THE WORST gift card ordering experience I have ever had!!! Ordered and paid for a gift card online on 8/26/22 for a relative. On 9/8, received an e-mail that the gift card was being mailed. On 9/22, the gift card arrived at MY address, not the gift recipient, postmarked 9/19. Why would it take almost a month for a gift card to be mailed and then sent to the wrong person?!?!
And to make matters worse, the gift card arrived in the thinnest, see-through envelope with the outline of the card visible in the back and the gift card QR code visible from the front. It's no wonder other reviewers have had their gift cards stolen!
No one at the "corporate office" picks up or answers voicemails. After multiple attempts, contacted one of the restaurants, who transferred me to the "Marketing manager," whose only response was "Sorry, that's on me." Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service--wish I'd read the other reviews first, but these reviews do not appear on the restaurants' websites.
