Really great first experience. Our dinner reservations were for 6:15 and everything was great and service was great until the restaurant started to fill up around 6:45 and then service was almost non-existent. We understood they had a lot of people to serve but it was almost like they completely forgot about us as soon as everyone else arrived. I had never been to a Brazilian steakhouse before. What a fantastic concept. Our servers were some of the best I've ever had. Atmosphere was very nice without making me feel out of place in somewhat casual clothes. And that meat...goodness! Amazing and it was wonderful being able to try them all. It was a bit pricey, but Vegas...and essentially all I could eat with meat. 100% would love to return!

Excellent! From the start they are very friendly & attentive. Professional all the way!! Food was amazing but the service was top notch awesome! Two of my favorites were the amazing grilled pineapple & grilled cheese with honey. You really need to try the 🧀 & 🍯!! ❤️. We are local & enjoy Brazilian… this one is a winner! Might have been the best restaurant experience i have ever had. Went with a group of friends (we were severely underdressed). The meat options are great and everything was cooked perfectly. The salad bar had a great selection and everything was kept very cold and fresh. THE SERVICE WAS INSANE. No joke the best service I have had at a restaurant hands down. The meat kept coming out so quickly and my drink was never empty. Also ended up getting the molten cake for dessert (not included, was ~$14) it was very good. Would definitely recommend.

I love rodizios, and this one was one of the best I have had. The food was really great, the service was friendly and efficient, and the grilled pineapple was an unexpected fun addition. And yes, that's gold leaf ribeye in the picture.

This was the first time I’ve ever been to a Brazilian steak house and it was an amazing experience. The staff is so kind and will explain the whole process and let you experience it at your own speed. The meats are amazing and so is the salad bar, but make sure to sample the salad bar sparingly to save room for the meats! Drinks were slaps incredible and I will definitely return on my next trip.

Made a reservation for anniversary dinner. Unlimited salad bar, lots of interesting things to choose from on the bar. Flip your card over at your table when you are ready for meats, there are almost 20 cuts of meat floating around that the servers continuously bring to you. Several came multiple times before we got other cuts. You get small samples of each cut. Meats were very seasoned, tender and juicy. Also served mashed potatoes and another dish which can be replenished. We ordered 2 strawberry cocktails as well. They provided us a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. Total almost $200

Wonderful experience from start to finish! The food was flavorful and fresh, and while the salad bar has room for a little upgrade, everything else more than made up for it. The service was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and always right on time. Special thanks to Mr. Neto for making it even better!

We went a day after we got married with our son and it was so good the service was wonderful the food was Fantastic the best Brazilian steak house we ever went to here in Vegas I highly recommend coming they were so kind and always checking up on on us making sure we were okay they made sure if our son was okay and made us so comfortable so if you have kids they will take care of them as well we will need to come back

Perfect spot for a group celebration! We came to Galpão Gaucho with a party of 10 for a special celebration, and it did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, the service was spot-on--friendly, organized, and incredibly accommodating for our large group.

I recently visited Galpão Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse here in Las Vegas and was not disappointed. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I brought the rest of my friends and family back the following week for dinner! We were seated right away since it wasn't a busy time, and there were plenty of open tables, which made the start of our experience smooth and stress-free. The service was excellent--servers checked in with us often and made sure our group was well taken care of. They came by every couple of minutes offering a wide variety of meats, and if something wasn't cooked to your preference, they were happy to prepare it more or less done upon request. They even asked if there were any specific cuts we wanted to try and made sure to bring them directly to us. The meats were consistently delicious, and combined with the attentive service and easy seating, it made for a fantastic dining experience. Definitely will be back while we're back in town.

