TL:DR Used to be a good little spot, but they are over crowded, under staffed, and non-apologetic for some of the worst service I've ever experienced.
We were seated quickly in a very packed restaurant (i mean very packed - could remove half the tables and it would feel almost normal). We waited 25 mins before a single person came over - no water, nothing. We could tell with the overcrowding and lack of water/service, that we we needed to order our whole meal quickly and up front. We didn't want to be there for hours (foreshadowing). Apps and entrees came out quickly and were okay, but they gave one of our friends the wrong meal (to be clear, there were four of us, not some big party where this may have been more reasonable). No apologies, just briskly rolled their eyes and took the wrong meal away. Our friend sat for 20min while the rest of the table ate and finished their meals (turns out wrong order was placed into kitchen and so they had to make my friends meal after ours had all been handed out). During all of this, never once were we checked on, asked about refills, etc. We had to get up three separate times throughout our meal to ask for water/drinks (twice, spoke to the manager re no water or service... also foreshadowing). Once the remaining meal came out, the rest of the table decided to order wine so they weren't eating/drinking alone. But again, no one came to our table. We eventually got up and asked for wine and they wouldn't serve us because the bar "just closed"! (Stupid us for not getting up earlier while our friend was eating alone to find someone to serve us wine before the bar closed.)
Because of all of this, our meal took over two hours and we were very done at this point. I complained to our server, who relayed our complaint to the manger (woman at the front that sat us). I asked for 20% discount or at least a comp of the incorrect meal. She offered to comp us one drink and give us a free dessert and proceeded very rudely to tell us that she knows nothing of our complaints, that we should have spoken with her earlier (as you may recall, we did, twice... but also not our job) and that she will need to speak with the kitchen to confirm our story (mind you, this is at hour 2.25).
For a $450 meal with drastically poor service, the abrasion we faced by the manager at the end took the cake. To say we are never coming back here is an understatement.
