I recently leased my Lincoln Corsair from Ruben at Galpin Ford, who I reviewed on Galpin Ford's Google reviews already. Ruben is excellent. (I also leased a 2022 Ford Edge from Ruben, but it's now sadly discontinued). This is my first Lincoln and first "luxury" car/SUV. I also wanted to leave a post for Galpin Lincoln Service and the wonderful, polite, knowlegable, nice, thorough, concerned, professional, fun to work with staff. I have had the pleasure to work with Shan Dawson, my service advisor as well as Eli Bernal, shop forman and John Gasparyan, service manager. I worked with Eli and John regarding ordering and installing a Lincoln OEM trailer hitch from the Lincoln Rewards website, which was very confusing. All of their accessibility, follow up and teamwork are quite evident to me. I never have to worry about a call or text being returned in a timely manner from Shan, my single point of contact. **IF** Lincoln has a gas engine Corsair or *similar* sized gas SUV when my lease is up, I will stay with (Galpin) Lincoln. However, the Corsair is also sadly planned to be discontinued the end of 2025, so who knows, but that's NOT Galpin's fault. Pete D. Los Angeles

I had a great experience with Galpin. I had been looking for months for a very specific used car. Many dealerships (like this one) were hours away from me in central California, so I had to rely on great support to be confident the vehicle was everything that I wanted. With many dealerships I waited half a day to a day for them respond with equipment verification, photos and/or videos. Galpin and Christian got back to me within an hour with everything I was requesting. While I was in the process of signing my final contract documents the sales manager came over and mentioned the interest rate dropped 0.2% and then they reprinted all the contract documents. Front to back it was a great experience, I would definitely consider buying a vehicle from them again.

I had heard plenty about Galpin for years (good and bad) but never had visited until now. I was helped out by Andrew Wuepper to pick out a car for my mom and he was truly fantastic, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. He was patient in helping my mom get acquainted with a Lincoln Corsair, teaching her all the buttons and how it works despite her lack of understanding, all the while not pushing anything on us and instead helping us find the right fit for my mom and our budget. The manager Sako was also very friendly and helpful when he introduced himself in helping to break down all the costs and understanding the deal. Although it is the job of every dealership to make customers feel welcomed, none the qualities I mentioned above felt fake or forced. All my questions were answered, they were patient and helpful while I compared different vehicles and prices, and everything was laid out for me clearly in order to understand all my options. If you're looking for a vehicle and are feeling worried or stressed about the whole process, come here and ask for Andrew and I can promise with great confidence that your experience will be similar to mine.

We have been longtime customers of Galpin since 1989. We come in and got cars such as Ford expedition , Ford Aerostar, Lincoln MKX , Lincoln MKC Ford F250 & Ford F350 truck. We loved Galpin and came back at least every three years or less since around 2014. Arnold has been our salesman for the past 8 years. In 2021 we purchased a F250 from then. They originally told us the truck would haul anything (F250) and the silly people we are we believed them instead of doing our own research:( The F250 wasn't powerful enough to tow a 5th wheel. So we reached out to them within a couple of months of purchasing the F250 telling them our situation and asking if they could help us . We had just lost our youngest Son . And chose to become full time RV'ers . They were able to find us a used 2020 F350 that would be able to do what we needed after all. Well, somewhere along the line the money we thought we were putting down on the truck we were purchasing ( the F350)ended up going on the truck we were bringing back (F250) and we already put a down payment on that truck when we purchased it a few months prior. Well, the trusting people we are we really didn't read the contract correctly until later and realized that it was too late to fix it. It's been four years now and we need a car in place of the truck. We go back and ask Arnold to help us trade in the truck and get a New car now that we found our forever home. He was going to help us , he said we owed a too much on the truck but he would get back to us. We have done our research plus we were willing to give some more money down to be able to sale the truck and get a new car. If we had ended had half the money that we assumed was going on the F350 originally everything would be ok. But since it all went to the truck we turned in we are in a pickle :( He never called us back . We just felt after all this time we have been good customers we would get some consideration:( I don't know what to say. I'm just disappointed in ourselves for being so trusting and not paying attention and Galpin for not being the dealership we thought they were. I had to leave a review so hopefully others don't end up in the same situation.

