Eh. That's about what I can say about Garlic Bulgogi. The flavors are ok, not great for Korean food. For context, I did live in the Asia Pacific region for a time, and have eaten plenty of Korean and Japanese food.
Portion sizes are large, and definitely "American sized". They're priced that way, too -- so overall, not awesome, because it's probably more food than you can or should eat in a single sitting. Beyond that, the cookery is absolutely off on the Bulgogi. The beef should cook rapidly - 30-60 seconds, maybe. The flavor comes from brining the meat and the veggies. Veggies go in first into a very hot pan, with their brine, and cook. Next comes the meat, and nearly as soon as you've stirred it a couple of times, it should come off. Keyword: should. That's where Garlic Bulgogi goes wrong on their cookery; either they cook it all together, or they cook the meat at least twice as long as they should, maybe 5x. It's rubbery, the fat is not rendered properly, and the meat is not thin enough. However, the flavor is ok. Not great, not umami, just ok.
Service also gets a grade of "eh" from me. Not bad, not great. It was remarkably slow - we had to ask for a check. After I got the check, we waited another 10 minutes to get my card back. I was walking up to the cash register to get it back when the waitress came up to me.
The place looks nice on the inside, and that's a plus. Not fancy, but a bit classy.
Could be great - I wanted it to be, but they made too many mistakes for me to give this place another shake any time soon.