We have been to all of the popular steakhouses like this, and this one by far the best one. The pictures of the food don't do it justice. all the meats we were served were seasoned thoroughly and cooked to perfection in the different degrees. we got our sirloins and steaks medium rare and it was very tender and the flavor did not falter regardless of the heat of the cook. the lamb chop in particular was an explosion of flavor in my mouth. it was very potent but at the same time it wasn't overpowering the flavor lamb chop is supposed to have. I did get to taste their salmon and even for a delicate fish like that it was seasoned and cooked very well. sometimes the skin can be rough when cooking it thoroughly. but it was very easy to bite into. I lost track of all the meats we were served and i did try to taste every single one of them including the spiced sirloin which was exquisite. the service was almost immediate and non stop. as soon as we turned our cards over to green an entire train of meats practically would appear. there is no wait time there. They also help pour the sparkling water we got and refilled it almost on cue. They also have a handful of coordinators in the dining room constantly checking if you need assistance, and they even anticipated new plates for us as soon as we were done with our plate from the salad bar and our meat plate got too cluttered with the juices of the other meats which can affect the flavor. we also asked for an ice cream, simple ice cream for our daughter and they came out with a chocolate syrup and caramel vanilla ice cream. they paid a lot of attention to the pace we were eating and new when to slow down giving us meat even though our cards were flipped to the green. They are very attentive to our needs and even asked if there was a specific request for meats, either one we didn't try or one we wanted to try again. the place is dimly lit in most areas but the atmosphere is very quiet. you can have simple conversations with your family. I did see a friend of mine there with his family and they seem to enjoy it too. they didn't have to be so loud and it was a big party. I highly recommend this place even if it's just casual eating. $75 per person except children. i can't remember what age you start to pay but i believe most young kids are free. if you eat there be sure you haven't eaten for a while.

I've been to about 15 different rodizio Brazilian BBQ places around the west coast and out of all of them, this particular location is absolutely the best one (regardless of chain). I went for lunch 7/24 and was so amazed I had to come back again 5/30 just to make sure that it wasn't just a fluke. Servers are super attentive and chill and cooks are cookin up the best dishes I've ever had in my life. Likely going to come here at least once every time I'm in Vegas. If you're a carnivore, this is the best place on the entire strip hands down

This place was amazing. A bit on the pricy side, but for a special occasion, well worth it. $75 for dinner with 18 different options from the grill, including meats (beef, lamb, chicken, sausage), seafood (salmon, shrimp), grilled cheese, pineapple, even a 24K encrusted steak that's grilled at table side. There's a full salad bar. And they bring cheese bread, cheesy mashed potato, and sweet plantain as sides. It was quite the experience. Kids 3 and under are free, our 5 yo was only $6. Compared to other churrascurias, this place was very attentive, meats coming by every few minutes. Our servers were amazing, super kind and accommodating. Parking is free in the mall. Entrance is street side.

Great service, the employees were all so kind and attentive. It was my first time, and while I really enjoyed the overall concept, i had a mixed experience. The buffet had a great salad selection, but the cold veggies just didn't do it for me, and I struggled a bit with the choices. The meats, though, were delicious, especially the ribeye, garlic steak, and picanha. Super flavorful and cooked perfectly. My husband really enjoyed the lamb! That said, the constant flow of food made me feel full fast, and I left feeling like I didn't get to enjoy it all. At $75 per person, it felt a little steep for the amount I actually ate. Still, it was a fun and unique experience.

Came to Galpão Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse because I had a large party for my birthday dinner and I didn't really want to stress about the bill. I did have some hesitancy in coming here since Galpão Gaucho has several locations (mostly in California), since chains can be hit or miss. I can safely say my fears were unfounded. I can't speak for the other locations, but wow the quality of the meat at this location is better than any other Brazilian BBQ place I have ever been to! You have all your standard churrasco cuts that you would see at any BBBQ restaurant, but the quality is so high and they definitely do not hold back on the size of the cuts. Definitely got some monster cuts of ribeye steak and filet mignon. Plus they have a gold-wrapped steak that is actually part of the regular menu! Not gonna lie, that took me by surprise. And when I asked for the short rib, they brought an ENTIRE RACK of short rib and cut the whole thing for our table. Lastly, if you need a nice break, the pineapple helps a lot. Their salad bar with hot sides also has a high level of quality as well. Of course, with only so much stomach space, I mostly avoided this. Service was top-notch here. We were always taken care of. Every request that we made, we got. The amount of meat coming our way was so plentiful that we actually threw down the stop button earlier than I anticipated. And because it was my birthday, they threw a free dessert in of my choosing. I can't speak to the other Galpão Gaucho locations, but this one has the best churrasco experience I have ever had. Well worth the visit.

