were perfect! I would highly recommend Galliano and visit again if we were in the area. It was smaller and quaint, so definitely recommend reservations for larger groups. The staff and owner were all friendly and efficient.

Linda L.

Yelp
We had 2 orders of the Cajun Wellington and both were cold in the center and the steak was tough. The watermelon and prosciutto salad was hard to eat as the prosciutto was so fatty and stringy. Blackened gulf fish had scales on it. Ate the crabmeat off the top and left the rest. Positive - the service and staff were very friendly. I should've spoken up but we won't be back.

Marc V.

Yelp
I don't quite understand the amazing reviews. Our waiter was attentive and friendly enough but some of the other staff were extremely clueless. Mains were served before clearing away apps. Food itself was very mixed. Pork chop was very dry and tough, almost inedible. Filet was good, gumbo was decent, Wellington really good. Fried chicken was over breaded. Place is super casual and lacked any real charm. Sorry, not a fan.

Katelynn M.

Yelp
Had to grab a bite to eat before turning into bed in NO. I decided to give Galliano a try, and I wasn't disappointed. There wasn't a line when I arrived, and I opted for the bar. I had a taste for oysters and gumbo! In my New Orleans voice: babbbb--yyyyy.... delicious! The prices were reasonable and fair. I could be used a little more vodka in my drink, but I won't complain. I'll be back to test out the other items on their menu soon.

Jeff C.

Yelp
Ambiance is as described casual, vibrant and definitely down home vibe. Bar service before dinner as we waited was great and engaging and the drinks were lovely. I had an old fashioned "smoked" a specialty on the menu and it was very good! Understand that when you're seated with reservations or without, all items for food including appetizers and main entrees must be ordered at one time. Since this was our first visit and we had no idea about portions, I found this a bit annoying. The quality of the food was great and our table had the Pork Chop, Filet Mignon, Shrimp al Ajillo and appetizers and everything was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. While they were out of Green Beans as a side the sweet potatoes arrived about 3/4ths of the way through dinner. We had a great bottle of Oregon Pinot and Joshua, also from Oregon, was our server and entertainer as well! He is amazing. While Debbie's name is on my receipt, we only saw her a few times but they are a great team. Highly recommend a visit!

Rinda S.

Yelp
The service was amazing ! This cozy restaurant was change of pace from all the touristy spot we hit up in New Orleans . They serve southern Cajun food. Make a reservation!

Emily N.

Yelp
We visited New Orleans over New Years and were so impressed with the service and food we went to eat here twice!

Joe H.

Yelp
Waitress Debbie was good but the restaurant is very noisy with loud music and the food is just ok.

Tommy H.

Yelp
Service was good. Filet tips were tough and came with cold onion rings. I ordered the banana foster bread pudding to go and it was cold. Also charged extra when I asked for bread with my gumbo. Not worth the high price to eat there

Toshiko I.

Yelp
First of all they were able to accommodate (we did reserve ahead) a table for 20 and split the check between 5 families. The service was great and the ambiance was perfect for us. Everything we had was delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly, the kids devoured the cornbread and the gumbo was much better than what you get in the French Quarters area.

Cat G.

Yelp
Beautiful decor, great ambiance, wonderful service the bartender was Amazing The food was simply delish

Nikki W.

Yelp
Best food I had in New Orleans. Had beef Wellington, fall salad and bread pudding. Everything taste amazing!

Christopher C.

Yelp
Awesome food, great service! The gumbo is superb! The stuffed pork chop was cooked perfectly! The steak was seasoned and cooked beautifully and served on a sizzling cast iron stone. Delightful white asparagus. Perfectly smoked old fashioned. What more could you want? The atmosphere was relaxed and casual but the ambiance was could also lend itself well to an elegant evening out. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Planning a trip to New Orleans with a vegan in tow is a daunting task. Luckily we found Galliano's, a stone's throw from our hotel, which has *three* vegan dishes, all very authentic-sounding (to someone from Rochester NY) and enticing. Vegan Husband had his heart set on the vegan biscuits and gravy but was glad I convinced him to also spring for the vegan gumbo. He was blown away by the smokiness of the stew. The biscuits and gravy were good but he really preferred the gumbo. There's also a Cajun Impossible plate that sound wonderful though our server warned us it might be a little too reminiscent of meat so be aware of that. I ordered the salmon special which tasted really fresh, but frankly the chargrilled oysters were the star tonight. The buttery Parmesan bread crumbs are delectable. Special shout out to the cornbread, truly the best I have ever had. We were both grateful to have such a delicious, vegan friendly meal in a very meat- and seafood leaning city. As always, thanks for thinking of the vegans' spouses, the real heroes!

Lisa C.

