Fantastic experience, unparalleled attention to detail and service! Did the 9 course menu, was absolutely delicious, but that was too much food, we were full when we got to the pasta dish. Ended up leaving food behind which was a waste. Recommend to go for the 7 course menu, or even fewer if you’re not a big eater. We missed out on the panoramic view as they only did dinner service and the sun had already set in October by then. This must mean that we have to visit again during summer time!

What an amazing dinner! This place is a gastronomic treat! The food, presentation is creative and delicious and the perfectly paired wines added to our memorable experience! We stayed at this iconic hotel and ate at this wonderful restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food was amazing and the staff from Stefano, Emmanuele and Enrico (sommelier) were top notch. Every dish from this tasting menu was superb. In addition the creative presentation and wonderful city and bay of naples view is worth coming here. Very romantic restaurant. Highly recommend!

The experience was overall good, but we left disappointed as we were expecting next level with a 2-star Michelin. Are some dishes great, absolutely. But most dishes were just good. We didn’t feel connected to the food. Didn’t receive any story or explanation. And a small thing but annoying, after our bread course, the crumbs were never removed. It was especially crunchy bread and to eat it, crumbs were plentiful. It felt like an unsightly oversight.

I would like to point out that we are used to going to starred restaurants on a weekly basis. We chose the more traditional "From 2018" menu: a complete mess, devoid of any vision or thought behind the dishes (as was the interior design, dated and devoid of any concept). A thousand ingredients combined haphazardly in dishes ranging from lemon rice with shrimp (where the citrus acidity takes over) to thick spaghetti with tomato sauce, to turbot cooked in butter with mushrooms: a decidedly unlikely pairing, where creativity is barely justified. Even the lamb. The dessert (pastiera soufflé with aran-lemon sorbet) was the most successful dish of the dinner.

Domenico Candela has achieved special excellence at George. The essence of Neapolitan ingredients, flavors and dishes elevated to sublime gastronomy. Classics presented in a new way combined beautifully with inspired invention. Everything was a highlight, but if you twist my arm, the ricciola, artichoke and sorbet of pear with Parmesan, blue cheese and cacao left me awestruck. In support, the service is exceptional, professional of course but most of all fun and playful - and not at all stuffy! And the view! As breathtaking as the food. What a unique experience we will never forget. Thank you Domenico and team for a wonderful evening.

We've been to several Michelin restaurants with 1 and 2 stars and this has been by far the worst. There was hardly anything creative in the dishes and some were also just bad taste mixes (like lamb and sardine). We had one dish replaced because of a cocoa intolerance. The replacement was probably the worst and most simple salad I've seen. Service was friendly, but time between the dishes or before our wine choice was way too long. Though, that was probably more to blame on the kitchen than the service staff. Waiters did listen and care about our honest feedback, I have to give them that. Overall, for the price it lacked outstanding flavours, wow factor in dishes, there was barely anything amazing and I said during the dinner I would've been disappointed if he had paid 50 instead of over 200€ per person. If I had been the Michelin inspector, this would hardly get one star. Ambience on the roof terrace was great, at least.

Everything was perfect! The presentations given with each dish were so spectacular and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We did the a la carte option and it seemed like the dishes were never ending. A lot of people would consider it pricey, but believe me it is well worth it! Not to mention the view! Such a great experience!!

What an assuming experience. Naples 2 star Michelin restaurant and I know why they were awarded their second star. From greeting to parting everything was simply stunning. Tasting menus offer a wide range of options. You can pick and choose or just accept the full menu. I chose the 11 course tasting menu and it was an extravagant journey through Italy. Expert presentation coupled with flavors heretofore unrealized I was in heaven. I can say enough good things about George and the attentive staff. From the water menu to the dessert course it was a delight. Parking onsite in the hotel parking lot. No fee but tip the attendant to ensure prime parking and no one touching your car. Views for days overlooking the bay of Napoli. I will be back again and again. The cost, while some may think extreme, was worth every euro.

Enjoyed a lovely Michelin meal at George. The staff was super attentive, the dishes were flavorful and the wine parings were spot on We had a mixed menu, created for us by the chef as were were vegetarian and wanted a tasting menu instead of an a la carte choice Using local, seasonal ingredients, we were treated to truffle risotto....which the chef made especially veggie for us as the menu stated it was cooked in chicken broth. Thank you! Other highlights were the bitter greens and lentils in a spicy oil, the mushrooms in jus were delightful, the pasta was cooked perfectly and the egg dish was creative and delicious. Top notch tastes and service. Thank you for the wonderful evening!

Very classy restaurant with great views of the sea. The tasting menu is quite expensive but it's well worth the quality and taste. The food is reminiscent of a high-end New York restaurant, but you get the magnificent view of the ocean here. The wine pairing was unbeatable with choice selections from the best of Italy. This restaurant is located in a 5-star hotel so make sure you dress appropriately and be ready to have a world-class meal.