After a year of researching the Lincoln Nautilus, finally decided to buy one. For the last 25+ years, I have bought Fords (and a Jaguar) and the majority of them have been purchased at Galpin. Met Andrew at the entrance and he was helpful and accommodating. We went over several vehicles and he was on point. Decided I wanted a Lincoln nautilus. Worked with 3 separate dealerships to find the right fit. Galpin was the standout. Not because of the inventory. My first visit my assigned sales person Omid wasn't available, so Eric took care of me. He was fantastic. Took all the time to answer my questions and let me test drive what I wanted. Also respect him for doing all this for another salesperson. After that Omid followed up. He did it in a way that was not pushy or annoying, but consultative and confident he could help if I wanted a car they sold there. Bought my nautilus and I'm so happy with it. I also had ankle surgery so Omid had to do some extra work to do things over the phone and then ultimately delivering the car to me. He took time to walk me through all the features and followed through on everything he said he would do. These two represented the company well. They were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful me as a woman purchaser. I value that. If you want a car come here. I'm happy to give my voice of approval. Bonus, they have a full service Starbucks on site!!!

Of all the words there are to describe my sales person George, the word STELLAR comes to mind. This was my first car purchase in 20 years on my own. My last car being a 2001 Lincoln Cartier L town car had reached its final days. I was so sad to have to relinquish it, for it was a true workhorse! George was most genteel as he walked me through this daunting process. A 2019 Lincoln MKZ hybrid was the "prize", he worked tirelessly and patiently answering all my questions. I arrived with a friend for moral support and George welcomed us with open arms and a sincere strong handshake. He offered us coffee from the in-house Starbucks, that set the stage for what was going to be a scene out of Casablanca "I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship"! George explained every detail of the fully loaded car as if it was his own, as we approached it, he had started the car remotely from his phone which was so impressive in itself. Because of his excellent salesmanship, I was sold! After a brief test drive, and all the Ts were crossed, Is were dotted of the endless paperwork, Jeremy of the finance office graciously explained the final steps and accepted the final form of payment. George came back and handed me the magical keys to my beautiful car. He had just had it detailed and ready to go. I was brought to tears when I realized that he had put a big red bow on it for me! It was EPIC! Thank you for such a great experience!

I leased a beautiful nautilus today with the help of Ernesto, "Ernie" :) and let me just tell you, this is a lovely place to find your next car! Ernesto helped me all week just the right amount where all my needs were met but I also wasn't relentlessly texted or called. That's big for me, I've had car salesman in the past just hound me and it felt very unpleasant. Then after a few exchanges and coming in for a test drive, Ernesto had found just the SUV for me. He really made this experience great. So transparent and reasonable to negotiate with. Extremely polite and just a positive person to be around. Most importantly he gave me a number I was very comfortable with as a trade in for my current car and a wonderful new lease that was more than fair. And really that's all one can hope for going into a car dealership. To be treated as a person and not just a sale, to get a great trade in offer, to feel heard and respected, and to leave feeling happy about the sale and making a big commitment! Today I have left confident with my new lease and I feel even more confident that if anything were to be less than perfect post purchase Ernesto would there for me. I suggest you avoid this dealer. The photos posted on their website are not the autos actually available in the lot. Photos on the website are "stock shots." Wasted two hours + a two hour commute for this bait and switch. Salesperson was not transparent or honest, a wheeler and dealer, if you will. I tried to reach out to the manager before posting this but no response which is consistent with my experience. Bad business practices, real bad.

This time, when my family drove up intentionally a couple hours away just to go to Galpin we were so happy and grateful to have Shannon there to guide us. Had one of our fleet vehicles experience a mechanical failure that put it on the side of the highway and needing a tow. The unit was taken to Gaplin Ford and repaired. On Friday afternoon of Memorial Day Weekend the vehicle was to be picked up. Unfortunately, there was a glitch in payment for repairs. In light of the late hour, and that our East Coast Finance Office was closed for the weekend, it appeared our vehicle was spending the three day weekend at the dealership. However, we had two Gaplin Service Consultants, Michelle Goertz and Steve Walker push forward going the "extra mile" to get the problem resolved. As well, a special shout out to Service & Parts Manager Patrick McNeely for his support. This was a true depiction of customer service at its best! If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Purchased a used car from them not even a year ago. Car was in good condition what looked like, but when I received the carfax report it stated that the title was salvaged. I was never told the car was involved in an accident nor did I receive any paperwork/reports stating so during my purchase. When I went back to speak to someone at this location they simply just told me "we told you" and refused to make right their wrong. Will be dealing with this personally but wanted future customers to be aware that this place definitely tries to scam you every moment they get. Horrible customer service.

