A favorite for flowers and berries, Garden Sweet runs a seasonal farm stand plus ticketed pick-your-own experiences May–September. Frequently spotlighted by Visit Fort Collins, it’s as much a summer ritual as a produce stop.

We loved it! It’s very conveniently located close to the city and has a variety of fresh produce and flowers. We did the U Pick and got strawberries, apples, and flowers! Staff is very friendly and gave us tips on the best spots. We also bought organic produce at the farm stand. Family friendly as we saw several toddlers with their parents, but you definitely don’t need kids to have fun :)

Garden Sweet in Fort Collins, Colorado is an absolute must visit! This family farm, located just a few minutes from Old Town, is a great way to get outside and connect to the community. Simply make a reservation to pick fruit or flowers and then enjoy exploring the grounds. The team is very friendly and kind! Additionally, the farm-stand has a variety of freshly picked goodies from fruits and vegetables to baked goods, vases and honey! If you’re a Fort Collins local, the membership is worth it! I hope to visit Garden Sweet again and again!

Beautiful place and fun experience. The admission price plus purchase of the picking items ended up being quite fair. Probably would’ve preferred a half size strawberry basket option as we don’t need $20 worth (and seemed a bit expensive for what it was) but the number of flowers that fit in the cup was surprisingly a lot and made up for it. One $20 cup of stems made 3 good size bouquets. We were worried the summer flower options would be limited but there were still so many options and in great condition. Tons of bumblebees, butterflies, crickets, toads, etc. made for a fun experience. If I could change anything it would be to add some better merch (better graphic design - simple). Would’ve loved to buy some shirts and stickers. Thanks for a great time.

Had the most wonderful time at Garden Sweet today! My SIL wanted local flowers for her wedding, so we stumbled across GS & it was incredible! Even being the end of the season, we spent an hour or so wandering the gardens & filling our two buckets (pictured). The dahlias were GORGEOUS & our two buckets made about 10 small table arrangements & a bouquet!! Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful experience. Our family had the best time picking strawberries and flowers. The farm was beautiful and the workers there were so kind. We can't wait to go back. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Google
Such good experience, very therapeutic to pick flowers and create own bouquets. Extremely good flowers with various varieties! Took my approx 1 hour to fill a glass full of flowers coz I was being very aesthetic about the final look of my bouquet

Google
We had such a fun time apple picking! They had a selection of different types of apple trees too like honey crisp, gala and liberty which I had never had before. We would absolutely come back next year!

Google
Amazing experience picking our own flowers :) the girls are the sweetest people. Some other reviews say they're rude and unsupportive, but I found the opposite experience!! Great place to go on a little date :)

Yelp
WORST customer support I've ever received. Horrible people. I contacted the farm asking about their apple picking 20 days ago and never received a reply. I followed up sharing my frustration (their website says contact us by email, we check regularly and the farm responded to another review's complaint about this saying they take great pride in responding within 24 hours) and Amy on the farm responds with your order has been refunded (I did NOT ask her to do that) I had asked to refund 1 ticket because my friend couldn't go and immediately asked to hold off on that until I got an answer to my other question to reschedule. She canceled both of our tickets and then ghosted me! Be aware that you can't question anything they do or ask questions because they will just simply cancel your event. They ruined my plans and all the other apple picking farms are booked for the season!!!! If you read through the other reviews the common theme is rude staff and constant complaints about the owner - see Google reviews. Not very smart when you're a small business and trying to make a profit. Sounds like someone needs to retire.

Yelp
Had such a fun experience here with friends! We got the flower and strawberry bundle. Huge land with various berries and flowers to choose from. It was so dreamy walking around, so happy it was sunny during our arrival slot. Upon arrive you're given one tall cup, flowers and fresh water for your flower picking, as well as a basket for your berry picking. Service was friendly upon entry, various parking in front, and a market for takeaway goodies. Highly recommend!

Yelp
We made the 1.5 hour drive up here on a Thursday morning to do some apple picking with my kids. We had a great time and it was definitely worth the trip! My son loved picking his own apples right from the tree. The farm is absolutely gorgeous with multiple fruits and flowers available. Some things are reserved for members only, but the apple grove was great and we came back home with two buckets of delicious apples. Check in was easy and they directed us to where the trees were located, not a far walk at all. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
Cute little farm! It was a bummer it rained right before we went - so the petals were falling off. But we loved it here!! The flowers are beautiful

Yelp
Honestly, I was caught off guard by this place. For a small family-run business like they claim to be, one that has seasonal sales, I would think the staff wouldn't be so exasperated and rude to customers. Everyone here just seems annoyed!

Yelp
Her comments were judgmental, body-shaming, and completely unprofessional - especially for someone representing their own business. Instead of creating a welcoming and inclusive space, she made me feel uncomfortable, targeted, and unwelcome - all because of how my body looked in shorts. I left feeling humiliated and deeply disappointed. This could have been a beautiful experience, but the energy and attitude from the owner were hostile and discriminatory. I truly hope she reflects on how she treats paying guests - especially women - and rethinks what it means to create a safe, respectful environment for all visitors.

