Where to find the best Asian food in Chinatown | Eater Vegas

"Though this serene, minimalist cafe specializes in gukbap, a rice soup rice generally served in a hot pot, there are plenty of hot pots, noodles, and more on the authentic Korean menu. Garionban first debuted in the Gangnam area of Seoul, Korea, before opening its doors in Las Vegas." - Janna Karel

Where to find the best Korean restaurants in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"Garionban got its start in Seoul, Korea, and expanded to Las Vegas in early 2018. The authentic Korean restaurant is known for gukbap (soup served in a hot pot with rice) with beef short rib, ox bone broth, or pork and kimchi dumplings. Ox bone broth is made in cauldrons every day, and dumplings are made from scratch." - Krista Diamond

We returned here just 2 weeks after our first time here. Their kimchee is the best in town! The bossam/jokbal combo with garigukbap soup as well as their jaengban noodle dish were so phenomenal! We may be returning in another week because our kids beg for their kimchee and soup. Our server goes above and beyond!

Spacious booth seating, clean and I like how tables have utensils ready. Matthew was really nice and attentive. Got us everything we needed! Came for lunch special (M-F only) and it was a lot of food. Side dishes refillable. Soondobu was light in salt but good for my health haha, galbi and bossam were tender! I really liked their japchae and fish cake sides. They have hot barley tea if you need to warm up too.

돈낭비 감정소모 시간낭비를 원하시는분들께 강추합니다!! Highly recommend it if you want to waste money, time, and mood. I would rather starve than eat here!! The worst experience I have ever had in my life. Asked for the “to go order” but said they couldn’t do it because apparently they were “too busy” when the hall wasn’t even full. We decided to dine in anyways because we were starving. Portion of the food was absurd and the price was even worse. Side dishes tasted awful too. Saw the server and the owner three times and no services were provided other than taking the order, giving the order, and when the owner chased us down outside to tell us to pay the tips. Would have never gone if we had known. Perhaps they said no to “to go orders” to take the “service fee”. 아휴그냥가지마요

We got 13: Bossom (pork belly) & Jokbal ( pig trotters) - I like the pork belly and all the banchan & sauce - Jokbal was okay. The waitress was nice and welcoming. However, I think she was the only one managing all the tables so it took her a while to come by to take our orders, bring us water and food. She hardly stop by.... We waited so long to get our check then again never came back; we paid cash and left. The family came after us took a while to get to order their food as well. It was a nice small, cozy location.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a late dinner at Garionban in Vegas, and it totally hit the spot! I ordered the spicy Garigukbap, Bossam, and a bottle of Jinro Is Back soju. Everything was super flavorful and satisfying. Our server, Matthew, was incredibly attentive—he made sure we had everything we needed and kept the banchan refills coming without us even asking. The restaurant being open late was a lifesaver after work. Great food, great service, and I left full and happy. Highly recommend!

Google
Found this place, as it’s in the same plaza as the arcade. It has become my favorite Korean restaurant in Chinatown that isn’t KBBQ. Has all the essential Korean dishes, and attentive service. Call button is on the table if you need immediate attention. Look of the restaurant is sleek and tidy, with utensils located in the drawers of the table. Has the same atmosphere like the restaurants in Korea. Been there multiple times that their server Matthew already recognizes me. Went there on 3 separate occasions, with 3 different dishes. Had their soondubu jjigae (soft tofu stew), rice cake and dumpling soup for Lunar New Year, and their stone pot bibimbap. All of them were very delicious! Of course, they come with banchan (side dishes), which you can request refills of. If I had extra people with me, I would love to try their dakgalbi, budae jjigae, and bossam. Would like to try their naengmyeon during the warmer months. Will definitely come here many times when I’m in the area.

Google
I visited by a friend's recommendation. I could see that they used very clean and good ingredients. My old mother, who was picky about her appetite, ate so satisfactorily. Water is also provided with purified water, not house water. It's one of the few restaurants in Las Vegas that you can trust and eat. If you want Korean food, I strongly recommend it. The staff and the owner were really frendly.