We love Fogo so we had to try Galpao haha. We wanted to come during the weekdays since it had a lunch special price that makes it much better value but we have to work so it is what it is. We came on a weekend and it wasn't packed so that was nice. We got the churrasco and it was very delicious. Loved the steak cuts such as picanha, and top sirloin. Loved the cheese bread, doesn't feel as oily. Meats overall are slightly better than fogo. Chimichurri also a bit better, more flavorful. But costs a lot more than fogo if you consider the Costco gift card so probably won't come back even though we did have a good time.

Super hungry from walking around the mall or strip all day? Stop by and feast on all you can eat meat. I was pleasantly surprised how nice this restaurant is for technically being inside a mall. It's a more upscale looking place. The salad buffet was clean and everything looked great. We were greeted and assisted by many team members who went above and beyond to make our dinner amazing. Every so often someone would come around and ask if there was anything in particular they could get for us, cooked how we prefer. Everyone working there was great. Once we sat down and flipped that card to green, you feel like a king. All the meats start coming for you to choose from. I did appreciate that when you have your card on red they weren't still coming around like I have experienced at other restaurants like this one. The various fruit salads I tried were very good. The deviled eggs were highly lacking flavor. The steaks were all great. The parmesean pork was so juicy and flavorful. The grilled pineapple was amazing. The cheese bread they give you are fantastic! I loved the grilled cheese with honey. We really enjoyed our meal. It was quite delicious. The quality of the meat seemed to be good. The cost is average of other places that are similar. If you're looking for a nice place to eat, I'd highly recommend trying this one.

I'd never been to a Brazilian Steakhouse, and neither had my partner, so for our anniversary I decided to splurge. And boy, was it worth it. I'm already thinking about coming back next year. I't's been over a month since my visit here, and there's hardly been a day I haven't thought about it. We came on a Tuesday night at around 5p.m, and the place was moderately full. It got busier the closer it came to peak dinner hours, but the staff remained quick and the din of the restaurant never got too loud. We were able to enjoy our meal perfectly well. The salad bar here was fresh and full of goodies, and while I ate a lot here, my recommendation would be to only get one salad. At the time, I had the strawberry salad, which was delectable. Don't fill up too much here, because the meat is the true star of the show. The way this place works, you get a card on your table that you can flip over to the green side to let the staff know you are ready to feast. From there, you are served a buffet of different meats. I recommend the top sirloin, the piece of meat that we came back for most often. But all meats were incredibly well seasoned and delicious. There are a few novelty meats, like steak with gold flakes on it, that are mostly for fun. There staff kept the meat, and table staples, like a side of mashed potatoes and fried bananas, endlessly coming until we were full. I ought to mention the desert, too. A bit expensive, but it was massive, and it tasted really, really good.

Good food, good service, and good ambience. The cool thing about Brazilian steakhouses is that within minutes of sitting down you can start getting served delicious cuts of meat. And if you are okay waiting for a little bit, you can step up to the salad bar first that has many many fresh varieties of salads, charcuterie type meats and cheeses, and a variety of soups. All of the different meats are very tasty as well and you can usually select the temperature of meat that you want.

Went here with a couple of my friends. The staff was very attentive. Best service I had ever had at a Brazilian Steakhouse. I would definitely recommend to anyone who loves brazilian steakhouses. I will be going back the next time I am in Vegas.

