My car had some issues initially inspected at a different dealership, but I chose this location because their charges are more reasonable. The accommodations were excellent. Robert, my service advisor, was extremely helpful in arranging a loaner car while my car was being serviced. I also met Raz, my service technician, who assured me he would handle everything the same day. Jose at the valet even helped me move all my belongings from the loaner car once my car was ready. My service experience here was great; everyone was accommodating, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend them and feel that sharing this review is the least I can do.

Went in to take my vehicle to the Galpin VW Service Dept. They are attentive to my needs as soon as I drove up. Introduced themselves and began the process of checking me in. They were real and upfront about the timeline which I appreciated even though I did not like the backlog. But that's not his fault. They helped me get a rental in the meantime at a discounted rate. Hopefully it won't take you long to get my vehicle back. 🤞🏻 They even drove me to the car rental place.But all in all, super satisfied with the service I have received this far. Let's wait for the bill. 😂

Purchase catalic converter with warranty and Gaurenty. Everyone was very friendly. Same a delivery. Not to mention, I was told by another Ford dealership for the same parts a couple of days waiting, as is conditions, non refundable. Always get at least a second opinion .

Great experience and service from the staff. They were able to replace the passenger side airbag that was part of the Ford recall faster than I anticipated. The great thing is that they take photos of your vehicle at check in for inspection and offer complimentary car wash. They have serviced my Ford Fusion Sport edition for years and appreciate the care and attention. As you are waiting for your service, you might get to see some nice toys.

Amazing service and customer service when things were going wrong Nathalie Marin from Polestar repairs and customer service was there to make things right! Had to replace my rear axel and rear shocks on my Polestar 2 performance and there was no funny business and took care of everything under warranty! I think my review was not posted. I gave it one star because there is not a 1/2 of a star. I got scammed, screwed up big time. I have the texts and emails to verify my claim. Everyone, please be super extra very careful in dealing with Galping Ford in San Fernando. They sold me this truck at a full price when the truck had already been in an accident.

I love that Galpin has car shows. Going to a car show at that side of the city is a privilege. I'm from East L.A. and every Sunday is cruising night in East Los so moving to the Sun Valley area and not being able to get to see the low riders every Sunday makes me sad. So Thank you Galpin Motors for a wonderful day at the Car Show.