Yelp
So, I got off the plane, waited 50 minutes to finally get a Lyft, checked into the hotel... and was starving! Thank God Galliano's was a short walk from the Hotel! (Super close to the CONVENTION CENTER) I walked into the restaurant and was immediately met with a smiling face was quickly seated at the bar with a menu. I had been waiting months for Seafood Gumbo and tonight was the night! My server Claire's warm greeting was lovely. Nothing seemed like too much of an ask as she continually refilled my water and tea glasses. Between Claire's 5-star service and the hot cauldron of seafood gumbo, I was one happy customer. The gumbo was oh-so-tasty... shrimp, crab, crawfish, and andouille sausage TENDER, MELT-IN-YOUR MOUTH (NOT chewy) and LOUISIANA FLAVORFUL mixed with rice. It was the perfect amount and absolutely what I needed after a long day of traveling! The music played softly as everyone around me enjoyed their meals. I'm planning on going back with my Hubby! If you're close to the convention center, this little restaurant is the place to go to!

Roopinder T.

Yelp
What a find! An epicurean delight. Cajun Creole themed. You don't expect new restaurants (4 years old) in the vicinity of convention centers to be the real thing but Galliano is. The food is fantastic, the ambience perfect, the waitstaff (Hi, Jazz!) is friendly, helpful and knew every aspect of what was being served. I had a generous salmon fillet with the skin crisped and the flesh still creamy. How did they do that! Pork belly, an appetizer on every menu in every restaurant, was never as good as it was at Galliano.

Douglas W.

Yelp
4.6 An amazing experience from start to finish. I personally had the seafood stew and was shocked at the deep flavors. The other samples were as good and the service was just the right amount of polished. Very well done!

Chrys K.

Yelp
Came here with a group of 13 on a Monday night because it was close to our hotel and we were tired from golfing 36 holes that day. Staff was very accommodating given we literally just walked in without a reservation, they pushed several tables together and seated us right away. The bar looked very cool, and the whole restaurant had a good industrial chic vibe to it with low ceilings, red brick walls peeking through some concrete stucco areas. Plenty of large windows all the way around the dining area made it seem large and roomy even though it's fairly small and cozy with a romantic feel. Menu offerings were good and as expected with a decent wine, cocktail and beer menu. One of the guys in our party had the smoked whiskey which was entertaining to watch the server pour into his glass from the smoke filled carafe right at our table. We ordered 3 different bottles of wine, a Dau cab from California, a red Bordeaux and a Rioja. All were good and reasonably priced. I had the seafood gumbo which came in a cute little cast iron cauldron that kept it hot. It was the best gumbo I tried while in New Orleans, perfectly salted, spiced, and no heavy flour taste like I had at another place later in the week. We ordered several of the appetizers for the table and all were quite good. Others ordered the steak, fried fish platter and other items I don't recall. Everyone had great things to say about the perfect balance of flavors and freshness of everything ordered. Service was relatively quick considering there were so many of us the staff seemed to be able to handle everything perfectly. Overall I recommend this off the beaten path little hidden gem in the eclectic warehouse district. You will be pleasantly surprised! I wish they were open for lunch as I would love to go back before I have to leave today.

Stephanie D.

Yelp
I had the most wonderful meal tonight. A beat salad, crabmeat cheesecake, and bananas foster bread pudding. Every bite was delicious and dessert was a religious experience. But that wasn't the best part. I'm in New Orleans by myself for a conference and ate at the bar. The lovely bartenders were fun and welcoming. I did not want to leave. I highly recommend!

Yelp
"Culinary Euphoria at Galliano: New Orleans' Hidden Gem" Tucked away in the warehouse district of New Orleans yet conveniently proximate to the city's main attractions, Galliano emerged as an astonishing revelation during our 48-hour culinary expedition. Tasked with finding an eatery that captured the elusive 'wow' factor, our band of gastronomes embarked on a journey through the local food scene. Our criteria were demanding: robust flavor, an immersive dining experience, atmospheric charm, culinary creativity, and authenticity, all punctuated with a unique twist. Despite patronizing 12 acclaimed local and national establishments, the coveted 'wow' factor eluded us. The culinary landscape of New Orleans appeared to be inundated with eateries conforming to uninspiring industry standards. But then, Galliano surfaced as the culinary beacon we were in search of. It transcended our already high expectations, not only ticking all our boxes but delivering an experience that was a cut above the rest. If you have indulged in this review so far, I strongly encourage you to reserve your table and brace yourself for an extraordinary dining experience. The Stuffed Bone-in Pork Chop at Galliano is an exquisite revelation, so divine that it practically transports you to culinary heaven. The Gator Bites, meanwhile, prompt introspection, leaving you wondering why these haven't been a constant in your life. Service at Galliano is nothing short of sterling, meriting a full five stars. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Sean, Claire, Brie, and Debbie for their impeccable service that enhanced our exceptional dining experience. In summary, Galliano isn't just a restaurant; it's a culinary odyssey that takes your senses on a joyous ride. It's an unassuming gem nestled in the heart of New Orleans, ready to delight and surprise even the most discerning gourmands.