Came in with my family to buy a car.. absolutely no one approached us. I decided to go up to the receptionist and asked her for an Armenian speaking salesman and she said there wasn't any in right now. I then told her anyone will do. Been at the dealer for 15 minutes now still waiting for someone to help us. Keep in mind people walked in after me and have been helped already. As I was walking out someone offered to help. Let me tell you, buying a car can be a little nerve-wracking but Galpin Lincoln made the process very smooth and easy with no pressure from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to thank our Salesman Justin Alexander Mermijo. Not only was he easy to work with, but also very professional and knowledgeable! I had a wonderful experience purchasing my car from Galpin Lincoln, but when it came time for service they were horrible. After a weak for a warranty repair, I have called them five times and nobody answers. I left a message and received not call back. This may be the first and last time I take a car there for service. I always thought Galpin was known for customer service, but apparently once you drive off the lot it ends.

Gallin Lincoln sales team seems quite responsive when I purchased my 2021 Aviator. However there SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN GROSSLY UNDERSTAFFED FOR WELL OVER A YEAR. It takes months to get even a normal appointment and good luck getting a human on the line from Lincoln Service. Today for instance, I have been listening to constant ringing for 30 min at 818 922 3678 - the number they gave me. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CLEARLY WONT BE GETTING BETTER SOO

The service department doesn't have an opening to fix the air conditioner in my Navigator for the next nine weeks. I called yesterday 8/30 and was told the first appointment available was 11/1. When I pressed that it is over 100 degrees she found an appointment 10/20. My Navigator will be serviced elsewhere early next week.

This Yelp is about Galpin Lincoln Service. Since 2016, we have purchased a pre owned 2013 MKX, 2020 Continental, and 2021 Aviator. With last 2 new Lincoln cars, we included service and loan car as well. With the Pandemic and upgrade of the building, I felt the Lincoln brand has been kicked out in quality and service by upper end foreign vehicles. The brand is now in a white temporary tent. Note that Lincoln is a luxury vehicle with a price tag as high as its competitor. Plus Galpin has Ford and Lincoln legacy in the valley. Back to service. It would take up to 60 days to get an appointment. In my case, I made an appointment in Sept 2021, and was thrilled that my Nov appointment is coming up. I received confirmation email from Galpin Lincoln. Appointment date arrived and was told I had no appointment. Should the Galpin email confirmation but gave an excused that it was from the Lincoln and not from Galpin. Service manager Vic called and said that he will try to do a favor and squeeze us in. It's been 5 days and no luck. Now the Lincoln indicator state 0% oil life, oil light is on amongst other issue snd no place to service. Choices are to go to another dealership but what happened to the extra service/loaner car purchased, ignore the light and wait 60 days for appointment & risk damaging the Lincoln, or ho to Jiffy Lube and risk it's warranty. Ugh! Same thing happened 10 days after purchasing the 2021 Aviator. I had to wait 60 days to get someone to look at the Lincoln and the problem is still there. Lincoln brand is an excellent brand with heritage. It can compete to other brands. However it still need maintenance and TLC. It looks like Galpin is NOT taking care of our Ford /Lincoln family as it used to for many years. Advise to any car consumer is to checkout the dealers service department before you sign the contract. Save yourself some time, money, and stress. Note that this compliant is now head to Ford Company.