Google
Literally cannot miss! Had a great third time here with awesome service from Min Jun and always incredible bossam. Next time we'll come here with friends and teach them not to be afraid of jokbal! 😉

Yelp
Food was really good. Authentic food. Nice music vibe and friendly host. We would be back to try other dishes.

Yelp
The absolute best late night spot in Vegas. I always assumed a late night spot would be mediocre and "good enough". This place could rival any top notch regular spot like tangtangtang, etc. LA level? Almost impossible. Top 3 Korean restaurant in Vegas? Could be. And they're open til 3am. Bossam, jokbal, chadol doenjang jjigae, budae jjigae. All very good. I randomly tried the kkong jooksoo and haemul pajun today and even those were good. Samgyetang is hit or miss. My goal is to try everything on the menu. Interior is very clean and comfortable. Service is very nice and attentive. Usually just one lady up front and one person in the back because I always go late. Prices are reasonable. Check it out!

Yelp
Amazing korean pub place that opens late in vegas (chinatown). Great place to go for a late night snack and drink! Service was also attentive and kind. cold noodles 5/5 these were really good and refreshing especially during the hot weather of las vegas. the restaurant gives you mustard and vinegar bottles to add to your liking which was very convenient and nice. chicken stir fry 5/5 also very good in terms of size and price. they do not shy away from the size and quantity of the chicken. taste was also very flavorful and i would get this again.

Yelp
Had an early Mother's Day lunch with my mother in law and fam. She chose Garionban and it's my favorite in town. I rarely give 5 stars, I'm a tough critic. But today it was perfect! We started with 2 large bossams, kimchi fried rice, teokbooki, spicy tofu soup, bbq short ribs. All were very very good! First time trying the bbq short ribs and I enjoyed every bite. Bossam is my goto here. The pork belly melts in your mouth. Wrap it in lettuce, piece of garlic, piece of jalopeno and ssamjang. It always hits the spot! Service was 5 stars. I didn't ask for his name, unfortunately. Younger gentleman and checked on us numerous times. Love the decorations inside all Korean themed and soju themed. If you're a fan of pork belly, this is my favorite spot. I can't even count how many times I been here. Thank you Garionban, you never disappoint me and the fam.

Yelp
Great place to chill, Service is good, food is delicious! They serve many popular and traditional Korean dishes. I'm coming back to this place to try out some other dishes next time! Yelpers check in and get a free soda :)

Yelp
The food is tastes so good, and very clean resturant. Service is very friendly too. This is my 6th time visit this restaurant.

Yelp
Came here on our first night in town. was craving Korean comfort food to setup the headache and travel fatigue. Seafood tofu soup was great and their spicy beef soup with beef ribs and aged kimchi was not bad too. Chili vibes and lots is spacious seating, see people come here for their al la carte bbq menu which we did not do. Competitive pricing to other local korean restaurants. Service was a bit slow at night, seems like only one server was working so our food, side dishes for refills and drinks were a bit slow to come out. Check in on Yelp to get a free soda.

Yelp
Came here for an early lunch. Ordered the combo with bbq ribs and bossam. Food came out quick and waitress was nice and attentive. Enjoyed all the banchan they offered. We got seconds. The combo platter also came with lettuce, sliced pickled daikon, bean paste, some sauce, garlic and jalapeños to wrap with. Pork belly was super tender and thinly sliced. It goes well with all the banchan stuff. It was so good. Bbq beef ribs were not grilled and had a lot of fat on the ribs. There's no grill marks and tasted like it was boiled. Overall, this did not taste good and was very disappointing. For that, 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Would come back for the bossam platter again if in the area.

Yelp
This is our go to place for Korean food! It's at a secluded parking lot with lots of free parking. The food is fresh and delicious. The ambiance is nice and cozy with lots of comfortable seating. Service is really nice, staff are friendly and professional. The late night serve Matthew does a wonderful job running the place by himself. Would recommend checking this place out!