A more modern take to the classic Fogo.... in my humble opinion. My family thought the meat was more seasoned and the staff was more friendly. I missed the dessert bar, and wished the buffet table had more options or at least was refreshed more often. Our birthday experience here was not as friendly and personable as the other place, but they were friendly and accommodating for our meal. Requests were easy and swiftly brought to the table, but no birthday dessert was disappointing for the price. The atmosphere was pleasant and everyone left full, which was the goal. Great cuts of meat and levels of cooking preferences. Big plus! We visit Vegas often, so maybe we will give them another try when there isn't a group celebration goal to keep top of mind.

Time and time again, my favorite Brazilian style restaurant in the world! The food is exquisite and service is phenomenal. The salad bar is unique in that it has such a great selection, but be careful not to go overboard because the best is yet to come. And come they did, servers with the different meats and shrimp just kept on coming until you raised the red flag! Wine selection was great, with plenty of grapes to choose from. If you're planning to visit Las Vegas soon, I recommend this fantastic place as well as using the Open Table App to make all your dining reservations well ahead of time - it works!

Great service and food, staff was very friendly and attentive. My husband and I went for our anniversary, and they made us feel like VIPs. They are sensitive to food allergies, so I didn't have to worry about any of our food being contaminated. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely be back.

After so many disappointments with steakhouses I have turned to be more of a plant diet individual, but If I give in to a well prepared beef, chicken or pork I make it a point to dine at Galpao. The grilled pineapple is a great addition and provides the much needed bromelain to promote effective protein digestion. Must have the Carajillo for desert!

Service, food and atmosphere was the best. Lionel and priscilla the server was beyond what service is about. Will go again and I hope other locations can match the Las Vegas location.

CONS: - Mixed cocktails were a little weak, but they still tasted good! FAVORITES: - Lamb chops - Short ribs - Garlic bread - Papaya cream TIPS: - Highly recommend making reservations if possible because this place gets busy! - Gold-foil steak - while this wasn't my absolute favorite cut, it is unique enough that you have to try! OVERALL: - This truly might be the best Brasilian steakhouse that I've ever been to. Dare I say, it's even better than Fogo de Chão and Chama Gaúcha?! There were some unique cuts of meat that I haven't seen at other restaurants, and all of it was prepared so tender and juicy. - The attention to detail on both service and accompaniments, such as the fresh garlic bread and melted cheese with honey, was comparable to none. - Would HIGHLY recommend this place for friends and family!

Always amazing service and food! This trip we tried what I think was called Golden Steak. It had a golden foil wrapped around it. Had to try it! And it was very good! It's our go to restaurant for Brazilian food! P.S. the price went up but it's still worth it!

Just came here for my second time. Both times I came away super impressed, and thought they were on par with some of the best Brazilian steakhouses I've tried including M Grill in LA. The three most important things to me at a Brazilian steakhouse are meats, grilled pineapple, and cheese bread, and Galpao excels at them all. The cuts of meat are always very high quality here. Both times were juicy and tender, and never too chewy or tough. They're seasoned perfectly, but they also give you a really tasty chimichurri sauce on the side that complements many cuts perfectly. They have multiple offerings of beef, chicken, shrimp, and lamb to satisfy any type of meat craving, as well as a really tasty cheese with spicy honey that I don't see on too many other Brazilian steakhouse menus. They also have chicken hearts as well. The grilled pineapple here is hands down the best I've had. It's super juicy, and the perfect balance of caramelization and cinnamon. My partner and I legitimately look out for the pineapple as often as the meats. Service here has been awesome every time. They frequently check in on you, refill your water, and also ask you if you have any requests. In fact, I don't think there's been a single time where I had to initiate asking the server for a request. At baseline, they cycle through their offerings frequently. As I hinted to above, I think Galpao is head and shoulders above any other Brazilian steakhouse in town. I think I've tried out just about all the other competition in town and the others are worse at baseline, disproportionately bringing out less popular cuts more often, and are frequently inconsistent in menu availability and quality. Galpao does cost a tad more, but I think the difference in value is more than justified and worth it. If possible, try coming during weekday lunch hours for the best price.

