FABULOUS, a restaurant that propose a vision and a direction, too rare! The journey takes you from products of the family farm or from friends in the region, depending on the season, beautifully enhanced by chef Clement Pecot. We took the discovery menu (5 courses), which was beautifully presented, original and even moving. In the dining room, a warm welcome by Guillaume Muller, who is also a renowned sommelier. Very diverse wine list at all price points, including some fairly old nuggets (we were offered a magnificent Jura 2014... a perfect match for the menu that evening). Very competitive price for this quality in Paris.

Had a delicious meal here. I do not believe they have a Michelin star anymore. Still good!

Incredible haute cuisine from a top chef & team. Attentive, detailed service & the open kitchen in the entrance is an excellent addition to the experience. A must visit in Paris for me and I will be returning. Complimentary small pre-starter dishes & coffee biscuits were the icing on the cake.

I was quite disappointing with my dinner at Garance. I visited in August 2018 and did not particularly enjoyed any of the 4 dishes on the menu (75€). It was not bad but something was always missing to make it good. There was no à la carte option the night I visited. The explanation of the dishes in English was very incomplete and I did not completely understand what I was served. They could do better on service, plating, and taste.

Calm and comfortable environment. Good food and very nice staff. Price to experience comparison was average (meaning within what was expected based on price)

We made a reservation at this Michelin 1 star restaurant and thought it was quite good. The halibut was buttery perfection. The server described to us in great detail the complex cooking method to yield this level of tenderness. The eggplant entree was soft and yet had a meaty texture to it. Service was top grade at this small restaurant that seems to be a bigger lunch venue than dinner menu given its location in the 7th Androssiment

Our best meal during our our 14 day sojourn to France. The service was outstanding — welcoming, informative, professional. The wine list, and the sommelier, was accessible and affordable. And the food — delicious, artful, good portions. The lamb was fantastic. It compares favorably to Michelin starred restaurants. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