Yelp
While there's no shortage of Korean based restaurants in Las Vegas these days, Garionban sticks out because of how later they open (3AM) and it is a reliable place for me and my friends to go to in the late evening after hanging out. But going through Yelp photos, I see a Garionban Lunch Combo (Mon-Fri 11am-230pm) and so I decided to have lunch based on the lunch special options. I expected to get a menu with the lunch specials but didn't get one and so I showed on my phone to the server and they didn't know about it so couldn't offer it to me. I'm usually here with a party at night and so we usually split a bigger meal like the bossom but for lunch, I opted for the hot stone bibimbop which was good and I would get again. 6.

Yelp
Enjoyed some great company and food here! This is a small restaurant but the lady that was helping us is very nice. Ordered the bossam and jokbal combination along with buckwheat noodles for 3 people and it was really fulfilling. Usually it's a hit or miss for me when it comes to cold noodles but this one was really good. The portion size is big as well. We saw a bunch of photos for their bossam/jokbal plate and just had to try it. Would definitely recommend!

Yelp
Tried this place out for the first time, and it did not disappoint. The bossam and galbi were comparable to what we're used to in LA. Our server Matt was also really nice and attentive.

Yelp
Overview:  Korean Izakaya, great meal Meal/Time:  dinner/Monday 650PM seated: 656PM ordered; first dish out 713PM Decor/Atmosphere:  Korean izakaya ; loved the smell of grilled meats.  Still have Christmas decorations up.... at the end of February. Service/ Front of the House:  quickly greeted and seated immediately. Service/Serving Staff:  push the call button at your table to call over the waitstaff when you are ready to order.  Pitcher of ice water was brought to the table as soon as we sat down. Food: Galbitang - Beef Rib Soup $22.99  You get a really flavorful broth with 2 beef ribs in it.  The ribs were tasty and pretty tender.  The soup was flavorful but surprisingly light.  I suggest asking for soup bowls to ladle the broth into.  Goes really well with the white rice. Medium Jokbal - braised pig trotters, sliced with lettuce for wrapping $30.99.  The contrast of tender pork flesh and the chewiness of the pork skin is wonderful.  Really full of flavor with every bite.  Use lettuce with a little bit of the fermented bean paste really brings out the savoriness of the pork.  The lettuce helps to keep your fingers clean. Medium Galbijim - beef short ribs $39.99 cooked on a hot iron plate with veggies and tteokbokki (rice cakes).  The hot plate caramelized the rice cakes and gives it a crispiness.  The  change in texture from soft and chewy to crunch is wonderful.  The beef ribs are really tender, but not fall off the bone level.  So you can enjoy the texture of the rib meat.  Really sweet sauce goes well with white rice. Value:  A little pricey, but way cheaper then what you can get in San Francisco.   Restroom:  men's room is large for a single occupancy.  I do not understand the trash can in the middle of the room.   Will I come back?: Yes... the flavors and contrasting textures make this an adventure.

Yelp
This is my second time coming here ordering beef rib soup and bossam. This time we switch the bossam for the pork jowl just like the first time the soup was so good and comforting and the jowl was delicious. The bossam here is also so good definitely my go to for a good bossam. I also really like the service here, the ladies that help us are always so nice. Its good size place so also good for a bigger party.

Yelp
I always seek out naengmyun when I'm in a new spot. I needed to hangout in Chinatown before the flight so found this place with a very affordable menu. This spot is in the same area as the arcade we were going to so convenient. Got my naengmyun and was going to order the bossam and was inform I can do it as a combo. Only one server in the restaurant and it was not super busy but everyone was ordering a lot of food. The server was a very sweet and attentive young lady. We got hot tea which was really nice since it's a brisk February. Food came out with the banchan so got to eating right away. Naengmyun was good, chewy noodles. I ordered wayyyy too much food though since the bossam was so much for me to eat by myself. My partner helped finish my noodles. We were asked how everything was going so it was nice to be checked up on. Good banchan that went well with the food. My partner clean up the bibimbap so I'm going to assume it was good. The server brought the kid in the next table a bunch of candy, that was so cute We also got candy with our meal! Lovely service and good food. A great place to stop by for good Korean food.

Yelp
Entrance not as inviting as we hoped. The service was pretty bad for an empty-ish restaurant. The food was really good, however.