I had the worst experience in this place , they are master of switch and bait. last week I went to check 2024 Lincoln Nautilus, love the car everything went smooth! They gave me all the numbers back and forth until we reach to a deal! I told him i want to run the numbers and get back to you! After few days the car still in the inventory! I called them and I told them let's wrapped up, I start to fill the credit application, then the salesman called me and say hey we can't honor the price we gave you! I said why he said oh simply the sales manager changed his mind and he doesn't want to do it anymore! How pathetic!!! I was so frustrated! The same day luckily I found the Same car at Envision Lincoln (Oxnard) even 1500$ more on the MSRP price then Galpin Van Nuys, I spoke with the manager i explained to him what happened and the situation and the payment! He honor everything I gave him and asked him ,he got me same payment that i supposed to have at Galpin and even they threw in GAP insurance for Free! Hats off for Envision Lincoln Oxnard! And try to stay away from Galpin Lincoln VanNuys

The sales process was great but the service process has been very disappointing. The Service Department does not answer the phone and when you use chat nobody contacts you to answer your questions. This while my Lincoln is under recall for fires that start under the hood (even while the car is off).

I've been a Galpin client since the late 80s and I've always had the best car-buying or leasing experiences there! I want to give high praise to Rafael Gallardo in Sales, who helped me again! I met Rafael in 2020 when I leased my Volvo. I traded it in yesterday for a CPO Lincoln Corsair. He spent all day with me and secured a great deal on my Corsair. He is excellent to work with - honest, above board, very knowledgeable and really listens and so willing to work WITH you. I highly recommend him! John Kelly in Finance was also a pleasure to work with! The best customer service! Thank you once again Galpin! You really go above and beyond to keep your customers happy!!!

Galpin Motors Premiere Collection has always been my go to dealership for all of my cars needs. This time was no exception. I came looking for a Certified Pre-Owned Lincoln and left a happy customer. Sales agent: Lana Krizi made sure my experience making this purchase was so painless that I thank her for that. Made an appointment for a safety recall on my 2014 MKT limo...took me a month to get in...told them several times it was a stretch limousine. When I arrived I was told we don't work on limos. Called the lady who made my reservation and had her talk with the service writer and absolutely no progress on my safety recall. Galpin Lincoln service department could care less about the safety of my vehicle. Don't recommend these people. :(

It's a full-service Auto Dealership. It's extremely large, complete with a Starbucks inside, and contains a massive inventory of vehicles. Most experiences shopping for a vehicle are stressful. Even though I didn't purchase a car over the weekend (they didn't have what I was looking for at the time), my time at the dealership was low-key, quick and enjoyable. I'll update the review if I end up buying a car from Galpin.

First time reviewing a dealership, but I loved the experience at this location. Got a Lincoln Navigator 2020. Rafael, who was my sales associate helped me build in my dream car, put everything together, ordered the car, few weeks later called to notify that the car arrived. He was an exceptional help to me! He was very patient, very enthusiastic and passionate to help us get the best deal on the car. Thank you Rafael. Fist of all the monthly bill of the car was too high, when doing an online quote it was around $500 less, but Raphael and Jeremy ( general manager) did every possible thing out there to help us to discount it so it can suit and fit our budget. I am really thankful and grateful from Jeremy in making the impossible to become possible. One huge huge huge disappointment from this dealership was sales manager Karren Antonyan. Before speaking with Jeremy ( general manager), we spoke with Karren, who told us that its impossible to get a deal for this car, he said he never gives more discount, whatever we saw on the paper thats the only price..... and when we desperately tried to ask him for help he showed us the way out and said that if we don't want it at that price we can leave. Being a sales manager myself its very unprofessional and rude to loose a client and a sale of almost $100,000. I would love the company to talk to him about his customer service, its very unprofessional. If i was the CEO of this dealership I would definitely fire him out!!!

Bought a Lincoln MKz here a couple years ago, included the optional Cilajet sealant coverage to be applied to the vehicle inside and out. This year, got rear ended on the freeway in stop and go traffic. Had to have some bodywork done to the car and a freshly painted bumper. Tried to contact Lincoln over, and over, and over, and over and get no response on getting the Cilajet reapplied to my vehicle. I actually got a finance guy on the phone for 30 seconds but he said he "had to run, I have a customer walking in" and promised to call me back but never heard from him again.

Manny Hovanesian is high energy and high service in Sales. He consistently followed up on multiple things that needed resolution. He does not put pressure on you to buy but will help with anything he can during the process. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for assistance in buying a car.