J S.

Yelp
Amazing cornbread. I have grown so much as a person simply as a result of the cornbread coming into contact with my taste buds. I wish I could move into this restaurant so that I could have an effectively infinite supply of cornbread. As a matter of fact, eating this cornbread entirely made my trip to New Orleans. Eating it was a spiritual experience. I have transcended this mortal coil that we call "life" because of how absolutely scrumptious this cornbread was. Thank you to our amazing servers Jan and Jada and all of the other staff who made our dining experience truly magical. As for the chef, A.K.A. the cornbread wizard, an extra special thank you. I also had an amazing mushroom dish. Thank you to the mushroom magician and the sauce sage. One of my friends had the gumbo, and would like to extend his thanks to the gumbo guru and the olive oligarch.

Greg A.

Yelp
Galliano was an unexpectedly excellent find in the Warehouse district. I had the Pork Chop LaPlace, seafood gumbo, and red beans and rice. Red beans and rice were okay, but the gumbo and pork chop were both excellent. Wife had Wellington which was really good. This place is apparently, underrated. During a busy time of the year we made a reservation for 7:15 pm at 6:30 pm. Everything came out super quick and we signed the check at 8 pm.

Alik W.

Yelp
Not bad, but also forgettable. I had to go back and look up what was in the seafood trio, it was that generic in flavor. The fried oysters were meaty, but the barbecue shrimp was anemic compared to other preparations around town, and the grilled fish was lost under the cream sauce (and was pretty tough for a piece of fish). The Rougarou is a large cocktail, but basically just a hurricane. Nothing was bad, just nothing to remember. Now, what did cap off the night nicely, and I'd consider going back just to have it, is their smoked old fashioned, which follows the current trend of bubbling smoke through the drink. The extra trick: get it to go. They can put a lid on the cup and lock the smoke in for minutes, really amping up the flavor. Not to mention you can walk, sip, and people watch.

Michael K.

Yelp
This was my favorite of the five warehouse district area restaurants I sampled during my recent visit to New Orleans. I started with a great cocktail, the "rougaroux", which is white rum, coconut rum, blood orange sour, black cherry syrup, and orange bitters over ice, served in a very large glass ($11). Had I had a second one, they would have had to carry me out. I avoid raw shellfish, but the chargrilled oysters were good ($14/half-dozen). A cup of the hearty seafood gumbo ($14) hit the spot. I wanted more, so I wished the serving was larger. My entrée was the classic Crawfish Monica (sautéed crawfish tails in a white wine cream sauce over penne rigate, $33). My wife had the Grits Galliano (pan-seared redfish over creamy grits with Shrimp Etouffe, $35). Both dishes were artfully prepared and delicious. They offer daily specials in addition to the limited but well-executed menu. The servers were friendly and personable, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. It's not cheap to eat here, but it was worth every penny.

Priscilla P.

Yelp
The pork chop was the best pork chop I've ever had. It is certainly a huge portion (two bones thick) and it comes with andouille sausage stuffed inside. The outside has a nice char, but it's cooked 'medium' by default, and it was VERY tender and very tasty. I would come back to New Orleans just to go back to Gallianos for the porkchop, that's how good it is. The smoked bourbon was also quite good - and the presentation makes for a nice bonus to start your evening.

Branden S.

Yelp
Highly recommend. Food was excellent, service was awesome. Cool atmosphere and my drink was really good too.

Tara C.

Yelp
Seafood gumbo was amazing! Good service and everyone in our group loved their entrees and desserts.

Jim D.

Yelp
Another hidden gem for a person visiting at least. So many accolades rolled into one restaurant. To date the best sazerac & barbecue shrimp I've had. The sauce served with chicken entree was rich, decadent & totally made something as boring as chicken enjoyable. My wife stated that she could've ordered my daughter's pasta dish & been just as satisfied. I'll definitely return here whenever I'm in the city.

Shelley D.

Yelp
Came here with my coworkers during a work conference and we really enjoyed this restaurant. It has very pirate chic vibes going on inside. A very interesting drink menu, and the food was very good. We had great service, and really enjoyed our time at this restaurant. Located in the warehouse district, it felt strange to be walking around empty buildings and then ending up at the restaurant and I wouldn't walk alone at night to get to the restaurant. Definitely a place to go to with friends or on a date.