Yelp
My friends took me here when I visited and this place is just okay. Quick service. I like how they have the utensils at the table but wish we knew earlier on as we waited to get a servers attention. Small restaurant so it can get loud when packed. Got the seafood tofu soup and it was ok on a windy night. Got the medium spice and it didn't have a kick whatsoever. Definitely needed more of kick.

Yelp
The food was delicious and portions were HUGE. Our waiter Matthew was amazing and really had top service

Yelp
I've recently been in love with this place. Although I am Korean, I typically dont like to eat Korean foods; however, Garionban has truly impressed me. While I haven't explored the entire menu, I can vouch for the fact that their bossam (pork belly), recommended by friends, is the best in town. Today, I took a leap and tried the Bossam & Jokbal (pork feet) combination. Despite my initial hesitation about pork feet, I opted for the marinated version with extra spiciness to mitigate any potential smell or texture concerns. To my surprise, the dish exceeded my expectations--it was wonderfully sweet and spicy, incredibly soft and tender, with a pleasing collagen texture. The smoky flavor added another layer of enjoyment. The portion size was generous in my opinion and I'm eager to return specifically for that marinated pork feet! Lol The friendly service and unhurried atmosphere further enhance the dining experience. Even they get pretty busy during lunch time, they make my dining expereince pretty comfortable and relax. I highly recommend this place. * my mom said their Spicy pork bulgogi (Jae Yook) is really good too! :)

Yelp
Visiting Vegas with my family and we needed a place to have good Korean food other than AYCE place. The waitress was friendly and most importantly the food was so good. We like the lunch combo special. The Galbi and cold nengmyun was so refreshing since the ice was slushed. It stayed cold til the end without loosing its flavor. You can tell that the food is made with care. If I visit again, I would definitely revisit this place!

Yelp
The restaurant is cozy and clean. The table has nice seating with compartments for silverware. Staff are nice and friendly, the only thing i wished they were more attentive. Ordered the Bossom Medium and Spicy Beef Rib Soup. Both dishes are amazing and delicious. Spicy beef soup kept you warm, and the rib was really soft. The bossom was really delicious and a lot of food, the sides and sauces really helped compliment the pork so highly recommend. It can be a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth it.

Yelp
We came here after the Twice concert and it was one of the few places still open. They were getting busy since a bunch of people came here after the concert too. We walked in and was seated shortly with the menu. No one offered to take our drink orders or came back to take our orders for over 20-30 minutes. Two other groups there before us left because of the wait. When a waiter did come, there were 4 other tables waiting for orders and they asked everyone who's next. They were running in and out of the kitchen and even knocked over a stack of dishes. They seemed very unorganized and overwhelmed with only 2 servers working the front. We ordered the following: - Kimchi Fried Rice: spicy, flavorful, 4/5 - Medium Bossam: the meat was good, the lettuce was fresh but there were only 5 pieces which is not enough for the amount of meat. It came with a side of radish and something else that was fermented. It also looked nothing like what is shown on the picture. 3/5 - Budaejjigae: it is heated over a portable stove at the table. It had a variety of different foods in it that was unexpected such as pepperoni, beans, sausage, rice cake, jalapenos, tofu, and ramen. For the price we paid, the amount was not a lot because the pan was not very deep. I expected more broth and ramen. 2/5 - Steamed Egg: did not get a chance to try it All the food came out within 15 minutes. The table we were seated at was small for a table of 4. When the steamed egg was brought out, one of the servers just pushed everything onto the table and then gave us the side dishes because they forgot. She spilled some of the things as she put everything on the table. She seemed very rough, did not care things were spilling and looked like she hated her job. As we were eating, we wanted our water refilled, but no one ever came to check on us. We tried to press the button on the table for assistance, but that did not help. We never got our water and we just wanted to leave at that point. We then had to wait about 10 minutes for our check. At one point a different staff member was cleaning the table next to us and we asked him if we had to pay at the front and his answer was "I don't know." He did not try to find someone to help us either. During all this, a table next to us was seated and they tried to get their food orders in, but struggled to get help from either of the servers for over 30 minutes. I have never received such horrible service at a restaurant before and for the less than expected quality of food, unfortunately I had to rate this experience as a 1/5. It would definitely help if they efficiently trained and hired more staff. The attitude of one of the servers did not help either. The other tried her best to make sure everyone was helped. Not sure if coming at a different time or day would have helped better the service because I do not want to experience something like this again.

