"After seven years on 22nd Street the bottle shop is expanding into a more food-focused operation and will rebrand to reflect a market emphasis. Ownership noted shopper demand for more dairy, meat, frozen foods and an overall “substantially expanded food offering.” The owners are also offering bonds to investors starting at $10 through small-business fund company SMBX.