Yelp
Very nice. Very colorful. Lots of smiling faces. Very welcoming. We made the drive to Garden Sweet from Lone Tree and this place did not disappoint. We saw it on tik tok and knew we had to check it out. For the price, it's well worth a drive. It was a beautiful summer day and the quick rain didn't bother us. The neat little gift shop has beautiful fresh fruit and vegetables. We will definitely be back.

Yelp
I have had a u-pick membership for two years and love this farm and the owners! They work so hard and want everyone to have an amazing experience. The berries are delicious and the flowers are gorgeous all season. They are also incredibly helpful and quick to respond to questions. I have purchased all my veggie starts and hanging baskets from them for two years and will never again buy from a big box store! Let's support our local farmers.

Yelp
Absolutely love this place!! The pick your own flower garden and berries is my favorite spring date activity. Love the staff and the community vibe. Have recommended to all my friends.

David M.

Yelp
Nice farm. Unfortunately I have to agree with all the previous post on how the owners are very rude. They did not allow my service dog. When there's a sign on the dog that's they do allow service dogs. I will be reporting them.

Yelp
This place is super cute and quaint. I came for date night and we started picking flowers as the sun was setting. Then we picked strawberries and raspberries. There weren't many ripened strawberries or raspberries so you really had to dig and find them. The raspberries were harder since the plants were close and there were a ton of honeybees buzzing. They were worth the work though! Our evening ended with a wonderful pottery class. The instructors were super sweet and patient. I deducted a star since the flowers we picked started wilting within less than 24 hours. A huge bummer! I mentioned it to the owners on Facebook and they just responded with tips to help them last longer...all of which I had done, so was still disappointed they didn't even last a full day. They didn't seem surprised that they didn't even last 12 hours and said its best to pick them first thing in the morning...so just FYI for those interested in their events. Pick an event that has flower picking in the morning otherwise you may be dissatisfied with your flowers like I was especially for $80 (mind you this fee includes the berries and pottery class). I thought they would offer another picking for when I go back to pick up my pottery, but they didn't seem too concerned. Other than that we had a wonderful time and will be returning for the berries once fully ripened :)

Yelp
If you like picking flowers and fresh berries, the CSA is so worth it. I love their produce, every year they have more other stuff variety (like ground beef and seasonal peaches) and the owners are super awesome with our kids. They have the most beautiful flowers, free in July for members, and going there always brings joy to our kitchen tabletop, berries, and hearts.

Yelp
Date nights on the farm are the best (and most budget friendly) date nights in Fort Collins. The produce (including jams etc) they have at their stand, the gorgeous flower fields, and the pumpkin patch, along with their personalized csa options make them a local favorite!!!

Yelp
I'm not sure what is going on but when I call someone just hung up. I called back to see if I made an error which would be weird because I just followed the linked number on Yelp but someone told me to stop calling and hung up on me again

Kelly S.

Yelp
They may have nice produce but the owners are incredibly rude. Take your business to many of the other deserving farm stands in the area.

Yelp
This is a great farm to cut your own flowers. It's in a nice location and there are lots of different flower options. It's reasonably priced and the staff were friendly. This was a great place to go for my birthday!

Ava I.

Yelp
Great location, awesome produce, picking berries was a great family experience , friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Yelp
Wow! I honestly can't say enough good things about Garden Sweet. This is HANDS DOWN the best local produce I have ever had! The quality is so fresh and variety is awesome! This means a lot to someone who loves healthy items for their family. I honestly won't buy produce elsewhere. Secondly, this is a family owned business operated by two of the nicest people! I feel so fortunate that Garden Sweet and their CSA exists so I get quality, fresh food! Oh and herbs, flowers, pick your own strawberries... I could go on and on!

Yelp
This is an excellent place to take kids! It's worth it to buy into their CSA for $300 if you plan on taking your kids to pick berries. It waves the $5 entrance fee and we end up using it all every year anyway. Once you've had their berries you'll won't go back to Costco. The owners are extremely friendly and truly believe in community and throw cute little events at the farm for CSA members.

Lucy M.

Yelp
I haven't been able to get ripe strawberries here and I've tried different times in the season

Yelp
For the first time I thought this farm was worth buying a share in and I wasn't disappointed. Contrary to other CSA's, you don't get a box of whatever they happen to have the most of-you get to go out and pick what you want from their farm stand. If you don't need anything any given week you aren't obligated to take anything. And the berries are the best ever-I've been making jams and jellies for over 40 years and this past year made some of the best tasting raspberry and strawberry jams ever! I love supporting our local farmers and getting fresh food directly from the farm. Keep up the good work, Ryan and Amy!

Sher R.

Yelp
Incredibly beautiful flowers and an equally great experience. I will be back for raspberry picking and more. Thanks so much for the opportunity.