Yelp
Pro-tip: There are some inconsistencies in their menus online vs in-store. The yelp check-in for a free soda is limited to one per table even though that's not advertised. They do complimentary banchan refills. Highlights: Overall, the food was really good. I thought the bossam was some of the best I've ever had and I enjoyed the tofu soup as well. While we didn't order the combos, I did appreciate seeing them on the menu as it's always nice to be able to have variety. They refilled the banchan which I always appreciate. Lowlights: I didn't like their galbijim as I found it very starchy with not enough liquid and everything coagulated really quickly. A bit annoying that all the tables have only bench seating for half the table - it's a lack of back support and difficult for children and elders. I think they need more servers, there was only one lady and it was obvious that she was behind because she kept forgetting the things we asked for (more banchan, to-go boxes, the check...). Had a weird situation where my credit card was charged for a different price than our receipt and they were able to void the transaction and re-run it, but feel like that shouldn't have happened to begin with.

Yelp
Came here for a recovery meal with a party of 12, and this place hit every spot. The woman taking our order was so sweet and attentive. We were all so hungry and asked for so many refills of the banchan and she obliged every time. We all felt like we were eating right at home at our grandparent's house. I ordered the seafood tofu soup, which was comforting and flavorful. My friend who ordered the side steamed egg said it was one of the best she's ever had, and others who ordered the beef rib soup also felt the same about how good the broth and meat were! 100% stop by this place when you come to Vegas for a next day recovery meal. Also, the pictures below are 3/4 eaten bc we were so hungry and the food was so good we forgot to let the phone eat first!

Yelp
Been here so many times and the service and food is always impeccable. Thank you Matthew for serving us!

Yelp
Our server was quick and observant to our needs. Seafood Pancake 5/5 - probably the best one I've ever had. Not too oily and extra crunch Beef Tofu Soup 5/5 - very good flavor Bossam & Jokbal Combo 4/5 - the Bossam was really tender, but the Jokbal was a little too fatty for me Spicy Rice Cakes 5/5 - super spicy, but delish! The sides (banchan) we're tasty as well. If you're not in the mood for the million Korean AYCE, this is a great option.

Yelp
"What do you want for lunch?" *searches on Yelp for Korean* "Rod U. has been to Garionban and rates it 4-stars." Say no more. Let's go! Saturday lunch at Garionban was highly enjoyable. Spacious, clean, and the nicest auntie works here. We got the cold jokbal and beef short ribs. The cold jokbal came with "noodles," as the auntie called it, but the noodles seemed like jellyfish to me (which I muuuuuch prefer anyways). This was the perfect item to eat on this spicy summery day. The vinegary broth, the pickled slaw, and the briny jellyfish all worked perfectly with those tasty slices of pig trotters. It was a great medley of flavors. As for the beef ribs, they were standard and delicious. They came sizzling hot to the table and there was no doubt that they were cooked fresh. Garionban is a solid place. The J-Wow Effect came into place where suddenly a billion people showed up as we were leaving and I can see why. Parking is plentiful here and the place is clean. Stop by for some good eats!

Yelp
The food was just sooooooo good! I had the combo with bossam and LA galbi short ribs, plus the seafood pancake. We had more than enough for 3 people plus leftovers. Great pricing and super fresh bonchon

Yelp
Overall: 4.6/5 (dine in) The service here is great! All the servers were male but very friendly and attentive. Gari soup ($14.99): They recommended me this if I wanted more soup than meat. The broth was super clear. My husband said it was one of the best broth he had and he's not a soup guy. I added kimchi into it and thought it tasted better spicy (sorry!). Single Bossam ($20.99): This was so delicious! The bossam was sliced to the perfect thickness and just melts in your mouth. It can be elevated by eating it together with the garlic slice, jalapeno slice, & kimchi on top of a lettuce leaf dipped in ssam. *Chef's kiss* Love their banchans, especially their kimchi and fish cake. Everything was good. We left full and satisfied. Would definitely come back with friends or family.

