"Located at the front of the Fashion Show mall next to Benihana, Galpao Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse takes over the 8,787-square-foot former home of Kona Grill and features a 40-item salad bar (hearts of palm, artichoke hearts, beets, asparagus, cheeses, and cured meats), roaming servers presenting 17 cuts of meat sliced from skewers, and a roster of desserts for lunch and dinner. The meats include top sirloin, filet mignon, picanha, and grilled salmon, accompanied by sides such as garlic mashed potatoes, caramelized bananas, and rice and black beans; for dessert customers can request crème brûlée, Brazilian flan, and molten chocolate cake. Lunch is $38.95 and dinner is $59.95, with children 3 and under free, ages 4–6 at $6, and ages 7–11 receiving 50 percent off.