I was deeply let down on my experience here. We booked reservations a month in advance and we were so excited to try this place out. The staff was very accommodating to get us seated sooner than our time, although the restaurant was less than half full. The staff did a great job with explaining the concept and making us feel very welcomed. The ambiance of the restaurant was very nice and classy. Everything was very clean and organized. The biggest let down was the food. I've been to a few Brazilian steak houses but this one is instantly at the bottom. All of the food they served was incredibly salty to the point where you cannot enjoy it. Chicken, steak, lamb, pork, even salmon; all was just overly salted. We even had to submit special requests for food to be cooked with less salt and agreed to wait longer for the food, and it still didn't taste right. I could clearly tell the staff was concerned by how little we were eating and how fast we switched our signs to red. The best foods we got were from the salad bar which is very upsetting. I don't expect to ever go back to this chain. I will stick to Fogo de Chao and Espetus.

So many times I've dined here, whether it's the San Diego, Irvine, or Las Vegas location, and it's always amazing. The food is consistently delicious, and the service from the staff is always excellent. This time, Victor took care of us, and I have to say, everyone here does their job exceptionally well. The dishes I always have to request when I come here are chicken hearts, grilled pineapple, and picanha. I highly recommended this place -- you'll be impressed. See ya next time!

Located at the Fashion Show Mall, this nook boasts a semi upscale AYCE dining experience. They have a great appetizer selection ranging from soups, vegetable, fruits, cheeses, etc. I believe 17 entree choices from beef, pork, chicken and shrimp prepared with a variety of seasonings. Great wine selection and attentive service. Although the meats were deliciously seasoned, I found some of the beef choices to be a little tough and chewy. Would I return? Probably, just to give it a second shot in hopes some of the beef choices are corrected. I was a little disappointed for the price I've paid to only having to be able to eat around the tough parts on some of the steak pieces. The photo's of the meats didn't come out the greatest because of the low lighting in the dining area, so the best shots were only of the appetizer line. We stayed at Treasure Island which has a connecting bridge to the Fashion Show Mall, so I'm not sure on parking, but do know that TI has free public parking.

We had a wonderful experience here the night before Thanksgiving. Definitely worth the price. Food came fast and furiously and the cocktails were tasty. Staff was nice and checked on us often. Service was on point. The salad bar is robust and the meats are seasoned well. The golden steak is actually really good and not just a gimmick. We would definitely return and recommend trying at least once.

We went a couple weeks ago and totally forgot to post because we were in a full-on food coma afterwards--worth it. Service was top tier--everyone was super attentive, but Asul really stood out. She was the one who checked on us the most throughout the night, always with a smile and genuinely making sure we were taken care of. You could tell she actually cared, not just doing the usual check-in. Whether it was refills, clearing plates, or just making sure we were comfortable, she was on it before we even had to ask. And shoutout to Leonel too--he noticed how much I loved the bananas and came back with a special order topped with condensed milk (my fave!). It was such a thoughtful touch and totally made my night. That level of attention to detail is what sets this place apart.

Service is absolutely 10/10. Great food, great space! I had an amazing experience. Best Brazilian restaurant in Vegas!!! The meal highlight for me was the golden picanha.

Emaculate service Not even five seconds after sitting down and my fiancé and I were being greeted with delicious complimentary cheese breads. The food was off the wall amazing. Their grilled pineapple and shrimp were to die for. I love other Brazilian restaurants but this one just topped it off by far %1000 better! The atmosphere made if feel so private with its low lighting with a perfect view on the window side we definitely enjoyed ourselves and not to mention the lovely lady manager was very extremely soft and kind.