Yelp

Yelp
Yum! Friend recommended this place to us and we loved it! Wish I had come with a larger group so I could have tried more of their menu items. Service is great and the food is good. We got a ton of refills of the banchan / sides so that was nice.

Yelp
Came on a late weekday afternoon and the restaurant was pretty empty. Our server was very friendly and welcoming during our meal. My party of 3 ordered the special combo of spicy stir-fried octopus + Bossam ($55.99) and an order of the cold buckwheat noodles ($18.99). The spicy stir fried octopus was more of a noodle dish that our server kindly mixed for us. I loved the spice which was definitely up there and the flavor of the sauce. The octopus was chewy and delicious. The bossam was also delicious with the sides of sauce and lettuce wrap. The buckwheat noodle was a very large portion that came with veggies and made a very refreshing dish especially during the afternoon heat. Overall the food here was delicious and the service was excellent. I'd definitely recommend coming here for good Korean pork belly and combos for an affordable price!

Yelp
What an authentic, tasty, and worth it place. The tofu seafood soup was one of the best I had and the side dishes had a unique peppery taste than other korean places I have gone to. The tables had a secret compartment with chopsticks, spoons and other things. The place was busy but we were seated quickly. Service was attentive and great. Honestly come here for some amazing korean soup. I would love to try the cold noodle on a hot day in Vegas but we actually opted for the soups because it seems like that is what they are known for. Regardless of what you get this place is worth a visit.

Yelp
Garionban is still as tasty as the first time I came here a year or so ago. In addition to their flavorful Beef Rib Soup, I love their Marinated Pork Slices which is pork feet braised and perfectly seasoned. The pork is served with lettuce, radish, and dipping sauce with slices of garlic and jalapeños. It is gelatinous because it used pig feet, so don't order if that's something you dislike.

Yelp
I ordered short ribs and steamed eggs. It was great food. Matthew was my server. He was very kind and provided excellent service.

Yelp
When we first came in, I figure places that open so late probably not very good. Then when you walked in, the decoration and everything seems so so. Coming from California and been to k town in LA and Santa Clara Korean restaurants, my expectations with Korean restaurant is higher. I'm still skeptical at this point and after We waited a little for the food to come but then they present the small dishes (free appetizers), I was impressed. You can tell a lot about a Korean restaurant with their small dishes. Kimchi was well done, very flavorful. The fish cake was awesome as well but that really hooked me was the bean sprouts. They use sesame oil and something to spice it up. Taste so good! I was impressed until my main dish came. The cold noodle was perfectly done. The soup flavor was perfect. I almost didn't need to put vinegar and mustard. The buckwheat noodle was done extraordinarily, no after taste at all. Noodle was cold and refreshing and the pear was a nice touch, very sweet and crispy. They did a good job on there presentation but once I tasted the soup, I couldn't wait but mixed and eat them. So refreshing especially in a hot day in Vegas. My wife's bimbimbap was as good! Got the crunchy rice on the bottom, and the veggie taste great. The hot sauce they made to mix the rice just be home made. I tried a few kinds from Korean market but nothing taste as good as theirs. I noticed they added more 麵豉醬 and made it taste so much more flavorful. At first, I was expecting a so so Korean restaurant, I left knowing I've been to one of the best in the west coast (which pretty much mean the whole country).

Yelp
This was my first time visiting Garionban as my group of two was craving some bossam (boiled pork). Initially we wanted to get the bossam platter but the other combo with spicy pig feet caught our eyes and we opted to go for that instead. Portion was decent for two people and we didn't regret a single bit going for the spicy pig feet platter. It was so tender and addicting that we're planning to visit again just for that. Bossam was good but we'd preferred higher fat content. Also it would've been great if they offered sesame leaf but it's understandable since the prices have gone up. Service was fabulous and we liked the vibe of the place. Next time I would like to try spicy octopus as well.

