Gasthaus am Brunnen

There's a little bit of bias in this review after we've been coming here for roughly 2-3 years as much as we can. As many others have commented, the food is amazing, dynamic and locally produced! Beautiful presentation. But even if the food is of michelin (or better!) standard, it's certainly the staff(you guys know who ye are!) and Matthias that make the difference! They are phenomenal! It's the perfect mix of professionality and friendliness that compliments the amazing food! More than 5 stars(7/5)!!! Please just don't book when we're around! 🤣🤣

We just went there for a coffee and a piece of cake after a hike. It was all very nice. But especially nice were the two waiters. Super friendly, very funny. Keep up the good work 😊

Stopped here for lunch with family. There's a choice of whether to have 2,3,4 or 5 courses. We went for 2 and they were beautifully presented and very tasty. This is fine dining so don't expect huge portions but do expect quality. We cannot comment on the rooms as we didn't stay there.

We had a fantastic dinner in Gasthaus am Brunnen. The food was excellent - high quality with an interesting twist. It was almost impossible to choose as all dishes sounded irresistible. Service was excellent and the chef added with his quirky presence to the overall experience. Definitely a "must go" for food lovers when in the area...

at long last something out of the ordinary. The area offers many restaurants with solid cuisine using local ingredients and thus after a while can get a bit boring. This place is great as also using local produce it managed to put set an incredibly creative menu together. We hardly could decide what to order and every dish was surprising and absolutely delicious. ||||The interior design of the place further benefits the experience. Extremely friendly staff and the cook even managed to find time to crack a few jokes. ||||We definitely will be back very soon again. Best restaurant in the area!!!

We stayed in a family room with our 3 year old daughter. I booked because Laax was full. I had no idea what to expect.|Outstanding Michelin starred cuisine with the best quality price I have found in 13 years living in Switzerland. Beautiful, charming accommodation that was rustic chalet chic yet luxurious, and the nicest, kindest hosts. I can't wait to go back with family and friends. Thank you so much !!

This little farming place is tucked away in the alps and so I did not expect anything out of the local norm... but was pleasantly surprised. The people are very warm, natural and friendly.. extremely friendly... the restaurant was out of this world...we had a four course meal and words just fail me ... this was one fantastic experience...every course was so well thought out and extremely delicious .. wow what a culinary experience and the best was we had Michelin standard food with out the stiff neck service... I would highly recommend this to any one who likes high quality food ..