I went here for lunch with couple of my friends. Great atmosphere and very kind staff. Our server was amazing and the food was delicious! My favorite was the short rib! For sure recommend it! Price a bit high but everything is just more expensive now a days.

Best Brazilian Steakhouse! Their Gold Prime Sirloin a Standout!...All their Sirloins were perfectly seasoned and for me ...Rare...perfectly cooked! We were headed to the Wynn for Lunch Buffet and was told 60 min wait...We enjoyed this experience so much more! Cold salad bar area very clean and food very fresh..everything we tasted was delicious.

I've been coming to Galpao Gaucho for the past four years, and every visit just gets better! This place is my absolute go-to for bringing out-of-town guests to experience the best of Vegas. Having tried every Brazilian steakhouse and chains in town, I can confidently say this one blows the competition away. Heber and his team always deliver top-tier service, and Lukas, one of the servers, never fails to take care of me, honestly, the entire staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. The meats? Perfection every single time. They're cooked just right, never too salty or dry. My absolute favorites are the lamb chops, beef ribs, and garlic picanha. If you love a little heat, ask them to grill some serrano peppers and onions for you, it's the perfect, flavorful complement to the meats. It's never overly crowded, so I can walk right in and get seated without a wait. If you're a meat lover, Galpao Gaucho is an absolute MUST. I can't recommend it enough.

This Experience was Phenomenal!! The food was top tier and exquisite from the Garlic top sirloin and the juicy ribeye that melted as you bite it. The ambience was delightful and warm. But what STOOD OUT THE MOST was JANET! She gave the most welcoming and attentive service I've seen in quite a while. Not only is the team bilingual but checked up on us. I'd recommend this anytime!! I've been here twice now for lunch and it is my favorite Brazilian steakhouse in Vegas! Service is friendly, attentive and quick. Love their cheese bread, which is the perfect balance of chewy and not too doughy. Salad bar is kept tidy, plates are all clean and there is a nice assortment of fresh veggies to choose from. Meats are never overcooked and not overly seasoned with salt. My favorite would have to be the top and bottom sirloins as well as the pineapple!! Absolutely love the caramelization of sugar and cinnamon of the pineapple & it's something I get over & over again. Restaurant is beautiful, dimly lit and clean. Would recommend for your Brazilian bbq cravings!

So out of the many Brazilian ayce steakhouses I have tried, I think I can confidently say, this place is number one. From the ambiance and feel as you walk into the place, it's screams top notch restaurant but treat you with respect and not snooty as some high end restaurants. Service was honestly the best I've ever had. All different kind of meats came to the table quickly and if something was missed they would have it brought it very quickly. We also were check on by management to see if anything else was needed or any other wants of food to be brought out. I do have to say this was pretty awesome, nor didn't feel awkward as they were friendly, talkative, made you enjoy the experience and feel comfortable. Last the food here is so good, I would make this an every day stop if I could haha. From the filet mignon, to lamb chops, the ribeye was mouth melting and so delicious and the picanha always a great cut to try. They also have amazing salmon and shrimp that are a must try! The big recommendation from me is to ask for their grilled cheese and they drizzle honey on top, sounds weird at first until you try it, WOW! I kept asking for more. If you are ever in Vegas, go to this place and pass on Fogo, cuz this place is definitely worth it.

The ambiance is so cute inside and the food was delicious! Service was great, staff would come around asking us if we'd like the meats, checking on us, and refilling our drinks. I'd love to come back

As always, the food was amazing! I can't call it customer service, it's more than just that. The attention to detail, the interactions are incredible. I feel like I've stepped into culture, ambiance, and energy! My wife and I enjoyed celebrating our birthdays here. We always look forward to coming back. Until next time!

Service is great. Raider's mojito and strawberry caipiroska were decent. Food was just alright. I've definitely had better. And the place was way too dark!