Yelp
We found this restaurant because we were really craving some cold noodles in the Vegas heat, and Garionban just had what we were looking for. When we went and saw the menu, we were deciding what else to get when we saw the Bossam combo and was immediately craving it. We decided to just get the pork trotter platter, and I'm so glad we did because every single bite was an explosion of flavor. I love that you can create your own ssam combinations, and I tried making them with radish, kimchi, the three different sauces, and all the banchan options. We also got the spicy cold noodles, and I loved the touch of sweetness mixed in with the spicy. It was so crisp, and the noodles were so bouncy, it was the perfect solution to cooling down. I wish there was just a tad bit more spicy sauce but otherwise, everything we had here was perfect. This meal was so delicious, we were craving it for the entire time we were in Vegas.

Yelp
We were craving some authentic Korean food in Vegas and found Garionban! It's a casual Korean restaurant very close to the Strip. There's several parking spots right in front. They speak both English and Korean. Our server was attentive and prompt. It's nothing fancy but the food speaks for itself! Their menu offers a variety of Korean dishes and for reasonable prices. The food came out within minutes and was fresh and tasty, even the side dishes. The portions were filling. The naengmyeon (cold noodles) is a must during the hot weather in Vegas. I would just come back to Vegas for that! :p Skip the AYCE BBQ and come enjoy some quality Korean food at Garionban!

Yelp
Garionban is a commendable restaurant offering an array of excellent side dishes and authentic cuisine. Notably, it caters to night owls by staying open late. The servers are friendly, making it a welcoming spot for both small gatherings and large parties alike.

Yelp
The most delicious and authentic Korean food I've had in a very long time. My Korean mother said it was the best Jokbal she has had since leaving Korea! I ordered the Doenjang Chigae and it was seasoned perfectly! We live in Utah but I will drive to Vegas for this food! 맛있는

Yelp
The food around here was fantastic. The ambiance was great. The service was also amazing. Matthew in specific provided great service, walking around the tables, and greeting customers, refill waters and was always attentive with our side dishes. I can't wait to come back here the next time I'm in Vegas!

Yelp
We've been to this place a few times and I seriously can't believe I haven't reviewed them yet. Every time we come here, we leave smiling and satisfied. It's really good comfort Korean food. On our latest visit today, we ordered bossam and beef rib soup because of the rainy vegas weather. We couldn't finish our sides because we were so full from the meats, and our server was concerned that we didn't like it. But we really were just so full, so we asked if we could take the sides home. Not only did she give us a to go box, she gave us some extra rice and bibimpap sauce so we could make our own bibimpap at home with all the leftover sides. Now if that's not going above and beyond, I don't know what is. We love this place and there is a reason we keep coming back.

Yelp
Got the cold noodle with marinated pork from the lunch special. The photos are deceiving as the portions aren't that big, but it still tasted great and would definitely go again.

Yelp
Authentic spot for Korean food. I came here on a Friday afternoon for lunch and got seated immediately. I ordered the cold noodles because it was so hot outside. It was the perfect dish to cool me down. While I've had better cold noodles, the portion they give you is generous. The banchan were the highlight of the meal. Everything tasted so good! From the japchae to the kimchi, I was downing plates of them. This restaurant is great for anyone that has no idea what they want to eat. They've got something on the menu for everyone.

Yelp
The food is okay, but the way the staff serve and their mistakes during the meal ruined our dinner. Five of us were crammed into a small table. In the middle of ordering the restaurant switched wait staff which ultimately ended in the wrong dish being served and a 50 percent mistake on the dish. The staff clearly could tell we were crammed in a small table. Instead of serving the dishes in a manageable manner they brought out everything all at once making the small table even less enjoyable. They did not check on our meal or service at the end. The cost of the food is not cheap just the quality of their service. No one appears to be in charge and they certainly do not care about the dinner experience. When we pointed out the mistake of the dish the did not fix the problem. They just asked if we wanted the original dish added then charged us for their mistake.
